Omega had just been given the all-clear after her injury. She was finally able to join her brothers on assignments and she was able to try out her new armor. They were on a mountainous planet trying to climb one of the passes to get to the tower. Omega was being careful and the batch watched her carefully.
Omega felt a sharp and intense pain and she hissed painfully and stopped.
"What's wrong?" Hunter questioned as he rushed to her side.
"I think I reinjured myself," Omega replied.
"Lads, come back here. Tech, take a look."
The batch rushed to Omega's side and Tech started to examine Omega.
All of a sudden, they heard an explosion up ahead. They all looked up and watched as an avalanche was triggered. They watched rocks, snow, and trees slide down the side of the mountain where they would have been if they hadn't stopped.
"We should have been in that." Echo gasped.
"We would have been in that if it was for Omega and her injury," Hunter answered.
The batch hugged Omega close and looked at the mess that was left behind. All feel very grateful that they were safe and alive.
Luckily, Omega was fine. But the batch decided they couldn't complete the mission and went home.
