"Catch the turkey, we need it for the feast!" Dudley yelled.
"Don't do that, I don't wanna be eaten." Turkey replied to him.
It was Thanksgiving and the family had been preparing for the big meal even Loki had been calm until suddenly the turkey had been enchanted to life and had ran out of the kitchens screaming for dear life which reminded Crystal of the devil chicken the chefs had tried cookijg for dinner makijg Casey a tiny bit weirded out, that happened, feelijg her squeeze her paw gently.
"Lo-Lo was bored and we were hungry, so he was goofing around with his magic, who knew he'd bring the turkey to life?" Kaley said makijg Darci giggle because this was becoming one wild Thanksgiving seeing Kaley and Loki's grandmother, Bess who happened to be half frost giantess and her husband, Boar corner Turkey impressing Deadly seeing them lift the enchantment,, relieving them.
"Awww no more magical Turkey!" Daphne said.
"He's going to a better place, in our bellies." Kaley told her kissing her.
Deadly burst out laughing at her joke, as they did that every Thanksgiving, before sending the turkey to the kitchen, relieved no harm had been done, impressed by Lokis's joke, because it had spiced up Thanksgiving asking Loki to do it again next year surprising him guessing Deadly did not like Thanksgiving.
"Dad's more a Halloween guy and if he could, he would have Halloween everyday." Kaley said.
Loki then went to where Deadly sat at the head of the table for dinner, transforming his goblet into a skull one, which Sarah saw makijg her smile, knowing Deadly had enjoyed the enchanted turkey, so this and drinkimg mead might make him happier knowing he had been grumpy takijg the Halloween decorations down, she let him keep a few up like the skeleton dolls.
Syvie was impressed by this, knowing being half-frost giant youngsters, Daphne and Kaley wondered when they would get big and strong like Bess making Loki sigh, as he did not want them to grow up fast so would talk to them while stargazing which was something they did a lot seeijg bats flying making Sarah annoyed.
"Halloween has been over for a month yet he won't let t o." she muttered.
Thankfully the meal was ready, seeing everybody coming to the table, Bess carrying the centrepiece, impressing everybody, seeing Loki scowl at the Thor figure on it feelijg Kaley squeeze his hand gently, which made him feel better as they ate which made thijgs better especially dessert while Deadly was askimg about Asgard, which Boar and Bess were tellijg him about with help from Kaley and Loki.
"You wanna go stargazing, as they're goijg to get drunk?" Daphne whispered to Kaley seeing her nod, leaving the dining-room along with Loki since the other kids had slipped off to play in the snow, summoning blankets and hot cocoa.
"Kaley, Daphne you shouldn't worry about when you're goijg to get as big and strong as Bess, you're great the way you are besides the half goblin blood makes you powerful like me and I do good for myself, right?" Loki said.
He, Daphne and Kaley were on the castle roof stargazing which was something they did recently and being half frost-giant, they didn't feel cold plus he was addressing their questions about if they would have a frost-giant growth spurt as that scared him knowing Deadly would flip seeing Kaley like that, relieved her goblin blood might prevent that.
"Look a shootijg star, quick make a wish!" Kaley said.
"It's a real one, not Carol?" Loki said seeing her nod seeing Daphne making a wish.
"I can't tell you or it won't come true!" she said to Loki.
She was unaware that Kaley had gotten her a promise ring and plannijg to surprise her and now was the perfect time, seeijg Daphne and Loki surprised seeijg the rijg-box realisijg it was a promise ring.
"Yes I accept it and the promise of gettijg married one day!" Daphne said kissing her, after she put the ring on her light-green furred finger seeing Loki crying, because it was so sweet, knowing Deadly was missijg this, hearing him and Boar singijg loudly guessihg they had too much mead.
