Hello everybody! I have some exciting news. After a hard year of no job and dealing with school, I finally was to get a job. I'm nervous of course, being it an environment. But all of you know what this means, right? My time will be used up more often. Publishing chapters may become inconsistent, just giving you a warning beforehand.

The man in front reeked of anger as his eyes bored into mine. It's the next day and the ache had dulled to the point I could push it to the backburner. That didn't mean I wanted to be dealing with a pissy baby at ten in the morning. My body still hurt and the twins weren't in the hangar with me.

Said human gritted his teeth and bared them at me. Instinctively, I threateningly displayed my own and stared him down. I don't care if you're a high ranking human, you don't ever threaten me. He recoils and adverts his eyes for a few seconds, acting submissive. Smart.

Other soldiers around us watched this unfold. A couple seemed shocked at the action that just happened, other's snickered at their boss submitting.

"I had to deal with a crying, screaming child because you left without saying goodbye. It wasn't fun," his voice hardened and he returned his sight on me. "Anna was extremely upset that you left." Yeah, I know. You don't have to continue to rub in my face.

I set a scowl on him and shouted in my head from anger. If only I could tell him but Ratchet won't let me. It's starting to become a greater problem then we thought. "I know this, William. Trust me, I know. Ratch was very clear and adamant that if my wounds hurt then to come back. And you know when to listen to him or else."

He sighed and nodded his head, understanding that messing with Ratchet was a bad idea. "Yes, yes, I know this. I just wished you could've handled it better."

"I understand this. Now that it has happened, I also realized that I should've acted better. Whenever there is a chance, I will go back and apologize to her personally. I don't think you understand how much I love that kid. My actions don't also hurt her but me as well. I feel terrible for my actions," I stated and leaned on the table to stare intently at him.

"I'm glad you've realized you're mistake." Okay that felt like he was mocking me now. "She'll be happy you hear you want to visit her too. Now, since we are back, we still have that base to take down. Has Ratchet cleared you yet, again?" I nodded my head and stood back up again. "Okay, we'll be leaving tomorrow at eighteen o'hundred."

A night mission? Oh, this is going to be fun. Attacking at night is something I was the best at. The cover of darkness, human error like drowsiness, and the lack of light helps with my camouflage. "Okay, see you tomorrow."

With that, I used the railing to leap into the air and flew out of the hangar. The twins were 'secretly' hiding in between the main hangar the one next to it. When they say me, they skated out and attempted to act non suspicious. Sides smiled brightly and pointed finger guns at me playfully.

A gentle smile graced my lips. I carefully landed on yellow's mech shoulder and furled my wings. "You guys ready for some action?"

The two tilted their heads in question. That was kind of cute, they looked like puppies. "What action? We haven't heard anything," Sides questioned and stroke the area between my horns a couple of times.

"William has set an attack for tomorrow at six o'clock at night. We'll be attacking the research center in North Carolina," I explained and patted Sides' finger. Said mech proudly smiled in a goofy way.

"Already? You guys just got back," the red mech questioned before shrugging. "Well Optimus will get us on that plane anyhow so we have nothing to worry about." Right, they are staying near me due to both sides of the mindset and that stupid plane.

My mood slightly dropped at the mention at that death machines. "I hate planes," I grumbled and roughly sat down in a pout. A half-heartily glare was sent on the concrete. Both of them laughed at my antics.

They took me back to their berthroom until they would be called to Optimus's office. The two of them better be coming with or I'm not going with. I wouldn't be able to handle leaving them again or vise versa, they aren't leaving me anytime soon.

Once we entered their room, Sides flopped down on to his bed. His brother went to his own and rested his back against the wall. I moved from his shoulder to his lap and sat down with my back against his stomach. He leaned over and carefully grabbed a tablet on the table next to the two beds.

We sat in semi-silence, as much as quiet you could get on an active base. Sunstreaker read on the tablet while his brother laid face first on the bed. I relaxed in the calm aura surrounding all of us. It was nice before tomorrow. Just thinking about it spiked my nerves. William seemed alright with my actions, but his soldiers were terrified and disgusted.

That was even frightening to me. It felt like… like I lost control of myself. While under the control of Jasper, they turned me into a savage monster with the only thought was to kill. Clearly it failed but those roots seemed to still appear. Especially at the worst time: around people I'm trying to show that I'm not the monster we all think I am.

A sigh escaped me. Again with leaving chaos in my path. I tilted my head back to stare at the ceiling and instead found Sunstreaker's eyes on me. How could I forget they were there? Sometimes I was too stupid or blind for my own good.

Said mech raised a brow in question. I shook my head and closed my eyes to savor the tranquil aura. It's way too early to deal with that. He grunted then moved his free hand to cover my legs and held me a little closer to his side. The two of us didn't need to say anything to understand each other. One of the things I liked about him. Sides is a little harder. He doesn't entirely understand my expressions as well as his brother. Nonetheless, if I make it clear enough, he'll know what I'm 'talking' about.

If I really wanted to bother him with my thoughts, I would tell him. Like I stated though, I didn't want to bother him while he reads or whatever he was doing.

Some time passed and my vision blurred, causing things to look double. Immediately, I knew what was happening and scold angrily it was deciding to go off now in front of the two. But I did my best by staying still and urging the collecting bile in the back of my throat to disappear.

My hands curled to form fists, nail digging into the palms. The pain was the least of my words. If either of the two caught wind of these weird nausea spells, I would be whisked off to Ratchet. As much as I enjoyed the medic's attention and care, my past ways of doing things controlled me. This would pass, they always do and then I could go back to living my life.

"Azar? You look like you're in pain," Sides commented, his voice snatching me out of my thoughts. My eyes snapped open to find him looking at me from his bed. This caught Sunstreaker's attention.

The yellow mech's hand moved to grip my jaw and tilt my head up. Our eyes bored into each other, his assessing and reading every little twitch I made. He gave me a stern look. "What's wrong?" He must has not found what he was looking for. I lowered my head to save the strain put on my throat and gazed down at the concrete.

"Nothing, just a headache." A white lie. It was best they didn't worry about me. it'll save their energy. And they bought it. One of the good things of them not understanding human's well.

The sun was at its peak during these cold winter months when the two were called by their leader. We all agreed to stick together. The ache may have almost disappeared, that didn't stop the fear of going through that again. It wasn't just that, I didn't want to lose them. Optimus would understand.

More snow had fallen on the ground during the night. It showed physical evidence of humans moving throughout the base. There was also large robotic foot prints but nowhere near the amount the soldiers had.

Today, the soldiers seemed to be more active. It made sense. William has the battle scheduled for later in the evening. I wasn't excited or looking forward to this after last time but knew there were any other options for this. It also gives me to opportunity to find some information about Jackie. Thinking about the kid made realize it was worth it; worth the blood of my enemies running rivers.

Optimus sat at his desk reading a tablet with high attention to the device. Until he noticed the three of us making our way into the hangar styled office. Prowl, Jazz, Bluestreak, and Smokescreen. With that many Cybertronians in one spot, it made it a little cramp. Luckily, I had perched myself on Sides shoulder for the ride here.

Prowl and Jazz had their own conversation while Bluestreak and Smokescreen talked as well. They stopped though when they saw us enter. "Thank you for coming, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, and Azar. It has been awhile since we have talked, Azar. You know my door is always open if you ever want to chat," Optimus offered with a kind smile.

I returned the gesture and dipped my head to show gratitude. "Thank you, Optimus. I'll keep that mind. The base does get boring sitting the Med. Bay all day."

He nodded his head and brought his attention to his second and third in command. "Tonight, William and I have prepared to attack a Jasper base that has high Decepticon activity. With the knowledge that Azar has given, this base is a research center. I'm glad you have come with us, Azar. Could you possibly go in a little further on what they do there?"

"Of course. I will state though, I've only been to one research center. But from what I have gathered from other bases, the layout is usually the same. These centers will have two floors and large outside, metal cage. Depending on who and what they have there, they might have some… experiments out in there." My anxiety spiked at the memory.

"For the base itself. Security usually won't be high since its low key. But after our recent attacks with me in the mix, they'll have some of their super humans there to deal with me. I have no clue about Decepticons, though. We'll be going in blind about that part," I explained and weaved my hand under one of Sides shoulder plate. The warm softer mesh/metal pressed up against my hand.

Said mech lightly shiver but made no move to stop me.

The police bot nodded his head. "Thank you for the information. Our plan of attack will be about the same like the others. This time though, we will be attacking at night which the humans will have a harder time seeing without their gear," he stated and took a tablet from Optimus's desk to start tapping on it.

"William is taking one hundred and eight soldiers with him. Bluestreak, Smokescreen, Sideswipe, and Sunstreaker, you four will be joining them. Our percentage of coming out victorious with the limited knowledge we have will be about seventy-three point two present. There are unknown factors that can throw that number off but that is what I have. Azar, be on guard." I smirked at the bot with a cocky look.

"You act like I have put down my guard. I'll do what I can to keep both human and Cybertronian safe but I don't make promises."

Optimus dipped his head with gratitude. "Thank you, Azar. Having you with us is a great help, more than you know." What, how? I've caused more trouble than good. They barely knew anything about Jasper before I arrived. The twins wouldn't be tied to me and having to go where I went. So far, I've only caused chaos while with them.

I decided not to be rude though. He was a kind, gentle bot that earned my respect. "I try." Then Prowl started to get into deep detail on how the plan should be executed. This time though, I paid attention to the mech and took into account when and where I should attack. He didn't tell me where I would be and instead suggested when I should attack. I didn't mind that. Just like William, he couldn't order me what to do. I'm not one of the many soldiers on this base.

Afterwards, the two trudged out. Prowl had a lot to talk about and had the meeting ending around two or three. Our partners in crime followed us out. Smokescreen seemed excited as he and Bluestreak spoke about the attack.

We had barely made it thirty feet when the red, white, blue mech rushed in front of us and stopped. Sides and Sunstreaker put on the brakes so they don't run into him. I could feel the anger rolling off of the yellow twin. "Aren't you guys excited?! We finally get to see Azar in action!" Smokescreen turned his attention to me. "I heard you're a beast out there. No one can stand in your way. Is that true?"

A spike of anger shot through me but knew it was best to get this conversation over with. "Yes, I'm dangerous," I stated with an underlining tone and patted Sides shoulder to silently tell him to get a move on. He got the message or could at least feel the anxiety now rising inside of me.

Sides moved around the mech. His brother did the same and followed behind us. Smokescreen tried to trail behind us but the yellow mech blocked him from doing so.

Sunstreaker caught up and skated next to us. His stance was tense like he wanted to go back and smack Smokescreen around some. I was split between the two. At one end, Smokescreen didn't know that I'd rather not be called a beast. On the other, Sunstreaker was just trying to protect me and I understood him. I felt the same way when Mirage tried to badmouth the twins.

All three of us headed back to their berthroom. I knew they needed to get their weapons ready. Luckily for me, I didn't need to prepare weapons.

Once we made it into a private area, I glided over to Sunstreaker's desk and sat down. "Sometimes, people need to keep their comments to themselves," I hissed out and let my legs hand over the edge to watch the two prepare.

The yellow mech's shoulders were tense and the semi-hidden snarl on his face told me enough. He was holding back his anger from our earlier encounter and that surprised me. After being around them for months, I learned he didn't usually hold back any words unless it's to Optimus. Even then, he's said a few choice words towards their leader.

From my spot, I noticed the tension in Sides's shoulders as well. It may not have been as bad as his brother, nonetheless, he was bothered by Smokescreen's words. "Yeah," Sunstreaker grunted and pulled out a box from underneath his bed. Anger was evident in his voice but the mech didn't speak anymore on the subject.

Sides was quiet though as he followed his brother by dragging a box from underneath his own bed. I didn't know what to do. The longer the silence went on, the more awkward it became. What was I suppose say? Nothing came to mind.

My tail tip flickered subconsciously as I continued to think. This time over a different subject. This Jasper base we are going to will have super humans. That screams trouble. They are a lot more dangerous and harder to deal with than normal Jasper soldiers. By the end of this, I'm sure Ratchet isn't going to be happy with me.

Maybe I'll be able to find some info about Jackie. That was my goal this round. I had to find something, even if it was his death. At least Lily could learn something about her son.

This time around, it was going to be a pain in the butt. Jasper will be on high alert and possibly already know of our attack. Our former ones we were probably lucky no one in the government part of Jasper heard of it. I'm going to hate this, I just know it.

Both of the twins had pulled out two guns/blasters of some sort and were in the middle of cleaning when my mind returned to the real world. Danger quietly buzzed in the back of my head, alerting there's going to be some trouble this battle. I didn't need that extra sense to tell, I knew it was going to happen nonetheless.

It was time.

The sun was lowering in the sky by the time we were heading towards the tarmac. William had gone over the plan with the humans one last time with everyone there before sending us off.

I glared with hatred towards the three planes we were taking this time. It seemed we had almost double the amount of human soldiers joining us, making this battle lean in our favor. Possibly.

Sides and Sunstreaker loaded up on their own plane while Smokescreen and Bluestreak went on the other. Thankfully. I trudged up the ramp in a sour mood and stood on the edge of the entrance.

Like before Sunstreaker sat in the back while his brother took the front. The yellow hidden bot was the first to be strapped down, giving Sides a chance to give me an offer. "If you want, Azar, you can always sit inside." I cringed at thought of being inside of a tight place while also inside this death machine.

"No, that would be a bad idea," I declined and shook my wings slight as if I could physically get rid of the anxiety building.

"Alright, if you say so," he responded in a teasing tone. I scoffed, trying to hold on to my dignity with the soldiers around me. Hopefully they didn't get any ideas and spread rumors. They had to be smarter than that.

The humans got both of them strapped down and took their own seats on one side. I roosted in the same spot from before and reached thought the netting to grab Sides rim. The touched slightly calmed my nerves but wasn't enough to completely wash the anxiety away.

Here we go.
