"It is a magnificent sight don't you think ?" Salem asked her 'ally' as the two of them stood on a hill, watching as the hordes of Grimm were causing chaos in the city of Vale. "It is my dear… The sight of such destruction is intoxicating… But you know it might be even better if WE were down there..." Scar inquired the Queen of Grimm who raised a brow at him "Are you THAT eager to see your nephew ?~" Salem asked him with a teasing grin and the Dark Maned Lion grinned back in an evil manner as he answered back "Yes… I am eager to meet again… so I could finish him once and for all !"
"From what I heard from Tyrian, your nephew is strong enough to hold his ground against 20 of my Grimm..." Salem inquired as she looked toward the city of Vale with narrowed eyes "Maybe but knowing him, he would SURELY put his own life for others… Its in his cursed blood..." Scar remarked with a scoff as his green eyes watched the city before an evil smirk appeared on his muzzle "And when he will be out of strength… I will finish him~" Salem looked back at the Dark Maned Lion with an evil grin as she said those words "My ! You must really hate him if you want to see him dead so badly~"
"Call this unfinished business~" Scar responded absently as his eyes looked back toward the city. "What will you do about this girl ? What was the name again ? Rose ?" the Evil Lion asked the Queen of Grimm who smirked as she replied "This girl will be taken care off don't you worry~" "I'm not… A mere girl cannot pierce my skin !" Scar growled back with confidence and Salem looked at him with a serious look on her face "This 'mere' girl as you called her possess a power strong enough to kill a Grimm with her eyes alone ! She can even defeat me !"
Scar hummed as he rubbed his chin with his left paw before smirking "So… I might be correct to assume you sent your little pet after her ?~" Salem smirked back at him and he didn't needed any words as the look in her red eyes was answering his question. "After taking Vale what will you do ?" Scar asked her with a sideway grin which she returned as she replied with confidence "I will take over Haven, then Atlas… All of Remnant will become mine !" The Dark Maned Lion's grin widened at those words as he inquired in a sweet tone "And together we will rule this world as King and Queen !" Salem and Scar exchanged an evil grin before laughing loudly like man-scientists.
At the same time, Ruby is seen jumping off a crashing airship to land on the landing pad of Beacon Academy. Just a few minutes ago, the leader of Team RWBY was fighting Roman Torchwhick who escaped prison during the Grimm's first arrival along with the pink and brown girl, Neopolitan. Neo had disarmed her but before she could finish her, Ruby opened Neo's umbrella which sent her flying away into the wind.
Angered by this, Roman had beaten the disarmed Rose, chastening her for not seeing the world as it truly was (a world were only the strong survived) while claiming that all heroes dies. However, as if the Universe was not in agreement with him, the criminal found himself being swallowed by a Griffon. The airship, damaged by the fight and without a pilot, broke apart as he started to crash so Ruby reclaimed her scythe Crescent Rose before jumping off the airship.
While Ruby was watching the airship crashing on the ground, at Beacon's courtyard, many students , along with some Atlesian Mechs were fighting a good number of Grimm but they were losing ground. Velvet groaned as she struggled to get back on her feet, only to get knocked back down when her team-mate Coco bumped into her after getting knocked away by an Ursa.
Neon Katt and Reese Chloris dodged and weaved between groups of students and Atlesian mechs ( Paladins included) fighting against a lot of Grimm. Meanwhile, the rest of Team ABRN were attacking a Griffon with bullets and fireballs, as Bolin knocked a Beowolf aside while Reese spinned her board before slicing through a Boarbatusk as she passed by it.
Nearby, Sun and Neptune tried their best to hold back a Beringel, while Nora and Ren decimated a large group of Apathy, humanoid-like Grimm. Yatsuhashi Daichi, for his part, was fighting a Griffon while Fox Alistair dashed over from a pile of robot parts. Two Creeps rushed at Flynt Coal who used his trumpet to send the first one flying while Neon and Reese used their weapons to freeze a Beringel's legs in place.
Suddenly, Weiss Schnee arrived on the battlefield and charged at the Grimm but got swatted aside by the Beringel's arm. "WEISS !" Neptune called out as he reached a hand for her just as Yatsuhashi was knocked back by an Alpha Beowolf who appeared out of nowhere. The Dark Werewolf-like Grimm then turned around toward a distracted Lie Ren before approaching him ! Nora, seeing this, ran toward him as fast as she could "LOOK OUT !" she yelled out to her team-mate as she pushed him out of the way.
Thanks to this, she received the Alpha Beowolf's incoming strike and was sent flying away "NORA NO !" Ren shouted in horror as he reached out for her only to get knocked back by the Dark Werewolf Grimm. At the same time, Coco and Neptune were firing their weapons at a large Beringel , but the Gorilla-like Grimm seemed unfazed by the shots. "Uh, this is bad..." Neptune commented as he looked at the roaring Beringel "Well, I guess now's a better time than any... Velvet !" Coco called out a certain Rabbit Faunus we knew (and love) who looked back at her with an excited look on her face "Really ?!"
Coco nodded at her while saying "Just make them count..." Velvet quickly nodded as she approached the Beringel who roared at her " What are you doing !? She's going to get hurt !" Weiss cried out in disbelief and worry as she looked at the Rabbit Faunus but the only response she got from Coco was "Just watch..." Velvet held her hand out as Anesidora started to glow… to form a scythe.
Weiss gasped when she saw that the scythe looked exactly like Ruby's and watched as Velvet leaped into the air (with the scythe in hand) , dodging cannon fire as she imitated Ruby's spin before slashing at the Beringel who roared in pain. Velvet, ignoring the roar, then replicated Myrtenaster (which caused Weiss to be shocked again as it was HER weapon) to deflect the Gorilla-like Grimm's punch and landing a few blows before pushing it back with an imitation which strongly reminded the Ice Queen of Yang's fighting move.
Once after she landed a few shots, the Rabbut Faunus slided under the Beringel's fist, similar to Blake as she used a Gambol Shroud copy and used its string to trip over the Grimm, before moving to the Alpha Beowolf who didn't have the time to react when Velvet be-headed him with a sword similar to Jaune's. But she was so focused on the Alpha Beowolf that she didn't noticed the Beringel from earlier until it punched her from behind, sending her flying away before landing on her back "Aah !"
"Velvet !" Coco called out worriedly as pulled out her weapon along with Neptune, Nadir, and Reese but then a roar caught their attention as a familiar reddish-browned Lioness leaped on the Beringel, holding its neck between her jaws "AMETHYST !" Velvet called out in happiness as the Lioness pinned the Beringel down before swiftly bitting and clawing its neck, not giving it the time to defend itself against her.
"Are you guys alright ?" Amethyst asked them as she jumped on the dissipating body of the Beringel she just killed. "We are but there are to many Grimm ! Even the Atlesian androids of Ironwood are getting slaughtered !" Neptune responded as he along with the others were catching their breath "Amethyst where is Simba ? Isn't he with you ?" Velvet asked the Lioness who suddenly became somber as she responded sadly "We got separated… Did you heard a loud roar earlier ?"
"We did !" Reese responded before Coco asked with concern in her voice "Wait don't tell me it was Simba ?!" Amethyst didn't respond and instead nodded her head with a saddened look on her face and Velvet looked at her with horror and the reddish-browned Lioness added in a serious tone despise her clear sadness "Simba told me to go help… He promised he would go after me… When I reached Beacon, I heard his roar and I instantly realized what he was doing..."
Then she raised her head to look at everyone "He was trying to prevent Grimm to go even further… by attracting them with a challenging roar..." Velvet's eyes started to cry and Coco was instantly at her side as she pulled the Rabbit Faunus into a comforting embrace while Weiss was clenching her teeth in both anger and sorrow. The rest of the students were equally silent especially those who knew the Golden Lion.
"Huh guys… We got a problem !" Neptune cried out as he pointed at something behind the Lioness and they all turned their heads to see a large Deathstalker heading toward them "You have got to be kidding me !" Sun replied with annoyance as he readied his weapon along with his comrades and a furious looking Lioness who unsheathed her claws as she roared at the Scorpion-like Grimm who screeched back defiantly at her.
But then a familiar Blond Brawler appeared above the Deathstalker with a battle before punching the top of its head as hard as she could with her gauntlets. The Scorpion-Grimm screeched in pain but didn't went down until a Lioness jumped on its back, mercilessly ripping its armor apart. Yang raised a fist again before punching the open gap which caused the Deathstalker to collapse with a screech of agony.
"Hm... That went better than expected..." Sun commanded as he pulled down his weapon, quickly followed by the others as Weiss leaned against her weapon to keep herself standing just as a concerned Tang approached her "Weiss ! You're okay! Have you heard from Ruby ?" The Schnee Heiress shook her head in response "What about Blake ?" "She went to look for her parents..." Weiss replied as she pointed toward where Blake apparently ran off.
" You look for Ruby... I'll meet up with Blake !" Yang began to say as she started to walk away until a familiar voice called out for them "Yang ! Weiss !" the two called people along with Amethyst turned their heads to see Blake approaching them with Ghira and Kali Belladonna along with some Faunus guards. "Blake !" The two members of team RWBY called back in relief before the three shared a brief embrace, happy to see each other. "Is everyone okay ?" Ghira asked the teenagers with concern before sighing in relief when everyone nodded at him.
"Students !" someone called out and everyone turned their heads to see Glynda, Qrow and Ironwood approaching them along with Penny "Have you soon Ozpin ?" The Blond Deputy Headmistress asked the students with concern and they all looked at each other before shaking their heads. "Where is friend Ruby ?" Penny asked them with concern in her voice "We don't know… We got separated !" Yang replied back as she looked around in panic.
" I am fine Yang !" Ruby's voice echoed from nearby and Yang turned her face to see her beloved younger sister approaching her as behind her were the familiar forms of Jaune, Pyrrha and Professor Ozpin. "Ruby !" The Blond girl of Team RWBY cried out in relief as she pulled her little sister into a bear-crushing hug while Ruby was struggling to escape "I'm happy to see you too sis but QUIT IT !" The red teen whined as she squirmed in her older sister's arms while around the two, everyone was staring at them with amusement.
"EVERYONE LOOK !" Blake yelled out as she pointed at a large Bullhead which landed not too far from Vale. Coming out of it were large cohorts of White Fang members ! "Sienna had answered my call !" Ghira said with a happy cheer while his wife, Kali seemed equally happy but then her expression turned into one of concern as she asked "Where is Simba ?" Silence met her words as they all turned toward Amethyst who seemed really sad.
"He… He sent me away while he staid behind to prevent the Grimm to go even further into the city… " Amethyst answered with a sorrowful tone and Kali's eyes started to water as her hide her mouth behind her hands. Ozpin then took a step forward "I don't think Simba is dead… Exhausted maybe but dead I don't think so… However our main problem is this !" The Headmaster said as he pointed at the coming Wyvern Grimm.
"And how do you want us to take THIS down ?! I don't think I'm big enough to fight him in a one and one combat !" Amethyst asked him with alarm as she eyed the Wyvern warily. Ozpin was about to answer when a loud and powerful roar echoed through the air which caused everyone, even the White Fang soldiers to stop dead in their tracks. Sienna Khan and Bianca, who were standing side by side, were both looking around with wide eyes of shock.
"What was that ?!" Weiss asked loudly in shock as she looked around to find the source of this sound "I don't know and I don't think its Simba… It sounded deeper and more powerful..." Amethyst inquired as she looked worriedly toward the city, where the roar came from.
"Whatever it was, its roar was enough to scare the Grimm LOOK !" Pyrrha said in disbelief as she pointed at the city and everyone turned their heads to see that a large horde of Grimm was indeed fleeing Vale from Apathy to the large Nevermore ! "Do you guys are seeing what I'm seeing?" Jaune asked out-loud in disbelief as he watched the scene with wide eyes and around him everyone absently nodded "I don't know what made this roar but to scare such a large group of Grimm… It must be powerful..." Glynda muttered to herself and the other adults muttered their agreement.
"Sorry to interrupt but weren't we supposed to… you know… chase the Grimm away ?" Coco asked everyone in a calm tone and they all blinked as they kinda forgotten about their actual situation "Right !" they all shouted at the same time before rushing into the streets of Vale while killing any Grimm who were unfortunate enough to be in their paths. Thanks to the roar of earlier, there were far less Grimm then before, so they didn't have to fight as much as at the beginning of the attack.
Soon the large group reached Sienna and her soldiers "Ghira ! We received your message !" the Tiger Faunus said to the Chieftain of Menagerie who nodded at her before answering "You and your troops came at the best moment ! We were almost out-numbered !" The two Faunus Leaders nodded at each other before turning toward Ozpin, his staff and the students who bowed their heads at the Tiger Faunus respectfully before Ozpin asked "Do you have doctors ? Some of the students are injured..."
Sienna nodded at the old man before calling for a nurse who went toward the ins-conscious forms of Ren and Nora just as a familiar White Cat Faunus approached Amethyst "Hey Amethyst ! Good to see you again !" Bianca greeted the reddish-browned Lioness who purred in ravishment at seeing her again before saying back"Its good to see you too Bianca ! To bad its not in better circumstances..."
The Cat Faunus nodded in agreement but then asked something that froze Amethyst on the spot "Huh where is Simba ?" The reddish-browned Lioness sighed deeply in sadness when suddenly a chorus of growl caught everyone's attention and they turned their heads to see a large horde of Grimm heading toward them. Ironwood reunited what remained of his army who stood side by side with the White Fang soldiers of Sienna before the two ordered loudly at the same time "FIRE !"
At those words, all soldiers fired their weapons at the incoming Grimm who fell under the bullets and fire-balls. Then Ironwood rose an arm before bellowing loudly " CHARGE !" with a battle cry, the Atlas Soldiers and what remained of his androids charged forward engaging the Grimm just as Sienna ordered her own troops to attack "FOR REMNANT !" Amethyst roared loudly as she charged the Grimm quickly followed by her friends and teachers.
The fight was terrible but they were gaining grounds ! The Grimm, being not as much as before, were falling under their blows like flies. In the middle of the fight, Professor Port and Oobleck joined everyone in the Greatest Battle they ever knew and with them were the remaining students of Beacon who charged their enemies to help their comrades to chase them off.
"We are taking back the city !" Ozpin shouted as he shot at an incoming Griffon as around him it was nothing but chaos. "LOOK OUT !" Ruby pointed at the sky and everyone watched with horror as the Wyvern was passing above them heading toward Beacon Tower. Amethyst looked at it with horror as it was close enough to be describe with words.
The Gigantic Dragon-like Grimm had large red bat-like wings, a pair of legs and a tail. The red membrane of the wing was translucent and it was covered with rough black skin, with white bone-like spines along its body, including an external skull, rib cage and rows of dorsal spikes. In addition, it had large claws on both its legs and on the tip of its tail. The Wyvern's skull had a pair of large prominent horns and six yellow-red eyes while its jaw had teeth extending down all the way down its neck, beyond the skull. The Wyvern Grimm was a much bigger than her and she knew that what she said earlier was true : she won't be able to fight it alone.
Suddenly, her thoughts were interrupted when the same loud roar from earlier was heard, closer this time and the Dragon-like Grimm stopped in its track to look toward where it came from while landing on a nearby building. Everyone also stopped fighting just as their enemies were fleeing the scene the moment the roar stopped and some Grimm were seen having their tails (or what looked like one) between their legs.
"What was that ?" Sienna asked out-loud to her allies and soldiers and Kali, who was the closest to her apart of Bianca, responded in a rasped tone "I don't know..." Suddenly from where the roar came from, a bright orange light appeared along with the sound of a deep growl and a tremor that shook the ground. "SOLDIERS ! IN POSITION !" Ironwood ordered his men who went on their knees before pointing their guns and riffles toward the orange light. Everyone else did the same, wondering what was causing this tremor as the Wyvern Grimm was growling at the light, battling its wings.
Suddenly, the buildings surrounding the light turned into a raging fire as the footsteps-like sounds came closer and closer. The deep growl echoed again as a COLOSSAL figure appeared through the flame… a figure which was strangely familiar "Simba ?" Amethyst asked softy while everyone was looking at the newcomer with wide eyes of terror. The figure raised its head, revealing its bright white eyes before letting out a thunderous roar.
"SIMBA !" Amethyst yelled out in pure joy as she looked at her mate.
It was indeed Simba but he was completely different now ! For starter, he was two time bigger than before, his fur had the color of a fire while his mane and tail-tip were white in color and moved like it was a living fire ! His eyes, who were red and yellow before, were now completely white and were glowing ! The Fiery Lion roared again but this time at the Wyvern who roared back defiantly as it 'jumped' forward to land on the ground to face this new enemy.
"Guys I think it would be best to not stay in their way !" Coco called out as she saw the glares the two Colossal Beings were exchanging "Out of the way !" Ozpin ordered loudly and Atlesian soldiers, students, Faunus and staffs members alike quickly left the area toward a spot where they could watch the fight without being endangered. "I think we are safe now..." Glynda said softy as she panted in exhaustion "COME ON SIMBA ! SHOW IT WHO'S BOSS !" Ruby cheered for the Fiery Lion who completely ignored her to roar at his enemy who roared back at him.
"He is literally on fire now !" Yang exclaimed in both amazement and stupor "What happened to him ? Where does this power came from ?" Blake asked to herself but it was loud enough for everyone close enough to hear. Amethyst went deep in thought when suddenly a flash of memory appeared through her mind as a wide smile started to spread on her muzzle "It must be it… It has to be..."
Velvet, who was beside her, looked up at the reddish-browned Lioness with confusion "What are you talking about Amethyst ?" everyone turned their heads to look at the Lioness who responded "Mufasa once told me Simba had a secret power inside him… He had tried many times to discover it and failed… I think he just discovered it !" It wasn't a full truth but it wasn't a lie either. After all, apart of Team JNPR, Team RWBY, Ozpin and Glynda, no one here knew about Simba's story or at least the part of being sent to Remnant by the Gods.
Around her, everyone had their eyes wide in surprise and amazement but then their attention returned to the two Massive Creatures who were now circling each other. The Wyvern was furiously flapping its wings in an intimidating display as it rose on its full size but the Fiery Lion in front of him didn't looked scared as instead, Simba took a step forward before letting out another thunderous roar which echoed through the air
ROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR!
The roar caused the Wyvern Grimm to take a step backward as it screeched in fright, its tail swinging back and forth with nervousness. However, the Dark Creature refused to appear before its enemy as it screech loudly in response as the Fiery Lion took another step forward… before pouncing. The Wyvern screeched in surprise as it jumped aside to avoid Simba who landed right where it was previously.
However, everyone gasped the second he leaped into the air… Why ? Because the second he did, Simba was clad in flames ! Even better, the moment he landed on the ground, the Fiery Lion generated a spreading shock wave that shook the ground, causing another tremor. This simple dismay caused the spectator to become speechless with Amethyst among them. She always admired her mate for and now her admiration for him grew as he used the most amazing power she had ever seen.
However, she then saw something in the corner of her eyes and growled : it was a Scorpion Faunus with scarred chest and a crazy look in his eyes who was looking at someone in particular. Frowing, the reddish-browned Lioness slightly turned her head, following his gaze and softy gasped when she realized that the guy was looking at Ruby ! A deep growl escaped her throat as she glared back at the man who jumped from his spot toward Ruby but before he could touch her, Amethyst was on him.
The reddish-browned Lioness pinned him down hard on the ground, growling at him as her fangs were inches away from his face. "Tyrian Callows !" Ironwood exclaimed as everyone surrounded the two pointing their arms at the Scorpion Faunus who was apparently the famous serial killer and latest member of Salem's inner-circle "What are you doing here ?" Amethyst asked him with a snarl and he laughed at her like a madman "I came here to kill her !" At the word 'her', he was pointing at Ruby whose eyes widened in surprise and shock.
Yang growled as her lilac eyes turned red as she glared daggers at the pinned serial killer "Over my dead body you will touch Ruby !" " Us too !" Team JNPR, the rest of Team RWBY and some other students said at the same time as they glared at Tyrian. "Why do you want to kill Ruby ?! Answer !" Amethyst growled out as she pressed more weight on his chest causing him to start coughing "Because she is the only one to kill my mistress !" he cried out in pain and his answer caught everyone's off guard as they looked at each other with disbelief "What are you talking about ?" Yang asked the man with confusion but with her eyes still blood red in color.
"I think I can answer that…" Ozpin began to say as he stepped forward before explaining in a calm tone " Silver-eyed person possess a special ability through the usage of their eyes… Some believed that this power came from the God of Light himself and it was used to destroy Grimm..." As the Headmaster of Beacon spoke, everyone from Humans to Faunus were listening with stunned expression on their faces.
Amethyst, who was listening the explanations with interest, suddenly had a flash of memory entering her mind (again) before saying as she looked at Ozpin "You knew didn't you ? You knew Ruby was the only one you can defeat Salem but yet told her nothing ! I remember the night we met, you commented on her silver eyes !" Everyone looked at Ozpin with expression of shock, betrayal and anger but the Headmaster of Beacon was strangely calm as he released a deep sight before responding "Yes… But I wanted her to have a good life before telling her about this… I don't want to make the same mistake that with her mother..."
Yang and Ruby were both about to say something when Tyrian laughed like a maniac causing everyone to look away from Ozpin to look at him "You are truly an arrogant man… You let ignorant the one thing that could endanger my mistress ! Because of your stupidity, Remnant is now at Salem's mercy ! Knowing that she is destruction incarnate, she will end all of you pathetic insects ! There is no ideal more beautiful !" the Scorpion Faunus laughed after saying those words and everyone looked at him with disgust, anger and disbelief.
Suddenly a gunshot and Tyrian's head fell back on the ground in the middle of his forehead… he was dead. They turned toward where the gunshot came from and they saw Emerald and Amber approaching them "Sorry but he was annoying !" the green haired girl said with a shrug and Amber nodded in agreement before looking at where Simba and The Wyvern were. "Wait is that Simba ?" the Fall Maiden asked everyone in disbelief when Emerald looked at the scene with shock on her face.
Amethyst was about to respond when Simba charged the Wyvern with a roar before swiping the Dragon-Like Grimm's left wing, scratching the membrane. The Wyvern roar in pain but then bite Simba's shoulder… only to released it a few seconds later with another pained roar. Apparently the heat was too much for the Wyvern to handle. Seeing his enemy distracted, the Fiery Lion quickly used his right front paw to claw the Grimm's face causing it to release a roar of pain.
Then Simba released a roar of his own but unlike the precedent ones, fire came out of his body at the same time burning everything in all directions. The Wyvern roared again as its face, chest and legs were burned by the Lion's fire who wasn't finished as he made a move that shocked more than one : Simba jumped high in the air before generating a massive explosion after he made himself into a ball. The light coming from it was so bright that everyone had to turn their faces away to avoid being blinded but they could still hear roars of agony coming from the Wyvern Grimm.
When the light died down, the spectators looked back at the scene only to gasp at what they saw : the area was completely destroyed and fire could be seen every now and then. There in the middle of this desolation, were the two Colossal Creatures. Simba was still standing on his paws and was currently looking at his opponent who was completely covered in black burns as the membrane of the Wyvern's wings were no more there. Weakly, the Dragon-like Grimm raised its head to look at the Fiery Lion before screeching at him and Simba approached it slowly… before pouncing on its neck. The Wyvern roared loudly in agony until a sickening crack was heard echoing in the air as the Lion snapped its neck.
Simba the backed away to look at his dead enemy whose head fell back on the ground to never move again. The Fiery Lion looked at the dead body of his enemy for a moment before placing a paw on the dead corpse and raising his head high toward the sky to let out a loud roar to show his victory over his enemy. From their place, the spectators were watching this with wide eyes of stupor but Simba's friends then cheered loudly for him.
"HE DID IT ! HE BEAT IT !" Ruby exclaimed in joy as she jumped on her feet as around her, everyone were cheering for the defeat of the Wyvern but then Sun gasped as he pointed at the Lion "Look he is shrinking !" They all turned their heads to see that it was true ! Simba was becoming smaller and smaller to soon stopped at his normal size (13 feet tall) as his body returned to his normal self again. The bright white fiery mane turned back to russet as his fire colored fur turned back into his normal brownish-golden one.
Amethyst didn't wasted more time and ran toward him, ignoring everyone but him at this instant "SIMBA !" she called out for the Lion she loved more than anything and he turned his head to look at her "Ame..." he looked tired but fine. The reddish-browned Lioness barreled into him before pinning him down under her paws "You idiot ! Don't even scare me like that again !" Amethyst scowled him while covering his head into licks. Simba chuckled in response before looking at her with pure love "I did what I had to… and I don't regret it…" Amethyst looked at him with a glare but quickly her expression softened as she pressed her head against his, ignoring the people approaching them.
Simba purred as he returned the gesture by nuzzling his mate under the chin earning a loud purr of content from her. But then their moment was kinda ruined by a certain red teen from Team RWBY "SIMBA !" the Golden Lion barely had the time to react until a red and black missile crashed against him "YOU WERE AMAZING !" Ruby said as she pressed herself against the Lion's russet mane and soon the rest of her Team along with their friends, teacher and allies approached.
"Good job Simba !" Yang inquired the Golden Lion with a thumb up and everyone nodded in agreement and Simba looked at everyone with a smile : just by seeing them, he knew he had done well and was ready to do it again if necessary. Everyone was cheering and celebrating : Beacon had been saved; the Grimm had fled Vale and the Wyvern had been defeated… Life could return back to normal.
Or so they thought.
