It was the middle of the night/early morning in the castle beyond the Goblin City and while Kaley was up getting her dragon-gator, Kalisse a snack, the light-blue furred goblin girl noticed Loki returning from somewhere, an adventure possibly hoping her big brother would tell her noticing he had a papoose on him, hearing chirping, giggling and cooing from inside it sneaking a peek, making her purple-pupilled eyes widen in surprise noticing an infant variant of a certain raccoon that her cousin, Crystal was a huge fan of, seeing Loki smile at his little sister, wondering what she was doing up, but Kaley was not listening.
She saw the little guy was wearing boring looking coveralls, guessing the TVA had imprisoned him, seeing Loki nodding telling her, he and Syvie were adopting the little kit, making the crown princess happy, telling her brother, that she had gotten Kalisse some warm milk making Loki understand, askimg her if she wanted to help with Rockie seeing her nodding, watching him take the device out of the furry infants's neck using magic, hearing him giggle.
"We should get those coveralls off him,I don't think he likes them." Kaley tol him.
"True plus why does he have an egg with him, that's a bit strange?" Loki replied.
They took the coveralls off the infant seeing him happy, but protective of the egg, which Kaley guessed had something important, getting the incubator, hearing Rockie whimper, understanding, seeing him happy but hungry seeing Loki scoop him up gently, thankimg Kaley for her help, saying he could handle thispart himself seeing her kiss Rockies's nose which he liked.
"That's your Aunt Kaley, you'll meet the rest of our unique family later." he said softly.
Kaley could not help herself, going to Crystals's room, seeing she was awake wondering what had her cousin so excited until Kaley told her.
"You're telling me there's an infant variant of Rocket in our cAstor, and Loki adopted him, is he super-cute?" Crystal asked excitedly making Kaley giggle, describing what had happened, makimg the magenta-furred girlwant to see for herself, hoping Loki and Syvie would let her hold him, which Kaley understood, hoping her dads would be okay with this.
Later that next morning, Syvie was feeding her and Lokis's little one chocolate oatmeal which the male kit was loving alomg with the attention from Deadly and the ospecially Crystal, which made Deadly chuckle, only Casey was a little jealous even though it was a young variant of her uncle, cursing a little, stunning Sarah but amusing the others.
"You have to put a dollar in the swear jar, it's odd that you did that." Dudley told her.
Kaley saw her anhrily smoosh up a dollar before putting it in the swear jar, tben stomping out makimg her guess, the female kit was peanut butter and jelly of the new kit, especially seeing Crystal fawning over him wanting to tslk to her seeing her becoming unseen through her cloakimg-power seeing Daphne join her, wondering what she was lookkmg at, following her back to tne dining-room so the family could have breakfast like normal, noticing that Crystal was loomimg for somebody, Casey.
"I think she's a little peanut butter and jelly because of Rockie, we should let her be." she told her cousin.
"Were we that small, when we were babies?" Harmony asked Bentley and Deadly.
"Yes and very cute, but you're both still adorable even now and Mikayla was around your age now, when I adopted her, like Aunt Syvie and uncle Loki with Rockie." Deadly told her and Melody which they understood.
"Too bad Casey didn't hear that, she can relate as her uncle adopted her, I think I know why she's jealous which is new for her despite beimg normal because before Rockie came, she was the only raccoon in the Labyrintb which she .oved, we should go find her." Crystal told Daphne and Kaley, which they got.
"Casey, where are you?" Crystal, Daphne and Kaley called walking through the forest.
It was after breakfast but after not finding their friend in the castle, they decided to look in the forest and ifthat did not work, they'd ask the adults or April for help, as Casey had never did this before, hoping she was alright, not hurt or in danger which made Crystal worry, feelimg Kaley squeeze her hand, hearing sniffling up ahead going up there, finding an abandoned treehouse realising Casey was in there.
"Oh hey guys what's up?" Casey asked.
"We were worried about you, that you left the castle, there can be room for two raboons in the Labyrinth, trust me." Crystal said seeing a small grin on Casey's furry face, deciding to return to the castle with them, relieving them especially Crystal making the others relieved that Casey was back, surprising her, guessing that what her best friend had said was true.
"Yeah you're right about that, you guys." she said hearing Kaley giggle.
Rockie was wearing a little horned crown on his furry head, which was a sign, that he was Loki and Syvies's adopted kit as he was in Asgardian clothes playing with that egg, hearing it crack making the male kit excited, stunning Loki and Syvie seeing a little ducklimg staring at Rockie cuddling him, makimg them giggle.
"Holy crutack, it's a variant of Howard, he thinks Rockie is his mom!" Crystal told them.
"Awww too cute, we should get a bigger paposse for them." Syvie said makimg Deadly agree.
