"Oh god Towa why did I agree to this torture"
Acon groaned out as he sat through the first day of class sitting in between Ruby and Towa bored out of his mind. Towa then leaned down to his ear and whispered,
"Shush this is what you agreed to when Ozpin offered this opportunity for us three!"
"But I already know how to fight why do I need to take this class!"
"This class is teaching you how to fight these Grimm creatures AND Identify them so It would do you good to focus incase these have any special abilities that could harm you, you don't seem like a mindless brute of a Saiyan so school should not be this bad for you"
"That's only because Bulma got to me first, besides, I don't mind learning but does learning have to take so long!"
Meanwhile Ruby didn't even notice nor did Weiss who was sitting on the opposite side of Ruby as well the two and Mira who was next to Towa could hear the conversation, they were speaking way to low for a normal person to hear. With Blake and some of the other Faunus in the room all they heard was faint whispering impossible to make out, so they did not bother to pay any attention to it.
Blake was more concerned with the powerful monkey Faunus and his two blue friends.
'As far as first impressions go his was…intense' she thought to herself remembering how he used the nevermore like a springboard and stopping the deathstalker in its tracks like it was nothing.
'Why are they even in this class they look like they're slightly older than the third years' and then Professor Port asked if anybody wanted to come up to the front and challenge a Grimm and right before Weiss could raise her hand Acon jumped up shocking the room.
"PLEASE LET ME FIGHT SOMETHING, ANYTHING!?" which caused Towa to smack her face with her hand in embarrassment mumbling something
"Damn Muscle headed saiyans can't keep from making a scene" which caused Blakes ears to perk up actually hearing that causing her to wonder,
'Is that some sort of title or something?' She thought still thinking that Acon was just a powerful faunus.
"AHA YES THAT'S THE SPIRT MY BOY!" Professor Port shouted amused by the sheer enthusiasm Acon had while students that previously saw him in action straightened up and got ready to see a show.
Acon walked down to the Professor who told him to brace himself before breaking the lock on a massive cage revealing a large Boarbatusk Grimm. Acon won't lie he did get embarrassed at drooling slightly at the sight of the grimm wondering if he could eat it before he got a serious look in his eyes not knowing what it was capable of.
The grimm got tired of waiting and shot forward at Acon who was standing there with a grin ready for impact. Ruby almost shot up and charged down thinking he was about to get hurt before Towa placed a hand on her shoulder and gestured for her to look at the result and to say Ruby was shocked was an understatement.
The boarbatusk was sitting there struggling to push forward while Acon simply held up one finger on each hand holding it back with said finger by placing the finger at the tips of the tusk. Realizing that it's original charge didn't work decided to circle back and charge again but this time it rolled into a ball and built up momentum causing Acon to raise his eyebrow surprised by the ability,
'Well that's new isn't it?' He thought to himself before the grimm shot forward at an alarming speed to the students and all Acon did was raise his fist and before they knew it the grim was stopped in it's tracks. Blake thought to herself,
'How is something like that even possible?' While Yang was thinking,
'How can I get that strong?'
And their reactions were justified because instead of stopping the grimm with a finger again The grimm impaled itself on Acon's fist before fading away and the entire class saw that Acon didn't even have a scratch on him from the assault.
"Awww man I was hoping for at least a light warmup before it was taken down" Acon groaned out now that the fight was over his boredom hit in full force once again, Professor Port was just silent for a moment before he got back his normal exuberance,
"WELL THEN! That was spectacular and I must say never in all my years have I seen someone let a grimm just charge at them like that with such spectacular results! Now then I must thank you for the show my boy but now the class must sadly end, so off with you all!" He finished the class before walking over to Towa and Mira and saying,
"Please tell me that's all for the day?" once again causing Mira to smirk,
"Ok now I know you're doing that on purpose to mock me!" Acon yelled out pointing at Mira and as for Towa's thoughts on the matter well,
"Well I can honestly say I never expected this" Causing Mira and Acon to stop and look over at her inquisitively,
"What? Going to school because I have to admit I did not see this coming either!"
"No us getting along so peacefully almost like friends" and Mira decided to chime in as well,
"I have to agree with her, Acon we spent so much time fighting that this concept never could have crossed our minds" As for Acon well,
"Wait we aren't friends?" which caused the two to face plant before looking at Acon and yelling,
"We attacked you!"
"Yep"
"We were the reason the timeline was nearly destroyed,"
"It was and I fixed that"
"We continued to attack you!"
"Gave me something to do"
"How is it that you are so calm about this?" Mira finished seeing that Akon wasn't even close to beginning to be phased by their comments. Acon decided to get up and start walking towards their house
"Well look at it from my perspective, sure we weren't friendly but neither of you were the ones who directly caused harm to anybody, and event he things you did do were manageable and pushed me to new limits, as for the time line, Demigra destroyed it so I came back and beat him all you did was free him not destroy the timeline yourself and besides I fixed that no problem"
After that statement the three found themselves in front of Remnant Corp and Acon decided to finish talking,
"So seeing as there's no reason for me to really consider you as an enemy I can only consider you as friends right?" Hearing that Towa couldn't help but bring up one last thing,
"What about the fact that we are the reason you're stuck here as well?" Causing Acon to stop and think before saying,
"Well I could have just gave up and it wouldn't have happened but I didn't so it's not just your fault I'm here" Causing both of them to be shocked at Acon's forgiving nature before Mira said,
"Thank you" and those two words conveyed so much to all three of them and Acon just laughed and said,
"Don't thank me yet Mira I still want that rematch when we're back at full power again!" Before walking into the building and Mira and Towa just stopped before looking at each other and following behind Acon into the elevator leading them up to the next floor revealing Winter sitting at the table with a computer in front of her looking tired while Amber was sitting on the couch watching the Hercule and great Saiyaman movie. Looking at it Acon spoke up catching the two's attention,
"Oh yea I remember that, man I have to give props to the director for being able to record that while it was happening" Amber shot up pointing at Acon and even Winter who was subtly paying attention to the movie stopped her work to see what was going on,
"WAIT!? Are you telling me the Great Saiyaman is real and that was actually him fighting!?" She yelled shocked at what she was seeing and hearing, Winter then spoke up,
"How is something like that possible and how did they make it into a movie?"
"One thing I learned is nothing stopped that director trust me his crew tried," Towa then squinted at a small spot she saw on top of the monsters head,
"Isn't that the famous criminal that attaches itself to it's victims?" Acon saw what she was looking at and agreed,
"Yup! I don't remember his name though but we made sure to teach the time patrol to look out for that race in case any others went bad"
"Wait that giant monster is an actual criminal?" Winter asked wondering how bad their criminals are if they have giant monsters like that.
"Nope it's the little white flower on his head" Acon said with a smile, while Winter thought she was being mocked by Acon and snapped back,
"You could have just said yes or no, there was no reason to be snarky about it" Towa seeing what offended Winter decided to clarify,
"He was being serious that flower on his head is from a race of parasites that enhances their hosts negative feelings and turn it into raw power."
"Wait so you're telling us that even plants can kill you in your universe?" Amber asked
"Pretty much yea" causing Amber to look at the movie in a new light meanwhile Winter decided to apologize,
"I apologize for my outburst, I thought you were mocking me by saying it was a flower"
"Ah no worries, when you put it like that Is see what you were talking about, besides you seem stressed already with your work"
"Yes I am slightly, we have new acquisitions coming in and the paperwork to deal with them is a nightmare,"
"Whew man I'm glad I don't have to deal with any paperwork, for me it's just jump into the messed up timeline fix things and jump out" Hearing that Towa remembered the topic they were discussing before this one,
"Speaking of fixing timelines, how exactly did you manage to fix the timeline when Demigra quite literally destroyed all of them?!" She raised her voice towards the end in sheer exasperation of the idea that he was able to fix the timelines,
"Well he destroyed the Time nest and bang I wake up in a white void with a single scroll infront of me showing the exact moment he blew it up so I jumped in and stopped him right before it happened simple as that" Acon explained like it was an everyday occurrence.
As for his Audience Winter and Amber were understandably confused on the parts about the time nest and what they were sure was a different kind of scroll, but they understood that one being was able to destroy all timelines. Amber had to ask,
"When you said he destroyed all timelines, does that just affect your universe or?" Causing the others to gain a confused look except for Towa who said,
"For just the timelines in the scrolls then yes it only affects our universe, but as for destroying the time nest well," She trailed off leaving the others to put the pieces together silently before Mira spoke up,
"It destroyed time itself didn't it? The time nest has much more significance than just a place to destroy timelines doesn't it?" He asked causing Towa to sigh before saying,
"Yes, by destroying the time nest it managed to destroy time itself therefore destroying time in all universes, but if Acon managed to fix that then you somehow managed to stand outside of time!" Towa finished directing the last part of her statement at Acon who sat there thinking before saying,
"Give me a strong ally, someone to defend time itself" Winter asked,
"What does that statement mean? Are you asking us or?"
"It was the words of the Wish that created me, Trunks, a member of the time patrol or rather the first time patroller, said those words to Shenron who created me in turn, but if that's the case then what was that scroll when they all should have been destroyed?" Mira decided to chime in after hearing these statements,
"Maybe it wasn't a time line but your own personal time? If you have the power to defend time itself as the wish stated it could have been a failsafe to fix whatever broke in the timeline" Towa looked over at Mira in shock at the conclusion he reached before saying,
"Mira that's perfect, I have an idea but I need to do more research before figuring it out for sure, Acon can you go into the gravity chamber and power up as much as you can possibly, in order to see if my theory is correct I need you to be at your very maximum output for as long as you can hold it" She finished causing Acon to agree before the group headed down to the gravity chamber.
"Hey Winter let's go down to I'm curious to see where this goes" Amber told Winter whoa greed and followed behind the group of three , when they got downstairs they saw Mira Waiting by the gravity chamber door before he said,
"Towa figured you would come down here, it's not safe to be in the chamber at the moment but we can watch from the viewing room up top without causing any harm to you." Hearing that last part Winter asked,
"What do you mean causing harm?"
"We've noticed that our energy has a slight pressure and when it gets stronger it has the potential to harm people, some in our universe have even caused cities to crumble with uncontrolled energy,"
"Wait should we be doing this next to a school then? I don't want to risk anybody getting hurt because of an experiment" Amber said with Winter nodding her agreement."
"There's nothing to worry about with that, the gravity chamber is built for intense training and absorbs the energy that we output inside and uses it to power a shield to keep it all contained into the chamber, as for the specifics I do not know, that is something to ask Towa, but now it's happening so brace yourself, you might still feel a slight tremor"
Before either of the huntresses could ask Acon clenched his fist in front of Towa before grunting and as a result his energy starting to show around him, In the viewing room they started to feel a slight tremor before it escalated into shaking causing Amber and Winter to brace themselves and adjust their footing in order to remain upright. Winter thought to herself,
'How is something like this even possible' and as for Amber, being a maiden she as more intuned with energy and could feel the energy as well
'What is this power? It's almost as if my maidens power is a drop of water while his is the entire ocean, no even more than that I can feel it! Deep inside he has even more power churning deep inside just waiting to be let out!" After that there was a golden flash showing Acon with his Hair slightly spikeier and glowing Golden with green eyes,
'No I won't let it stop here this time I have to push it…even further beyond!' Before he started charging again casuign lighting to start appearing around him.
Winter spoke out loud,
"This power it's unreal! This is something I would expect on the scale of the two brothers not a random man!" as even though she didn't have extreme energy sensing abilities she could feel the aura surrounding her and rather than scaring her it was comforting in a way.
'This…is someone I can trust to have my back' She finished before the transformation hit it's peak down below.
"Hnnnrghhh grrrr GRAHHHHHH" Acon finished yelling out as managed to completely skip the second level and jumped immediately to the third transformation of super Saiyan. When the light died down the audience saw him in his super Saiyan three transformation for the first time, Looking much harsher than they have ever seen with long spiky hair going down his back and arcs of lighting dancing around his body. Towa immediately starting poking and prodding at Acon who just stood there and took it. She then lifted his arm and poked his armpit a bit causing him to jump at the ticklish point he felt.
"Huh never knew a super Saiyan was ticklish" Towa mentioned before backing away and Acon decided to let go of the transformation because after around a minute he was showing a visible strain keeping it up. Once he let go Acon collapsed on the ground drained completely for the strain of holding up his transformation.
'This is just like when I transformed into a super Saiyan in front of Ozpin, is this the laws of the universe that Towa was mentioning?' he thought to himself before the door to the gravity chamber opened revealing Amber and Winter who charged in. Excited Amber starting saying,
"THAT WAS INSANE! In my entire life I never felt something like that before! And here I thought the maidens were supposed to be powerful!" She trailed off towards the end still sounding excited but a bit forlorn. Winter noticed as well and decided to change the subject.
"I have to agree with Amber, I've never seen anything like that before, I can only imagine how terrifying that must be towards your enemies" She finished shuddering slightly at the thought of that being channeled against her,
'General I hope you don't overstep with any of them, I don't think anybody here could stop them if even Amber says that he was stronger than her'
After catching his breath and building up some energy Acon, while still pale was able to stand on his own.
"That was a super Saiyan transformation, it's called super Saiyan 3 but it's technically the fourth level, it's pretty powerful but the drain on my energy is bad even without the universe draining it even faster"
"So would that be your strongest transformation?" Winter asked fishing for information to sate the general.
"Nah not at all I have a few more that are way stronger but if I could barely hold super saiyan 3 for a minute I doubt I could even use those without killing myself." Acon said before he clenched his fist and continued,
"But now I know my power is still there just limited her so maybe instead of trying to bring it all out I can focus on making it more potent, you know quality over quantity right?" Winter surprised everybody by chiming in,
"That theory actually makes sense, if you truly have more power inside of you but are only able to draw out a certain amount, it stands to reason that you can increase the potency of your current output by training. The question of the matter is how you would be able to do it?" Towa asked, knowing that something like that has never been attempted before.
"Hmmm no idea really I guess we'll just have to test and find out right?" Acon said nonchalantly causing the other 4 to face plant into the ground. Amber then thought of something and said,
"HEY! So who's stronger right now out of the three of you?" Acon looked around at the three and made the decision,
"Well, I think right now I'm the weakest, then it's Towa, and then Mira is the strongest being about as strong as the average super Saiyan 3 but no worries I plan to close the gap pretty quickly." And that statement once again caused shock to the four,
"Wait if all of you are limited, then why would Mira be stronger than you? Are you limited more than they are?" Winter asked still fishing for more information, being apart of what was essentially a military himself, Acon understood what she was doing but didn't know why nor did he fault her for it so he decided to answer anyways,
"Well Mira is an android, I think, Towa what is he?" Acon directed towards Towa who stepped forward and answered,
"Towa is much like Cell or Android 21, meaning a lifeform created not as a android or cyborg but something in between. It's hard to define an exact word for them but to put it simply they are artificial lifeforms and essentially at their bases, they are stronger than most beings especially when given training, They also have more energy capabilities and such than normal lifeforms. That is the reason why Mira is stronger than both of us at the moment as his body was created this strong rather than building up power over time as we did."
"So the rest of his power that he did build up is limited but he's naturally strong?" Amber said, to which Towa looked at her and nodded,
"Yes that's exactly it." Towa confirmed with a nod. Finally getting his energy back Acon got up and said,
"Well that was fun but I don't know about you guys but I'm hungry! So who wants lunch?" And knowing what that would mean Winter got slightly embarrassed before deciding to get it over with,
"Alright, yes I agree I'm also feeling a little hungry and would like to get something to eat."
Amber agreed and went upstairs to go and get her disguise, by the time she came down the others were ready to go to the cafeteria before Towa noticed that Amber was wearing a disguise.
"Amber, what's with the disguise?" She asked Amber who realized that she never filled her in on the circumstances on why Amber was in this situation in the first place,
"Weeeell it kinda goes like this…" Amber said before she told Mira and Towa the story of the maidens and that she was attacked and in a coma.
"I'm just glad I don't have a nasty scar on my face anymore! Thanks to those magic beans of Acon's!" She said which made MIra speak up,
"You have senzu beans with you?" He asked Acon who just smiled and nodded patting the bag on his waist,
"Yea fully stocked right here, it's how I managed to not die in our final attacks I ate one right before and boom here we are and thankfully the bag survived, but now that Amber mentions it senzu's shouldn't heal scars so I wonder what's up with that" Before they all looked at Towa was the resident explanation giver. She just sighed before explaining,
"If I'm correct the maiden powers are magic and magic is seen as the absolute power in this universe so it either worked together with he senzu beans to heal the scars or it enhanced the magic in the beans here so that way they are much stronger than they would be in our universe" To which they all nodded. Amber and Winter hung back to have a small conversation,
"Hey Winter don't forget to call me Aspara ok? It's to help hide my identity"
"Right sounds good to me, but I have to ask…what's with the giant hat?" causing Acon to laugh out loud hearing that before he answered,
"Well my friend Android 21 and I just went and bought A LOT of different outfits and such and she slipped some things like the hat in and such alongside the normal outfits"
"Yea when I went into the closet to grab the hat there were a lot of clothes in there and not all of it was men's clothes… something you wanna tell us Acon?" Amber said causing them all to look at Acon and even Towa snorted into her hand at the implied question. Acon just looked confused for a moment before his eyes grew wide and he started waving his hands around saying,
"No no no no no that is not a thing!, The only reason I have women's clothing is because my team had a few women in it and we kept all the clothes together in remnant corp! I swear!" after saying that Winter laughed a little bit at the interaction,
'I see why Amber got so attached to him so quickly' she thought to herself. She could tell that it wasn't a romantic attachment or anything similar, but rather that of when someone sees family or a close friend.
'I'm glad she can have people like that in her life now, she doesn't deserve to work for Ozpin's schemes' and after that thought they finally got to the cafeteria and Winter immediately saw her sisters back to her and got a mischievous gleam in her eyes before walking behind her little sister.
Ruby noticed her walking up and grew wide eyes seeing the resemblance between the two girls and starting darting her head back and forth, as for Blake and Yang they also noticed but kept their reactions much more to themselves except for Yang who recognized the look in her eyes before grinning knowingly having had the same look towards Ruby on many an occasion. Weiss, finally seeing what Ruby was doing decided to speak up saying,
"Ruby! What is it that has you acting even stranger than usual!?" Before turning around just seeing a white uniform before slowly looking up and saying,
"Excuse you, but I do not know who you think that you are, but it is extremely rude and uncouth to stand this close to someone of my standiiiiiiiiiiing" she trailed off finally recognizing her sister to be the one standing behind her,
"Now I believe dear sister, that you do indeed know who I think I am, after all that was never in doubt now was it?" Winter said before quickly stepping back at Weiss literally jumping over the bench to stand in front of her sister smiling ear to ear,
"Winter when did you get here? Why are you here? How long are you staying? Can we meet up for tea?" She shot off before getting a raised eyebrow from her sister and quickly gathering herself,
*cough* "Excuse me I lost control for a moment there, I will endeavor to avoid it for the time bein-" Before being cut off by a hug from her sister who grabbed her quickly not having Ironwood looking over their shoulder or their father getting in the way Winter felt that she could give herself this one thing, also remembering what Acon said about being alone now she thought to herself,
'If it reminds Weiss that I'm here for her I'll gladly hug her every day if I have to' before letting go of her sister who she hasn't seen in about a year given their differing paths and holding her shoulders saying,
"Weiss you don't have to be formal right now, I want to see how you not the Schnee heiress, now who are your friends?" She finished causing her sister to relax as an invisible weight lifted off her shoulders which Blake noticed,
'Maybe theirs more to the Schnees then I originally thought' before Weiss decided to answer her sister pointing towards her team as she identified them,
"Right well This is Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao Long and her sister and my partner and our team leader Ruby Rose," She finished also holding a bit of pride in calling Ruby her Partner as when she said that she looked towards Acon and Amber they both noticed and smiled a bit, glad that she took their words to heart. Winter gave a nod to her sister's team and said,
"It's a pleasure to meet you and as I'm sure you've pieced together my name is Winter Schnee I'm Weiss's older sister" before Ruby getting tired of being quiet decided to speak up,
"It's nice to meet you Winter, like Weiss said I'm Ruby rose and leader of team RWBY, do you want to sit with us?" To which Winter gratefully took the offer taking a seat next to her sister with Acon next to her and Aspara next to him alongside Mira and Towa sitting on the opposite side of the table With Mira next to Blake and Towa next to Mira.
"So muscles, who are your friends? We didn't get a chance to talk earlier in class?" Yang spoke up with a smirk at her new nickname towards Acon who just sighed knowing that name wouldn't end here,
"Well Yang as you know this is Aspara, and that's Mira and Towa" he said pointing at each figure respectively, Mira gave a nod in greeting while Towa said,
"It's nice to meet you, I look forward to learning alongside all of you during our time here" Which Blake saw as an opening and decided to speak up and get some of her questions answered,
"You all look a bit older than us, and we saw that Acon was able to handle a grimm fairly easily, so why are you taking classes with us when, I'm assuming you all have the skills of a huntsman anyways? And why didn't we see you when we first met Acon?" Towa took this in stride and already had a backstory made up which was,
"We come from a country on the other side of the planet and were caught in a storm, causing us all to wash up here on Remnant, we are taking the classes because we do not have Grimm where we are from, and we also felt the need to know the history about he countries we are staying in until we find a way to get home, as for why we weren't together when you first met Acon it's due to the fact that we were separated during the storm for a bit before we heard rumors of a man traveling here matching Acon's description" Hearing how detailed the story Acon exchanged glances with Mira who just gave an a small shrug, not surprised at Towa's ability to come up with a story on the fly like that.
Not feeling satisfied Blake followed up with,
"How did you get caught up in the storm in the first place?" and Acon decided to take this one before Towa could speak up,
"Well I was so caught up fighting Mira and Towa that we didn't notice the storm coming and by the time we did it was to late." Hearing that they were fighting Ruby spoke up
"Wait why were you guys fighting? Aren't you friends?" causing them all to smile slightly at the naivety of her youth before Mira said,
"Our superiors did not like Acon's type and decided to try and exterminate them, Towa and I never really had any heart into what they did hence why we aren't trying to kill each other here." Blake narrowed her eyes at that before saying,
"His type? Do you mean Faunus?" Wanting to know his answer towards that especially considering these people were blue. Acon decided to clear that up after hearing what Qrow said about faunus relations in remnant,
"I'm actually not a faunus, my race is called the saiyans and our only similar trait with a faunus is that we all have a tail but it's only a monkey's tail not any other species."
Blake was understandably thrown off by that statement before Weiss said,
"Maybe saiyans are just cousin species towards the faunus or something along those lines?" she said trying to figure out what was up with that, before Ruby said,
"So is it a Saiyan thing to name yourselves after food?" She said before looking at Acon and Aspara, at that statement Towa snorted a bit and even Mira cracked a smile before Acon threw his hands up,
"THAT'S IT I QUIT!"

Alright new chapter done! Glad to have people keep up with this story and I'll introduce some of the other teams next chapter! For those of you reading Harry potter and a dragon's avatar I recommend following this story as well because eventually they'll tie together but no details or else that's spoilers, Please keep giving suggestions on any ships or anything like that not just Acon's and I'll see if I can incorporate it into my story thanks and please review!
