23 year old Gwen Stacy has been Spider-Woman for 8 years now; bitten by that spider and with the great power that was given to her she mostly wanted to use them to help her aspiring musical career. However after an incident where she could have stopped the murder of her life long best friend Peter Parker's beloved Uncle Ben and so using the costume and name of Spider-Woman she began using her powers much more responisbly as the masked vigilante Spider-Woman.
She used the web-shooters and web formula invented by Peter who was her tech guy and the only one who knew her secret identity. She could never get over the blame that she put upon herself for costing Peter his Uncle and having to deal with never able to master up the courage to admit her feelings to him; plus the fact that there was a smear campaign against her by the Mayor J. Jonah Jameson with a full PDNY task force put up to catch her. Things would be hard enough except for the fact that it was her dad who was leading the task force.
She had quite a rogues gallery like Wilson Fisk the Kingpin; quite adept at destroying and hiding evidence of his criminal activities. Plus there was his lawyer and main henchman Matt Murdock; quite annoying by himself but the fact that he was the leader of a ninja clan called the Hand who had apparently raised and trained him. Plus Fisk's main field operative the cat burglar Black Cat.
Able to keep up with Gwen and it was so infuriating especially with how flirtacious and seductive she was; wanting to get under her skin and and how it kept working. Plus Gwne coudl see that she had some ethics and standards; refusing to endanger children and secretly teaming with Gwen to stop the Kingpin's more dangerous and evil schemes. Plus having her lives at times and when it seems that the Kingpin had wanted her to kill her, she woudl mess up in a way that made clear that it was deliberate. Gwen would get the hope that she woudl turn over a new leaf but would go back to working for the Kingpin the next time she saw her.
So they were close to occasional allies but more enemies with benefits officially.
Gwen was now in a secret penthouse for the two of them; with a bed for the both of them. They would always keep masks on which was good for Gwen as she could never trust the Black Cat with her identity. Gwen was in her red underwear as Black Cat in her black underwear, eye mask and wig smirked as she stood behind her and with her hands she explored her body.
How amazing it was in their private time; how beautiful and sexy she was and her amazon like muscles... Made her jealous. Always felt like she was cheating on the best friend she never even been on a date with.
Their first night together she tempted Gwen with a necklace but tossed it aside knowing that it was probably stolen. "Why this must this just be the same? I know there is good in you Cat if you would only let go off this stupid loyalty that you have to Fisk. We could be partners; you waste the potential good that you could be doing." Gwen told her and the Black Cat sighed.
"Good, evil, justice... They are all just abstract concepts Spider. You think this is easy for me Spider? As much as I love this cat and spider game; I have been hoping that you would drop the goody good act and we could be full time partners and so much more. For now we are at an impasse so just shut up and enjoy this..." Black Cat told her as Gwen felt her taking hold off her bra strap. "You think that I could keep this as a souvenir? A perfect trophy or I bet Spider-Woman's bra could be sold for millions at one of those organised crime auctions." Black Cat whispered as Gwen turned around and pushed her back.
"One of these days I will be in my right mind to just send you to the police Cat..." Gwen muttered and Black Cat grinned as she came closer.
"I just love how feisty you are when you are mad Spider." Black Cat as they began making out.
The Black Cat woke up early in the morning and gotten dressed in her balck catsuit; she went to her homesuit and changed out to have a shower while smiling at her night with Spider-Woman. The thrill of being chased by her, how adorable she was and how fun to banter with. Her dream woman.
She went back to her normal identity of up and coming celebrity model and theatre model Mary Jane Watson; putting a wholesome girl next door image as part of her image. She got a phone call from Murdock reminding her of her schedule and how in her photoshoot they had gotten the photographer that she had requested.
A freelance photographer as well as science guru Peter Parker who had been her next door neighbour growing up. He was a nice and cute dork but what got her attention was his best friend Gwen Stacy.
Spider-Woman.
During one of their recent nights she had taken a peak and had gotten a picture of the sleeping woman behind the mask; secret cross examination and it was Gwen Stacy. Peter was her key to get to Spider-Woman behind her mask.
Stuck in this impasse with her that she was trying to get around; she wanting MJ to betray Fisk and turn over a new leaf. Despite knowing how cruel and ruthless he coudl be; she coudl never fully betray him. She owed him too much.
Her father was an unreliable gambling selfish jerk who ended up owing Fisk a small fortune. Without hesitating she offered his 15 year old daughter to him as a test subject for an experiment. She would never forget crying and reaching for her father as Fisk's men took her away; the man only offering empty platitudes.
Then there was the experiment based on notes to try and replicate some World War II project called Project:Rebirth that had made Captain America. The pain and reminder that it was her own father that allowed this to happen. When she was done she scared and angry and there was Fisk; who was comforting to her. She was trained by the Hand and yet there was Fisk being more of a father to her than her actual father.
Her first mission as the new Black Cat? Kill her own father that she carried out without hesitation. She removed her mask and wig to show him the face off his daughter; she listened to him beg for his life as she used the claws on her gloves to slit his throat.
Her father's death was covered up as him running out to escape the IRS; she went to her Aunt Anna and there was Fisk supporting them as an anonymous benefactor as far as her Aunt Anna was concerned. In return for her loyalty; he gave her everythign that she coudl ever wnat for including her dream celebrity lifestyle.
In the studio she was in a robe and embraced Peter when he had entered; "Long time no see MJ! I can't believe that you would remember me after making it big while I am stuck on freelance and awaiting job interviews." Peter told MJ embarassed.
"Anything to help out an old friend and please tell me; how do I look?" MJ asked him as she tossed aside her robe and posed with a wink in her black bikini and his face told him that she had him where she wanted him.
"Tell me; Gwen won't be jealous? Isn't she your girlfriend?" MJ asked and Peter shook his head vigerously.
"We are just friends; I I don't think that she would ever like me like that." Peter replied and MJ shot him a smirk.
"Too bad; she doesn't know what she is missing. I regret that we never did go on that date that our aunts tried to set us up with." MJ told Peter surprising him, truth be told she did really like the funny to mess with dork.
Then came the photoshoot as she did her best poses all to make Peter feel like this was the best job that he would ever get. Soon they were done and she gave Peter a note that she had written, "Is this your number..." Peter gasped and MJ shot him one last smirk as he then left.
Getting Peter in bed with Spider-Woman would be her goal; a part of her felt guilty for using him like this but she was going to make it worth his while. "Face it Parker; you just hit the jackpot..." MJ muttered to herself as she went back to her dressing room.
For fans of my Spider-Verse of Madness story, sorry but I may want to do a do-over. However I thought I would turn my planned backstory for MJ Black Cat into this chapter. Yes she would be from the same Earth as Spider-Gwen in that story.
