Author's note: This is my first fic!.I'm not sure this fic will work, I'm improvising it, I don't have it planned.I originally wrote a fic for the anime steel angel kurumi and then realized it wasn't in the anime/manga lists.So I've tried everything for steel angel kurumi to appear on those lists but nothing has worked so I said to myself well I might as well do a fic about something else and so I did. I hope you like it but if you don't, well... what can I do?

He was sleeping in a sitting position with his sword held tightly in his hands. He was dreaming about her, him and her together at last and then... he woke up. It had been so real but he'd never have the courage to ask her out, no never.He knew that if he asked her out his old manners would return. He would not go back to being the kind of person he was after the tokugagua era before he'd met Kaoru and the others.He had not been exactly truthfull with Kaoru. He had told her that after the tokugagua era he became a rurouni for 10 years but he truth is he only had been a rurouni for about 5. The other 5 years he had...

-"Kenshin! Why are you always daydreaming?" asked Kaoru impatiently- "Remember you have to do the laundry and you have to cook!"

-"OK" answered Kenshin. The same old routine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Shortly after Kenshin was done with the laundry Megumi and Sanosuke arrived.

-"Why did you two arrive together?" asked Kenshin curiosly

-"We were...ahhhh" began Sanosuke-"We just met outside, apparently we had the same idea to come and visit you guys" said Megumi

Kenshin looked at Sanosuke who gave him a weird look, it was a sort of compressed grin with the urge to shout something to the world.

-Kenshin made a mental note to ask him later, and if he refused he would have to blackmail him. Kenshin grinned too.

"Well I was just about to make lunch"-said Kenshin

"Congratulations"- said Sanosuke grinnig. Megumi smiled but when he saw Kenshin was looking at her she hid her smile.

He's trying to look cool in front of her- thought Kenshin."Mmm- Interesting..."

"What interesting?" asked Sanosuke- "Lunch is interesting" declared Kenshin and went inside to prepare his 'interesting' lunch

"Well someones weird today" said Megumi after a while. Then she punched Sanosuke's arm.

"Ahh! That hurted." ,Why did you do that?"- "Because you almost fucked everything!" She put on a rough voice-"We were...ahhhh...-I mean what kind of an answer is that?"- asked Megumi

"Chill off - he didn't notice anything, he's not as smart as he looks and anyway why do you want to keep our relation a secret?"

"Because"- started Megumi- "I'm supposed to hate you and you are supposed to hate me! What would you thind would happen if Kenshin, Kaoru and the others found out, they wouldn't leave us alone."

"Yes but" Sanosuke started but Megumi cut through him-"And I'm supposed to be in love with Kenshin, although he doesn't love me. People would say I'm a whore first loving Kenshin and then you which I'm supposed to hate!"

"You are overreacting"-Sanosuke replied- "people wouldn't say you are a whore"- "I DON'T WANT TO TAKE ANY CHANCES, ALL RIGHT?"-shouted Megumi

"All right, all right" said Sanosuke.Geeze...

Meanwhile Kenshin was formulating a plan to get back at Sanosuke although he didn't look it he was a vengeaful son of a bitch.
