1: Mihawk and Zoro fall in love during the two years and start a relationship. (Perona helped them get together) The Strawhats learn of their relationship in some way when they reunite on an island (You decide how).
2: Omegaverse- Alpha Mihawk X Omega Zoro-Zoro goes to heat during training so Mihawk helps the Omega during his heat.
3: Zoro finds out he is three months pregnant, while the Strawhats dock on an island with the help of Chopper and another doctor. Zoro has a small Den Den Mushi with him and asks Mihawk if they can meet up on an island. They meet up on an island and Zoro tells him the news.
