Thanks to three flights of stairs, I was more out of breath than ever when I dragged my feet to the teacher's lounge. The moment I stood at the open doorway, however, it was as if I was frozen in place.

All Might. Even I would recognize him at a glance. He was in full costume and loomed several heads above me. I marveled briefly at how freaking big he was. I also saw another hulking figure; the fire hero from earlier in the day. What was his name again? He seemed to be having an argument with a third figure, this one seeming sleeker and harder to notice as he leaned precariously out the window, backlit. Then again, it would be hard not to fall under those behemoth's shadows.

"I don't see how my presence in the city is of any interest to you." The fire hero was saying angrily, "Especially, when you don't even have a reason to be here."

"Sure I do." The voice was a lot younger than I expected. I could barely see the guy, but I could hear the irreverent smile in his voice, "I heard about the villain attack, and wanted to check up on you. I was worried, I heard you were hit."

"Sometimes I think you say whatever you think will piss me off the most!"

Shaking off my starstruck instinct, I interrupted harshly,

"Excuse me!"

Three heads swiveled in my direction. The pressure of their glances alone made me feel like I'd melt into a puddle any second. Then, in an instant, All Might himself was right in front of me, impossibly fast. I took a staggered step back, but he held his hands up in a disarming fashion.

"Ah, prospective students are not allowed up here." He said, his voice like a living cartoon, "Best of luck on your exam results, young lady." He seemed so gentle when he put his hands on my shoulders to lead me out, but trying to fight against his push was like trying to demolish a wall with a feather.

"Wait!" I cried, both nervous and furious.

"Aw, don't turn a fan away," The cocky voice from the window called, "Don't be so uptight, hear her out while Endeavor and I chat."

"We are not chatting!" Endeavor, presumably, snapped. But at least All Might stopped.

"I'm really sorry to interrupt," I said quickly, flushed with embarrassment and stress, "But I can't find my little brother. He's only seven and he disappeared ever since the villain attack this morning. I thought he might have come here so I've seen searching for hours, but now I don't know, and I… it'll be dark soon." I bit back tears, "Can any of you help me find him?"

"Since the villain attack?" Endeavor asked, motioning for All Might to move out of the way, which he hesitantly did, "And you're just now telling someone?" Shame hit me hard.

"I thought he'd be here!"

"No one knows what that villain with the singing quirk did after she knocked us out. Is there any reason for her to take your brother?" I hadn't even thought of that horrible possibility.

"No! No, we're only here for the day, we were just going to visit the city, see UA, and go back home." His interest evaporated immediately.

"Sounds like the police will be best suited then." Endeavor told me, crushing any hope I had.

I didn't answer right away, mind reeling as I tried to think of something, anything, I could say to convince them. What could I possibly offer a hero? I didn't know how this was supposed to work!

"What's he look like?" We turned to the figure at the window and I realized now he was a young man with dark blonde hair and a fluffy coat. A yellow visor hid his eyes, and a pair of headphones hung around his neck, but most importantly, he had a pair of huge red wings.

"Scrawny." I sputtered, "Reaches about my waist in height, um, dark hair, dark eyes. He's wearing a brown overcoat." With a little salute, the man leaned out the window until he fell. I gasped despite knowing better, and sure enough, I saw a streak of red flying up.

I could still feel myself shaking.

A giant hand of All Might patted my shoulder and buckled my knees.

"No need to worry," He told me while I wobbled, "You couldn't ask for a better pair of eyes in the sky than Hawks. Isn't that right, Endeavor?"

"Refuse to praise such an infuriating child." Replied Endeavor, storming past us.

"Come on!" All Might declared, "Let's go follow the winged hero!"

As if I hadn't exercised enough today, I ran out of UA and to the city center. Hawks circled the sky. I asked around. It became dark out, street lights flickered on.

All Might apologized profusely, but told me he couldn't continue the search with me. He just attracted too much attention to be any sort of detective. He promised to keep an eye out. I kept looking.

I was so focused on the search, I almost didn't notice Hawks signaling me. He was hard to make out up in the sky, but he perched at the roof of a building, which I ran quickly into, climbed the stairs, and met him a the top.

He stood fully on the edge, wings tucked, crouched and looking down. A real professional hero. Still, I couldn't help but say,

"Careful."

He offered a grin, standing and taking a step back from the edge before gesturing for me to come closer. He pointed toward UA, which we could see clearly from here.

It took me a second. I couldn't see him.

"The wall." Hawks provided. Sure enough, on top of the massive stone wall that surrounded the School, only interrupted by the steel gate, there was a small form curled up, blending into the shadows. How'd he'd been spotted at all was beyond me.

Moe.

I turned on my heel and ran right back down the stairs.
