Hello, my Phantom fans, I am back! I know it has been forever, since my last update. I am very sorry. Again, the next chapter will take some time because of life, work, directing a play, being sick, and my next update is my "My Magical Wish" story. Please be patient with me.

Again, I want to thank OtherCharacterNut and DreamonAlina for proofreading this chapter. Seriously, I do not know what I would do without their help.

Also, please check out my YouTube channel. Anyways, do not forget to favorite, follow, review, and enjoy this chapter.

Also, I do not own anything except my OCs Brie and Adam.

Brie's POV

"What did you say? What do you mean you lied... and are not really Brieanna Daee?"

I was terrified. Erik's hand held my shoulder tightly and his eyes burned right into my soul. I didn't realize I accidently said those fatal words aloud. I felt the air thin around me as my world began to tumble like my frightened tears.

"I… I didn't mean… It's not what you think, I-"

"So, it is true," Erik interrupted me in a dark tone of voice.

I couldn't blink. My eyes just continued to widen as he released me and walked toward one of the pillars. I watched him as he placed his hand it and kept his back to me, shoulders heaving in breaths I wish I could take. I didn't know what he was thinking until I heard a haunting melody starting to play.

"How could you think I wouldn't guess?" Erik sang, though he did not move. "How could you think I wouldn't know?" He slowly turned to me with eyes flaring in madness. He began to stalk towards me as he continued to sing, "Did you think you can hide from me? Did you think you can keep this secret away?"

I slowly backed away when I realized the meaning of the song had changed. I instantly started shaking as I asked meekly, "How is that possible?"

Erik ignored me as he took longer strides to me. "Do you have something to confess? No more lies, you cannot hide."

"Erik, please let me explain-," I implored, but he grabbed my arms and pulled me into his chest. I wanted to scream, but I couldn't. Everything inside me was gone. Only the nightmare remained, and I was its vessel.

I stared right into the man I once loved as he cried out desperately, "I want the truth, right now! Tell me who you really are!"

Looking into his eyes, I saw the pain and longing for the truth. I was trying to remember all the good memories we had together, but nothing came to me. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

"I'm not from here... I'm not really a Daee, I have this other life..."

Erik's eyes harden, and his hands put more pressure on my arms. I hissed when I felt a bruised forming.

"You are not the Brieanna Daee I fell in love with 10 years ago! I knew something was different between the two of you. What have you done to her?"

I gasped when I realized what he was implying. He thinks I 'kidnapped' Brieanna Daee or did something to her. Oh, this is going bad.

"No Erik, it's not like that-"

Erik interrupted me as he yelled out, "Do not lie to me! You cannot lie to me!"

I was shaking as I said, "I am not lying!"

"Where is she? Where is my Angel of Music?!"

I grabbed his arms as I screamed desperately, "It's me! I was your Brieanna at the Opera Populaire! I was the one who you took down to your lair! I was one who sang with you during your opera! I was the one who choose to stay with you instead of leaving with Christine and Raoul! Erik, please believe me!"

I gasped when he pulled me closer to him and hissed out, "Prove it! Show me you are truly my Angel of Music!"

I starting to think hard, trying to figure out how I can show him that I am his Brieanna. Suddenly a thought came into my head. I closed my eyes and started to sing very softly.

"Nighttime sharpens, heightens each sensation. Darkness stirs and wakes imagination. Silently the senses abandon their defenses…"

I slowly opened my eyes to see Erik gasped and loosened his grip on my arms. I continued to sing as he slowly released my bruised arms.

"Slowly, gently, night unfurls its splendor. Grasp it, sense it tremulous and tender."

I paused as looked at him. Erik looked like he was in shock. I slowly walked to him as I continued to sing, "Turn your face away from the garish light of day, Turn your thoughts away from cold, unfeeling light…"

He did not move. He did not flinch when I touched his hand. I looked right at his white mask. I need to see my Erik, not the phantom. I gazed right into his eyes, silently asking permission to remove the mask. Without any objection, my left hand slowly moved up to take the mask off. He closed his eyes as he felt the mask off his face. His wig was the next to come off. I placed my hand on his disformed check. He gradually opened his eyes and stared into my hazel eyes.

"Erik, do you believe me now? I am Brie. Can I please explain to you before you yell at me again?"

I waited for a response before he took my hand off his check. He grabbed my hand and led me to the stairs. We sat down, and he nodded his head for me to continue. I took a deep breath before I continued to speak.

"Here is the truth. My real name is Brieanna Molitor. I'm from the 21st century. There is this musical called 'The Phantom of the Opera.' It is one of my favorite musicals of all time. It is all about yours and Christine's story. You were supposed to love Christine."

I paused for a moment to see his reaction. Erik was in shock. His eyes widened and his face was white as a ghost. I took a deep breath and continued to tell me story.

"Anyways, two years ago my community theater was holding auditions for their production of 'The Phantom of the Opera.' I auditioned for the role of Christine… but I received the part of chorus and Christine's Understudy. After the audition, I was in my theater community's dressing room when I heard someone calling out to me. At first, I thought it was my best friend Amber playing a joke on me, but it was not her. I heard the voice calling me Angel of Music near this tall mirror in the dressing room. I accidently slipped and fell into this mirror. I woke up to find out I am Christine's sister and I am in your world."

Erik shook his head as he spoke softly, "This is impossible."

I can see he was in awe of my story. I continued to speak before he could. "I was scared and excited. I was in my favorite musical; but I never expected one thing." I looked into his eyes and said, "I never thought I would fall in love with you."

Erik's eyes widen, and his hand gripped mine harder. "You… you really love me?" he asked.

I smiled as I replied, "I do."

Erik smile dropped as he remembered something. "Then why did you not come to me? I've waited 10 years for you."

I cringed when I remember how I returned back to my time. I know I need to tell him. "I… When I chose to stay with you… when I tripped on my dress-"

"You're not my Aunt Brie."

I gasped as Erik and I turned to see Gustav was standing at the door. His eyes are red from crying. My heart broke at the sight of the little boy. He overheard everything I said. "Aunt Brie… why would you say…"

He stared at Erik and his face turned pure white. I instantly realized that Erik's mask and wig was removed. Gustav is seeing Erik's true face. Before I could stop him, Gustav screamed and ran away. I released my hands from Erik's and rush after the boy.

"Gustav wait! Come back here!"

As I ran after the boy, I was not aware that a bitter reunion would happen soon. And I did not know that I had a big decision to make. One thing I did know is that I need to stop Gustav before he reveals Erik, aka Mr. Y is the Phantom of the Opera.

And there you have it, another chapter done! Again, I am so sorry for the wait. Sadly, the next chapter will take some time so please have patience with me. I do not want to rush and have a bad chapter for you to read. The next update will be my "My Magical Wish" story and then I will be back with "Red Rose Nightmare." Do not forget to favorite, follow, review, and until then…
