Merry late Christmas and Happy late New Years. Hope you guys had a fun time! I also wrote a little scene between the three for Christmas. If you want to check it out, head to my Tumblr: howlingmoonaite!

Mentions of somewhat sexual acts. It's very light though and, of course, nothing happens. The poor creature is injured enough.

The morning was colder without the twins. Their presences always warmed me, bringing the best feeling with them when they were with me. Sadly on this morning, a few days after Zayden and I's outing, they were scheduled for night patrol. Which left me to sleep all by myself. I had forced myself against my thoughts to sleep on their berth that they abandoned me on.

There weren't any birds to sing or bugs to chitter and fill the air with noise. With winter in full effect, possibly into January by now, the humans were less inclined to wonder the base. They stayed more inside where heat was, attracted to it of course. The same for me as well. If I could, I would rather be on a beach, sun blazing above.

Only problem with that were the humans. Humans gravitate to warmth, meaning the beaches of these warm places I dream of would be jam packed with them. At least in cold areas, I don't have to worry about them too much.

With my injuries as well, the heat would be worse than the cold in that situation. A few hours of the day, Ratchet would allow for me to take them off and aerate them. Then, I had to be most careful due to the high possibility of infection. Though, from what I've encounter, my open wounds couldn't become infected. With these ones on the other hand, I wasn't going to challenge it.

If they did become infected, Ratchet warned and suspected they would have to amputated. He wanted to do that in the first place but Zayden fought against it, thankfully. Growing back limbs was worse than this. Humans weren't design to do that which meant that ability sometimes caused more problems than good.

This whole ordeal was taking a toll on me, significantly. The war was breaking me down, stripping me of what's left of my sanity. Thankfully, I had the twins at my side to help. Neither realizes their great importance to me.

On a different subject all together, Zayden had left three days ago with Lily. A part of me wanted to go for both of their sakes but decided against it. It was best for me to be here, with the twins and Ratchet. Also, in case another attack happened. Even in my state, I could fight. Maybe it not be the greatest, but nonetheless Jasper and the Decepticons would fall.

All I could for from here is Jackie would make it. Hopefully, his parents would accept the outcome of it. Maybe he die, gain abilities, or be horrifyingly be scared for the rest of his life. Zayden could help with two of those, the former was something no one had control over. Many could only wish for such thing, or possibly create if you're desperate enough.

A noise drew me from my thoughts. My eyes blinking open to watch as the hangar door opened. The corner of my lips upturned at the two figures walking in. I groaned and stretched out all of my limbs, eyes lazily staring up at them.

Both carried their bodies exhausted, eyes dimmer than usual. "Mmm, recharge time," Sides muttered and stumbled over his own wheels to get over to the bed. Sunstreaker followed his lead with a little more grace and awareness.

Sides took his spot in front of me and immediately pulled me snug against him. "Warmth." He pressed his face into the crook of my neck, partially under my chin. This position forced me to expose my neck fully to him, not that I minded.

The cold bit at my scales due to their near frozen plating. Poor boys, they had been out there all night. I summoned heat to expand from my body and warm up the surrounding air. This helped relax the bot under my chin; he was melted butter in my grasp.

Sunstreaker climbed into the bed with us, careful of my wings as he took his own spot behind me. His freezing hand rested on the dip of my side. "How you feeling?" he attempted and buried his face between the area between my wings.

I chuckled tiredly and fed more energy into the air around us. "Better. Missed you though." Sides hummed and pressed his lips against the column of my throat, a long kiss.

"Us too. We don't like being away from you for so long, especially when you're hurt," Sunstreaker responded and gripped his hand tighter to emphasize his point.

A part of me felt offended that they thought myself as weak when hurt. The larger, more logical side argued they cared for me, and wanted to protect, injured or not. "Me too. Gods, you guys are cold." A shiver ran down my spine in reaction.

They mumbled under their breath an apology and went to move away from me. I stopped them though, tail gripping Sides's forearm and wing claw hooked on a plating of metal somewhere near or part of Sunstreaker's face. "Hey, I wasn't complaining. I'm helping as well. The cold doesn't do anyone good."

"Don't use your powers. They'll hurt you," Sunstreaker scolded while his brother hummed in agreement. I huffed with a roll of my eyes and released them from my hold.

"No they won't unless I use my hands." Then I remembered they know little to nothing about them and how they work. "To give a little run down, I can control my abilities without any limb movement. It's just easier to control with my hands. I send energy to the limb in question to summon or control whatever is on my mind. I can also control them with just my eyes but that leads to headaches."

"At the moment, I'm just releasing the energy through my chest area. That's why the surrounding air is warming," I explained then yawned, still feeling tired but a little more awake after talking. "And besides, I need to release the energy. If I don't, I become a ticking time bomb that can take out a fifty mile radius around me." A horrible and looming fact hanging over my head at all times.

Both stayed silent, and I couldn't see either of their faces due to the position they both were at. Sides snuggled closer, spark humming soothingly and nearly dragging me off to sleep. "If it doesn't cause you pain or anything of the sort, I guess we can over look it," Sunstreaker responded and pressed his face back to where he originally had.

"I wouldn't have stopped anyhow, you two are cold. And I like when my boys are warm for snuggles," I teased with a yawn afterwards. Sunstreaker grumbled under his breath, something about me being a brat and tugged me closer.

Sides, partially dazed, half-heartily growled and pulled me back towards him. Oh great, this. His brother fed into the game: tug-of-war.

A deep grumbled started in my chest at their games. It was way too early to deal with this. Yet, neither heard nor choose to ignore the sound.

When Sides moved his head up to glare at his brother, an opportunity rose. I quickly bowed my head under his and latched my teeth onto the soft, mesh wire exposed along his neck. My fangs didn't pierce it but I did it as a warning.

The mech froze, plating tense as a hand moved to my horns. His vents worked a little harder to get air through them. "Oh? Getting a little frisky, are we?" he teased yet his voice was tighter than normal.

"Quite it and sleep. I'm tired," I stated, stayed a few extra seconds, before releasing my hold. He used the hand on my horns to guide me back. I settled back in between them and shut out the visual word.

They listened and followed my movements. Sides returned his head to the crook of my neck while Sunstreaker placed his hand back on the dip of my side. "We're sorry," the red twin words vibrated through my neck. I hummed and pressed myself against them. Sleep washing over me.

My injuries were definitely affecting my sleep schedule and consumed a lot of my energy. That meant, watching up in the morning of the next day wasn't too surprising. What was surprising was to find both of the twins still cuddled up to me. Though, they were awake before me.

I purred, still half asleep and curled more into a ball, knees bumping into his chest. "Aww, looks who's online. Sleep good?" Sides teased, head still buried under my chin. I huffed and slapped him with my tail. That resulted in me in pain more than him.

"'m tired," I mumbled and moved the arm pressed against the bed to rest against the back of his neck. The plating around his mouth upturned against my throat.

"Yeah, Ratchet said you would. I'm glad we have no patrol today, we can snuggle as- frag. I take that back," Sides grumbled the last part and moved his arm to the side of his head. "What's up, Doc?" I giggled at the choice of words and rolled my eyes. "Yeah, she's awake… Do you really need her? Ugh, fine, alright. We'll head over there."

Sides pressed his head more into me before scooting back, being mindful of the edge. "Sorry, sweetspark. Hatchet needs you." I groaned then rolled over and curled into the yellow mech. Said bot mumbled under his breath and pulled away as well.

"Come on, you have to go," Sunstreaker softly commanded and slipped off of the bed. With plume of smoke curling from my nose, I sat up and cringed at the pain sprouting from my back. These extra wings weren't helping me at all.

We made it outside okay, the air bitterly biting at every part of my scales. The snow under my talons felt light and easily compacted with each step. I shook my body like a body to try to rid of the last few ounces of exhaustion. My spikes rattled with the movement, drawing both of their attention. "Need us to carry you? You look like you're about to curl back into a ball and recharge," Sunstreaker offered.

A hum and shake of my head answered him. My limbs were in need of movement after sleeping for nearly an entire day. Gods, and I was still tired!

Ratchet greeted us, me with a kind smile and the twins with an annoyed look. Sides, of course, didn't let the expression affect him in any way and happily skated into the hangar. "Good morning, Doc! We have brought the patient as requested." I grumbled something on the lines of how could he so much energy.

The CMO let a deadpan respond to Sides's words and helped me onto a bed to let the wounds aerate for a little bit. I sat on the edge, legs hang over and slightly swinging them. "How are you doing?" he asked and carefully removed the dirtied wrappings.

"Tired. Slept for nearly a day. Surprisingly enough with these two." I decided to lightly tease them.

"I heard. I have some food for you to eat, little bit more than usual since you missed all day." A smile graced my lips at his kind gesture. He finished up on the right arm then moved to the next. The wounds were looking a bit better, considering it has been over two weeks.

Both of the twins stayed off to the side. They've seen the wounds before. I could tell they were disgusted by them but neither said anything about.

Ratchet hummed lightly twisting the limb in his grasp to look at it fully before doing the same to the other. "They are healing well. Can you feel anything, pain or even the cold?" I used the free limb touch the tips of my fingers against the plating of his thumb.

It was very small, barely there but my brain acknowledged the touch. This shot me out of my sleepy brain. My eyes widen, joy filling me. "Yes, yes. I can! Hardly but its still there." I did it again to make sure I truly felt it. The nerves in my hands were healing.

"Ah ha, I'm glad!" We looked at each, both feeling the same emotion. "Don't push yourself but can you move them? The bones in your hands are no longer exposed but the tendons are still healing."

Hope swelled in my chest. Maybe. Just maybe. I stared hard the limbs and focused on getting it to move. A twitch. That's all that I needed for a smile to split my face. "Good job! You're healing fine while gaining back both touch and movement. Well, I'm going to let them aerate for awhile. Now, eat your food." Ratchet grabbed the food off to the side for me and placed it down in front of me.

I grumbled, stomach doing the same, and used my tail to grip the fork to eat. The steak and other larger food items were already cut up for me. I ate all on the plate quickly so I could get back to sleeping until he called me back to rewrap them. "Good, you can either stay or go but I want you back in two hours, please. I'll comm. these two to drag you back if you don't."

"I might be conked out by then but I'll try." He scoffed playfully and moved to his work bench to grab some tablets.

A new found excitement filled me. I easily took to the air, dipped my head in thanks, and flew out. The twins followed me, trying to be hot on my tail. Even with this new energy, I could still the exhaustion consuming the new energy.

With a heavy sigh, I circled around back to the two before they could hurt themselves. "So-" I yawned accidently- "what do you guys want to do?" I questioned and reveled in the usage of my wings. It's been too long and the added two limbs weren't helping me once-oh-ever.

Sunstreaker smiled sweetly, Sides smirked instead. "I think someone is still tired," the former teased. He didn't even know a quarter of that.

"Yeah, a little but I need to move. Stretch my muscles the best I can while in this situation. Especially the muscles in both my wings, back, and chest since I haven't flown much. It's the best I can do until I shift back," I responded and hovered close to them.

"Right, your spine. Is there anything we can do to help with that? Like… what are those called, a massage? I think," Sides offered, expression grim at the reminded of the downfall of extra wings.

My head shook to answer his question. "I wish but it's my spine and the disks, there's nothing you can do about that."

"Oh… well to answer you, we could do some sparring to pass the time. Not with you, of course, we would beat you any day." My eyes narrowed at the challenged and a reminder came to mind. You poor, poor mech.

"I wouldn't be saying that considering the last time both of you went against me, I had you pinned within a minute, at my mercy." Sides froze at my reminder, a blue tint covering his cheeks. His brother, on the other hand, narrowed his gaze, acting like he was sensing a challenge as well. I guess you could take it that way if you want.

Sides fake cleared his throat and twirled until only half of face was seen, a profile look. "I have no idea what you mean." My pupils turned to slits. As much as I would love to remind him personally, I wasn't in the position to do so.

"You are so lucky I can't show you, once more. Or else everyone in sight could see the Autobots warriors will being bent by me." With the morning cold, there weren't many humans or bots out but that didn't mean there weren't any.

Sunstreaker skated forward a couple of feet to the point my right wings brushed against his side. "And if you weren't injured, we would let the whole base how loud you would moan for us." The cool indigo and purple of my scales turned crimson because of his words once more. Hints of pinks swirled in the mess, creating a couple of patterns.

To gain back some ground in this hidden battle, I forced the color of my scales to return to normal. Orange could be seen along the patterns, even though I didn't feel irritated, I wanted it to be there for the sake of it. "I would like to see you try, Sunny boy. So far, you've only got me to that high once."

Yellow also took place on some areas of my scales, amusement flooding me at the sight of Sunstreaker's face. Said bot rolled as close as possible, not caring if he nearly threw my wings off beat. "The moment you are healed to Ratchet's liking, I'll have you underneath me. The only few words you'll remember are our names, yes, and frag by the time we're done with you." His voice low and raspy, causing my wings to lose a beat by accident.

It took all of my effort not to let any crimson to appear and feed into his thoughts. That wouldn't be good for me. "If you think so." Such a bratty comment that nearly had Sunstreaker following through with his thoughts right there.

"Primus, you're going to be the end of us," Sides sighed dreamily, eyes softly gazing up at me. "And I don't mind that at all. I do agree with Sunny too. We'll be in control next time."

"Sure," I mocked and drew out the entire word.

This angered Sunstreaker, not in the way you think. "Oh you little-"
