Chapter 1

Issei Hyoudou and four of his friends find themselves in a new world after being transported there by Dimensional Lost after Issei managed to defeat Cao Cao and send them running from taking Kunou until Georg decided to take out the Pawn and some of his friends. Now Issei Hyoudou, Asia Argento, Irina Shidou, Ravel Phoenix, and Gasper Vladi must find a way home from the world of creatures known as Pokémon and deal with an organization led by a certain hero.

Pallet Town, Kanto.

The sun was shining over the Kanto region as the resident Professor Oak was getting up and ready for the day today since this was the day his five students who had been studying under him for the past few months and are now ready to start their own journey to find a way back to their home. As he opened the door to get the morning paper, he smiled as he breathed in that fresh air with the Pidgey's flying in the sky until he saw a mail truck come at his lab with a delivery man.

The man smiled as he walked over to the Professor and bowed to him. "Good morning Professor Oak. I'm glad to see your doing fine this morning. That package you asked for has finally arrived so sign here to verify that the contents have arrived safely." He said as Oak nodded and checked the package's contents before signing the paperwork before he headed back into his lab. He placed the package on the table as he looked at the contents of the package before smiling at himself.

"I'm sure they'll love them." Oak said as he headed towards his room to ready himself for the day.

Meanwhile

The Ketchum household was rather quiet since it has a few new residents that the lady of the house didn't mind since she did feel a bit lonely with her son traveling in another region so when she saw the teenagers come to her front door covered in dirt and tired, Delia was more than happy to look after them.

'But still to think that they are from another world and had abilities no less.' Delia said in her mind as she walked towards the kitchen to see Asia and Issei cooking together in the kitchen which made the woman smile as she saw the two together side by side as if they were husband and wife which made Delia giggle at their interactions.

Yep. Delia Ketchum, had taken in five people who may have been teenagers but they were really helpful in the town and the house since many of them had been helping out in the town when it came to learning about Pokémon that they would've had to understand, aiding the Professor in the lab, helping Delia in her house restaurant, and even assisting the other townsfolk in other tasks.

Asia Argento had taken a part time job as a florist to learn all that she could about berries, medicine, and Grass type Pokémon. Asia fell in love with the grass type Pokémon like a fish to water and wanted to learn all she could about them so when reading about Erika, the Grass type gym leader, she was wondering if she could get some advice and tips on raising Grass types.

Issei Hyoudou had decided to take on a role as a lab assistant so he could learn about the different types of Pokémon and know how to raise them when he would be traveling along with his comrades. His favorite Pokémon were actually the Dark, Fire, Dragon, and Fighting types since they had some serious potential to grow and become stronger but Issei was also a sucker for adorable Pokémon like an Evee that was so attached to him, that Oak thought the Evee wanted to join Issei as his first Pokémon.

The two looked at their left arm and a set of silver rings as they sighed at not being able to use the Sacred Gears that they were blessed with back in their world. Asia didn't mind since she was able to learn how to heal and aid others without relying on magic but Issei on the other hand was worried about his partner Ddraig since he hasn't heard from the Dragon for the past few months now which made the user very worried since he was unable to use his Devil Pawns but also the Boosted Gear. This made him doubt his skills and abilities since he thought he was weak without them until Asia scolded him and told him that he shouldn't blame himself for their situation.

This made Issei happy that he wasn't alone that he was at least able to have others he cares about with them.

"Mm...Morning everyone." The sleepy Irina said as she came from upstairs with a big yawn that the Angel, without her twin tails, let out as she sat at the table and put her head on it for a few more minutes as she snored peacefully which made her kind of cute except for the fact that she was drooling a little which made Delia giggle at the third girl. Irina Shidou. She was a tomboyish girl that the female Ketchum understood very well and so Irina was a big help at the restaurant but Irina was also having trouble with the new time zone she was in so she was sleepy in the morning since she was an afternoon person but thanks to her roommates, she was able to wake up in the morning and get her hair fixed by her friends.

"Good morning everyone. And to you as well Mrs. Ketchum." Ravel Phoenix said as she curtsied to the woman as she giggled at the formal manners that the Phoenix heiress had been taught ever since she was a little girl. Delia thanked Ravel as she went in to assist Issei and Asia which resulted in the blond former nun glare at the Phoenix girl as they had a fierce rivalry where the two of them tried to learn and prepare themselves to assist Issei on their journey to find a way home.

"And a good morning to you as well Ravel but where is Gasper?" Delia asked as Issei sighed to himself before letting Ravel take over before heading upstairs to see his roommate.

"I'll go check on Gasper. He's shy when he's nervous about what to wear so I'll help him." Issei said as he went to his shared room with Gasper as he then opened the door and saw the Dhampir blush as he was putting on his girl clothes that he felt comfortable in but Issei didn't mind as he simply patted the crossdresser's head and fave him a small smile before brushing his hair as the small boy sat on his lap and blushed at the special treatment he was given.

"I-Issei Senpai. You don't have to do this you know." Gasper stuttered as Issei merely patted his head and smiled down at him. "It's not a problem Gasper. I'm glad I can help you out and you shouldn't be ashamed of dressing up like this. If you feel the most comfortable wearing girl clothes then who am I to stop you? Embrace it. You look amazing."

"But I'm not a girl."

"And yet the other girls enjoy giving you advice on how to use makeup and such."

The two continued this conversation until Gasper blushed at his reflection before looking at his clothes and admiring how he looked in them. He was wearing a sleeveless black dress with a light blue tank top underneath, under a pair of light blue shorts. He also wore black shoes, white wristbands, and a yellow bag to store his items during the journey. Gasper was deeply in love with Coordinators and amazed by both their performances and dresses which made him think he wasn't cut out for it until he saw Fantina give a marvelous performance that shocked and amazed Gasper to the core of his being as he wanted to become a Coordinator as brilliant and as amazing as the Ghosty type gym leader he saw that day.

After helping Gasper get dressed and brushed his hair, the two boys went downstairs to see Asia and Ravel put breakfast on the table while Delia brushed the former exorcists hair and put them in twin tails which made her happy as she slowly woke back up before she began to dig into her breakfast with vigor.

"So any plans for today?" Delia asked the teenagers as she dug into her breakfast.

"Well the professor wanted us for some surprise he has in mind since we were heading out for our journey today. Though we wanted to thank you for taking us into your home and letting us live here for the past few months. We didn't mean to intrude and simply be freeloaders." Issei answered as Delia gasped at this and shook her head.

"No, No, No. You children have been nothing but kind and generous while assisting me in my home and work. Plus it's nice to have some company since my son and his friends left for the Johto region." Delia said she was glad to have company with her even if it was only temporary but as she ate her breakfast, she didn't notice that the others looked at her with worry before they finished breakfast and cleaned up before heading out to the lab.

As they were heading to the lab, Issei and his group of friends looked at the small town they had lived in for a few months now but was worried what this new world may bring since they could no longer access their magic or their Sacred Gears. However, Arceus told them that when the time is right then their magic shall be returned temporarily.

Neither of them knew what that meant or when that day would come but were hoping that day would be soon. Along the way, Issei did his best not to leer at some of the ladies in Pallet town as Irina demanded why he was so perverted when they reunited causing him to explain what happened at the park, the day after Irina had to move away which caused Irina to sigh at her friend before teaching him how not to leer at any girls and only look at them which Ravel and Asia made easy also surprisingly Gasper when he pretended to be a girl and felt a little embarrassed when looking at Issei.

Delia enjoyed the group since they had a fun dynamic and reminded her of her son and his friends that he made during his journey with Misty and Brock.

As soon as Issei and the others got to the lab, Professor Oak came out and smiled at them all. "Ah! Issei, Irina, Ravel, Asia, and little Gasper. Thank you both for coming here and boy do I have a surprise for you all." He said as he let them all come in before presenting five pokedexes along with a Pokeball with a set of stickers with their chibi faces on them.

"Allow me to introduce you all to your very own Pokemon. Since you all have done so much for the town and aided me in my research, I decided to cash in some favors and ask for some special Pokémon that I think you all will love." Oak said as the girls got their pokedexes first along with their first Pokémon before Issei and Gasper got theirs.

"Are these Kanto Pokemon or ones from other regions?" Ravel asked, glimpsing at the spheres.

"Ah. They are a mix of both. I know you all are rather skilled with Pokémon so I decided to have you all get two Pokémon instead of one to start your journey." Oak said as Issei opened his to reveal a Charmander and a small Dieno as they looked at Issei before the small lizard and dragon tackled Issei and enjoyed petting the two of them.

Gasper let his team out to reveal an Abra and a Misdreavus which made the small vampire so happy that he played with the mischievous ghost and shy Abra. Irina opened hers to reveal a Honedge and a Riolu which amazed the former exorcist as she introduced herself and got to know the two. Asia and Ravel were bonding with their own Pokémon since they were a lot alike. Asia with her Chikorita and Feebas represented her love for healing and the Grass types while Feebas was a Pokémon that may look ugly but beautiful when loved. Ravel on the other hand has a Fletchlinder that's a fierce and strong bird while her Growlithe was a strong and loyal comrade that the Phoenix girl loved to dote on.

Oak smiled at the group as they bonded with their Pokémon until he wished them luck and gave them a fond farewell but as they were leaving, Delia and many of the other residents of Pallet Town came to see them off which shocked the group of outworlders but with happy tears on their eyes the five members set off while above a phoenix watched them.

"So Gasper if there aren't contests in Kanto what are you going to do?" Issei asked as the crossdresser was the only one in the group that had no achievable goal, in Kanto at least. Gasper poked his fingers together and replied.

"Well I was hoping to train and work on what kind of style I should go for. I want to show off the beauty of the Ghost and Psychic types which means I need a wider variety of Pokémon. Sure it's rare to find them in Kanto but I'm confident I can find some that'll be good in contests when we get to Hoenn. As things are now, I can't use magic to dazzle them which means I need to learn how to combine the attacks to create an amazing show." Gasper said with stars in his eyes while Issei and the girls were impressed by Gasper's resolve.

"Plus I can wear cute dresses and enjoy showing off who I am." Gasper said as he still enjoyed dressing up in female clothes but Issei still wanted to support him so he'll cheer him on which made the boy secretly happy. "If anyone picks on you for wearing a dress, point them to me so I can sort them out," Issei told the young vampire.

"I mostly wish to learn about the Legendaries such as Moltres and Ho-Oh. If I meet one of them then perhaps I can learn more about this world's magic and how they are able to utilize such power." Ravel said as she recalled her hours of research and wondered how the creatures were able to use supernatural abilities that looked similar to Magic. She still wanted to become an Elite Four member of Issei's Champion League once he earns the title and that's why she wishes to become strong enough to be considered one.

Irina on the other hand was excited since she loved Pokémon ever since she was a little girl and watched all of the shows in the anime with Issei which gave her inside knowledge on how to best defeat the gym challengers, areas to avoid, and potential Pokémon. She even declared to Issei that she was his rival and would defeat him in battle, which the Red Dragon Emperor admired and was excited to face Irina one day.

"Um…well….I was wondering if we could stop in Celadon City when we get there so I could speak to Erika?" Asia requested since she personally wanted to be an apprentice for the Grass Type Gym Leader so she could learn so much more about them and how to become a Pokémon Doctor and Breeder. She was thinking of possibly being an Elite Four member but preferred the life of a doctor since she loved to tend to the injured and also wanted to help Pokemon who were either abandoned or attacked by poachers.

"Eventually, as Irina and myself need the gym badge in Celadon," Issei replied as they walked into Route 1 before seeing the Pidgeys and Spearows in the air flying around freely, which Issei didn't mind as he quite enjoyed the scenery. Irina was excited as she was ready to catch a tough and strong Pidgey so she headed deep into Route 1 along with Asia to assist her since the exorcist had the worst case of misdirection. Ravel and Gasper on the other hand stayed with Issei as he looked at the Spearows and smiled as he saw a whole flock of them along with a Fearow but one caught his interest the most and it was a Spearow with an X mark on its forehead which made Issei smile as he saw the look in its eyes.

"A real fighter. Definitely need to be on my team." Issei said as he summoned his Charmander as it roared at the flock before the Spearow Issei was interested in flew into the sky and glared at him with anger before skydiving at Charmander but the lizard dodged it.

"Alright. Use Ember!" Issei yelled as Charmander fired Embers from its mouth that hit the bird but the Spearow pushed through and charged at Charmander with a Wing Attack but Issei saw this coming.

"Dodge and Ember once more." Issei said as Charmander dodged the attack and fired Ember once more before Spearow was struck by the flames until it struggled to get up which Issei noticed before using a Pokeball and captured it.

The ball wiggled around a few times until it stopped and glowed signaling the successful capture which made Issei glad as he picked up the Spearow and looked at it before smiling at him. "Let's see. I think I'll name you……X."

"Why call a bird X?" Ravel asked as Issei explained. "Well it's because of the X on his face, plus don't you think it would be cool if Spearow evolved into Fearow and the scar showed its strength and resilience in training. Plus it better than calling him something stupid." Issei said as Ravel nodded in agreement before he summoned his newly caught Spearow and healed it with a potion before letting the bird climb on his shoulder.

Charmander was happy to battle before Issei returned it to his Pokeball before the trio moved on Route 1 until they came across Irina and Asia battling a Pidgeotto and an Oddish that Asia couldn't help but want to capture the small plant.

Asia smiled as she saw her Bulbasaur tackle the small plant once more before she threw a Pokeball and smiled at her capture as Irina weakened her opponent with Honedge's Slash attack before throwing a Great Ball and cheered when she realized she had an evolved Pokémon as her first capture.

"Woohoo! Hey Issei, did you see us? We got our first ones." Irina cheered as Issei was amazed Honedge was able to weaken a Pidgeotto but was glad his rival and girlfriend was able to capture a Pokémon of her choice before they headed to the Viridian City where they saw the gym being repaired while an Officer Jenny kept people away from the gym.

"I'm sorry but the Viridian City gym is closed so I must ask you all to please back away while the construction team fixes it." Jenny said as the trainers wanted to know when they can challenge the gym and where they can find a new one. These trainers asked her until Issei looked at Jenny before kindly asking her.

"I'm sorry but what happened here?" Issei asked as Jenny sighed and explained what occurred.

"I'm sorry but I'm afraid this gym was damaged so the Viridian City won't be able to do any gym battles, however there are other gyms that you and your friends can challenge. There's a temporary Bug Gym, a temporary Fighting gym, and more until the Viridian City gym is repaired and back in business. To know where they are located then all you have to do is use your Pokédex." Jenny explained as she showed them how to find the gyms while Ravel made a good note of the details before they went to the Pokémon Center for the night.

The girls shared a room with Issei and Gasper until they saw the news come on with a panicking news anchor.

[This just in. We are receiving reports of unknown and strange Pokémon appearing out of strange rifts that appear all around the other regions however they do not seem to be causing harm to any of the surrounding regions. In order to figure out what these creatures are and how to face them, we are in the Alola Region where Professor Lusamine is discussing to everyone what these Pokémon are. How's it looking down there Dorsal?] Thenews anchor said as the cameraman and reporter spoke to the media as the former recorded Lusamine's message.

[Thanks Ma'am. We're in the Aether Foundation right now with Professor Lusamine as she is discussing what these creatures are and how they are coming into our world.] Dorsal said as the camera showed Lusamine speaking to the reporters before reassuring them.

[Please do not worry. My team and I are communicating with the other regional Professors and are working on a solution to deal with these Pokémon we are calling Ultra Beasts. Give it time and we should have a way to send them back home but this is a message to all trainers. Do not attempt to capture them. Recently we've had reports of a few trainers from other regions try to capture them but failed to do so since the Pokeball technology cannot seem to hold them and these trainers are injured and at hospitals now recovering. Remember, these Ultra Beasts in a strange new place so it's understandable that they are nervous. Do not startle or try to capture them. Now any questions?] Lusamine asked as the reporters tried to get their questions in until Irina turned off the television before biting her thumb.

"Ultra Beasts?" Irina asked, being the Pokemon Expert due to playing much of the games, "But how? They aren't suppose to appear until later on in the series." Irina was hoping that this world would be easy to understand since she had information of this world from the game instead of the anime.

Gasper pondered this as well and replied. "It's possible that since we came to this world by the Sacred Gear Dimension Lost, which might've influenced this worlds spatial rift could explain what is causing the rifts between the Ultra Beasts dimensions to connect with this world. That might be why they are appearing now instead of later." Gasper studied a bit more on the Space Pokemon Palkia and could somewhat understand since his Sacred Gear allows him to manipulate and freeze time.

"It does sounds plausible that us arriving could have allowed them to arrive via the weakened rifts between worlds." Ravel said as the other girls processed this before Irina understood Gasper's explanation. It made sense once they rolled the thought through their heads.

"Hopefully we can avoid them. If what Asia said about those games then the only way to catch them is an Ultra Beast ball and they haven't been invented yet. Plus I doubt this is just due to our current circumstances. Rifts don't just magically appear. They are created which means that someone else opened those rifts and brought them here." Issei said as he clicked his tongue to figure out the culprit until Asia hugged his waist and replied.

"We'll deal with them when they come and attack us but for now we need to be careful and not draw attention to ourselves although I wouldn't be surprised by our luck if we were ambushed by one." Asia said before Ravels smacked the back of her head.

"Ow!"

"Stop your worrying. For now it's best we simply plan out our next move since the Viridian City Gym is demolished and under construction. That never happened in the game that Irina told us about so we can't really rely on her information about this place. We know Pewter City gym is the next city and they specialize in Rock types. We should head there and catch some powerful Pokémon along the way. Though, like Asia said, we should be cautious of these Wormholes. They seem to only be appearing in the Alola, Sinnoh, Hoenn, Unova, Galar, and Kalos regions but not in either the Johto and Kanto regions." Ravel said as she looked at her phone before the others nodded until Issei and Gasper headed to the bathroom and prepared for bed while Gasper blushed and kept his head away from Issei.

"Gasper? Why are you embarrassed by me taking my shirt off? You've already seen me without my shirt on." Issei said as Gasper replied. "Yes I know but it's a bit much for me." Gasper said as he looked back to see Issei was wearing his pajamas now before he got settled in bed.

"Don't worry Gasper. You are fine. Now let's get some sleep." Issei said as Gasper nodded before they got into bed, switching with the girls, until the small trap snuggled into Issei's stomach and smiled as he drifted to sleep.

"Mm..You're so warm. Like a campfire." Gasped said before the other girls came out and cuddled with him in the bed before the group settled in for the night.

Unaware of those in the dark manipulating the regions.

A person sitting in a chair was looking at the regions through the many televisions in the room before hearing the door open as Lusamine walked in to see the mastermind before bowing to them.

"Those reporters ate up the story like you said but are you sure you can send them back? It's not like I doubt your power but-!" Lusamine said before she found herself being choked in the air by an unknown force before the person let his fist release as Lusamine panted heavily and wheezed trying to get fresh air into her lungs until she could feel her superiors gaze upon her until a robotic voice spoke to her.

"Know that I'm not going to kill you Lusamine. You have a purpose and are a very valuable asset. Just make sure you do what your ordered to do and I'll make sure to leave your children out of this. I promised you power and I always keep my promises but if you continue to doubt me then I suppose I'll have to...replace you. Just like how I replaced those 'workers' who were here before I 'fixed them.' Care for a demonstration again Lusamine?" The voice asked as Lusamine gulped audibly before shaking her head.

"N-No. I-I apologize for disobeying and forgetting my place Hero-sama." Lusamine said as she swallowed her pride before the person turned around back at the screens and waved her off.

"Good. Now get out of my sight. Make sure that the Johto and Kanto regions are unaffected as well as the other regions. We don't want the Legendaries waking up so soon. Oh and get in touch with Cyrus. I need to make sure our partners are still willing to work with us." The voice said as Lusamine nodded before walking out of the room as she headed to her office and began to clench a fist over her heart as she hated herself for making a deal with that monster in human flesh but she had no choice given the circumstances. She tightened her fists before gasping at her children in the picture as she let tears leave her eyes as she wished she could've been a better mother but had to fulfill her end of the deal that she made with the Devil that was controlling Aether Foundation.

"Lillie. Gladion. Forgive your mother but I had to do what I could to save you both. And now I must deal with that monster I'm forced to work alongside with." Lusamine said as she didn't regret her choice because if she had to choose between her children and her own life then she'd choose her kids in a heartbeat.

The person looked at Lusamine through a hidden camera in her office before smirking at her. "Continue to watch her my little spy. She needs to remember that she's my little pet and must obey her masters orders." They said as they looked at the special Pokeballs being made before smiling at them.

"Soon we'll be able to test and see how strong these Ultra Beasts are and how we can put them to use."

Now I know this one is a little short but I wanted to show that the ones from the DXD world in this world are just as strong as humans and cannot use their Sacred Gears or magic so they need to learn how to survive without them. Ash and his friends are in Johto but the reason I had Issei and his group start in Kanto because I wanted to explore the region after Ash and his friends left since this would mean that Team Rocket wouldn't have control over the Viridian City gym.

Please leave a comment saying what Pokémon Issei and his friends should capture in Kanto to add to their team. I'll follow the series thanks to the anime but skip a few and try to improve on battles and more characterization and the story.

Next Update shall be the Fullbringer's Journey. It shall be a special one since not only will I show Issei and Ichigo's Bankai training but a special look into the Second Arc of the Fullbringer's Journey: The Devils and Arrancars.
