Chapter 4

Harry walked down the halls of Hogwarts to find his female friend. He stopped when he heard the keys of the piano. He followed the noise, he found Hermione playing the piano (A/N 1), he walked up to her, and listened.

When she ended the song, she turned to Harry.

"It's 'Moonlight Sonata (A/N 2)', I played the piano since I was 5 years old," Hermione said.

"Really? You didn't tell me that," Harry said.

"You didn't ask," When Hermione got up from the piano bench, Harry puts his hand on hers, and she sat back down.

"Wait, can you play more?" Harry asked with his best puppy eyes. Hermione looked at him for five seconds.

"Okay." Hermione's fingers went back to the piano keys and played 'Fur Elise (A/N 3)'.

Then, she ended 'Fur Elise' and the two Gryffindor's decided to go back to the common room. When they got here, they sat down on the couch in front of the fireplace.

"So, did you find out who your secret admirer is?" Harry asked.

"No, I haven't. I only have two clues," Hermione said.

"And what are they?"

"The letter said that 'I'm in your year', so it has to be someone from our year. If you ask if it's from anyone from Slytherin, I'll Bat Bogey Hex (A/N 4) you,"

"Hermione Jean Granger (A/N 5), you wouldn't,"

"Oh yeah? Let's find out," Hermione got up with her wand in her hand. Harry quickly got up from the couch and ran out of the common room with Hermione chasing after him.

Harry and Hermione ran down the hall, they ran past Professor McGonagall who was going to her office to grade her student's papers. She saw two of her students and shook her head. 'I swear that those two are getting more like Lily and James when they were at Hogwarts.' The Transfiguration teacher thought and continue walking.

The two best friends ran to an empty classroom, and then Harry puts his hands up in the air.

"Okay, okay. I surrender," The Boy Who Lived said in defeat.

"Oh, really?" The Brightest Witch of Their Age asked.

"Yes,"

"Alright. Do you want to go to The Great Hall for lunch?" Hermione put her wand in her hollister.

"Sure,"

They walked to the Great Hall together, people started to notice this. 'Just ignore it, Hermione.' She thought to herself. Harry and Hermione sat at the Gryffindor table with their friends.

"Hermione, are you still mad at us for what happened this morning?" Ginny asked.

"Yes, I'm still mad at you," Hermione said, without looking at her.

"We said we're sorry," Neville said.

Suddenly, another school owl came flying and dropped another letter to Hermione. She petted the owl. Then, the owl went back to the Owlery. Hermione opened the letter and it said:

Dear Hermione,

I have been thinking about you lately. You are the most important person in my life. Every time I close my eyes, I see you in my dreams. You're always there for me. This red rose reminds me of how beautiful you are.

From Your Secret Admirer

The letter stops right there. Hermione found the red rose in the envelope and had tears in her eyes.

"Hermione?" Harry asked with concern.

She got up and left The Great Hall. She went to the common room, sat on the couch, and softly cried to herself while holding the red rose from her Secret Admirer. The portrait door opened and Hermione didn't look up to see who it was. Then, a hand was on her shoulder, she looked up and saw Harry.

"Hey, are you alright?" Harry asked her.

She didn't reply. Harry sat down next to her, puts his arms around her, and comfort her. Hermione let him. 5 minutes later, Harry and Hermione looked at each other, Harry gently puts his hand on Hermione's cheek. They lean in and…

*Singing voice* I think that Harry and Hermione are gonna kiss
