"About time!"

Regina groggily clambered to the sides of her new bunk, completely out of place and confused as Dollface snapped off the vacuum cleaner with a huff.

Dollface put her hands on her hips and she glared at Regina. "Get yer ass up, we have shit t'do today. M'first big performance is t'nght, we gotta get ready."

"What is even happening here?" Regina snapped, "I'm trying to sleep!"

"I can see that, but it's already seven!" Dollface snapped, pointing at the Hello Kitty alarm clock on the bedside table, "And yer already late!"

Regina blinked, "How? It's holiday, I can sleep as long as I want!"

"Oh no ya can't!" Dollface said, "Not 'round here!"

"Wot?"

"I'm workin' two shifts today, one at Daisy's and the other at Freddy's. I have a rehearsal for tonight's big debut, an'before openin' hours, ya have t'have yer ass over there an'helpin' String Bean get th'place ready fer th'three parties we have t'host. After that, String Bean and Thorne agreed t'show ya 'round while I work, then you have t'be over at Gramma's shop by one."

"How am I supposed to do all that then?"

Dollface suppressed a groan, then said, "You have t'come in an'fill balloons an'set tables at Freddy's with String Bean and Thorne in an hour. After that, they'll take ya 'round town. After lunch here, you'll go over t'Gramma's and help there. Got it?"

Regina looked overwhelmed, and before she could begin whining, Dollface barked out more information, "I have a morning shift starting at nine at Daisy's, before then, a shift at Freddy's. This afternoon, more work at Freddy's, then an after hours program where I'll be helping perform." Dollface snapped, "I'll be on m'feet all day, an'if I hear ya whining at any point, I'll smack the ciggie outta yer mouth!"

Regina looked shocked, like she wanted to say something, then covered it with a matching glare. "You are outstandingly unfair."

"Good." Dollface said, "'Cause I ain't ya nanny."

"When did you even wake up?"

"Five a.m." Dollface said.

"Just so you could annoy me?"

"Ya slept through the alarms I set four of 'em." Dollface said, angling the vacuum so she could wheel it away from the bed, "You were 'sposed to, too. You will tomorrow though, don't git'cher hopes up."

"And what am I supposed to do tomorrow?" Regina asked, already exhausted.

"We're gonna be helpin'Grampa clean up the house two blocks over get repainted for Strode Real Estate. It's already been cleaned up, just needs some paintin' before it can get put up for sale."

"Really?"

"Yeah, really." Dollface said, "So git'cher new shoes on and get dressed. Leave the heels at the door."
