Chapter 3: Genin Teams, first Mission, ending Kirigakure War, and Chunin Exams start
Mito was meeting Might Guy in her office as she had thought of his punishment for what he used against her child, she didn't want to do this but sometimes a Hokage must do things they don't want to as she had seen her father do similar things that he didn't want to do. "Guy, I am sorry to tell you this but for your punishment for using a forbidden taijutsu on my son, you're demoted from Jonin to Chunin and your students will be given new instructors."
Guy nodded in understanding, he didn't want this to happen but he knew it was better than being imprisoned or worse. "Please Lady Hokage just make sure they get new instructors who can help them, its the last thing I would want as their sensei,"
"I can do that much Guy," Mito said to him feeling bad that she had to do this but it must be done. As the Hokage she must set an example and she knew who else might be able to help Guy's now former team. "Also you will not be eligible for being promoted back to Jonin for a while, however Guy I will allow you to keep training Lee as you are the only one who can help him fully master his taijutsu style so Lee will be your official apprentice."
"Thank you Lady Mito," Guy nodded and bowed and left via his speed and Lucretia came in to her wife's office and sat on her desk. "Hi Mito-chan, are you doing okay today you don't look like you had a good time," Lucretia said concerned for her wife.
"Yes Lu-chan but I feel bad what I had to do to Guy," Mito said a bit sad for Guy's team, as she was worried about how the genin team would continue on, especially since they had a year of experience under their belts she would need to find a new jonin for them during team missions and fast for the Chunin Exams would likely be happening very soon this year.
Lucretia nodded. "I know Mito-chan, but Guy has to learn that he can't just throw around forbidden jutsu,"
"Yes if our Soshi-chan wasn't as strong as he was, we could've lost him," Mito said shivering and tearing at the idea of losing her little prince.
Lucretia hugged Mito. "But our little Soshi-chan proved his strength, anyways you do need to give him his first mission Mito-chan."
"Yes but what could I give him Lu-chan?" Mito pondered. "Soshi-chan is strong, much too strong for any D ranks but not experienced enough in the field yet for any higher ranked missions."
"Maybe an escort or bandit elimination mission?" Lucretia said.
"Lu-chan, great idea!" Mito said. She was interrupted in her pondering as an ANBU with a monkey mask came in with Narumi. "Lady Hokage I brought your daughter Narumi,"
"Thank you Monkey you are dismissed for now," Mito replied as the ANBU used the teleportation jutsu to leave. Mito looked at her youngest child sternly. "Narumi-chan explain yourself, what made you want to steal the scroll of sealing?"
"Mizuki-sensei...He promised me that I'd get extra credit if I was able to steal the scroll mom," Narumi said and winced at her parents' disappointed looks.
"You actually believed his words?" Mito sighed as she rubbed her forehead. "I know he was Iruka's assistant instructor but I could tell he had alternate motives towards you, Soshi-chan easily figured him out and knew Mizuki was just using you Narumi-chan,"
"U-Using me mom?" Narumi said hurt by that fact.
"Yes I had the vial Soshi-chan found on Mizuki brought to the Intelligence Divison for analysis." Mito explained. "It seems Mizuki was conspiring with a rouge ninja to get stronger, now for your punishment Narumi-chan. Your first mission pay will have to be cut in half for the first couple of months for your missions,"
"Yes mom..." Narumi said looking down before looking at her mother surprised. "You mean?"
"Yes you are an offical Genin by my word now Narumi-chan," Mito said as she got out a blue headband and hands it to Narumi. "But your mission pay for a few months will be cut in half as your punishment for this event."
Lucretia explained to their youngest. "Narumi-chan we're not angry just disappointed, we thought we taught you to not take things at facial value didn't Kakashi always say look Underneath beyond the Underneath?"
Narumi nodded as she took the headband and tied it around her forehead. "I understand daddy,"
"Lu-chan take Narumi-chan home to rest as she and Megumi have their team assignment tomorrow, I'll join you in a few minutes," Mito told her wife.
"Yes Mito-chan, come on Narumi-chan," Lucretia said as she takes Narumi and used the teleportation jutsu to take her home.
Mito used the crystal ball to watch her son, her little prince, she sees the same woman Kaguya Ōtsutsuki with him though holding him like a true mother holds her son. Mito was quite envious at the sight in the ball that was her and Soshi years ago, before Jiraiya's prophecy and the girls' lies ruined her once close loving relationship with her son. 'That was Soshi-chan and I years ago, before Ero-sennin came with that prophecy and ruined everything! Damn you Ero-Sennin! I swear you'll be paying me back for ruining my relationship with my little Soshi-chan!' Her hair lifted up into nine tails. She had a demonic look on as she threatened what to do to her perverted godfather.
With Jiraiya
Jiraiya was a tall and well-built man in adulthood with fair skin. He had a wart on the left side of his nose and waist-length, spiky white hair that he usually ties back into a pony tail, with two shoulder-length bangs framing his face. There were red lines under his eyes. His usual attire consists of a green short shirt kimono and matching pants, under which he wore mesh armour that is visible at his wrists and ankles. He also wore hand guards, a black belt, traditional Japanese wooden sandals, and a red haori with two yellow circles on each side. He often carries a large scroll on his back, and had a tattoo on his left palm, and he wore a horned forehead protector with the kanji for "oil" (油, abura), which denoted his affiliation with Mount Myōboku. Jiraiya shivered and covered his mouth as he let out a quiet sneeze. 'Something's telling me I better not visit Mito-chan for a while.'
With Soshi
Soshi felt his mother Kaguya Ōtsutsuki wrap her arms around him holding him close to her in a warm embrace. "Soshi-chan, I cannot wait to be fully revived and be with you for real," As it was a full moon tonight, Kaguya was able to come out of the seal and spend some family time with her precious child.
"I know kaa-chan," Soshi said leaning back against her embrace, a hug of true family bond. "But Black Zetsu got away, I almost had him but he slipped away under ground,"
"It's okay Soshi-chan, Black Zetsu was unfortunately made from the last bit of corruption I had during my sealing, but you will get him eventually I know it," Kaguya replied and kissed his cheek lovingly.
Soshi smiled and blushed a little bit from his mother's affection. "Thank you kaa-chan, anyways I will be a one person team as I have beaten the top 4 Jonin of the village, it will allow me to look for Hagoromo's Five Great Treasures easier."
"Yes that will be very helpful for you for my revival Soshi-chan, but be careful okay? Don't attract any of the other villages' attention as Hagoromo's treasures are very valuable to them after all," Kaguya told her son.
"I understand kaa-chan I know Kumogakure has them" Soshi replied. "I need to also find Hagoromo's staff, but I don't have any clues currently where it might be located,"
"Your elder half-brother always was a cautious one Soshi-chan, personally I blame that toad Gamamaru he met for his changes," Kaguya replied. "I saw what he did with it from my seal after being sealed, after Hagoromo split my chakra into what people know in this era as the Nine Bijuu, I saw him leave the staff on an island which would eventually become Uzushiogakure the destroyed village of the Uzumaki Clan your birth mother Mito's clan,"
"Then that means the staff is deep under the ocean right now kaa-chan, I will need to find some type of mission to take me out where Uzushio was to retrieve it," Soshi replied.
Kaguya nodded. "Yes, but I know you'll find a way my little prince I have full faith in you," She kissed his cheek one more time as she felt the seal of the moon drawing her back to it, making her fade in and out flickering like a dispelling genjutsu.
"Once I fully revive you kaa-chan, we will be together much more often," Soshi said as Kaguya gave a warm loving smile to her beloved third son.
"I look forward to it my little prince, holding you in my arms for much longer times than this," Kaguya replied before she fully vanished back into her seal.
Soshi went to bed to rest up for the next day.
Next Day at the academy
Iruka smiled as he looked to his class they all would be assigned their teams and sensei. He could see so many talented young students Soshi being especially talented, he knew a progeny like him came around only once every couple of generations. "Alright class you will each be divided into squads," He began to assign them. "Team 7 Narumi and Megumi Uzumaki-Namikaze-Niji, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno, your sensei will be Kakashi Hatake and the assistant sensei is Lucretia Niji,"
Sakura grinned cheering. "Sasuke-kun and I are together in the same squad!" She gave Ino a smug look and v sign.
Ino was no longer a fangirl of Sasuke she had actually switched her affections towards Soshi seeing he was much cuter than Sasuke so she was unaffected by Sakura's attempt to make her mad.
Megumi was a bit confused. "Iruka-sensei? Why are we in a 4 person team?"
"Because there's a lot more graduates this year Megumi-chan," Iruka explained.
"At least we're with Kakashi-nii and dad," Narumi cheered.
"Team 8 is Hinata Hyuga," Iruka started.
Hinata listened as she looked to Soshi hoping they would get put in the same squad.
"Kiba Inuzuka," Iruka continued.
Kiba grinned as Akamaru yipped.
"And Shino Aburame, you shall be trained under Kurenai Yuhi," Iruka finished.
Hinata looked sadly at her crush. 'I won't be with Soshi-kun then,'
Iruka announced. "Team 9 already exists so Team 10..."
Ino was gazing lovingly at Soshi. "I hope Soshi-kun is in my squad,"
"So troublesome," Shikamaru mumbled with a small yawn.
Ino glared at him. "What was that Shikamaru?"
"Nothing," Shikamaru replied holding his hands up.
"Ino Yamanaka," Iruka called getting the blonde's attention.
Ino looked dreamily at Soshi.
"Shikamaru Nara," The Nara clan heir looked surprised as he and Ino looked to each other and groaned.
"And Choji Akimichi, your sensei will be Asuma Sarutobi," Iruka said.
Ino groaned more looking at Choji as he wolfs down chips. She held her head groaning in despair. 'Not fatty too!'
"Team 11, Satsuki Uchiha," Iruka said as the Uchiha heiress looks to him. Soshi paid attention to this team since his only friend and someone he cared for was on it.
"Yakumo Kurama," Iruka said.
Yakumo possesses long brown hair and light brown eyes. Her hair is straight on one side, but on the other side it is in a braid. In addition, she sports a clip with two circular designs. For her outfit she wore a pink kimono held closed by a pink sash with two pockets on the front. She also wore violet baggy pants and red mesh armor underneath her kimono and legs along with sandals that were orange in color. Her headband was worn around her left arm. She was the heiress to the Kurama clan, Yakumo inherited her clan's kekkei genkai which gave her the ability to actually do real injuries and even kill people using Genjutsu. She had suffered from a mental demon called an Ido which had actually weakened her body originally and her tutor Kurenai gave up on her even sealing her power under the orders by the council. But Mito being a seal mistress helped the poor girl deal with the Ido and gave her her chance to become a great kunoichi back. So now Yakumo was a fellow Genin to be she hoped that she could do well with her teammates.
"And Hanabi Hyuga," Iruka called.
Hanabi is a young woman with long, dark-brown hair, that reaches down to the middle of her back, with long parted bangs with a single lock of hair falling into her face. She also has large, white eyes — a trait shared by all members of her clan. Her eyes have a hint of lilac in them. Overall, she resembles her father. She wore a sleeveless, blue v-neck shirt with mesh armor underneath; blue shorts and sandals. She had her graduation headband around her waist. This was Hanabi Hyuga Hinata's younger sister, she was younger only by 1 year making her 11 but she was talented enough be put into her older sister's class and graduate with them. Hanabi was also the current heiress to the Hyuga clan since her eldest sister Hitomi chose to become an ANBU and Hinata was given up on by the elders.
"Your sensei will be Mikoto Uchiha, but Hisana Hyūga has chosen to become an assistant sensei to your group as well," Iruka replied.
Satsuki smiled. "So mom's coming out of retirement,"
Hanabi was surprised. "Onee-chan is going to be our assistant sensei? I didn't realize she had quit the ANBU,"
"Team 12 is Soshi Ōtsutsuki, because of his feat of defeating the village's top 4 Jonin he will be a one man team as promised by lady Hokage." Iruka replied and Sasuke snarled enivously as Megumi and Narumi looked surprised at their brother.
Soshi nodded as he noticed Sasuke's glare at him but just ignored it.
"That is everybody, now those in teams can hang out for lunch you'll meet your senseis afterwards and Soshi you will get your first mission from your mother after lunch." Iruka said.
"Understood," Soshi replied as he got up and walked out with the others going to hang out with their teams.
Satsuki went to talk with her crush. "Soshi-kun,"
Soshi looked at her. "Yes Satsuki?"
"Can we eat lunch together?" Satsuki asked with a pink blush.
Soshi gave her a small soft smile. "Sure Satsuki,"
"You don't mind if my teammates join us Soshi-kun?" Satsuki asked.
"That is fine Satsuki," Soshi replied as neither Hanabi nor Yakumo had wronged him in their younger years, he understood Yakumo having her own troubles back then and Hanabi was raised well by her clan better than Hinata had been that's for sure.
Hanabi was curious about Soshi as his eyes were so much like her clan's own. "Um Soshi-san? I just wanted to know are you related to my clan in someway?"
"I will explain, but first I will put up a sound barrier seal so no one else can hear, Satsuki is my dearest friend so I will tell her," Soshi replied with a small smile to the Uchiha Heiress who smiled back as he sealessly puts up an invisible sound barrier to prevent anyone from hearing what they would be discussing. But Soshi remembered the Hyuga might not believe his words of being of the clan that formed their own, so he used a genjutsu to knock out Hanabi so she couldn't hear anything and alter her memory so she wouldn't get curious again.
"Why did you do that Soshi-san?" Yakumo asked.
"It's because the Hyugas have a lot of pride Yakumo-san, they would not believe anything I tell you and Satsuki." Soshi replied.
Satsuki nodded in agreement with her crush. "Soshi-kun is right Hanabi would likely tell her clan and they would make up all kinds of excuses to explain why Soshi-kun has their eyes."
"To start with my clan and the Hyuga clan are related Satsuki, same with your clan the Uchiha, the Senju clan, Kaguya clan, and the Uzumaki clan I am of the Ōtsutsuki Clan from which those clans are all descended from," Soshi told the Uchiha Heiress and looks to them. "Tell me Satsuki, how much do you know of the Six Paths Sage?"
"The only things that are known about him is he was the first person to wield chakra and possessed the Rinnegan eyes, at least that's what the legends say," Satsuki said.
"Well the legend is mostly true except for one part, the sage was named Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki and he was not the first person to wield chakra, he was the first person alongside his younger brother Hamura to be born with chakra. The first person to actually wield chakra was in fact their own mother Kaguya Ōtsutsuki," Soshi explained.
"Their mother?" The two genin kunoichi exclaimed in awe to hear someone of their gender was the first to wield chakra.
"Yes Kaguya obtained her powers from eating the chakra fruit of the Shinju tree, she used her godlike powers to singlehandedly end a time of war for her land and later she gave birth to two sons Hagoromo better known as the Sage of Six Paths and Hamura who would become known as the forefather of the Hyuga clan. Kaguya was hailed as the Rabbit Goddess for her deed of bringing a time of peace to the world, but eventually she became corrupted by her power, developing a god and messiah complex she felt chakra should belong to her only, when her sons discovered the truth... they turned against her, Hagoromo awakened his Sharingan after the Shinju took away people he loved," Soshi told the story that his mother had told him of her past and how she wound up sealed.
Satsuki and Yakumo listened to the story in awe.
"The Sage of Six Paths awakened the Sharingan?!" Satsuki exclaimed amazed.
"Yes he did Satsuki and unlike his future descendants your clan, the Uchiha clan, his Sharingan was already fully developed upon awakening it," Soshi replied. "Afterwards he learned to use nature chakra later he was forced to fatality injure his brother Hamura after Kaguya took control of him, Hagoromo's Sharingan evolved immediately into the Rinnegan and to reclaim the chakra that she felt was stolen from her, Kaguya merged with the Shinju tree turning into a monstrous beast known as the Ten-Tails,"
"Ten-Tails?!" Yakumo exclaimed. "You mean there was a beast above the Nine-Tails?"
"The Ten-Tails was Kaguya merged with the Shinju tree, in this monstrous form she fought her sons for 3 months, but eventually they were able to seal her away inside Hagoromo and he became the first ever Jinchūriki in history however he knew that upon his death, his mother as the Ten-Tails would be released from his body so he split up her chakra into what we know now as the Nine Bijuu and scattered them around the world and sealed her husk into what we know as the moon, but just before she was fully sealed away, Kaguya's last bit of corrupted power formed a mysterious being with the mission to revive her called Black Zetsu. He has created an organization made of several S Ranked ninja called Akatsuki and their goal is to gather the Nine Bijuu and reform the Ten-Tails, I will not allow that to happen because I will revive Kaguya my own way,"
"Why Soshi-san?" Yakumo asked curious.
"Because Kaguya is my mother," Soshi replied shocking them. "Kaa-chan tasked me with her revival, as she knows I can resurrect her far better than what Black Zetsu has planned for her revival,"
"So if Kaguya-sama is your mother does that mean the Hokage and her wife aren't your parents Soshi-kun?" Satsuki asked.
"No the Hokage is still my birth mother but make no mistake, I have no familial feelings remaining towards her," Soshi replied coldly. "Kaguya is my one true mother, she trained me to master my Kekkei Mora and made me who I am today."
"Kekkei Mora?" Yakumo questioned.
"My Byakugan unlike the Hyuga clan's Byakugan, is not classified as a Kekkei Genkai but rather a Kekkei Mora." Soshi activated his Byakugan, then his eyes turned blue with a white floral pattern in them. "This eye is the Tenseigan, the Byakugan's evolved form,"
Satsuki gasped surprised by this revelation. "The Byakugan has an evolved stage like the Sharingan? I never knew that, they certainly never talk about it,"
"That is because the Hyuga clan has forgotten its true roots Satsuki," Soshi replied. "I have 2 more dojutsu to show you." The slit on his forehead opened revealing a third eye which was red with tomoe in it like the Sharingan but had nine of them set on a ripple pattern in rows of three. "This Satsuki is the Rinne-Sharingan, the origin of your own dojutsu the Sharingan. Kaa-chan has this same eye as I mentioned before Hagoromo awaked the Sharingan then awakened his Rinnegan later. Hamura had Kaa-chan's Byakugan then later obtained the Tenseigan." Soshi's eyes then turned red with a ripple pattern with tomoe in each just like the eye in his forehead except 6 tomoe instead of 9. "This is the Rinnegan a different form compared to my Rinne-Sharingan eye. I have access to all the Mangekyō Sharingan and Rinnegan powers with this."
"You said your mother Kaguya-sama trained you? How did she train you if she's currently sealed away Soshi-kun?" Satsuki asked.
"Madara Uchiha had survived his death battle with Hashirama having obtained his DNA and grafted it onto his wound and when he awakened his own Rinnegan, he broke the seal and summoned kaa-chan's mummified body from the moon, which he christened the Gedo Statue of the Outer Path and this allowed my mother to now free her spirit from the seal during a full moon as well," Soshi explained.
"Madara survived?!" Satsuki exclaimed stunned to hear that.
"Yes he used a forbidden jutsu of the Sharingan called the Izanagi to undo his death and had a shadow clone take his place." Soshi explained. "The Izanagi allows an Uchiha to cheat death but at the cost of one of their eyes."
Satsuki and Yakumo were stunned by this knowledge as Hanabi remained unconscious under Soshi's genjutsu.
Soshi then deactivates his dojutsu including closing his Rinne Sharingan. "Now the reason I am telling you all this is I care greatly for Satsuki and don't want any secrets between us and you Yakumo are her teammate and aren't part of the group who wronged me years ago, but you both must swear on your clan names not to mention any of this to Hanabi, your senseis, or the higher-ups of the village,"
Satsuki nodded. "I, Satsuki Uchiha do solemnly swear upon my Clan name Uchiha to never mention the information told to me today,"
Yakumo joined her teammate. "I, Yakumo Kurama do solemnly swear upon my Clan name Kurama to never tell the information told to me,"
Soshi nodded. "Very good thank you,"
"Soshi-kun, its amazing to think you're of the same clan lineage as the man who invented Ninjutsu." Satsuki said.
"Hagoromo originally called the art of manipulating chakra Ninshū," Soshi replied. "He taught his followers and sons Ninshū as a way for all people to connect until it was weaponized by his eldest son, your clan's own forefather Indra and became what we know now as Ninjutsu."
"Soshi-kun, I always wanted to know why my clan and the Senju clan always fought, what started that decades long war between our clans?" Satsuki asked her crush.
"It began when the Senju and Uzumaki Clan forefather and Indra's younger brother Asura was chosen over Indra as their father's heir and successor," Soshi explained. "Indra thought power was the way to achieve peace while Asura believed love was the way to true peace and their father agreed with his younger son's path. But Indra was being manipulated by Black Zetsu as well as part of his plan for kaa-chan's resurrection and when his younger brother was chosen instead of him, Indra snapped and turned on his family, it began a war between the two brothers that would be passed down to their descendants the Uchiha and Senju who would have no idea why they hated each other so much,"
Satsuki gasped. "So the Uchiha-Senju war happened because of an elder brother's jealousy at his younger brother being chosen over him by their father being manipulated by some creature?!"
"I know it is hard to believe Satsuki, that a centuries old clan war was in fact caused by a bad case of sibling rivalry." Soshi replied.
Satsuki nodded in agreement then walked over to Soshi and kissed him his cheek making the Ōtsutsuki prince blush lightly. "Thank you for telling me all that Soshi-kun, it means a lot to me that you trust me with this information and as I said before on my Clan's name I will never reveal any of the information you told me to the village."
"Thanks Satsuki," Soshi replied with a small warm smile which made Satsuki and Yakumo blush pink as he released his seal and revived Hanabi from his genjutsu, she had no idea what had occurred while she was out. "Satsuki good luck with your team and Senseis, perhaps we will work together in the future on a mission,"
Satsuki blushed. "I'd like that Soshi-kun, also kaa-chan would like to see you so could you visit us at home sometime?"
"I will Satsuki it will be nice to see Mikoto again," Soshi replied with a small smile. Mikoto Uchiha was like a surrogate mother to him before he met his mother Kaguya.
The rookies were soon waiting for their respective senseis. Soshi saw Mikoto Uchiha appear via a Leaf Shunshin.
Mikoto is a fair-skinned woman with long, straight black hair with bangs hanging on either side of her face to roughly frame her cheeks and black eyes. She wore the signature Konoha flask jacket, a black short sleeved shirt and pants with her kunai pouch on her leg and sandals. Her hair was tied back in a ponytail (Same style as Kushina when she was on duty) and her headband was wrapped around her forehead.
Mikoto smiled at her daughter and her teammates. "Team 11, Come with me, and hello Soshi-kun it's been a while hasn't it?"
"Yes Mikoto," Soshi replied with a small smile. "I will come by to see you and Satsuki sometime at home if that is alright with you?"
"Of course Soshi-kun," Mikoto replied with a warm smile. "I'll prepare some extra food for you whenever you come by,"
Soshi nodded. "Thank you Mikoto," He watched as Mikoto vanished via the teleportation technique with the three kunoichi to be.
Soshi then went into a portal and exits out of another portal into the Hokage's Office.
"Soshi-chan!" Mito said happy to see her son but quickly became professional. "Genin of Team 12 Soshi Ōtsutsuki,"
"Yes Hokage-sama?" Soshi asked.
"Your first mission will be a C rank mission to wipe out several bandit camps building up around our country," Mito said.
"Understood," Soshi replied calmly and teleported as Mito watched him go.
Outside the village, Soshi flew over the forest as he had his Byakugan activated to look for his targets. "The first bandit camp isn't too far ahead." The Ōtsutsuki prince landed nearby the camp.
"Hey there's a brat here," One huge muscular bandit said as he and several others noticed his headband.
"So you're a ninja likely a newbie," A second bandit said who had a sword.
"Do not underestimate me," Soshi replied coldly as he flared his chakra a bit.
"Kill this brat!" The leader said as his men charged Soshi.
Soshi formed bone pikes out of his palms and fires them. The men felt pain as the pikes speared into them.
"You little brat!" They yelled only to feel something wrong, their bodies were quickly cracking apart. They could only scream as they were turned to dust as the other bandits looked scared and quickly try to retreat.
Soshi spoke coldly. "Scum like you do not deserve to live," He launched sharp spears of chakra and impaled several of the bandits. The leader tried to attack with his weapon but Soshi caught him within a powerful genjutsu with his Rinnegan and made him witness horrors (Tsukuyomi Rinnegan style).
The leader bandit screamed in terror being driven mad by the genjutsu and stabbed himself with his weapon.
"This is done," Soshi said and stored the bodies that he hadn't killed with his bones in a scroll to bring back later. He then attacked another Bandit camp launching several massive fire bullets to burn them to a crisp. Later the Ōtsutsuki prince returned to the Hokage and set the scroll down. "Here are the bandits Lady Hokage."
Mito smiled and nodded. "Good work Soshi Otsutsuki, here is the ryo for them." She had a Chunin give Soshi a bag of ryo as he takes it and puts it in his pocket. "I will await my next mission." He turned.
"Soshi-chan," Mito called to her son. "You killed on your mission today are...you okay?"
"Yes...I have made peace with the fact that I will be required to take lives," Soshi replied calmly before he teleported out.
Mito was worried about her son's mentality. "Soshi-chan..."
Soshi walked down the street.
"Hey Ōtsutsuki!" Said a familiar arrogant voice Soshi didn't need to turn or have his Byakugan activated to know it was in fact Sasuke Uchiha. "You think you're so much better than me don't you? The Uchiha clan are the elites all other clans are weaker." Sasuke said smirking.
"Is that right Uchiha?" Soshi said.
"Yeah it is you want to prove me wrong Ōtsutsuki?" Sasuke said still with his arrogant smirk on.
"No, I have no time to play in petty games." Soshi replied and continued walking.
Sasuke snarled angrily and launched himself at Soshi. "Fight me Ōtsutsuki!" He sent a punch that Soshi easily dodged his punch. Sasuke launched some kunai.
Soshi caught the kunai without even looking or using his dojutsu.
Sasuke snarled and went through his handseals only for Soshi to vanish and appear behind him. "I already said I don't have time to play games with you Uchiha." Soshi said releasing a small portion of his killing intent.
Sasuke was frozen in terror. 'W-What is this...this killing intent?! Its much stronger than even a Jonin's! How can he be this powerful?! I'm an Uchiha! We Uchiha are supposed to be superior!'
Soshi stopped releasing his killing intent. "I am not your stepping stone Uchiha. Other than Satsuki, the other children, and your mother, the rest of your clan deserved their death at Itachi's hands."
"How dare you?!" Sasuke snarled showing hate towards Soshi, his eyes turned red with one tomoe in each. Sasuke's deep hatred had finally reawakened his Sharingan after all these years but it was still at just one tomoe.
"So you awakened your Sharingan Uchiha," Soshi said impassively. "Your eyes are weak compared to Satsuki's."
Sasuke snarled and launched an attack at Soshi sending several blows which Soshi easily dodged with no effort. Sasuke went through handseals. "Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!" He shoots a barrage of fire balls at Soshi.
Soshi stands calmly as the fire shots hit him but they fizzled out when they touched him. "It's useless Uchiha, again ninjutsu has no effect on me,"
"Damn it!" Sasuke snarled and took out more kunai.
"Sasuke! Stop that!" Yelled a girl as Satsuki landed glaring at her brother with her onyx eyes. "You're trying to attack Soshi-kun?! I'm going to tell kaa-chan!" She grabbed him by the ear.
"Ow! Satsuki release my ear!" Sasuke yelled and groaned as she pulled him away.
"Soshi-kun, are you okay?" Satsuki asked.
"Yes Satsuki I'm fine, Sasuke is unable to even fight me." Soshi replied with a small smile to Satsuki making her blush. Satsuki dragged Sasuke home.
Soshi went to rest before getting his next mission.
3 Months later
Soshi was out on his next mission killing more bandits outside the Fire country he was nearing the Wave country and used the Naraka Path to interrogate the leader and found out the village nearby was in trouble by using the Human Path to read his memories and rip his soul out.
"I suppose I could handle this." Soshi said calmly as he walked into a misty forest. He suddenly sensed a presence underneath the ground nearby and held his hand up and brought it back as a black rod emerged from his palm as he stabbed a rising figure with an Akatsuki cloak from the ground with the rod.
When together, the two Zetsu were easily distinguished by the two Venus flytrap-like extensions that emerged from their sides, enveloping their head and upper body as a shell, which they were able to open and close. Beneath these extensions, White Zetsu had short green hair and a single yellow eye. The right half of his body was covered by Black Zetsu, whose leg was originally White Zetsu's own right leg. Under their Akatsuki cloak, they wore blue pants and sandals, and had both legs wrapped in bandages. Zetsu's green Akatsuki ring, which bore the kanji for "sign of the boar" (亥, gai), was worn on Black Zetsu's little finger. In the anime, Zetsu's fingernails were painted pink and his toenails, as seen in his début, were blue.
Unlike Black Zetsu, White Zetsu had human-like facial features and a proper eye, as well as unusually rounded teeth.
Black Zetsu's true form is a completely black, humanoid figure lacking any hair or visible orifices, made up of a black mass which it can shape and resize at will. The black mass contains two yellow eyes, which lack any visible sclerae or pupils, and it occasionally shapes itself to form a mouth with jagged teeth.
"Oh he's good, he detected us so easily," White Zetsu said the black half of him was scared as Soshi studied the white half of Zetsu first.
"So you're a White Zetsu, a victim of the Infinite Tsukuyomi kaa-chan utilized when she was in the corrupted stage." He then looks to the Black half. "So you thought you could hide from me for long Black Zetsu?" Soshi had his Rinnegan eyes active as he looked coldly at the terrified Black Zetsu. "I told you that I'd kill you eventually, looks like today is that day."
"W-Wait! We can work together to revive mother Soshi-sama! We both want mother back! I can help you revive her, I've been planning this for many years since her sealing! Join me Soshi-sama and together we can revive mo-" Black Zetsu tried to beg but was interrupted by Soshi stabbing it through the body with a Truth Seeking Orb formed into a sword.
"No. I don't need your help reviving kaa-chan creature, you would just corrupt her again and I will not allow my mother to suffer the same corruption that ruined her life the first time. And you are no child of hers as I am, you are just a parasite made from the corruption leaving her." Soshi's right eye tomoe began to spin. "Die. Amaterasu!"
Zetsu especially Black Zetsu screamed in agony as the famous black flames erupted onto their body burning them alive, until they were a pile of ashes which blew away on the winds.
"That parasite is now gone, there are still the many other White Zetsu clones left, but I will deal with those later on." Soshi replied dispelling his Amaterasu flames with his left eye and flew off towards wave country. Soshi used the memory, he got from reading those bandit's minds to locate Gato's headquarters. "It should be in a forest up ahead." Soshi located the forest and saw a building amongst the trees. "That must be it." He encountered two bandits guarding the entrance. "Kid, back off and just go home." One of the bandits a muscular scarred man said holding a club.
Soshi looked at him in the eyes the bandit froze and his eyes widened as he was caught in his genjutsu. He died due to the fear of the illusion. Soshi then walked into the building. The building was shown as screams of terror were heard and the sound of blades slashing through flesh. Soshi emerges from the building dragging Gato behind him. Soshi had used several Jyuken strikes on his arms and legs to immobilize the little tyrant business-man.
Gato begged. "Please no! Let me go!"
"Silence scum," Soshi said coldly as he dragged the tyrant to the village. Confused and curious, the villagers all gathered around to see. They were all stunned to see the man who had been draining their country of finances and spirit brought before them. "Here is the scum who had been making you all suffer do what you will to him." Soshi told the surprised and grateful villagers as he threw a terrified Gato at their feet. The villagers took their own pound of flesh from Gato as Soshi hands an older man named Tazuna papers that signed all to Gato's properties and everything over to Tazuna and wave.
"This is all of Gato's papers, now you and Wave own his entire company make good use of it." Soshi replied to Tazuna.
Tazuna is a grey-haired, bespectacled man with a large beard and dark eyes. He wore a sleeveless v-neck shirt with an obi, pants and a pair of sandals. He also carried a towel around his neck and wore a pointed hat on his head.
"Thank you young man, what is your name?" Tazuna asked.
"My name is Soshi Ōtsutsuki," Soshi replied in his calm tone before teleporting away.
Tazuna watched him amazed. "He has saved us all, when I finish the bridge we will call it the Great Soshi Ōtsutsuki bridge."
Soshi returns to Konohagakure after his job in wave.
A few months later, Soshi had been gathering the 5 tools of the Sage discretely and managed to take them all, using his Yin-Yang release to make fully realistic copies of the tools so Kumogakure wouldn't suspect a thing. The Ōtsutsuki prince had also come across an old hideout prison of Orochimaru's, where many curse seal experiments were kept and defeated them all and even rescued a beautiful orange haired teen girl named Junko from there, Junko was the last known member of an unnamed clan who possessed the innate ability to gather senjutsu energy for many body alterations for battle. Junko was in fact the origin of the power of the deadly Curse Seals utilized by Orochimaru. Junko since she was the very origin of that power wasn't bound to just one transformation, nor did it corrode her body unlike Curse Seal wielders, as she could turn her arms and legs into many different bladed weapons and had access to her own full Sage Mode, which for normal Curse Seal wielders was called Curse Seal Level 2. Junko was called Junko of the Scales as normally she was very kind and gentle even able to communicate with animals, but anything could set her off into a dangerous bloodlust rampage which had happened once before as Junko went completely berserk and destroyed an entire village. Junko had gone to Orochimaru of her own will for help, but instead of actually helping her as he promised, Orochimaru extracted some enzymes from her body and mixed it with his own evil senjutsu chakra and thus had created his infamous Curse Seals.
Junko was attracted to Soshi as his pure immense natural chakra kept her murderous urges suppressed and he spent a lot of time with her since rescuing her from the hideout. Mito even put Junko in as Soshi's teammate due to her powerful kekkei genkai which would be wasted if she became a civilian. Junko was a tall lightly tanned beautiful young teen woman with long flowing orange hair with bangs framing her cute face and red eyes (Think Orihime Inoue from Bleach but with darker skin and red eyes). Junko wore a purple shirt that showed off her busty chest and a purple skirt, she lacked shoes due to being in a prison cell since being used by Orochimaru she also possessed a small bracket shaped tattoo on her left palm. Junko wore a Konoha forehead protector around her waist.
"So Soshi-kun, what mission will Mito-sama give us next?" Junko asked him.
"I'm not sure Junko, let's see." Soshi said as they headed to the tower for their next mission.
Mito sees her son. "Soshi Ōtsutsuki and Junko, your next mission is..."
A Jonin appeared kneeling. "Lady Hokage, the Kirigakure rebel leader Mei Terumi and two of her greatest subordinates are here to get some help with the Civil War."
"I see let them in." Mito said as the door opened revealing Mei Terumi and two of her best soldiers Chojuro and Ao.
Mei is a tall, slender woman with fair skin. She has green eyes, and ankle-length, auburn hair styled into a herringbone pattern at the back, a top-knot tied with a dark blue band, and with four bangs at the front. Two bangs are short, with one covering her right eye, and two are long, crossing each other on her bust, just below her chin. She wears a long-sleeved, dark blue dress that falls just below the knees. It seems to be closed at the front with a zipper, and is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down. The dress only covers up to the upper part of her arms and the underside of her breasts. Underneath, she wears a mesh armour that covers slightly more of her upper body than her dress. She also wears a skirt in the same colour as her dress and, underneath those, mesh leggings reaching down over her knees. Around her waist, she wears a belt with a pouch attached to the back on the left along with high-heeled sandals, shin-guards reaching up over her knees, dark blue nail polish on her fingers and toes, and is usually shown with purple lipstick.
Chōjūrō has short, tufty blue hair, and dark eyes. He also has pointed, shark-like teeth; a common trait of the members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist as well as apprentices share. He wears square, black-rimmed glasses connected to ear protectors, a blue pin-striped shirt and camouflage pattern wears his forehead protector on the front of his holster which he uses to carry Hiramekarei. The sword itself is wrapped in bandages leaving only the double hilt visible. He also has shuriken holsters strapped onto each of his legs.
Ao was a middle aged man with blue hair which is styled in a moused-up manner. His left eye was blue and his right eye was covered with an eye-patch, under which he concealed the Byakugan that he obtained from a Hyūga clan member he defeated. He wore a talisman in each ear with the kanji for a humble form of "to hear" (承, shō) written on them twice on each side. These talismans reacted when his Byakugan is under threat and will protect it from anyone, even himself. He also wore the standard striped, grey suit, with a green haori that had white trimmings that stop halfway down, over them.
"Greetings Lady Hokage I am Mei Terumi leader of the Kirigakure Rebel forces." Mei said bowing to Mito. "These two are my strongest men Chōjūrō and Ao." Both of them bowed to the first female kage.
"Welcome Mei Terumi, I understand you need some assistance in the civil war. Luckily I have an available team to help." Mito said gesturing to Soshi and Junko. "This is Team 12 Soshi Ōtsutsuki my son and his friend and only current teammate Junko."
"They're Genin?" Ao questioned.
"Only on paper, my son Soshi-chan is strong incredibly strong, he was able to beat four of my villages top Jonin all by himself." Mito said proudly. "And his teammate shouldn't be underestimated either. I assure you Mei, they can help."
"I see. Very well by your word, I will give them a chance Lady Hokage." Mei said looking at Soshi and felt herself turning a bit pink. 'He might be a child physically, but my heart tells me he is much more mature mentally and spiritually.'
"Team 12 this is your mission; assist Mei Terumi and her group against the Yondaime Mizukage Yagura." Mito said in Hokage mode.
"Understood." Soshi replied as he walked over to Mei with Junko by his side.
Ao wasn't so sure about letting a pair of 'Genins' help but Chojuro was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. "Let's give them a chance Ao-san, if Lady Hokage speaks positively for them then that's okay with me." The younger swordsman said.
"Chojuro this is why you'll never reach your full potential." Ao replied as they now trekked back to water country.
"Mei-san. Tell us about the current events." Soshi said.
Mei nodded and explained to Soshi what Yagura was doing to push them back.
Soshi nodded. "I see so the Mizukage is a tough opponent. Mei-san, first we will clear out his army then we will take down Yagura you and me together."
"It sounds like a good plan to me Soshi-kun." Mei replied smiling beautifully.
"Lady Mei, I must protest." Ao said. "This boy looks no..." Ao froze as Soshi emanates a white chakra aura around himself. "Ao-san, do you wish for a demonstration of my prowess?" Soshi asked.
"Um no Soshi-san I can tell that bit of chakra flare was enough." Ao said holding his hands up defensively. Soshi's aura dissipated. Ao was stunned. 'I-Incredible...his chakra is so bright and powerful! Its at Bijuu level but much stronger than the Three Tails easily!'
Mei was shivering in something more primal. 'Oh my~ he has such incredible chakra and is so handsome~ if we win this war I'm going to ask for an arranged marriage to him to bring our villages closer!'
The 4 then traveled back to the camp were Mei and her group had been stationed. A ninja came up. "Mei-sama! Ao-san! Chojuro-san! Thank Kami you're back did you get reinforcements?"
"Yes we did. The Hokage Mito Uzumaki-Namikaze lent us a young but very strong team." Mei said as she nods to Soshi and Junko.
The ninja was surprised. "A genin two man Squad?! But!"
"Despite what they might seem like, Lady Mito has mentioned her son is extremely powerful having managed to fight and beat 4 of the best Jonin of Konohagakure." Mei replied.
"Who are the Jonin, he beat?" The other ninja asked.
"Kakashi Hatake, Might Guy, Asuma Sarutobi and Kurenai Yuhi." Soshi replied.
The rebels gasped as a gruff voice spoke up. "You defeated Kakashi Hatake the Copy Ninja? A kid like you?" A tall man stepped up to them. a tall and noticeably muscular man with light grayish skin, short spiky black hair, dark brown eyes, and small eyebrows. He was normally seen wearing bandages like a mask over the bottom half of his face. Under his mask, he had a relatively narrow jawline and jagged-teeth, a trait he shared with his fellow Swordsmen. He wore his forehead protector sideways on his head, and prior to his defection from Kirigakure, donned the village's Anbu uniform and flak jacket. After his defection, and during his first appearance, he was seen shirtless, with his chest only covered by a belt to which he attached his Kubikiribōchō, wearing baggy pants with the striped pattern typical of Kirigakure and mimetic wrist-warmers extending up to his elbows, with matching leg-warmers.
"Zabuza Momochi you are a former Kirigakure ninja, you have the moniker the 'Demon of the Mist' and you as a child killed over 100 trained academy students and you hadn't even been trained as a ninja at the time during Kirigakure's growing reputation of the 'Bloody Mist'." Soshi said calmly. "You left Kirigakure after your first attempt of killing the Mizukage failed."
Zabuza smirked under his bandages. "Not bad kid you know your stuff. If you indeed beat Kakashi Hatake then show me your strength!" He then put his hand in a rat seal with the other arm raised up. "Hidden Mist Jutsu!" The mist rolled in becoming nearly impossible to see Zabuza was planning on using a bit of his Silent Killing technique to intimidate the boy.
"Very well, I can play a bit but only for a while." Soshi flared a bit of his immense chakra and the entire mist jutsu was blown away clearing the area.
Zabuza was stunned. 'What the hell?! He blew my jutsu away with nothing but his chakra alone?!'
Soshi then activated his Byakugan, the veins in and around his eyes bulging out as pupils appeared, he stood ready. "Now Zabuza Momochi come."
Zabuza then sensed something off and jumped back going through handseals. "Water Style: Water Wall!" He spit out a large amount of water which turned into a large defensive barrier as several spiraling drills of water came at him and slammed into his wall hard. 'What's with this kid?! I'm sure that was the Water Style: Water Fang Bomb he just used against me and he didn't even use a single handsign! Its like he can use elemental jutsu with just his thoughts alone!'
Soshi then formed water from the air and sent a giant water dragon flying at Zabuza.
'What?! Even the Water Dragon Missile?!' Zabuza just barely managed to dodge the water dragon and then draws his signature blade from his back. A large broadsword, as tall as a full-grown man, shaped like a butcher knife. The blade itself has two cut outs, a circle close to the top and a semi-circular one nearer to the handle, the former of which is aptly fitting the sword's purpose of decapitation. The latter notch allows a strap to be wrapped around the weapon, making it easier for the user to carry. Its extremely long handle is also detachable to further aid transportation and then reattached when required for combat. "Alright then you got some power to you kid." Zabuza created a couple of clones. "Water Clone Jutsu!" The Kirigakure missing-nin created around 5 clones of water which rose up from the puddles around them.
Soshi then disappeared and then reappeared in the same spot with one arm out. Zabuza's clones immediately turned back into puddles of water.
Mei was watching Soshi in awe. 'I think I'm in love~ Soshi-kun is so strong~ I know with his help we can end Yagura's tyrannical ways!'
Zabuza was amazed. "Just who is this kid and how is he so strong?! He can just throw around jutsus without any handseals!"
Soshi sent several water dragons Zabuza's way.
"Oh shit!" Zabuza exclaimed as he used a Water Style teleportation to get away having to do several.
Soshi launched a stream of lightning from his body at Zabuza.
Zabuza had to jump to avoid the lightning burst. "This kid is a ninjutsu prodigy!"
Soshi then vanished and appeared behind him with a white gauntlet of chakra around his left arm and threw his arm forward sending a large chakra claw at Zabuza.
Zabuza was impaled then turned into water. Zabuza reappeared nearby. "Okay I'm convinced now kid, you're really powerful."
Soshi nodded and looked to the East, his Byakugan spotting over 4000 chakra signatures including a strong one at Bijuu level. "I see many chakras heading our way Mei one is Bijuu strength, I believe it is Yagura and his top ANBU."
"Damn everyone else get ready! Soshi-kun you and Junko and Zabuza are with me to take on Yagura." Mei said as Soshi nodded and Zabuza grinned behind his bandages stepping up. As then over 10000 shinobi arrived Kiri ANBU and their leader Yagura Karatachi the Yondaime Mizukage and Jinchuriki of the Sanbi. Yagura was a young adult, though rather short for his age. He has short, messy, grey hair, which fell over the right side of his face and spiked up on the left. He also had pupilless pink eyes and what seemed to be a stitch-like scar running from under his left eye, all the way down his cheek. His attire included a grey, sleeveless shirt with the Kiri forehead protector attached to the front, as well as a short-sleeved mesh armour, which he wore a green poncho. He also wore a turquoise sash around his waist, paired with a matching green apron over his pants and a pair of brown boots. Along with it, he would carry a club with uneven sized hooks, which bared a green flower on the larger end.
"Yagura!" Mei yelled at him glaring. "Your reign of tyrannical terror ends today!"
"More bloodline demons to kill! ANBU destroy them all! Leave none of these demons alive or intact!" Yagura ordered.
His army of 10000 Kiri shinobi roared and charged the rebel forces. Soshi stepped up calmly in front of the others. "Mei I will make the first move." He then by himself flew into the army and sent several flying as using taijutsu alone, Soshi was easily overpowering the enemies (think the scene of Edo Madara singlehandedly using taijutsu alone to take many shinobi out in his debut in the War arc). Soshi easily avoided their retaliation strikes, like they were just mere Genin fighting a Kage. He caught a kunai and throws it back at its original thrower impaling the man through his mask straight into his forehead.
Yagura couldn't believe it. "This is impossible...How can a mere child do this?! It can't be!"
Soshi was easily killing off the ANBU like they were just bandits as he formed claw gauntlets on his arms and used them to brutally kill several ANBU as they couldn't even try to put a defense up as the young Ōtsutsuki prince was killing them off the army was quickly dropping in numbers.
Zabuza not wanting to let Soshi have all the fun rushed with his blade ready as he joined in slaughtering the opposing ninja using his blade to do its job in decapitation to behead all his foes.
Mei went through a couple of handseals as some ANBU attacked her. "Lava Style: Lava Monster Jutsu!" She spew a large wide projectile stream of acidic mud from her mouth at the ANBU who had no time to put a defense jutsu up as it covered and melted them killing them instantly.
Yagura was getting angry seeing his army being overwhelmed by these monsters. "I will not allow this to happen!" Yagura begun to tap into his bijuu chakra as a red cloak formed around him before he was surrounded quickly in a black dome cratering the ground as he went straight to his version 2 form looking like a dark red almost black miniature version of the Sanbi in a more humanoid like state.
Soshi sensed the power and held his arms out as the remaining ANBU all sent jutsu at him. "Shinra Tensei!" Soshi revealed his Sharinnegan eyes as he unleashed a massive wave of force around himself destroying their jutsu and even turning them all into bloody paste as the force crushed them all a massive several mile wide crater was all that remained of the area around them all.
Yagura charged at Soshi. "You have a dojutsu! You're the worst demon of all of them!"
Soshi narrowed his eyes. "So the Sanbi Jinchuriki wants to challenge me? Very well." He began to flare his powerful chakra as he then flew at Yagura and kicked the transformed Mizukage sending him up into the sky as Soshi flashed above him and delivered a devastating powerful axe kick to him.
Yagura plummeted to the ground and slammed into it hard as he reverted back to his normal self with burned skin. "Y-You're not human..."
Soshi had his Sharinnegan still active as he looked into Yagura's eyes. "Oh. It seems your under a Sharingan genjutsu." The young Ōtsutsuki heir easily shattered the genjutsu controlling Yagura.
"Y-You freed me from that horrible genjutsu...Thank you now please finish me off I can't live knowing what I did even being under a mind genjutsu." Yagura begged.
Soshi nodded as he formed a lightning blade in his hand and then struck Yagura in the chest with it.
"Tell Mei, she is the Mizukage now." Yagura said smiling as he closed his eyes one last time dying.
Soshi later returned to the rebels and let them know what happened. Mei was amazed by Soshi's immense power and the fact he was able to break the genjutsu on Yagura and ended his life at his request and that she was now the Godaime Mizukage. This confirmed what the dual elemental kekkei genkai wielding kunoichi felt growing towards the very mature powerful 13 year old.
A few days later, Soshi and Junko were getting ready to leave Kirigakure as Mei had been officially coronated as the Godaime Mizukage.
"We will likely see each other again in the future Soshi-kun." Mei told the handsome young man with a saucy smile. Soshi opened a portal and went into it with Junko to return to Konohagakure. Soshi and Junko exited the portal before the two 'eternal' gate guards Izumo Kamizuki and Kotetsu Hagane. Izumo has brown hair, and dark eyes. His hair is combed down and always covers his right eye. He wears his forehead protector like a bandanna along with the standard Konoha shinobi outfit which goes all the way up to his chin and a flak jacket. Kotetsu has long, spiky, black hair and dark eyes. He has a strip of bandage running across the bridge of his nose and a light-colored marking on his chin. He wears the standard attire of a Konoha shinobi complete with a forehead protector and a flak jacket.
"Team 12 returning from a successful assistance in ending the Kirigakure war." Soshi replied.
"Oh yes Soshi go inside." Izumo said as he and Kotetsu stepped aside as Soshi and Junko walked inside the village. They were heading towards the village when they see a commotion happening as Sakura, Megumi, Narumi and a couple of younger children were facing off with a pair of foreign genin the boy was holding a third child up by his shirt hurting him a bit. Soshi studied the opposing genin with a narrowed gaze.
The boy wore a Bunraku puppeteer's costume; a black, baggy, full body suit with a red and yellow circle on the front. He also wears a black hood which covered his head completely, and had cat-like ears and his forehead protector on his forehead. He sported a triangular face-paint design, he greatly resembles his father. He also wore fingerless black gloves.
The girl bears a great resemblance to her mother; she has teal eyes and sandy blonde hair, which is gathered into four consecutive pigtails. Her outfit consists of a single light purple-colored, off-the-shoulders garment that extended to halfway down her thighs, with a scarlet sash tied around her waist. In addition to incorporating fishnet worn over her shoulders and legs, specifically on her right calf and her left thigh, she also wore her black forehead protector around her neck.
"Kankuro seriously put the kid down." The girl scolded.
"No way Temari!" The newly named Kankuro replied grinning maliciously at the kid he was practically strangling. "This brat bumped into me and he's got to pay the price."
Temari sighed. "Fine whatever I'm not part of this."
The boy was Konohamaru Sarutobi the grandson of the former Sandaime Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi. He struggles helplessly as his friends and surrogate big sister Narumi can only watch horrified.
"Konohamaru!" A orange haired girl with her hair in two strange lifted ponytails said worriedly along with a brown haired boy with glasses and a runny nose.
"You better let him go you bastard!" Narumi yelled glaring at Kankuro.
"You just make me wanna hurt the brat more!" Kankuro said evilly bringing his fist up. But then a blast of lightning flew and nearly hit his hand holding Konohamaru forcing him to drop him as it struck dangerously close. "What the?!"
Soshi was shown standing on a nearby tree branch with his hand out still emanating blue sparks of lightning. "Sunagakure-nin. You're in the wrong village to be causing trouble." Junko stood beside him.
"Nii-chan!" Narumi and Megumi exclaimed seeing their elder brother here.
Temari blushed. 'Well local hottie.'
"Great more brats." Kankuro growled as he begun to take the bandaged object off his back.
"No you're going to use Karasu for this?!" Temari exclaimed.
"I would suggest you not do that. As I sense some strong chakra near me that is rather agitated at you. And also I sense your presence Uchiha." Soshi replied as a shocked Sasuke comes out and another boy appeared standing up side down on a nearby tree branch. The boy has fair skin, green eyes, and short spiky auburn hair; He lacks distinctive pupils or eyebrows, the latter of which others sometimes make fun of. He's had tanuki-like black rings around his eyes his whole life, which is attributed to insomnia. As a child, he carved the kanji for "love" (愛, ai) on the left side of his forehead, which his hair is parted in order for it to be kept visible. He wears a black body suit with an open neck, t-shirt-like sleeves, and almost full-length leggings. With this, he wears a white cloth over his right shoulder and the left side of his hips. He has a wide leather band from his left shoulder to his right hip with which he carries his sand gourd and around which he wraps his forehead protector.
Sasuke was shocked by this. 'This guy he's as skilled at stealth as Kakashi...I didn't even sense his presence! Yet Ōtsutsuki did?!'
"Kankuro that's enough you're a disgrace to our village." The auburn haired boy said coldly.
"But Gaara! They're the ones who started it! Let me tell you what happened..." Kankuro said nervously.
"Shut up. Unless you want me to kill you?" Gaara asked even colder.
Kankuro looked nervously scared and said. "N-no Gaara. You're right I'm at fault I'm sorry."
"Me too sorry Gaara." Temari said holding her hands up in surrender with a nervous smile of her own.
Gaara looked over to Soshi. "I apologize for any troubles he's caused."
Soshi nodded and comes off the tree branch with Junko as they landed by Sasuke and the others.
Gaara then used a sand swirl to disappear and reappear by Temari and Kankuro.
"You three are here for the Chunin Exams correct?" Soshi asked.
"Wow both cute and smart a rare combination. Yes we are." Temari said holding up their papers.
"What's the Chunin Exams?" Narumi asked.
"Narumi-chan didn't you listen to what our parents said?" Megumi asked.
Narumi rubbed the back of her blonde hair as Megumi sweatdropped at her absent minded younger sister.
"The Chunin Exams are important exams that all Genin teams must participate in at around this time of year." Soshi replied. "Its a chance for us to show how far we have come along since the academy days all of us will likely be entering in it. I'm automatically eligible since I don't have a sensei and am currently a Two Person squad with Junko here. You will likely be entered by your senseis."
Sasuke smirked excited to fight such powerful opponents and prove he was an elite Uchiha.
"Anyways." Soshi said turning his attention back to the three sunagakure-nin. "What are your names?"
"Huh you mean me?" Temari blushed asking.
"No the one with the gourd." Soshi said bluntly.
"I am also interested to hear your name." Gaara said.
"I am Soshi Ōtsutsuki." Soshi replied.
"Gaara of the Desert." Gaara replied back. "I hope to see you in the exams."
"Hey aren't you interested in hearing my name?!" Narumi asked.
"I couldn't care less." Gaara replied as he left with his teammates.
Sasuke smirked more. 'Gaara of the Desert huh? You're a perfect chance to test my Uchiha Elite powers.' He turned and walked. Megumi bowed to her brother. "See you later hopefully at the exams Nii-chan." She put a hand on Narumi's shoulder and uses the teleportation jutsu to take Narumi home in a swirl of leaves.
Soshi narrowed his eyes at the tree then said. "Let's go Junko."
"Yes Soshi-kun." Junko replied as Soshi teleported himself and her away in an oval shaped spiral.
Three mysterious nins dressed similarly were in the tree. The leader said. "That Soshi kid is a dangerous one we better keep watch." As his teammates nodded.
Later in the Hokage office, Mito was talking to the Jonin. "It's that time again. Some of the other competition has already been spotted in the village. So a week from now the Chunin Exams will take place. Are there any in your groups you feel are ready?" She asked looking at the 5 Jonin before her who are the senseis of the 4 of the 6 most recent Konohagakure genin teams."
Kurenai spoke up. "I am Kurenai Yūhi I lead Team 8 which consists of Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame and Hinata Hyūga I recommend my team for the upcoming Chunin Exams."
Asuma went next and said. "My team is Team 10 which includes Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi, and Ino Yamanaka. I Asuma Sarutobi recommend them for the Chunin Exams."
Hisana stepped up. Hisana is a slender curvaceous young woman of fair-complexion who, as a Hyūga her most distinguishing trait as the Byakugan giving her featureless white eyes with a hint of lavender. She possessed dark blue hair in a hime style with two strands framing he face reaching her shoulders. Her hair went down to her lower back. Hisana wore an open lavender and white jacket exposing her voluptuous breasts with fishnet mesh the only other cover of them as well as tight short shorts with the traditional sandals (RTN Hinata appearance) her headband was wrapped around her upper left sleeve.
Hisana spoke up. "I'm one of the senseis of Team 11 which consists of Satsuki Uchiha, Yakumo Kurama, and my own little sister Hanabi Hyūga. I Hisana Hyūga recommend my team for the upcoming Chunin Exams."
Kakashi and Lucretia stepped up. Kakashi spoke. "I am one of the senseis for Team 7 which includes Narumi Uzumaki-Namikaze, Megumi Uzumaki-Namikaze, Sakura Haruno, and lastly Sasuke Uchiha. I Kakashi Hatake recommend our team for the Chunin Exams."
"I the other sensei of Team 7 Lucretia Niji agree with my partner's recommendation." Lucretia replied.
"Interesting so all teams are recommended. And Soshi-chan is automatically eligible since he is a Two Person squad with Junko. Alright then we have our team entrances." Mito said nodding. "Lu-chan make sure to explain to Narumi-chan the seriousness she will need to take it."
"I know Mito-chan." Lucretia replied to her wife as they are all dismissed for the day.
The next day a week later near the academy. A portal opened as Soshi and Junko emerged from it.
"So this is it Soshi-kun." Junko said.
"Yes it is Junko. Now let's go and see what the competition will be like." Soshi replied as they entered inti the academy.
so sorry this one took so long to finish. But from doing other stories, I finally have gotten back the inspiration to continue this one the OG. Next chapter the exams get really under way with meeting the competition and then a 5 day run through a dangerous forest in which several events occur.
