Acon pointed his drumstick over his plate and said,
"You know I have no idea how nobody has found out about you yet" he said directing it to the teenage girl formally known as Jinn.
"Acon don't point your food that's unrefined" Winter said not even looking away from her scroll signing paperwork that was sent to her.
"I believe it helps that I don't have blue skin anymore" Jinn said in response to Acon after chuckling at Winter admonishing the Saiyan. Acon just sighed and said,
"Tha-that's not the point! You look the exact same besides the skin so how has Ozpin not recognized you!" Also, Towa how did you even do this
Small flashback
Right out of the lab walks out Towa Jinn but not blue and looking the age of a teenage girl. And then Towa just walked away with a smirk to do more work without a second glance towards the dumbfounded four in the room.
Even Mira was shocked at the random action. Meanwhile Amber just turned to Mira asking, "Mira, please tell me that Towa didn't just kidnap a kid" and Mira just robotically turned his head to her and answered, "I- I don't think I have the mental facilities to deal with this" Tired of being ignored the little girl spoke in a voice they were all familiar with as soon as she started talking,
"Well as entertaining as this is I hope you take care of me for the foreseeable future" Jinn spoke with a smile on her face blinking innocently.
Impromptu flashback ends
"That's simple, I never left the lamp behind with one question being left just seems like to much potential to leave in case we may need it in the future, and as for the how well I used her lamp as a core much like Mira and simply built her body around it and the result is Jinn now being able to do what she wants without being a lamp and waiting around for the next soul to find her."
After a moment of silence Acon got a mischievous smirk on his face before nudging Towa and saying, "Aww look at you becoming a big softie we've done well with you, First Mira with his not so little crush on Blake and now – OW!" Acon said not noticing the flying grape hitting his head courtesy of Mira who was giving an embarrassed glare to Acon.
"Awww he's blushing! Don't worry Mira we all support it… if you two can say more than five words to each other when you talk." Amber said giving Acon a high five while Winter, Towa, and Jinn all rolled their eyes thinking, 'Children'. Deciding to speak up Jinn asked,
"So Mira's crush on Blake aside what are you all going to do about this little mess with Ozpin we have?" Jinn asked unconsciously including herself into the group which Winter noticed with a smile but she decided not to say anything about it. After a moment Towa asked,
"Amber, Winter, do students need parent permission to be enrolled here at Beacon?" Not knowing where she was going with it she had to think for a moment before saying,
"No they don't Huntsmen academies only require that the student choose to go to the school and the parents have no say unless there is some sort of major problem that renders the school incompetent." While Amber just chimed in,
"I think I know where you're going with this and Ruby would probably need a family members permission to leave the school but Qrow should work and I don't think he would see much of an issue with transferring to a different academy."
"And are academies the only way for Huntsmen to be certified?" and once again Winter answered, "No they have qualification exams for those that don't have the means to go to academies. They can still go on missions as long as they have certified Huntsmen accompanying them." Finally catching on to where this is going. At the answer Towa actually grinned and said,
"This is perfect then, because if we are being 'forced' into an ultimatum we can just leave, simple as that, Winter could still do her job and follow us, Jinn could just do whatever she wants, and the same goes for Amber" She stated smugly causing the others to just blink at her before Amber spoke up,
"That sounds simple but do you really think Ozpin would just let me leave like that with no problem with me having the maiden powers? And what about training the kids in the first place how would we do that?" Surprisingly the answer didn't come from Towa but from Mira who said,
"Towa and Acon could leave a spot and travel across the world instantaneously if they truly wanted to when it comes to leaving if there was a problem in the first place. As for the training aspect… I would be willing to teach them as I was created to be the ultimate warrior and have already analyzed the basics of their fighting styles that if I needed to teach them I could easily improve upon."
"Yea same here I wouldn't mind helping out teaching them too. Heck it wouldn't be the first students I've had, but Amber didn't Towa tell you?" Acon asked after agreeing with the teaching aspect.
"Wait, tell me what?"
"Right I knew I forgot something with everything going on" Towa muttered to herself before continuing, "Amber before I go into that let me explain something about what was used to revive you, from what Acon explained to me he used senzu essence and a senzu bean to heal you from your coma. Now normally those would have just woken you up and healed any physical injuries and that's it. But those are by the laws of our own universe, meanwhile here magic seems to be the dominant force such as your powers alongside aura. Unknowingly when Acon healed you he basically supercharged your healing hence why you no longer have any scaring from having your power drained. But the most important part of it is the way you were healed alongside your powers made you more like us where the magic in the bean thought your power being a separate entity merged it with yourself no longer making you the Fall Maiden but something more."
After finishing that statement both Winter and Amber were wide-eyed in shock of what they just heard. "So when you say I'm more like you…" Amber trailed off leaving Acon to answer,
"Yep the energy is apart of you just like our own meaning it shouldn't be able to be taken from you anymore if somebody tried." Acon said with a smile. After a moment Tears came to Amber's eyes causing Winter and Acon to panic while the other three just stood there blankly,
"Amber what's wrong does anything hurt? Oh gods Acon what's happening" Winter panicked asking Acon before Amber held up a hand and let out a loud laugh,
"No Winter I'm fine it's just that after waking up there was a deep fear in my heart and now knowing that it doesn't matter I think I can finally move on" She said with a watery smile. Winter asked,
"So Amber what are you going to do now? If the power can't be taken from you anymore I mean, also does Ozpin even know?" Causing Amber to look at Towa who just shrugged and gave a nonchalant wave of her hand making Mira speak up,
"We thought about telling him, but given his penchant for manipulations that we learned about we decided to keep this to ourselves"
"Oh that's smart but for what I want to do now is train my power I guess. Really master it so when I face her again I'll be ready." Amber said then thought to herself, 'my power… kinda has a nice ring to it'
Acon suddenly clapped his hands causing the occupants to jolt and said,
"Well enough about this and I don't know about the rest of you but wanna go down and visit with the teams and such? It's been a bit since we last sat with them and saw how they're doing with everything going on, what do you say?" Mira just nodded along with Winter who both stood up before Winter said,
"I would be glad to go, I was curious to see how Weiss was doing anyways." Acon looked over at Mira with a knowing smile before Mira just glared at him but didn't say anything. Acon just chuckled before looking at the other three asking,
"How bout you three? Wanna come with?" To which Amber answered,
"Nah I'm gonna practice with my powers a bit and see what my limits are right now on my own,"
"Ah good I was hoping to do some more research on your abilities anyways Amber, I would like to see what the new merging has done to your physiology, Jinn would you like to assist?" Towa asked looking over at the girl.
"Why Towa are you asking me if I would like to gain more knowledge? I would love to." She said sharing a small grin with Towa with a connection only scientists can have. Acon just looked at Amber and rolled his eyes causing her to stifle a laugh before he said his goodbyes and heading out to meet the other two who walked off as he was talking to the last three.
After catching up with the other two Acon decided to tease Mira by asking,
"So you're that excited to see Blake you just left me behind huh?" causing Winter to smile as Mira responded,
"I have no idea what you're talking about Acon." He said with a straight face but his companions noticed a slight twitch when Blake was mentioned. Deciding to help Mira out a bit knowing that he wasn't exactly well versed in the art of emotions Acon said,
"Oh ok so you wouldn't mind if I took her out for a dat-" But before he could finish he was cut off by dodging Mira's fist which was aiming for a gut shot and said with a grin,
"Gotcha buddy, don't worry I don't plan on asking her or anybody out for dates anytime soon, besides she's not my type anyways I can already tell she's the brooding type and between you Vegeta, Jiren, Hit, and Broly I think I'm all brooded out"
Mira looked at his still closed fist after pulling it back and said quietly,
"I'm not sure what I feel with her but I can't deny I do feel some sort of connection, although we've only known each other for a short amount of time it is there." Mira said.
"Hmm well I can't really say anything since I'm still technically the youngest here, Winter what do you think?" Acon asked Winter who after processing the question froze with shock before slowly answering,
"I-I haven't made any effort towards relationships just constantly pushing myself to stand amongst the best my entire life…"
"…"
"… we're all hopeless for this stuff aren't we?"
"It seems so…"
"…yes"
After saying that an odd cloud surrounded the three who kept walking to the cafeteria, and it persisted until they opened the doors and heard a shout,
"HEY IT'S ACON! COME SIT OVER HERE!" Ruby yelled over the crowd knocking the three out of their funk who walked over. Winter Immediately sitting next to Weiss who sat opposite of Blake and Yang. Acon took the spot next to Winter who just gave a small snort knowingly as Acon forced Mira to sit next Blake unless he wanted to sit even further down the table from everyone.
"So Muscles haven't seen you around for awhile what's up?" Yang asked Acon who just shrugged,
"Nothing really, just learning about the kingdoms and such and sparing with this guy over here" He said causing the kids to look towards the man who gave a small nod in greeting.
"So where is Towa and Aspara? Did they not come with you?" Pyrrha asked the group while her team was sitting on the opposite side of the table next to team Ruby with Pyrrha and Jaune on one side next to Ruby and Weiss while Ren and Nora were on the other with Nora at the edge alongside a massive plate of food… well massive towards the non-saiyans in the group.
'heh, amateur'
"The others didn't want to come down today being emersed in some semblance training that Aspara is undertaking while Towa Supervises" Winter answered.
"Oooh what's her semblance?! Does she shoot lasers!? DOES SHE MAKE SLOTH NOISES!?" Nora asked getting excited towards the end causing Winter to blink before answering.
"Ah her semblance is flame control but she wants to learn how to expand it's use." Winter answered smoothly causing Acon to think,
'Spoken like a true professional…. Not giving any major details but not lying'
After that the groups were making conversation like normal with Mira and Blake making small talks as Blake excitedly told Mira about the current book she was reading to which he listened attentively and was getting recommendations.
Meanwhile while Winter was catching up with Weiss, Ruby got up and sat down next to Acon before asking,
"So Acon I was wondering do you use a weapon?" Causing Yang to sigh at Ruby's weapon obsession but didn't say anything and resumed her conversation with Nora after a moment.
"Well I don't exactly have a permanent weapon but I have used things like a staff and some basic swords before. But other than that I mostly used martial arts than anything" Acon said causing Ruby to be shocked,
"But everybody needs a weapon! Even Jaune uses a basic sword" Causing Jaune to splutter before he said,
"Was I just insulted or complimented?" Mira just looked over at him and said,
"Yes" Causing Blake to snort. Seeing no way out Acon thought for a second before he tuned into Pyrrha's conversation with Jaune.
"Wait Jaune your being bullied? Need some help with that?" Causing Jaune once again to splutter,
"What? No! I'm not being bullied I swear!" after that the rest of his friends threw out examples of Jaune's bullying experience with Cardin before Jaune just said,
"Ok ok, but in his defense the locker didn't go that far anyways so it's fine! Also he acts like that with anybody so it's fine!"
"No Mr. Arc it is not fine, in Atlas if there are any signs of cruelty amongst our ranks we immediately-" But sadly Winter was cut off by a shout of pain bringing their attention to a rabbit faunus who was currently getting her ears pulled by said bully as the rest of his team stood by and laughed at her suffering.
Hearing the laughter Acon just got flashbacks of one of his missions that he considers one of his worst even though it's where he met the 2nd member of his team but in his head he heard the cruel laughter of Frieza all over again. Before anybody could say anything he was next to Cardin in a flash grabbing his wrist shocking the table excluding Mira who actually saw him move and just narrowed his eyes to see where this goes knowing Acon's past.
"I don't know who you guys think you are but I'm going to say this once and once only…Let. Her. Go. Now." He spoke with a eerie calmness to his tone sending shivers down the spines of his audience before Cardin immediately let his ego take over seeing the tail waving about behind Acon lazily.
"Oh yea? And who's gonna make me? You!? You know what fine I'll let go right after I do this?" He said before squeezing his hand and pulling causing the girl to give another yelp in pain and that was nearly it for Acon. He squeezed his hand immediately crushing the bones in Cardin's wrist causing the boy to cry out as his aura was crushed effortlessly by this one man with just a squeeze.
"AGHH DAMMIT IT GUYS GET HIM" He yelled out to his teammates who charged forward, meanwhile back at the table Blake said, "Wait shouldn't we help him!? He's fighting a whole team and they aren't weak!" causing the other s to start to get up before Mira just answered,
"No, these weaklings don't stand a chance to Acon and he'll show them now why that was a mistake." Before they looked back and saw Acon effortlessly dodging the other three attacking him before Cardin jumped up behind for a sneak attack yelling,
"Take this you damn Faunus!" before swinging his good fist at Acon's unprotected head but before the fist even came close Cardin found himself hanging in the air as Acon grabbed him by the front of his shirt holding him in the air. Cardin looked for his teammates for help and saw them on the ground groaning even though he didn't see Acon do anything but dodge.
"Tch let me go you dirty monkey!" and hearing Monkey causing Acon's eyes to narrow dangerously before he growled out, "Let me explain something to you… TO ALL OF YOU!" He yelled out to the cafeteria causing the residents to flinch even the few teachers stopped due the pressure now emanating from Acon as he said,
"I'm not a faunus… and I'm not a monkey got it? My race is a proud warrior race called the Saiyan's! Now let me tell you a story about the Saiyan's, we used to have a story or a prophecy if you will about one Saiyan that would be legendary with power that knows no limits. Someone else heard about that and he subjugated us while he had a chance. But the story doesn't end here… no after we grew to strong for his tastes or rather he grew afraid of our potential he decided to handle it. He decided to KILL all the Saiyan's in one fell swoop and guess what he nearly succeeded. A mass genocide out of fear and you know what happened next kid?" He asked Cardin who was shivering at the tone before once again his ego grabbed da hold of him and he answered with a sneer.
"I don't know but it sounds like this guy had the right idea" He said causing the crowd to gasp in shock at such a thing while Acon's grip tightened even further. Mira got ready to intervene at a moments notice knowing how Saiyan's could get when angry.
"Hah you must think you're funny but no. What happened was that the left over Saiyan's that were able to survive got stronger and then killed him. Now the Saiyan's are back and better than ever so don't try and talk down to me unless you've done something worth talking about" HE said before tossing Cardin to the ground causing him to grunt in pain due to the impact.
"Look at you talking big when you probably weren't even the one who killed that guy!" Cardin stupidly said once again towards Acon's back as he was walking away making him stop at the statement and after a moment of silence he stood there and said,
"No I wasn't the one who killed him but I did beat him multiple times he just so happened to escape" He said causing the crowd to gasp at the revelation and right when Cardin went to open his mouth again Acon's tail rose up causing the crowd to look at it before slamming down on an empty table next to him causing the middle to break in two and slamming it towards the ground bringing up a small cloud of smoke.
"I would watch what comes out of your mouth next because I won't hold back on someone like you" Acon said with a glare over his shoulder causing Cardin to freeze in fear. Meanwhile Acon walked over the rabbit girl and crouched down next to her who looked up in fear at the man before he reached a hand towards her shoulder eliciting a flinch from the girl causing him to hesitate before finishing the action and sending some energy towards her once his hand was in place to relieve the pain before he said,
"Hey sorry about that, just seeing those kind of people brings back bad memories. You ok though?" and after a moment he got a small nod from the girl and he said,
"Alright that's good if you need anything you can find me at the big yellow building by the dorms just call on the buzzer by the door." He said before walking off causing the girl to look up after not feeling anymore pain in her ears and the leftover energy buzzing around her body and she thought,
'What was that feeling it was so … warm' and as Acon walked past the table he looked towards Mira and Winter and said,
"Sorry guys I'm… I'm gonna head back I need to burn off some energy in the GR but before that it looks like I'm gonna have to deal with someone first so I'll catch up with you later" Before walking towards Goodwitch who seeing him walk over said something to him causing him to nod before he walked out the doors of the building.
As soon as he was gone the whispering started and Jaune just said,
"I don't even think he moved he was just there in a flash. Is that even possible?" And before Mira or Winter could speak up they heard Ruby say quietly,
"No he did move just that fast I could see it because I'm used to high speeds but even then it was super blurry and I couldn't make out any details but when he dodged he made a quick punch or kick to each of them before Cardin snuck up on him. But the way he acted was just so…"
And misinterpreting what she meant Yang started to say,
"Yea I know it was a little scar-"
"…cool like a real life superhero!" Ruby said shooting up in excitement causing the teens to start a new conversation comparing Acon's skills to a super hero from the comics. Meanwhile Winter stood up catching her sisters attention,
"Winter? Leaving already?"
"Yes Weiss, I'm going to go catch up with Acon and make sure things don't escalate further. I will make sure to have time to meet with you before I leave to Atlas to report to the general about my current progress on my most recent assignment in person. But when I come back would you like to start training with me?"
Weiss's eyes grew shocked at the offer before saying,
"YES! I mean yes of course I would greatly enjoy the opportunity to learn from you."
"Of course I should be back before the Vytal festival starts, but until then I hope you do improve on your current skills. Do not be afraid to seek help when needed. Sometimes outside opinions can be very beneficial towards your development." Winter said with a small smile before saying her goodbyes and heading out.

"Acon a moment please!" Winter shouted out as loudly as she could without seeming unnatural as she caught up to Acon outside of the building before he managed to get very far. Stopping and turning around he let Winter catch up before saying,
"Hey Winter what do you need- oh I guess I should apologize for that whole scene back there shouldn't I?" He asked with a sheepish look on his face at his reaction towards Cardin's actions. Winter just gave him a reassuring smile before answering,
"No I doubt you need to , although if I'm being honest I personally was about to act myself that sort of behavior is appalling even in Atlas where admittedly we have our own share of similar people who are admittedly much more outspoken"
"Yeah but do you care about that?"
Shocked at the question yet Winter did not even hesitate with her answer,
"NOT AT ALL! I find that behavior appalling, and I am ashamed for even the implication otherwise! I thought by now you knew me better by now Acon!" Causing Acon to wave his hands in a panic,
"No no that's not what I meant at all! I could already tell you hated that behavior but sometimes it's just nice to have some reassurance you know?
Winter thought about it and realized that he had a point after all anyone looks for reassurance at some point in their lives and she apologized for her response causing Acon to just laugh and apologize in return for misleading her with his question.
"So where were you heading in the first place? I saw that Glynda told you something on your way out, and I was just curious?"
"Oh yea apparently Ozpin wants to talk to me and I'm pretty sure it's about our little field trip we took and maybe today's stuff too but honestly, I'm just surprised it took this long to come to this point."
"Hmm with the Vytal festival coming up it makes sense, I believe that the first batch of students from the other schools come today as well most likely giving him a small gap in free time."
"You know I've heard of the festival a lot lately what's up with that?"
"Ah that's right you wouldn't know, come I'll explain it to you on the way to Ozpin's office"
"Wait you're coming to?"
"Of course I trust that won't be a problem… correct Acon?" And when she said that Acon felt a slight chill go over him knowing that there was only one correct answer and just nodded to which she smirked and led the way explaining to him the Vytal festival and its importance to the kingdoms.

The headmasters office
"Ah Mr. Acon and Ms. Schnee a pleasure, I must admit I did not expect to see Ms. Schnee here as well but this is truly beneficial first off I might as well get this out of the way now rather than later, Ms. Schnee I am aware you are going to Atlas soon correct?"
"Yes sir, I will be heading to report on my current assignments progress." She spoke calmly getting into her business mode.
"Very good and are you aware of how long you will be gone?"
"Not at all sir, I am hoping to be back before the missions start so I can hopefully see my sister off, or at least at the very least being back in time to greet her upon her return but I can't give any definite promises at the moment."
"Yes I understand, I believe that both Teams RWBY and JNPR have as much potential as our very own team CVFY and I assure you I look forward to their progress, but on the other hand do you believe you would be back in time for the Vytal festival to begin?"
"Yes I can assure you both Acon and myself will be back in time for the festival to begin." Winter said causing Acon to stiffen at the sudden inclusion but he decided not to say anything and see where this goes, meanwhile Ozpin just blinked and took this in stride before answering,
"Very well, meanwhile that brings me to my next point. Acon, you claimed to be apart of a warrior race with Mira as a rival of sorts correct?" Not knowing where this was going Acon just thought for a moment before saying,
"Hmm yea I guess you can say that yea we're rivals, but where are you going with this?"
"Ah very good, you see Acon given your little show today in the cafeteria it gave me an idea and I assure you that I will not judge your actions taken although I would very much like to learn your races history as I am sure our own Doctor Oobleck would agree but I would like to ask about you and Mira potentially opening the Vytal festival?"
"…"
"…"
"Well?"

Acon grabbed the last bit of luggage before capsulizing it and walking out of the building where Winter was waiting by the bay of her ship with the others including the younger teams RWBY and JNPR saying their goodbyes to the two before their trip to Atlas. As they were talking they heard a small shout before looking over and seeing a team of upper classmen walking towards them. When they got within hearing distance the girl wearing sunglasses who was leading the group spoke up,
"Hey big guy with the tail I heard you helped out my cute little Velvet earlier right?" She said getting to the point right away,
"Oh hey Velvet, yea I helped her out earlier I'm glad you met up with your team ok!"
"Good we just wanted to thank you, she's skilled but she's also super gentle, by the way I'm Coco and this is Fox and Yatsuhashi, We make up team CVFY nice to meet ya!" She spoke holding out her hand for a handshake which was reciprocated by the others who introduced themselves. After a few more minutes of small talk and introductions
"I'm sorry we can't talk more but we have to leave soon in order to reach Atlas by tomorrow afternoon, it was truly a pleasure meeting you and I hope to make time as soon as we get back" Winter spoke and Acon just nodded knowing that she wasn't wrong given her own ships speed from what he was told.
"Yep we'll see you all later stay safe everyone, Aspara, keep an eye on them ok?" He asked when Nora shot up,
"Hey! Are you saying we can't take care of ourselves?"
"Nora, Ren told me about the pancake massacre. Also don't touch Towa's coffee I don't think she's slept for at least a week."
"Understandable, have a nice day."
"She hasn't"
Was said by both Nora and Mira Respectively while Towa coughed out something that sounded suspiciously like 'traitor' towards Mira's comment.
Meanwhile Winter and Weiss were saying their own goodbyes,
"Ah Weiss as I promised as soon as I get back we will begin training with each other to improve both of our skills understood?"
"Yes Winter I look forward to it." Weiss spoke formally before being shocked as Winter brought her in for a quick hug and letting go causing Ruby and Yang to fuss over Weiss's blushing face at the sudden hug.
"Alright Acon let's go" She said before they both boarded Winter's personal ship and hearing Acon's last comment to Winter before the ship fully closed shut,
"So what's with the ribbons?" and then the ship sealed shut and took off while Coco just asked out loud,
"That's a good point you know? Like seriously what's up with the ribbons?"

Meanwhile a few days later Towa was in the lab late night while Amber was asleep in her room and Mira was training again in the gravity room before Towa got a notification on the main computer that someone was approaching the front doors of the building and she noticed it was team Rwby looking beat up and a little worse for wear, mostly Blake but otherwise the other three didn't seem to bad.
'Mira's not going to like this' Towa thought to herself before letting them in and heading out to meet them in the front area. Upon walking out the first thing she heard was from Weiss who asked,
"Please don't tell Winter!"

Alright sorry this took so long but like my other story I'm trying to make this as original as I can for a fanfiction without making changes that wouldn't have been affected by characters other than my own. Thanks for reading and please review!
