Like I said, this will be the first major event in the story, and it will be filled with lots and lots of action plus another important event that is going to happen! This was one of the first scenes I've conceived for the story and I'm happy to have finally reached it! It was a pretty dense episode that took me a lot of time to complete it so that I could give enough hype and satisfaction for all of you! I really thank you for the patience you had with me and I hope this chapter can serve as a repayment worth the wait. Get ready to enjoy, because hey…who wants some chaos?

Chapter 9: Party in The House

The Holy Grail.

In the Arthurian legends it was said to be an holy relic in which the blood of Jesus Christ was said, while among the mages, it was known as a powerful device full of magical energy that could grant any wish. It was strong enough to summon famous, legendary, mythical and literal people from the past known as Heroic Spirits or Servants, and it was known to be the titular item put at the center of the event known as 'Holy Grail War'.

This series of conflicts started in the 19th Century, when its ritual had been created by three families of mages: the Tohsaka, the Makiri, and the Einzbern. They created this system as an attempt to reach Akasha and by far, the Root, the place dreamed by all the mages of the world.

Through the decades, many Holy Grail Wars had succeeded, with each of them including seven mages alongside their Servants that fought against each other in bloody battle royals to claim the relic…and get their wish granted. Each war had a story to tell and each war had a different ending. There were people who could win and get their wish granted, while in other wars no one could have prevailed.

And now, in the 21st Century, the history continued.

The Holy Grail appeared again, but this time, it seemed to behave in a more…capricious way. In the previous wars, it usually appeared at the city of Fuyuki, but this time it decided to appear in Tokyo, and in the shape of a Greater Grail, a different yet stronger version of the original that could contain more magical energy, and as such…it could summon more Servants. This brought to a war that included fourteen mages and their Servants, divided in two factions, named after the ones of the War of the Roses that occurred in England during the 15th Century. As such, this war was also known as the 'Rose Grail War'.

And now…after a few days that the war started…the participants had a sign of the Grail's location, which a few days before was still unknown. The Grail could not be yet used, as none of the Servants died and there still wasn't a clear winner among the two factions, but this could still be considered a chance, as those who would have gotten their hands on it could have secured their position in a safer place, giving them an advantage on the conflict. Plus, this could have made them more secure and proud in a certain way.

Now it wasn't the time to mess around. It was time…to act.

Tokyo – On the top of a hill – 15th April 2021 – 21.05 P.M

The leader of the Red Rose, Marcus Graint Yggdmillenia, was waiting for his comrades to come on the top of a hill, alongside his Servant, Berserker of Red. He was standing still, with both of his hands placed on the handle of one of his two swords, while the wind moved his blonde hair and his beard. His gaze was fixed and pointed at the city, where the item of his dreams was hiding. A small drop of sweat could be seen coming down from his head, showing that deep inside, he had some concern and some pressure, since it was a delicate, yet important moment. He was among the Masters that cared the most about victory. It was his pride that was moving his heart in that moment.

Berserker of Red was leaning his back against a tree while an aura of darkness kept on covering most of his body. "Argh?" He then suddenly heard some footsteps, which made his Master turn around. "It seems that they've arrived."

Gordon Fragarthach, Calem Artel, Kazuto Tohsaka, Alvis Walker, Astrea Lyra Alainosta, Cahya and their Servants have all arrived to meet up with their leader and discuss on the move to make.

"It seems that we've all heard the message. So, Marcus…is it true what you've said?" Gordon asked while having his arms crossed.

"I would never lie to something important as this. I've received a communication directly from the Holy Grail. We may know where its location is." His leader replied.

A lot of tension came up as he proclaimed this.

"So, it's true…" Calem spoke. "O-OH MY GOD! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! T-THIS MAY BE OUR BIG CHANCE!" Astrea shouted. "I know, Master, calm down." Caster of Red told her.

"And…where is it?" Kazuto then asked. Marcus simply turned around and pointed at one single direction. The other Masters came closer to see the exact point he was indicating, as they could see most of the city from that hill. By following Marcus's finger…they could see that he was pointing at a precise point of Shinjuku, one of Tokyo's most famous streets. In particular…he was pointing at one palace.

"The Grail…is inside that palace." Marcus simply spoke.

"What is that place?" Lancer of Red asked. "Oh! I've read something about it! …Wait…oh God…the is the Grail really in there? Couldn't it choose a better place!?" Astrea complained, making everyone turn towards her, confused.

"What about it?" Cahya asked. "You talk like there's something disgusting in there…" Assassin of Red added. "That's…Kabuki-Cho. And it's a zone…quite particular…" The Alainosta mage said.

"Can you be more specific, please?" Gordon asked. "Oh…now I get why she's acting like that…you see…Kabuki-Cho is the nightclub zone of Shinjuku…and it is known to be filled with bars and palaces that host many erotic shows…" Kazuto answered, making Archer of Red and Assassin of Red blush. "Wait what!?" They both exclaimed.

"THERE! YOU SAID IT! I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN KEEP CALM IN- OUCH!" Astrea was going to have a breakdown before her Servant gave her a karate chop in the head. "Now you're exaggerating, Master!" She spoke.

"You know it, Kazuto? Did you go there in the past?" Calem asked. "Yeah, but the idea wasn't mine. A schoolmate dragged me in, and i didn't feel…that comfortable." The Tohsaka mage answered. "Are you saying that you didn't find that place exciting!? Are you really a man, Kazuto!?" Saber of Red asked, shocked. "That place is like heaven for me!" Rider of Red added. The situation was getting more bizarre and uncomfortable but then…

"STAY SERIOUS, FOR FUCK'S SAKE!" Marcus suddenly shouted at everyone. "It doesn't matter what type of place that is! The Holy Grail is in there! And we're going to get it! The tide of war might depend on it, GET IT!?" He added.

A short silence followed before everyone gave their answer. "…Right, sorry, Marcus." Calem said. "Good. Now…the magical energy I've felt before comes from that palace…in particular…around the floor that should be called B2. But as you could probably guess, there is one major problem." The leader of the Red Rose then continued.

"You mean…we cannot enter without permission, right? We need to pay the entrance first." Gordon answered. "That's correct. But we can't afford to waste time by entering in a regular way." Marcus replied.

"I presume it's because…it's highly probable that the White Rose Leader might have received the same message you had. Right?" Kazuto asked. "Yes. That is my greatest fear. The Holy Grail is standing neither on our side nor theirs, and as such, it gives equal rights to all participants. Therefore, we'll probably see our enemy heading right there. That is why I've called all of you. For the first time, we'll need to move together as a team. Much like Astrea said this morning, we may need everyone's strength to succeed." Marcus explained, making the Alainosta mage blush a bit. "O-Oh come on, don't say it…" She said while her Servant made a gentle smile.

"So, how are we going to enter inside the palace?" Lancer of Red then asked. "We'll enter from the roof. Thanks to our magecraft, we'll surely be able to reach it without problems. We'll land in there and then head quickly to the B2 floor." The leader of the Red Rose continued. "I see. I would say it's the better choice as well." Calem commented. "Indeed. We can afford to go to the building without getting too much attention or causing too many damages." Cahya added.

"Wait…what should we do about the people inside the building? I'm sure there are plenty of them at this time of the day." Archer of Red asked. "There's no need to worry. We have Alvis for that." Marcus quickly answered.

"Alvis?" Kazuto asked while turning on him. "You're referring to my other spell…right?" Rider of Red's Master asked, making his leader nod. "Hmm? What do you mean? When we fought those two Masters I saw you create water wolves and nothing else." Gordon demanded. "Well…it's something I usually tend to not use, since it can be quite dangerous. Apart from my wolves of water, I can shoot a magic powder that can confuse the enemies and put them in a panic state. I suggest that Marcus wants me to use that as a sleeping powder to make everyone sleep." Alvis explained his second magecraft skill. "Now that I think of it…it's a smart move…by just putting them to sleep, they could think that they've gotten drunk when they wake up…" Kazuto commented, liking the idea. "What about those who didn't drink?" Astrea asked. "They'll probably think that they were tired. I also like this idea! I think it could work!" Assassin of Red added.

"Then…I guess we've said pretty much everything." Marcus said before turning around. "It's time to dive in action. Remember…this is the most important event of this war by now. If everything goes well, not only we'll have the Holy Grail in our hands, but we could even defeat some of the enemy Masters and their Servants. This would bring us a huge advantage against the White Rose. So, I ask all of you to give your all. I'm sure most of you want your wish to be granted, therefore, we cannot slow down. We've had the proof that the White Rose Masters and their Servants are incredibly strong, and they are commanded by a man like Isak Svala Von Lud. Therefore…we must be ready for everything. You're free to use the Command Seals to help you in battle and remember that we may need to finish off our enemies, whether you like it…or not." He then gave one last speech to the group. He said the last thing while looking at Alvis.

The boy sighed and looked down. "Yeah…I know." He simply answered. The leader of the Red Rose then gave one last look to his Servant, which gazed at the horizon, willing to fight. "In case we'll face more enemies, I'll have to unleash Berserker at full power…but this makes me wonder if I'll be able to control him…ngh! What am I thinking!? Of course, I'll be able to control him! I'm destined to the top after all!" He thought. "Very well guys! Let's move! Time to attack!" With that, Marcus concluded and jumped down the hill.

"Finally, it's time to shake my muscles again. Let's go, Saber." Gordon said, starting to get pumped up. "After you, Master!" Saber of Red replied before following him. Soon, all the members of the Red Rose jumped down the hill and started to head towards the building at Kabuki-Cho.

They were all anxious…but focused on the same time. Once they've jumped down, their gazes were directed only towards the palace.

"The Holy Grail…" Kazuto thought before looking at his chest. His vest was still soaked with the blood that came out by Seram's attack. He thought that he would have been weaker during the fight…but he couldn't think about that now. "No…this is not the time for my usual paranoia…Marcus had been clear enough. I…need to concentrate and not get scared." He was using his fire magecraft to fly, while his Servant was jumping from one building to another alongside Caster of Red. "Archer said that she's used to fight in wars like this. If that's so…I can trust her. Plus…we're not alone this time."

Alvis and Rider of Red were travelling by using the latter's carriage, and luckily no one seemed to see two bulls flying in the sky (or Santa Claus in April). Much like the others, Alvis had his stare fixed to the building, until his Servant called him out. "Hey, Master!"

"Uh? What is it?" Alvis asked. "We're getting closer to Kabuki-Cho. Are you ready to fight?" Rider of Red told him. "Of course, who you're getting me for?" Her Master protested, feeling a little bit offended. "Hmm. Just to be sure. You surely put up a good show last time, but you seem quite thoughtful since this morning. Are you still thinking about that girl?" The Servant explained. This question made Alvis sweat a bit, showing that Rider of Red hit the mark.

"Master, I can understand that you have your ideas, but we cannot think about them now. The Holy Grail is just right in front of us, and if we must fight the opposite faction, you'll end up slowed down by your thoughts! The enemy will take advantage of that and will kill you!" Rider of Red exclaimed. "I know…maybe it's a harsh way to tell you that, but it's the truth! I'll need to rely on you if we want to get the Grail! I surely don't want to give up on my wish!" She then added.

"Your dream? What is it?" Alvis asked. "Well…it's not that of a big deal, and you probably know the answer if you know me well…" Rider of Red answered with a smug smile. It didn't take too long for Alvis to realize. "Oh…oh…yeah…it makes sense for someone like you. But how do you think Saber will react?" He then asked. "Oh, I'm sure he'll understand. He's a man that can understand every woman after all…tehehe!" Rider of Red replied.

With that, Alvis looked back at the building. It was getting closer and closer. All the members of the Red Rose could feel their hearts start to beat faster than the usual.

Tension.

A lot of tension was starting to rise up for them. All of them.

"I don't like the idea of killing others, despite I don't know who that girl is…but I don't want to be a burden for the others as well…ah…dammit. I…I guess I don't have that much of a choice…for now…I'll give my all…for now." Alvis thought.

Tokyo – White Rose Headquarter – 15th April 2021 – 21.00 P.M

"So, what you said was true…the Holy Grail is really here…" Cynthia spoke with a surprised yet calm tone.

Even the White Rose gathered, as the message arrived to Isak as well. Everyone seemed to have mixed up emotions about this, but overall, they were generally glad to hear it, some more than others.

"Amazing! If we get our hands on it, we'll have an advantage on this war! Ain't that great, everyone?" Oeneus asked. "But we couldn't use it, right?" Tygo added.

"Yeah, that's true Tygo. None of the Servants in this war have perished yet, which means that the Grail is still empty, like a cup with no wine." Cynthia answered. "And we do not know exactly when it will activate…but in the end, the kid here has a reason to be happy. Having the Grail on our own is surely important, since we could use it to threaten, blackmail or even bargain with those of the Red Rose faction." Maximilian added.

"You surely know how to fool the enemy, eh, Master?" Assassin of White asked, making his Master pleased. "Still…this whole situation is somehow confusing…back when I was studying magecraft, I've heard that the Grail appears only towards the end of the conflict, where there are only around three or four Servants left. How is it possible that it's already here?" Adewale fairly asked.

"Simple…because this war is completely different by the others. The chance has made the Grail manifest into a greater one instead of its regular form, and instead of only Seven Servants, there are fourteen of them, as you can see. The Grail we are talking about is a separate case from others, and it's surely a stronger one. Even we of the Mage's Association were surprised to see this bizarre coincidence. To think that the Grail itself contacted me, as if it was asking to be taken by us, ahahah! Surely fate is unpredictable sometimes." Isak explained.

Adewale and his Servant frowned at him for a moment, but they didn't want to ask more since it wasn't the right time. "I see…well, in that case, we surely cannot waste this opportunity. And where is the Grail exactly?" The Nwadike mage then asked.

"Its location is currently at Shinjuku, inside one of the buildings of Kabuki-Cho." Isak simply replied.

"Kabuki-Cho!?" Tygo and Rider of White exclaimed astonished. "Kabuki-Cho?" Maximilian and Assassin of White asked, liking the idea. "That nightclub zone? Really? Couldn't it choose a better place?" Cynthia added.

"Oh, well…it doesn't matter where it appears. The important is that we get our hands on that precious Grail! It's not the first time I put my hands on a treasure in a bizarre situation, after all." Archer of White answered with a smirk on his face.

"Treasure? Were you an explorer, Archer?" Rider of White asked. "Well…sorta…I would rather not go deeper into the details…eheh." The other Servant replied.

"Either way…there's also something else we should discuss before getting in there. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about, right?" Vlad then spoke to everyone. "…You're…talking about…the Red Rose Faction…right?" Seram asked, surprising everyone, since she was not used to talk that much. "She seems to be serious about this…" Saber of White thought while staying in his spiritual form.

"What a good girl, Seram! You're right! We need to discuss about what to do with them, you never cease to surprise me!" Isak said while gently stroking her head. The girl didn't make any type of reaction for that, she just kept on staring at him. "I'm sure you all guessed it, but it's very likely that the Grail's message had also arrived to the opposite faction, and knowing that Yggdmillenia mage, I'm sure they'll do anything to get there first and take the Grail. Therefore…" The leader of the White Rose explained.

"We must be ready to face more Servants…" Cynthia concluded the phrase for him, already showing a resolute tone. "Correct! That's the spirit I want. Our Servants may be stronger, but it turned out that theirs can be more annoying than expected, so, the chance of being overpowered by them is still present. And that is why…I suggest we all move together." Isak then continued.

"Together? All of us?" Oeneus asked. "Yes! With our combined strengths, we can easily overthrow them and take the Grail, thus ensuring a step closer to victory! Plus, we could also take down a notable number of their Servants. Considering the Heroic Spirits we have in our ranks…I would say that this is more than a great idea…right?" Lancer of White answered. "Especially considering our trump card…" He added while turning on Seram. "I know i can rely on you, right, Seram? With this you can finally bring a punishment to those miserable mages...and you'll finally have peace..."

Seram seemed delighted by that, since she stretched her eyes lightly. "Peace..."

"Hmmm…an idea that makes sense…after all…our enemies could do the same as well. I'm used to do my job in a different way…but in this form…I have no choice but to stick with you guys." Berserker of White commented.

"I'm sure you'll do a wonderful job, Berserker…after all, you did force those two pairs of the Red Rose to retreat last time, don't you?" Isak asked before turning on the others. "As I said, we'll all go together to Kabuki-Cho to retrieve the Grail. All I ask you is to use all your strength if necessary and have some trust in your dear leader. I know that there still is the possibility that we could lose…and I'll take all your wrath and disappointment in case, as my punishment. But I do think we need to stay positive…the chance of victory is still higher after all. If we let our mind be consumed by negative thoughts, we could regret it terribly. So, I ask you to rejoice…it's our opportunity to feel the ultimate victory closer to us." Isak continued.

Everyone listened at him in silence. Adewale and his Servant in particular, were curious of this speech. This surely shown that Isak was a charismatic person that was totally convinced of his ideas, whatever they were. But…for some reason…they weren't convinced at all of what he had said. Still...they didn't have a reason to think so…then why they thought of it?

"…No. It's not the right time now…" Adewale thought. For now, his focus was the Grail, and it was better for him to leave it there. After all, Isak was right. Filling the mind with too many concerns would have brought negative effects.

"Not bad, Isak…you were able to convince me. Maybe you're better than I thought." Cynthia jokingly commented. "So how are we going to proceed then?" She then asked.

"The first important step to make is to anticipate the Red Rose. I'm sure they'll try to find a way to get inside without getting seen by other people. Judging by the time it's almost sure that building is plenty with people. So…a good idea is to prevent any type of infiltration they could possibly get…and…I could already have an idea about this…" Maximilian answered, starting to make a strategy while holding something on his fingers.

"Oh, crap, we forgot about that part! How are we going to handle it with all those people? You know the rules!" Tygo asked to the others, starting to show agitation. "Now now, there's no need to panic, Tygo…" Isak said before coming closer and grabbing his shoulder. "Leave that issue to me. I know how to handle it." The leader of the White Rose continued with a smile. "All we need to do is to get there before the Red Rose arrives…and the game will be done."

In that moment…Tygo could swear to have seen something small coming down from Isak's shoulder…and he could also notice that for a moment…his eyes turned from blue to red. It was just a sight, but it was enough to make the young mage uncomfortable. "O-Ok…I understand." He simply said.

"Good. Then…I think we can hear what Maximilian has in mind. After that, we'll go to claim the Grail as ours." Isak concluded.

Soon, everyone turned on Assassin of White's Master, the strategy of the faction. He was a strange guy, but when it came to strategies, he was a man others could always rely on. Listening to him could always have been useful for the success of an operation, therefore they needed to listen carefully what he had to tell. It was time for him to use his talent once again.

Meanwhile, other Masters were having various thoughts. An important event was about to take place from one moment to another. What would have happened? Both on their minds and heart…both a sense of anxiety and a desire to know the outcome were flowing.

The Icecolle mage opened his eyes and started to speak. "Alright…the plan is this."

Tokyo – Shinjuku – 15th April 2021 – 21.30

Kabuki-Cho is the nightclub zone of Shinjuku. It was named after a theater that was never built. After the laws regarding geishas and prostitutes were evoked, it became the quarter it is today. It's a zone full of love hotels, night clubs and soap lands. In short, it was the perfect place for someone that wanted to have some spicy fun and for those who wanted…more privacy. There were also a lot of game zones which had pachinko machines, as the zone was mainly handled by the Yakuza, the organization which was known as the Japanese mafia.

The place where the Holy Grail was detected was one of the buildings situated in this zone, one of the many nightclubs that could be found. Around that hour, there were a lot of people inside to have a party and have some fun, but they couldn't know that not long before, that place built for the sole purpose of entertainment would have turned into a large battlefield…

After some minutes of travelling, the Red Rose faction arrived at the top of the building, just as planned. From then on, if they wanted the operation to be a success, they've had to be extremely careful, especially after knowing the people they were dealing with.

Marcus and Cahya looked around to be sure that the road was clear. The homunculus, in particular, used his mystic eyes to track any sign of magecraft around, but apparently, the area seemed devoid of it, making the building accessible from that height. "It seems that there's no one here…" Cahya said to his leader. "Hmmm…then we can start." Marcus simply spoke before turning on the other members of the faction. "We'll proceed in this way: Alvis will start to go down and make all the people inside fall asleep. Astrea will come with her, since we need someone that can communicate with us while he's inside. Once the road will be clear, Astrea will let us know by using the hermit card, and then we'll all follow up and help taking the Grail." He then started to explain the plan they would have used to retrieve their target.

"Understood." Alvis replied. "C-Count me in…sort of…" Astrea added.

"Kazuto, Cahya, you will fly around the building and see if the White Rose faction are already here. If you do find them, attack them instantly! We cannot let them get close to the Grail, got it?" Marcus continued.

"Got it." Cahya said. "What if we end up finding more of them?" Kazuto asked. "Attack them anyway! Our main goal is to take the Grail, and in case, we'll go help you. There's no time to overthink now, we need to act quickly." The Yggdmillenia mage answered. Kazuto was surprised by this sudden tone of him. It seemed that Marcus seemed more frustrated and eager to start. But it was understandable, seeing the situation they were currently in. At this point there was no reason to object but just to…move forward. "…Understood."

"And in the end…me, Gordon and Calem will remain here and prevent possible attacks from here. There is the possibility that the White Rose isn't here yet and they could have thought of coming here from the roof like us. Therefore…we need strong Servants to block them." Marcus concluded.

"So…you're telling us to be a wall?" Gordon asked before chuckling, showing that he liked the idea. "You couldn't ask to a better person then."

"Same goes for me. Time to show our strength again!" Saber of Red added.

"Hmmm, I don't mind." Lancer of Red commented. "Then it's settled. Count on me as well. I could use my music to support you." Calem added.

Marcus then looked at his Servant, who was standing behind him. The mysterious knight was standing still, while that black mist still covered his body, as it wanted to hide his identity. Some could have thought badly, like Berserker of Red wanted to attack his own Master. But in reality, he was just waiting.

"I'll need your help as well, Berserker…don't hesitate to strike down the enemy." Marcus simply said with a cold tone.

"Aaaaargh…" Berserker simply released a small breath, while his whole body continued to tremble. "Very well, go now!" The Yggdmillenia mage then gave the order to some of the members to initiate the operations.

And so…it happened.

Kazuto, Cahya, Alvis, Astrea and their Servants started to go. The Tohsaka mage and the homunculus fell down, with Archer of Red's Master flying using his fire magecrat (Archer of Red hung on him) while Assassin of Red used his golden cobra to fly down with her Master. And then…the Walker and the Alainosta mages went to the staircase that led down, followed by their Servants.

"The operation has officially started…let's hope everything goes well…I couldn't stand a defeat…I just…couldn't accept it. I'm counting on you guys." Marcus thought.

Meanwhile…some members of the opposite faction were waiting at the foot of the building, as if they were waiting for something.

"…It seemed that they've had started." Cynthia told Isak. By using her mid transmission magecraft, she could see the movements made by the Red Rose Faction. Isak seemed pleased by hearing this as he turned around to see something with a smirk. He then grabbed a small walkie talkie and spoke to someone. "Proceed." He gave a simple…yet important command.

In the meantime, Alvis and Astrea were already at the B3 floor, starting to come closer to the Grail. They both started to make heavy breathes as they continued to proceed, but they did their best to maintain calm and do as they have been told. "I-If we make a mistake…we're fucked…right?" Astrea asked while looking around. "Yeah, pretty much. So, you better not scream as you usually do!" Rider of Red answered. "That's not nice, Rider! Anyways…don't worry…just be careful…all you need to do is to deliver the message once we'll find the Grail." Alvis added.

"Meh…she's right, though…" The Alainosta mage. She could then notice that her Servant had an expression that showed confusion… "What is it, Caster?" The Master asked.

"Something's wrong…you said that people go in these places to dance and have fun, right?" Caster of Red asked. "Yeah? Now that I think of it…this would be a perfect castle of mine, knowing what type of person I am…why the question?" Rider of Red asked.

"Well…don't you find it strange that...nobody's here?" The other Servant asked.

Both Alvis and Astrea widened their eyes. Now that they could see better…it was true. That building was technically a nightclub, and around that time of the night, there were supposed to be plenty of people singing, dancing and having fun in general. But here…nothing. "H-Hey! That's true! What happened to everyone!? This place should be full!" Astrea exclaimed, starting to panic again. But it didn't take long before they could think of the most plausible reason why this was happening.

"No way…could it be…?" Alvis spoke. He gritted his teeth. Now that the possibility of the worst outcome was close, there was no way to slow down. They needed to act quickly if they wanted to complete the task and have the real first victory. This made the Walker mage start to run faster. "Wait, Master!" Rider of Red tried to warn him, as she started to have a bad feeling, but the boy was too focused on doing the job…and he couldn't notice what was waiting for him.

It was an instant…but Alvis could have sworn to have touched something very thin…with his chest…like…some sort of string. Then…it happened.

Suddenly, plenty of small knives started to fall down in the room, making small cuts in the bodies of the mages, starting to open the first wounds. It was a planned assault. "AGH! Knives?! What are these things?!" Astrea shouted.

"Dammit! The White Rose! They must have planned our arrival at this moment!" Alvis added. "MASTER!" Caster of Red promptly started to use her staff to get rid of the knives and quickly grabbed her Master. Rider of Red did the same by deflecting the knives with her whip and grab her own Master with the same item. They then tried to go quickly downstairs, but before they could do that, someone came down from the roof, breaking it.

When they raised their heads up, the two Servants of the Red Rose could see with horror that it was Assassin of White, glaring at the two of them while licking her lips. "Surpriiiise!" She said before using her gourd bottle to slam both of them to the ground, breaking it and making them fall to the lower floor, the one where the Grail was supposed to be. "GAAAH!"

In the meantime, Kazuto, Cahya and their Servants, could hear a large noise coming from inside the building. This put immediately the Tohsaka mage in a state of alarm, since he remembered that the only thing Alvis and Astrea were supposed to do was to reach the Holy Grail and send the signal when they arrived.

So, what happened? Kazuto was already starting to think of many outcomes… "C-Could it be? It shouldn't be possible…it's…too soon." He thought. But it was his Servant who called him back to reality after noticing something. "Wait! Master, look down!" She exclaimed.

When Kazuto did so…he noticed something inexplicable. "W-Wait…what!?"

Many people were coming out from the building, like they were getting out due to an emergency. But what tormented Kazuto was that the scene shouldn't be possible. While it was true that the Holy Grail was located inside the building, it shouldn't have affected it in any way possible, since it wasn't fully awakened yet. Therefore, even those who saw it shouldn't be under any type of spell or magecraft. Plus, it was only 21.30 P.M, so the place was supposed to be full of people dancing inside. So…why were everyone going outside? Was it because of the noise Kazuto heard before? Maybe a fire broke out inside the structure? A general blackout? What…what happened?

"Look at all those people…I've checked with my mystic eyes but…they don't have signs of magecraft inside their bodies…so they're not mages from the opposite faction…do you know what this could possibly mean, Kazuto?" Cahya, who was on his Servant's cobra's back, asked. "This thing is even too much strange, there has to be an explanation to this!" Assassin of Red added.

Archer of Red widened her eyes. She was the first one to understand the situation as a whole. It was too strange to be just a coincidence or a random event. She slowly turned her head towards her Master. She didn't want to tell him the truth…but he and the others needed to know…especially now. She swallowed. The wish that maybe she was wrong was growing bigger. But…deep inside…she knew that it was the only truth. So…she spoke.

"M-Master…I…I'm sure you figured out as well but…I'm afraid…we arrived too late…"

A silence followed. A silence of anguish. Kazuto started to feel the same pressure he felt when he fought against Maximilian and Isak. Their fear and thoughts turned out to be true in the end…even Marcus's ones…once again…the enemy seemed to have predicted their move.

And then…

"Ah! Guys! I'm sensing a large amount of Magecraft coming closer!" Cahya suddenly warned everyone, who turned around. But they regretted doing so…as they saw a horrible figure in front of them. "Oh no…" Kazuto said.

Saber of White, along with Seram on his shoulder, was diving towards them while holding his sword. It was reality then. The White Faction…was already in there…and predicted everything. The monstrous Servant approached the two pairs of the Red Rose with a roar of anger and satisfaction while attacking them with his sword. Everything was so sudden that the two Servants of the Red Rose couldn't do anything to block an attack coming especially from a Servant like the one that was standing in front of them, and they all inevitably got hit and ended up inside the building, breaking some windows and even some walls. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

After that attack, Saber of White clung to one of the walls of the building and entered inside. "We've attacked the two that hurt me the two last times…aaaah…how satisfying…" Seram commented. "Though I don't think that is ENOUGH!" Saber of White added before releasing some flames that made the two pairs of the Red Rose fall down to the lower floor.

The impact was powerful enough to be heard from the remaining members of the Red Rose, who remained on the roof. For them…it was already the second loud noise they were hearing. It was something rather…alarming.

"It's already the second explosion we're hearing! Something is happening down there!" Calem exclaimed. "Marcus, what do you think it could be?" Gordon asked to his superior, who was sweating…and twitching in the eye. "Ngh…what I feared the most…might be happening for real…" He simply said.

Lancer of Red widened her eyes. "Then…!?" She asked. This made the Yggdmillenia mage start to feel pressure on his body…but frustration on the same time. "Isak Svala Von Lud…that miserable worm!"

But they didn't know…that there was a surprise even for them…as they didn't notice that someone was watching them from the top of another building.

Both Berserker and Archer of White were pointing at them with their weapons, while their Masters were waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Adewale held a walkie-talkie on his hand…and then heard the voice of Isak coming out directly from it.

"You can proceed."

The Nwadike mage nodded and looked at her Servant…before giving the command. "Fire."

Berserker of White didn't need to hear anything else. "…Tauropolos."

ZAPHF!

An arrow…was all that needed…to make a familiar purple cloud appear above the three pairs of the Red Rose. It didn't take too long for Gordon to recognize it and be bewildered by it. The Fragarthach mage was someone that didn't get agitated or frightened that easily, but in a moment like this…he could feel some sense of worry, as he remembered how devastating that attack was. "T-Those…motherfuckers…!"

Five seconds later, the roof was filled with thousands of arrows, directed at those mages and Servants, who tried to defend themselves. "NGHHH! IT'S BERSERKER OF WHITE! SHE'S ATTACKING US!" Saber of Red shouted at the others.

"WHAT DO WE DO!?" Calem asked while trying to defend himself with a barrier generated by his flute. "GET INSIDE! WE NEED TO TAKE COVER!" Marcus answered.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Berserker of Red in the meantime, started to use a barrage of punches to defect the arrows and give time to the others to get down, but those weren't the only attacks prepared for them. The Berserker soon found out that he had to deal with someone as well, as several holes started to appear on his arms, making him lose blood. "GAH! AH!?"

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA! I'm a more practical man but I can't hide that I like ambushes like this!" It was Archer of White, who was adding bullets from his coffin to the arrows of Berserker of White.

Berserker of Red soon found out where the attacks were coming from and decided to use an extreme way to deal with them. He punched the ground, lifted up a giant rubble and threw it at the building where the two pairs of the White Rose were standing.

"He's coming!" Cynthia advised before she and the others jumped away to avoid the rubble.

The pairs of the Red Rose Faction took the chance and went downstairs to get safe. But Archer of White didn't say the last word yet, as he made a smirk. "Oh, how cute! Thinking they've got away from me!" He exclaimed before jumping towards the building, followed by the others.

Marcus and the others ran as fastest as they could. Now that they've had the confirm that the enemy was waiting for their arrival to corner them, the last hope they could have, was to take the Holy Grail first and get this victory safely.

"DAMMIT! In the end we've ended up having the worst outcome!" Marcus shouted while running. "What do we do now? There may not be the only ones here!" Calem asked.

"We haven't lost yet! If we take the Grail in time and meet up with the others, we can overthrow the situation before they know it! I've been waiting this for too long and I'm surely not going to let them take over me!" The leader of the Red Rose exclaimed, showing pure resolve.

Suddenly, the windows started to break, and Archer of White appeared from them, blocking them the way. "Nice run, but in the end, you should know well that the mouse always ends up in the paws of the cat!" He jokingly said while pointing the coffin at them. Even Berserker of White appeared from above, destroying the ceiling. "I wouldn't move if I were you." She spoke.

"What do you suggest, now?" Saber of Red asked while swinging his blade. "At this point there is only one direction: down!" Lancer of Red answered before destroying the ground with her lance, making her companions going down.

"That is the floor where the Grail is supposed to be…" Berserker of White spoke. "I see…then it's probable than the others are there as well. And…I think I know what it may happen soon." Cynthia added before jumping down. "Ready, Berserker?" Adewale asked. "Yes…let's not waste time, Master." Berserker of White simply replied.

With that…everyone was down…at the B2 floor, where the desired relic was hiding.

When Marcus, Calem and Gordon went to the floor, they could see the remaining Masters of the Red Rose standing there in front of their opponents.

"They've got you guys as well!?" Astrea exclaimed. "We're all here…but not in the way wehoped…" Alvis added.

"Ngh…it seems that they cornered us…dammit…the strategy was flawless…how did it happen…?" Marcus wondered while Cynthia, Adewale and their Servants appeared behind them. And then…from a room…appeared the last guess.

Isak Svala Von Lud, the leader of the White Rose, alongside his Servant, Vlad III, came in, looking at the scene with a pleased smile. "So…did you like what we had in mind for you, Yggdmillenia?" He asked.

"Isak…I should have known you had in mind…" Marcus answered. "GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Berserker of Red growled, once he recognized Lancer of White, who answered. "It seems that you're still mad, dog."

"Master…" Archer of Red spoke. "Don't worry…i…I'm ok…maybe…" Kazuto answered to her. While he did state this, his fist was trembling, showing clear fear. Not only he met again formidable foes…but all of them were there. Seven powerful Masters with their Servants, who showed outstanding skills, were standing in front of him and the others. Would…would he have been able to stand up for this? He didn't know…there was only one way to find out, after all.

"I-I really don't understand…it's true that you presumed we would have been here…but how did you put up this trap!? It's insane!" Astrea asked.

"For that…you should thank me, sweetie." Maximilian replied with a wink. "Eugh…" The Alainosta mage replied.

"I was the one who came out with this plan. The first thing we've done was to secure the way to the Holy Grail by getting rid of all the people inside this building. And for that…we need to thank Isak and his magecraft." Maximilian started to explain while looking at his leader, who smirked.

"Isak's magecraft? Does that mean that he has something else other than that barrier I've saw the other time? Dammit…he could be more dangerous than he already is…" Kazuto thought.

"Then…all we needed to do was to put several traps that would have brought you here. We presumed that you would have entered in a sneaky way, so we did everything in our power to block you and put you right in the place we wanted. I would have attacked on the upper floor, alongside my companion Oeneus, Seram would have attacked everyone on the outside and finally, Cynthia and Adewale would have looked over the roof." Maximilian continued.

"And it appears…that this strategy was successful." Isak concluded. "We hoped we had a simpler way…but we had to be ready in a way or another." Adewale added.

"To think that we would have ended up doing exactly what they wanted…" Assassin of Red commented. "It's already the second time I've been put down! I hate this!" Rider of Red added.

"All we did was to come here sooner than you. Who knows? Maybe if you were the early ones, things would have been different. But it seems that luck wasn't on your side. Now…everyone can settle some things…" Tygo answered by looking at the Masters of the Red Rose, especially Astrea, who gulped.

Once everything was explained…everyone went to their respective side…and everyone…looked at his counterpart of the other faction.

It was a surrealistic image. Barely after the first battles, the 14 mages participants of the Holy Grail War, alongside their Servants…were all reunited, to claim the same relic…as theirs. Much like in the other occasions, they were like hunting dogs, ready to fight to get their prey, even if some of them didn't agree on this. It was like being on the legendary day of the final battle in the norse mythology, the Ragnarök, since the result of the upcoming match…would have been devastating.

But they were all there.

Silence was total for a couple of minutes…as all the pairs of Masters and Servants…were looking at each other.

A muscular mercenary stared at a girl with only pain in her heart…and a massive and fearless knight stared at a mythological monster made of lava.

A young teen bard stared at a high representative mage that had something to hide…and a divine snake in shape of a woman without satiety stared at a notable and feared war overlord.

An emotive and paranoic boy that strived to live stared at a girl who was ready to do everything to be known to as many people as possible…and an Oni samurai warrior who faced many battles stared at a professional criminal mastermind.

A simple guy who wanted a clear conflict stared at another guy who wanted to prove himself with all he got…and a fearless man tamer stared at a nymph with many tricks up her sleeve.

A prideful strategist warrior that wanted to show the power of his lineage stared at an expert in alchemy with a precise purpose…and a knight consumed by madness was staring at a beast who, despite her state, wanted to move on.

A girl who didn't know anything, ended up in this war by pure chance, and continued to fight despite the terror that she was feeling stared at the delusional son of an important family who wanted the success he never had…and a monk that travelled through many lands stared at a human who was known to be a prodigy.

And in the end…an homunculus who wanted to know how it feels to be human…stared at a tactician who loved the spirit of lust…and the last queen of a grand kingdom…stared at an Oni demon who lived through the pleasure of men.

Everyone was there. It was something absurd…but true. Each pair looked at their respective counterpart, thinking of them as foes that had their own motives to participate in this war. Each one of them was bonded by the same motivation.

To prevail.

"…It seems that it happened in the end. The whole Red Rose faction in front of us…how I longed for this moment to happen." Cynthia commented, looking at Kazuto with a grin. "If we take them all out…victory will be ours…and finally…I won't have nothing to worry about…" Seram added.

"Y-You talk like it's easy to take us down!" Astrea exclaimed. Her look quickly turned on Tygo. She could see that he was focused on Alvis, but she wondered if he had noticed her. "There he is…" She thought.

"Fate can really be cruel sometimes…don't you agree, Yggdmillenia? Did you ever expect this to happen?" Isak asked to the other leader.

"Of course. It was because of this that I brought everyone here. The Grail gave a signal fair for everyone. Though I expected this night to be later in the future. But…I don't care. At least I can have the satisfaction to finish this." Marcus replied. "Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…" Berserker of Red added.

"Totally agree! I wouldn't be more grateful now that I can face that titan of fire! I'm sure I'll have a hell of a good time!" Saber of Red commented with a smirk while looking at Saber of White, who grunted. "Don't be a smartass, pipsqueak!" He answered.

"I'm sure that there are other ways to solve all of this. But…I know that you won't listen…and I can understand that. The object we are all looking for is right here. I don't like to say this but…If I must shed some blood…then I'll do it. I have my own reasons for not losing." Adewale spoke.

"Though remember that the idea of a truce is still valid! We are open to offers!" Cynthia added. "Don't think you can please us with that." Kazuto quickly countered.

"Unfortunately, I know…that is why…" Cynthia started. "We'll start the fire…anytime." Archer of Red continued. The other Archer simply stared at him. "He really is an old man…but there's something I don't like about him…" Kazuto's Servant thought.

Oeneus stared at Astrea while thinking of her. "So that's the girl who messed up with Tygo…despite what I heard, she seems harmless…maybe it won't take that long to take her down…" He thought before looking around…and a little particular…made him preoccupied for a moment.

"Though...i don't see any trace of..."

"Master? Is there something wrong?" Caster of White asked. "No. It's nothing…get ready." Her Master quickly answered. Maybe he didn't look carefully since after all, it wasn't the time to do that. "Let's just focus on taking them down for now…then…I'll finally have it."

"…So many enemies…I wonder if…I'll be able to keep up. This situation is…how they say it? Stressing?" Cahya thought.

"I guess that talking won't do anything good…so how about we get to the point? I'm sure it's what we all want." Calem asked. "He took the initiative…it's the first time I see him doing this." Lancer of Red thought.

"Hmm…you seem hasty…but who can blame you?" Maximilian answered before looking at the DJ set that was standing a few meters away from him with a smirk. He went there, observed by all the presents in that room…and put on a heavy dubstep music before turning back to his group. It seemed that he wanted to set the mood.

And soon…the loud music started to surround the whole area…as all the participants of the Holy Grail War were looking at their respective counterpart…ready to move even the smallest muscle on their bodies to attack. Pressure…tension…resolution…everything was there in that situation. The purpose remained the same: to prevail.

That silence continued for two minutes…and then…the music reached the drop.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

All the Masters and the Servants started to run towards the enemy, and soon, chaos started to rule in that room, with humans and spirits that only wanted the opponent laying on the ground. A battle of few that sounded like the war of many.

Explosions, cracks, holes, flames. Damages of every type started to appear inside that building, as the fighters used every mean necessary to just feel the pleasure to struck down the enemy.

In simple words, that building became the perfect representation of a battlefield, with fire that started to surround everything.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Gordon immediately used the power of his runes to power up his magecraft and started to attack repeatedly Seram, who activated her Dead Face form in order to become stronger and faster, so that she could dodge the attacks, but this wasn't enough to get a direct hit from her opponent, who smashed her face with a fist, making her lose blood from her head and sent her a few meters away.

The Fragarthach wasn't done there as he immediately started to run towards the girl at high speed while throwing explosive debris at her with no remorse at all. Seram raised her head and started to move fast to dodge the explosions and come closer to him, managing to use her claws to stab him near the chest. But Gordon didn't seem to be affected by this at all as he grabbed his arm. "You need to do a lot more than this to touch me, ANT!" He exclaimed before giving her a headbutt and force her to recoil. The Master of the White Rose released a distorted shout of pain for this. "COME ON! I can't believe a pipsqueak like you is the Master of that monster! GIVE ME A FUCKING SATISFACTION IN CRACKING YOUR BONES!" Gordon shouted.

By hearing those words, Seram felt offended, as the dark aura around her body grow intensively. "You too…WHY YOU RED ROSE MASTERS HATE ME SO MUCH!? I CAN'T STAND IT! GO TO HELL!" She shouted before jumping towards the enemy and starting to claw and kick him like an endless cyclone or a starving demon.

The mage of the Red Rose started to feel many parts of his body starting to open and release blood. For a moment, he gritted his teeth before turning to his usual fight expression. For him, this was nothing more than a usual practice that he used to do. Without caring of the circumstances, he didn't hesitate punch Seram right in the belly and stun her. "BLARGH!"

"Showing your fangs is not enough to take me!" Gordon shouted before smashing Seram's face repeatedly against his knee. "DON'T TRY TO BE A VICTIM HERE! ACT LIKE A WARRIOR!" He added before attempting to throw her away, but Seram quickly held his arm and incredibly, the opposite happened, with Seram smashing repeatedly Gordon to the ground. It seemed that the increase of the magic circuits caused by her rage helped her gain more strength. "Why…why do you want me to be a bad girl? I don't want to be a bad girl…I'm tired of being so…BUT YOU GIVE ME NO CHOICE, SCUM!" She shouted as she continued. But before she could take the advantage, Gordon grabbed her head with the hand and quickly threw her away. "DON'T GET COCKY NOW!"

Seram was sent towards a table, but she quickly gained balance again and landed on her feet. "She's not at my level…but that magecraft she holds can become dangerous. Therefore…I cannot hold anything back…I'll make sure to take her down as soon as I can!" Gordon thought as he clenched his fists, increasing the power of the magic circuits in his body, thus becoming stronger. This was shown by a clear blue aura that was starting to manifest around his body. On the other hand, Seram's dark aura only became bigger as she glared at the enemy with hatred and disgust. "Why does he hate me…why is he doing this to me…" She thought. She wanted so badly to know the answer…but in that moment…an old memory remembered her what she had to do…the memory of someone she knew well.

"How many times do I have to tell you? There's no time to think…all you have to do is to KILL!"

"Kill…Kill…. GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Soon, Seram got filled with rage that it was hard to distinguish her from a Berserker-Class Servant. She jumped from the table and reached Gordon in less than a second, attacking with a fist. The other mage answered with his own fist that was covered in electric shockwaves. This caused an impact that shattered all the windows around them. "All I need to do is to kill this scum and then I'll finally be free of this sorrow…so all you need to do is just die…die die die die die die die die die die die die die DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIEEEEEEEEEEEE!" The Master of the White Rose kept this thought of homicide as she continued to attack her opponent with an unstoppable violence, but Gordon surely was certainly not less by attacking back. Despite the superiority of Gordon's strength, Seram continued to attack, moved by the pure rage towards the others. "Ngh…maybe she's not that bad…BUT I'M JUST GETTING STARTED!" Gordon shouted while continuing.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" On the other hand, their Servants released blasts of energy from their blades that clashed and converged in a small explosion. Saber of Red couldn't see anything due to the smoke, so he was pretty astonished when he saw Saber of White suddenly appearing in front of him and sent him against a wall with the blow of his sword.

"GAH!" Saber of Red felt every inch of that attack…but this didn't make him afraid or angry…rather…excited, as a smirk started to form on his face before he burst out in a loud laugh.

"What's so funny?!" Saber of White exclaimed. "Eheh…nothing special. It's just that I've heard of your monstrous strength, and I couldn't be happier to feel it on my skin!" The other Saber answered while standing up, making noise with his feet. "A beast like you as my opponent? What could be better? COME ON! GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE HITS!" He added while holding a large smile on his face. The excitement was starting to get pumped up in his body and soul.

"Don't get cocky!" Saber of White shouted as he dashed towards the enemy, trying to give him another one of his sword's cuts. But to his surprise, this time Saber of Red was able to block the attack with his own sword. "What? Did you expect for me not to answer? I want to show you my guts as well!" Gordon's Servant answered as he started to attack with several swings of his blade. Saber of White was forced to answer and start a clash. Several sparks and iron noises started to come out from that fight, and Saber of Red felt more resolute and excited despite the clear disadvantage. "YES! Master, I hope you're feeling pumped up with your opponent as well, because I surely am!" He thought before making another attack that forced Saber of White to lose balance for a moment. Saber of Red took the chance to plant his sword on the ground, which cracked and generated a blow that rose Saber of White in the air. The monstrous Servant grunted and saw as Saber of Red was already jumping towards him, so he shot two laser beams form his eyes that immediately hit the other Saber and put him down. With this, Saber of White could land down normally.

"Ngh…HOLY-" When Saber of Red raised his head, he could already see that the opponent was already shooting a burst of lava, which forced him to defend himself with his blade. Saber of White wasn't done there as he ran quickly towards the other Saber and surprised him with a direct fist on his belly. "BLARGH!" Saber of Red spit a large amount of blood from his mouth, but the monster continued by grabbing him, run towards a wall and splatter him against a wall, with the intend to crush him on the debris. "What now? Still feeling excited, braggart!?" Saber of White asked finding pleasure on what he was seeing.

But this made Saber of Red only more delighted about how this clash was doing. "OH, HELL YES I AM!" He shouted. In an instant, Saber of White could see several swipes that damaged his arm in a heavy way. "What!?" He exclaimed with his eyes wide open. Now that Saber of Red was free, he proceeded with attacking the opponent with his elbow in order to push him away. He immediately ran and started to attack with his sword again, now faster and apparently, stronger than before. Despite still being the strongest one, Saber of White could notice how the enemy blows were starting to be stronger. After another clash of their blades, Saber of Red jumped back.

"Tch…first that stupid bitch and now this guy…you guys of the Red Rose really don't know when to give up, do you?!" Saber of White exclaimed.

"Oh please! You're telling me to let you win despite knowing that you're stronger? You should enjoy this fight a little more, just like I'm doing! One man cannot really win a fight if he doesn't mean to fight!" Saber of Red answered.

"Oh, but I do mean to fight! All I want is to just crush everything! I don't care if I'm stronger or not! My desire is just to see you and everyone else in flames! This is what I was created for!" The other Saber answered, feeling offended.

"Then show me! I'm looking forward to see this will of yours, just like I want to show you the fun I'm having while fighting with a beast like you!" Saber of Red countered.

"Oh, really? You find this funny? And how are you going to prevent me turning your fun into sorrow?" Saber of White continued.

Once again, the Servant of the Red Rose smirked…he stood steady with his feet and slowly raised his sword. "Oh, I know a way…" He spoke. The sword started to rotate like a drill and shine of a golden red light, which put Saber of White in a state of alert. "I have had carnal knowledge of the fairest maidens…and have tasted the finest wine of all Ireland! But none of it…none of it…EXCITES MY BLOOD MORE THAN USING MY BLADE!" Even Saber of Red's body started to get covered by an aura of the same color of the blade. His excitement reached his maximum state, and he couldn't be prouder to show his best attack to Saber of White, the attack that represented his ego that was about to unleash. "HAVE A LOAD OF THIS! CALADBOLG!"

In an instant a large beam made of energy generated by the sword was off like an arrow and went straight against Saber of White, who put his arms in front of him to defend himself. "NGHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"Saber!?" Seram exclaimed. She and Gordon were continuing the fight and could see for a moment what was happening with their Servants in the distance. "He used his Noble Phantasm…tch…what a knucklehead he is…" Gordon thought before smirking as well. "But that's his best aspect. There couldn't be a better warrior than him." Thinking that everything was still ok, he then proceeded with punching Seram in the face to resume the battle. "Don't get distracted! I'm still here!"

Saber of Red was standing in front of the smoke generated by his destructive blow, panting, but he was still standing on guard. Two glowing red eyes suddenly glowed…and from the smoke appeared Saber of White. It was clear that he was damaged by the other Saber's Noble Phantasm, but he still had energies to use. The monster glared at him…and then made a grin.

"Fergus Mac Ròich…one of the Knights of the Red Branch, right?" He asked. The other Saber chuckled, glad to hear it. "Now I know why you're so excited about all of this. Your whole past is made of bloody battles that you fought at your maximum. That means that I won't be able to shut you up immediately." Saber of White continued.

"It seems that you're learning! We Knights of the Red Branch never stopped to stand up against our enemies! Come on! The battle had just started!" Saber of Red, known as Fergus, exclaimed while swinging his sword.

The lava on Saber of White's body started to become more intense. "With pleasure…. you showed me your power…now it's time for me to show you mine…GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" With that, he activated his Monstrous Strength skill and charged a beam of fire from his sword. "DIE!"

"HM!" Just like before, Saber of Red defended himself by using his sword, and another impact followed.

Meanwhile, Calem was using his musical magecraft against his opponent, who was none other than Isak himself. Some drops of sweat could be seen falling from his head, as he felt some pressure in fighting the opponent's leader, but nonetheless, he tried. He used the lire's strings to block him in a deadly grip, but for the leader of the White Rose, this was nothing more than a warming, since he could count on his golden barrier to defend himself.

"A musical mage…this is new even for someone like me! While it's an interesting skill, I'm afraid you'll have to do more to touch me." Isak said with his usual grin.

"How strange, I thought that a teacher like you knew to not underestimate others!" Calem answered before playing one of the strings with his finger filled with magecraft. The energy passed through the whole string and reached the other ones which were wrapped around Isak's barrier. The mage's expression turned into a more careful one, as all the strings got covered by the same magecraft and generated a pillar of energy that surrounded Isak's barrier.

There was smoke, and Calem hoped to have done at least something to his opponent, but to his horror, a powerful beam appeared from the smoke and hit him directly, making him fall and lose his glasses. "GAH!"

When the smoke disappeared, Isak was shown still intact and still inside his barrier, meaning that he used the counterattack system of it. He had a disappointed expression after seeing his enemy already down on the ground while the barrier turned into a group of tentacles. "Well, at least I'll get rid of one enemy." He said as he directed the tentacles towards Calem.

The Artel mage suddenly raised his head and played his lire quickly, so that he could get surrounded by a pillar of energy that could defend him from the tentacles, pushing them away. Isak widened his eyes, but he seemed pleased to see him still alive.

"Hey…don't think I would have gotten down that easily…my reputation would be heavily damaged if that happened, and I still haven't done playing." Calem said with a smile, despite all, and then he started to run towards the enemy.

"Is that so? In that case I would like to make a review of your melody or see if I can turn it into a requiem." Isak answered as he directed the tentacles again against the mage of the Red Rose. To his surprise, Calem was more agile this time, as he jumped up to avoid the attack and then moved forward. Isak tried again but Calem moved swiftly to the left or the right as appropriate. Once Calem was close enough, he shot several filaments of light from his head, making the leader of the White Rose generate his barrier again to defend himself. While he did succeed in blocking the attack, one of the filaments was able to get inside the barrier and attack him, causing a cut on his face.

"If you want to send me feedback, I would really appreciate it! But while I do like requiems, I think it's still too early to play one. How about I show you my full concert first?" Calem asked with a smile while he jumped back and generated more filaments of light to attack him.

"You show a calm and carefree personality. That is surely something that helps you during a battle, but as you can see, I don't get hit so easily. Try again!" Isak answered. The barrier absorbed all the filaments and released a more powerful counterattack that blasted Calem away. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Luckily, the young musician was still alive, but he was starting to feel the pain on several parts of his body, and his shirt was already soaked in blood. "That barrier is really annoying…no wonder how Kazuto had difficulties fighting against him despite his skills. Now I know that there's a reason why he's feared that much, but…I was able to scratch him before…therefore he's not invincible…I just need to know the right pattern to use…and he's mine!" He thought.

"He's probably among the most fragile ones of the Red Rose faction despite having a strong Servant like their Lancer…but he can also show some surprise. Despite everything he still has that calm attitude. I'm curious to see his face turn into a contorted expression of despair once I'll make him completely unable to continue this war…" Isak thought while his eyes turned red for a moment. The barrier turned into the tentacles again in a matter of seconds. "Come on! We're just getting started!" He then exclaimed as he directed them towards Calem again.

"Now! Run!" The boy thought before starting to run and then slide down to avoid a tentacle that was going to directly attack him at the face and then continued to run towards the enemy. "Don't think…don't get any type of pressure…just attack!" Calem thought this to help himself stay calm and concentrated while he shot the filaments of light. This time, Isak was late to activate the barrier that he ended up getting attacked. "Ngh!" Several cuts started to form on his suit, and he was forced to recoil. He immediately summoned the tentacles to hold Calem still. "GAH!" The musician couldn't do anything to defend himself this time, and he felt as the tentacle that wrapped him was putting more strength to crush him down.

"Very good! You found a way to deliver a blow! Now I know how to deal with you, young one. I'm afraid that the concert is already over." The leader of the White Rose stated.

"G-GH…I don't think so!" Calem countered. On his hands, he was still holding his lire, so he was able to play one string to generate a pillar made of energy that freed him from the tentacle. Isak jumped away for security while maintaining the tentacles still active.

"Anf…anf…we of the Artel lineage are a respectful family of mages. Our music reaches the heart of people and helped us to live on among the others…" Calem stated while standing up (even though his legs were trembling). "Y-You better be more persistent if you want to play me a funeral melody…because standing up and being annoying is what I'm the best at it." He added with a smile.

Instead of being annoyed, Isak was more delighted by this, as he found Calem an even more enjoyable mouse to play with and wondered how to make him give up. "Eheheheheh! Interesting, interesting indeed! Then show me! We'll see what you're really capable of!"

"WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!" Meanwhile, Vlad III, the Lancer of White used his Innocent Monster skill to power himself up. He then threw himself against Lancer of Red, who answered by using her lance. The two weapons clashed making a powerful shockwave before Lancer of White jumped away. "Brilliant! A monster disguised in the body of a beautiful woman! You represent both lust and gluttony! Therefore, you are the perfect monster for me to exterminate!" Vlad exclaimed, feeling excited.

"Oh my, you shouldn't say such things! I would feel offended! I just happen to be very hungry, that's all." Lancer of Red jokingly answered. "Plus, hearing these words spoken by the one who is associated with the legend of the immortal vampire is almost ironic. Perhaps you should look at yourself before speaking to others, don't you think?" She added with a provocative tone.

Vlad did not hesitate to dash towards her while attacking with the lance. Lancer of Red didn't have difficulties to answer and start a clash of lances. The two were forced to move at high speed to attack. For a human eye, it was almost like watching two meteors passing by while being intertwined. "Do not mock me, woman! If you know this side of me then you should know how ferocious I can be!" Vlad exclaimed while keep on attacking.

"Oh, I know well! But you should also now that I can be serious as well if I intend to! Wanna have a try?" Lancer of Red answered before shooting a dart made of electricity, which hit Vlad's shoulder and made a wall explode. Lancer of White was forced to stop and make some step backwards before looking at his shoulder. "She was able to break a piece of my armor!" He thought.

"Come on! I don't want to get bored like with your Caster. Let me have some fun!" Lancer of Red said while having her mouth wide open, showing sharp teeth like razors and licking her lips. She then started to rotate like a wheel at high-speed whole getting surrounded by electricity. This was easy for her thanks to her tail.

Vlad saw this and smirked. He stood steady with his feet and waited for the other Lancer to come, and when she did so, he surprisingly blocked her with one hand. While he was being pushed backwards, he was able to maintain his position and avoid getting hit by Lancer of Red's scales. "Oh, there will be some fun…but only for me!" He shouted before punching Lancer of Red in order to slam her down, generating a shockwave. The Servant of the Red Rose was laying down, but Vlad wasn't done there. He was just starting his combo, since he grabbed her tail. "What!?" She exclaimed. Lancer of White started to slam her to the ground several times and even use her tail to bring her closer and punch her repeatedly. "COME ON, FOUL BEAST! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SWAGGER YOU WERE SHOWING JUST NOW!?" He shouted, finding pleasure in filling her face with fists.

Lancer of Red, on the other hand, couldn't stand it and for the first time ever since she was summoned for this war, she was starting to get frustrated, so she opened her mouth. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" She released a burst of blue flames that fully hit Vlad. "AAAAH!" He was laying down, but Lancer of Red opened her hand and generated a dark magic that englobed Vlad in a purple cube. "NGHHHH…" When he stood up again, he could see blue flames around him…and among them…there was Lancer of Red, who proceeded slowly while manifesting her murderous intent. "These flames…what…are you?" Lancer of White asked.

"Vlad…the man known as Dracula…which means 'Son of the Dragon', right? Very well…there couldn't be a more appropriate moment than now…I wonder…if you are able to satisfy the hunger…OF A TRUE DRAGON!" Lancer of Red exclaimed as the fire started to become more intense.

"A dragon? The more classic of the tales…the knight of justice that slays the dragon! I think I will be the one who will rip your flesh off! LET'S SEE IF YOU CAN STAND UP AGAINST JUSTICE ITSELF!" Vlad answered before dashing towards her.

"COME HERE, BASTARD!" Lancer of Red shouted back. The two Servants clashed against each other while surrounded by the flames. They were attacking ferociously, like the monsters they were, as their eyes glowed, showing that man and beast weren't that different in the end.

In an upper floor, more fire was starting to fill the building, caused by the explosions of Kazuto, who was trying to attack his opponent, Cynthia Rosi, who ran around him as fast as she could. Thanks to her mystic eyes, she was able to predict the way the Tohsaka mage would have used his explosive magecraft and know how to escape from it.

"TSEAAAH!" Kazuto then tried to dash towards her and use a fist covered in flames, but Cynthia blocked him with her blade. "That stupid ability of hers! How can I attack her if she can predict my movements!?" Kazuto thought.

"Not only you are a master in the flame arts, but you also have a notable strength! Are you sure you don't want to join our side? You could be very useful!" Cynthia said, trying to persuade him. But it wasn't enough to convince him, since he shot a double beam of fire. The girl widened her eyes for a moment but jumped away in time to avoid them. She landed on her feet and looked at her opponent with a smile. "What a shame. I thought that at least, you would be more reasonable than your brass friend. But it seems that you guys of the Red Rose are stubborn ones. Which means…that I won't hold anything. Not again." She spoke.

"I usually don't mind diplomatic solutions, but you are a separate case. I don't intend to get down that easily as you think…" Kazuto answered.

"Oh really? From what I've been told, it's actually the opposite. Weren't you the one who got reduced to a pincushion by Maximilian?" Cynthia retorted.

Kazuto cringed by hearing that, since it was true. But then he remembered all the discussions he had with his Servant. Maybe it was a way of hers to make him feel more uncomfortable. So, he took a deep breath and then glared at her. "You know what? It's true. But there's also another thing that it's true." He spoke.

Cynthia was confused by this. "And that is?" She asked. In an instant, she had Kazuto in front of him, who left a wake of flames behind him. "People learn from their mistakes." The boy said before using another punch. But to his surprise, Cynthia was able to block it despite the speed he punched with. "Dammit! That ability again!" He thought.

Cynthia was sweating a little bit, but she was still happy to see that her prediction was right. "You're right…people learn from their mistakes…and so do I." She retorted, before making a cut that sent Kazuto away. "GAH!" For the Tohsaka mage, it was a bad to be taken right there, since there still was the injury Seram gave him when she clashed against him a few hours earlier. He ended up crashing against two pots with plants, and when he stood up, he could see that his vest was starting to turn red. "This is utterly bad…I'm still injured from the battle of this afternoon…this situation mixed up with the fact that I have her as an opponent puts me at a clear disadvantage…if I'm not careful, she will cut me into pieces in a matter of seconds…if she can see what will happen in the next few seconds, I must do something completely unexpected…" He thought.

"What's the problem? Don't tell me that you're scared right now!" Cynthia exclaimed while running towards him and swinging her blade. Kazuto saw that coming and he snapped his finger from both his hands, thus generating a double explosion. The Rosi mage widened her eyes and jumped up to not get hit. She then dived down with the blade attempting to stab Kazuto, but he wasn't there anymore. "What? Where is he?" She wondered while looking around. There was still smoke from the two explosions, so her sight was halved, so she couldn't expect Kazuto to suddenly appear behind her and attack with a powerful fist on her spleen. "BLARGH!" The mage of the White Rose ended up spitting blood from her mouth while Kazuto pushed her away with an explosion. Kazuto was feeling a lot of pressure in this moment, but at the same time, his optimism started to slowly rate, now that he had the confirm that she wasn't untouchable.

Therefore, he didn't stop there and dashed towards Cynthia with the intention of continuing to punch her. The other mage gritted her teeth and regained balance, just in time to defend herself from the enemy's attacks with her blade. "I need to keep her busy and lower her stamina! If I won't let her breath, she'll become more vulnerable!" Kazuto thought.

"What's going on!? He wasn't showing this strength just a moment ago…is he trying to change strategy against me? Clever boy…but don't think it's enough!" Cynthia thought as well, before making an horizontal cut to break Kazuto's combo. The Tohsaka mage quickly moved to the right and sent her away with a kick.

"NGH!" Cynthia quickly regained balance and started to shoot several bullets made of magecraft from her blade. Kazuto didn't lose time and immediately started to fly thanks to his flames, avoiding the bullets and then heading for a dive attack. Kazuto concentrated a lot of fire energy in his fist before going for the smash. Cynthia used her mystic eyes to see how the attack would have worked. Thanks to this, she was able to jump just a few seconds before Kazuto's fist touched the ground and caused a devastating explosion on the ground. Then, Cynthia took advantage of his situation and used all of her speed to attack him repeatedly with her blade and sent him to crash against a wall.

"He's injured! Now it's my moment!" She exclaimed before running towards him with the intend to finish him off. But to her shock, when she was close enough to him, Kazuto raised his head and snapped his fingers. The Rosi mage was inevitably attacked by the sudden explosion and sent away. "GAAAAH!" She fell to the ground and stood up by hanging to her sword. Both mages were breathing heavily as they were starting to feel the blows delivered from each other.

"Ngh…He's obviously weaker than the brass one but he still resists and counterattacks…at this point….no! I can't think such a vision! I can still surpass him! This time…it'll go my way!" Cynthia thought.

"Get this through your skull, I don't intend to go down that easily as you think! I don't intend to waste this second chance I've been given!" Kazuto proclaimed while holding his fist tightly.

"TAKE THIS!" Meanwhile, in another floor, Archer of Red was shooting several arrows of fire against her enemy, Archer of White, who moved fast enough to avoid all of them, leaving a pile of explosions behind him, a vision he enjoyed, since he was holding a delighted grin on his face. He then jumped towards Archer of Red, who promptly attacked with her katana, but before the blade could touch him, the Servant of the White Rose disappeared, showing that it was nothing more than a residual movement. Archer of Red widened her eyes and looked around with caution.

"What's wrong, little girl? I thought you wanted to fight!" Archer of White's voice echoed through the room, almost as if he was a ghost that dominated the whole battlefield. "GAH!" Archer of Red then suddenly felt something stabbing her back. Archer of White reappeared behind her and used a knife to catch her by surprise before pushing her away with a simple kick.

"D-Dammit…I didn't see that coming…what!?" When Archer of Red stood up again, she could see that Archer of White was already shooting several missiles at her with his coffin. Kazuto's Servant couldn't even take a breath that she already had to move fast. She avoided the first missile and then proceeded to run through the others, piercing them with both the katana and the naginata. When she was close enough to him, Archer of Red jumped to dive attack the enemy with both her blades. "AAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"Impressive!" Archer of White commented before blocking the attack with his coffin, now turned into the chainsaw. What followed was a clash of blades, with Archer of Red using all of her skills with the swords in order to surpass the other Archer, who seemed to stay on top, even though he eventually got cut in his arm. "NGH!" After getting wounded, he jumped backwards and then made a little grin.

Archer of Red didn't hesitate and tried to follow him, but she suddenly felt some strings touching her breast. "GAH!" An instant later, she had a few knives on her shoulders. "Shit, again!" She exclaimed.

"Seeing you getting flustered over my traps is so adorable! You samurai guys are stuck in the ideal of a fair fight, but that's not how I work. On the contrary, I find disloyalty and cunning quite fascinating!" Archer of White told her before shooting another missile.

This time, Archer of Red could jump in time and take her bow quickly. While she shot an arrow of fire, Archer of White shot a larger missile. The two attacks clashed and generated an explosion. "She's far less funny than Saber of Red. But at least it won't get that much to-" Archer of White was going to express his disappointment, but he stopped himself as soon as he felt some cuts on his arms and on his legs. "NGH!" W-What the heck!?" He exclaimed as he fell on one knee. "When did she have the chance to attack me!?" He added still bewildered.

Archer of Red appeared a few inches away behind him just a second later. Archer of White gritted his teeth and stood up to encounter the enemy's glare. "What you say it's true, we samurai used to have fair fights against others. But it seems that you didn't take in consideration that I could have used a different strategy considering the type of opponent you are. Perhaps you should reconsider us once I'll show you my abilities." She answered.

"…Heh…ahahahah…it seems that I have underestimated you. My bad!" Archer of White answered still with his usual tone of a gentleman. This left Archer of Red confused. "He's still calm…I don't like this…" She thought.

"But this is the best part. I now know that you as well can be an interesting opponent! How about we start round two then?" Archer of White asked.

The other Archer stood ready with her two blades before answering. "With pleasure!" She then dashed towards him and used a double attack with the swords, which was blocked by Archer of White's coffin. Still…he noticed something different in this attack. "Not only she's faster…but her power seems to have increased!" He thought. And it was just like this. After seeing the situation, Archer of Red decided to use one of her skills, the one that she shared with the rest of the Oni Servants: Lineage Excitation, which amplified her power. "TSEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" More ferocious and impetuous than before, Archer of Red kept on attacking with the blades. After some minutes, Archer of White was starting to feel the hits and started to recoil. "Crap! This isn't good!" He thought. "AAAH!" Then, with the attack of her naginata, she was able to push Archer of White's coffin and attack him at the face. Luckily, He was able to jump away in time and got cut only superficially. Still, that cut broke his glasses and attacked his face. "GAH!" Once he felt the damage, He used a grappling hook to reach a wall and get far from her. He then used his coffin as a machine gun in the attempt to overwhelm her with the bullets. But now, thanks to the Lineage Excitation, Archer of Red was fast enough to deflect the attacks and go right towards him, but right before she could attack him, Archer of White quickly used a missile to push her away, but not before she could use an arrow of fire as well, thus both of them got attacked and fell down.

The two Servants stood up and glanced at each other. "Thanks to the Lineage Excitement I can easily overpower him…but I have to be careful…the effect is only temporary…therefore I must think on how to overwhelm him in time. If I defeat him, we'll have gotten rid of one of the most dangerous enemies…" Archer of Red thought.

"Now I cannot allow to make any mistakes…I need to calculate the perfect strategy that could make her fall down…thanks to my brain, it won't be a hard task, but still…I need to observe her carefully or I could regret it…" Archer of White thought.

In the meantime, Alvis was confronting Tygo by generating several wolves made of water that headed over the enemy. In order to counter this, the mage of the White Rose used the spiritual invocation to summon a bull made of energy that charged against the wolves, making them disappear in a matter of seconds. "What!? He can summon animals through his magecraft as well!?" Alvis exclaimed, not expecting this ability.

Tygo kept a neutral expression while the bull kept on charging at Alvis, who trapped him in a sphere of water in order to neutralize him. Once the prison disappeared, the Walker mage widened his eyes after seeing that Tygo was already in front of him. This was because while the mage of the Red Rose used his defense spell, he already equipped the deinonychus's claw to boost himself and attack with a powerful fist that blasted Alvis away. "BLARGH!"

"Perfect! I'm having the advantage right now! I need to keep up with this pace…" Tygo thought. In that same moment, Alvis came out of the smoke generated and headed towards Tygo, surprising him, with his rapier. The mage of the White Rose avoided him in time by moving to the left, but this didn't stop Alvis to keep on attacking with an outstanding speed.

Tygo did his best to avoid all the attacks, but without the equipment of the gazelle's fur, it was a hard task to accomplish. "He's too fast! He's not giving me time to answer!" Then, inevitably, he received a cut on the chest, making him open. "Ngah!" Alvis took the chance to trap him in a sphere of water that exploded, sending him away. "Phew…I'm still able to keep up with him…still, he might be dangerous…" Alvis thought.

Tygo stood up while holding his chest for the pain. He then looked at his opponent, who had a calm, yet focused glare. Once again, just like it happened with Astrea, he felt something strange about him. He was his opponent, but he noticed something…weird. "This guy…his attacks are powerful…but…is it me…or is he trying to hold back? Why would he? Are the members of the Red Rose all like this? Tch…no…I shouldn't think about this. Maybe…I could take advantage of this…" This particular was something that confused him.

"The fact that he uses the power of animals just like me can be worrying…but as long as I can attack him I should be fine…still…" Alvis thought while remembering what his leader said before.

"Remember that we may need to finish off our enemies, if you like it or not."

These words still tormented him. He despised the idea of killing his opponent…but at the same time…he couldn't slow down since the he knew that the Holy Grail was inside that building, and that if he defeated Tygo, he could have more chances to get it for himself and his comrades. He was trembling a bit, not so sure on what to do, until he decided to do the only thing he could. "No…I don't have time…for now…the only thing I should do…is to fight." But when he raised his head up, he could see that his enemy was already gone. "What? Where did he go!?" He wondered while looking around. In an instant, he could see Tygo above him, slamming him to the ground with an attack from his knee. "Agh!"

"In case you didn't notice, I'm right here! So, stop dreaming with your eyes open!" Tygo exclaimed while grabbing his opponent from the head, not knowing that Alvis already knew what to do. Before Tygo could continue with his attacks, the mage of the White Rose could feel something behind him coming closer. When he turned around, he could see a wolf heading towards him. This forced Tygo to jump away in order to not get hit. With this, Alvis was safe and jumped on the wolf's back.

"Still…I can see if I can just knock him out and then head out for the Grail!" Alvis thought before noticing that Tygo was already chasing him at high speed. "Don't think you can escape!" He shouted, starting to sound annoyed. He then jumped and tried to punch Alvis, who answered by blocking him with the rapier. Still, the power put in that fist was still impressive and managed to make Alvis lose the rapier. The Walker mage widened his eyes, but this didn't discourage him, as he jumped off the wolf and used his magecraft to turn it into a barrier that surrounded both mages.

Tygo was surprised by this, as he looked at the water that was serving as a mini arena. "You wanted me to not escape, right? With this, our movements are limited! Which means that I can attack you more easily!" Alvis told him.

"Dammit! He's right…I won't be able to use my spiritual invocation regularly with this…" Tygo thought, starting to panic again. "I need to get used to this one way or another…I must…do something!" He kept on looking at his opponent, who kept on maintaining a calm composure, and took a deep breath. "Don't think you can get cocky now! Come at me!" He then exclaimed while running. Alvis did the same and they both started to struggle by holding each other's hands and starting to push, try to overwhelm each other.

"NGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Both Alvis and Tygo pushed as hard as they could, making the ground below them tremble, but they were then forced to let go and start to punch each other instead. It was a continuous rumble with no holds barred, with both of them trying to put down the other. Now that he had lost his rapier, Alvis was more cornered than before, but he did his best to keep up with his enemy. Unfortunately for him, Tygo was far more superior to him and ultimately, he got overwhelmed by the enemy's fist, who sent him against the barrier. "GAH!"

"Come on! Do you want to make things easier for me!?" Tygo exclaimed. "Come on, Alvis! Stop with this story...try to react!" Alvis thought before standing up. "Of course not! Come at me!" He then answered. This made Tygo grit his teeth since he couldn't have the easy match he hoped for.

Even their Servants, who weren't used to one-on-one combats, used all of their might to crush each other. Rider of Red, made a small cut on her thumb to make a single drop of blood fall to the ground. The drop became in a few seconds a large puddle from which a whole army of soldiers came out.

"Don't let her breathe! Charge!" With one single order, Rider of Red sent the army towards Rider of White. With their battle cry, they could make the floor rumble. But the Servant of the White Rose didn't seem to be scared by this, as she kept a giggle on her face. "How interesting." She simply said before summoning her gigantic bull, who immediately charged at the soldiers. The sight was like a painting of the 19th century, with the bull who destroyed one soldier after another and getting soaked in the blood while holding his owner. "It's surely an interesting spell, but you need a lot more for this battle." Rider of White continued, but right in that moment, she and her bull were blocked by the remaining soldiers, who gathered around them like a group of ants. "W-What!?"

"Ha! Didn't they ever tell you not to talk too soon? You're dealing with the queen of the world after all!" Rider of Red answered, showing satisfaction in what she seen. She then summoned her carriage pulled by the two bulls, who ran against Rider of White's one.

Seeing the danger, Rider of White's bull released a loud roar and pushed with all of his strength to get free from the blood soldiers and charge against the enemy. The three bulls clashed their horns, pushing forward to put down the other. "Don't overestimate yourself as well, my pet doesn't get crushed that easily, you know! Though that carriage of yours isn't that bad either!" Rider of White said.

"Thank you for the compliment, but this is not what you should think about right now! I have other ways to attack you!" Rider of Red countered before shooting a beam from the gem on her crown. The other Rider was caught by surprise and got hit, forcing to recoil a bit. "Eeek!"

Rider of Red didn't lose any moment and she made her way on the animals backs and attacked Rider of White with her whip, making her fall from her bull. "With that naivety of yours you won't go that far, granny!" She exclaimed. But still, Rider of White was smiling despite Rider of Red was running towards her to continue the attack. "Why, thank you! I am a grandma after all, so I don't find that as a mockery!" She said while playing a melody with her lyre that generated a lightning that defended herself from the other Servant's attack.

"GAAAH!" Rider of Red ended up getting electrified by the lightning and forced to recoil while there were still some electric waves all over her body. But she took advantage of that and took a drop of blood to generate three soldiers. "Go!" The three soldiers immediately charged at Rider of White, but they didn't even have the time to get closer to Rider of White that her bull already crushed them. "I'm not a Servant that fights directly, these types of tricks don't work on me!" She said before noticing that Rider of Red was already disappeared. "What!? Where did she go!?" She exclaimed.

The other Rider appeared behind her, wrapping the enemy in her whip. "Then I suppose you didn't calculate I would have tried to use something different!" She exclaimed before smashing Rider of White all over the place.

"NGH! TAUROS!" Rider of White called out her bull, who charged against Rider of Red, pushing her away and setting his owner free, but the bull, in turn, got pushed away by Rider of Red's two bulls.

The two Servants and their respective animals glared at each other. The two women were breathing heavily, and they both had their clothes soaked in blood. But nonetheless, they still had energies. "You're a queen…yet you don't hesitate to use cheap ways to get through me…what makes you act like this?" Rider of White then asked.

"Isn't it obvious? For the same reason as you! I'm heading for the Grail! As the queen of the whole world, there's no one better than me that is fit to own it! I'm not suited to battles as well, but I'm surely determined to take that relic!" Rider of Red answered.

"Determination, huh? I appreciate the effort, but I don't support that narcissism of yours. I've seen a lot of people talk the way you do and trust me; they didn't end well." Rider of White commented. It seemed that the other Rider's behavior was annoying her for the first time.

"Oh, I know that. But trust me when I say that I know my ways." Rider of Red answered with a smirk.

"If you say so, then I hope you won't regret anything once you'll make that fatal mistake that will destroy everything you planned." Rider of White countered.

"Oh, I don't need to think about that now, cause I'm not gonna die tonight!" Rider of Red said before jumping back to her carriage, which started to charge against the enemy. "I don't intend to die either! My Master still needs me! Tauros!" Rider of White exclaimed. In that moment, the bull's golden eyes started to shine, and he released two laser beams from them.

"What!?" Rider of Red didn't expect that at all, and she was force the bulls to change direction. But Rider of White's beast didn't stop to shoot lasers from his eyes, showing a clear intent to not give Rider of Red a moment to think.

"Dammit! I didn't know his bull could shoot lasers from his eyes! He'll get me one way or another at this point!" Alvis's Servant thought. But then she realized she could actually do something. "Wait…that could work…" She thought. "Alright now! Charge!" She then ordered the two bulls to charge directly towards the opponent, who was confused by this.

"Is she that desperate? Poor one…" Rider of White commented before giving the order to shoot, but to her surprise, when the laser beams were shot, Rider of Red did something unexpected.

"NOW SPLIT!" After cutting the ropes, she ordered the two bulls to split up to the left and the right, thus making the laser beam attack only the carriage, and in a few seconds, the two bulls already headbutted Rider of White's animal, stunning him. "Oh no!"

"Here I come!" Rider of Red was already jumping towards her enemy and shot a laser from her crown. To defend herself, Rider of White used her lyre to generate a lightning above the other woman Servant, ending with both of them getting attacked and fall down.

"GAAAAH!"

Once again, they stood up breathing heavily. "Anf…anf…just a little more and I'll get through her…one way or another…" Rider of Red thought.

"She's fragile…but too resolute to win. I didn't want to go through this…but I'll have to use it again…if I want to defend Tygo…" Rider of White thought. In that moment, her eyes glowed and behind her, a pit of fire appeared.

"W-What!? What is that!?" Rider of Red exclaimed. "Rider of Red! If you want to put your hands on the Holy Grail so badly then show me that you can pass through THIS!" The other Rider replied while summoning her second Noble Phantasm, willing to stop the enemy and protect her Master, like a mother that does everything to protect her child.

At the sight of the iron giant, Rider of Red started to sweat, and her confidence started to lower. "O-Oh Oh…"

In the meantime, Adewale Nwadike clapped his hands and generated pillars of cement against Marcus, who jumped quickly to the right in order to dodge them. "I see…the alchemical circles of reconstruction and destruction. While I do have the right weapons to counter them, he might be dangerous. If I want to win, I have to be as close as possible to him and attack while aiming at his arms." Marcus thought.

"It seems that most of his magecraft is used in those two stockfishes, which make him a mage specialized in direct clash…but I've heard that the Yggdmillenia lineage is known to make flawless strategies…I can't look away from him if I want to win." Adewale thought as well. "What?" He then noticed that Marcus was already running towards him at high speed. "Shit! Just as I though!" The mage of the White Rose quickly clapped his hands and generated more pillars to block Marcus, who simply pierced through them thanks to the power of his weapons and then headed towards Adewale.

The Nwadike mage jumped back and created more pillars as a wall to defend himself, but Marcus moved his stockfishes like a drill and passed through, coming more closer to him, and managing to make two cuts at his shoulders. "Ngh!" Adewale gritted his teeth but still grabbed him by the collar and used the alchemy of destruction to him. "GAAAAH!" Adewale then simply threw him away, but the leader of the Red Rose quickly regained balance.

"After an attack like that he can still move!?" Adewale thought. "What's the matter, Alchemist!? Don't think you can kill me with only that!" Marcus shouted before dashing towards Adewale and giving him a strong headbutt.

"MPF!"

"MARCUS GRIANT YGGDMILLENIA HAS PASSED THROUGH MUCH WORSE EXPERIENCES THAN A SIMPLE SHOCKWAVE!" Marcus continued undaunted as he attacked with his two blades. Adewale moved fast despite the bleeding nose. But then Marcus kicked his leg and made him lose balance, taking the chance to sent him away with a cut from his stockfish. "GAAAH!"

The Nwadike mage was laying on the ground. Just as he thought, this one turned out to be a much tougher foe than the others. But this only made him more resolute, as he gritted his teeth and used the alchemy of reconstruction again. But this time, the cement took the shape of a thousand of vines headed towards Marcus. The Yggdmillenia mage widened his eyes at the sight of this and started to run around in order to not get caught. He was able to cut down some of the spears, but he inevitably got caught. "AGH!" Some of the vines stabbed him at the shoulders and at the legs before throwing him down with violence.

Marcus stood up and noticed that his limbs were starting to bleed and that his opponent was glaring at him with a stare that suggested desire of victory. "He realized that I'm strong and he's ready to use everything to put me down…" He said before chuckling. "I couldn't ask anything better…my victory over him will be more satisfying with this…" He then raised one of his stockfishes and pointed at Adewale. "GET READY TO LOSE, MAGE! FOR THERE'S NO ONE THAT CAN STOP ME!" He shouted before the two of them started to run towards each other at high speed.

Once they were close to each other, Marcus immediately started to attack Adewale repeatedly with the stockfishes, but now, the Nwadike mage was starting to get faster and faster, and at one point, he was able to punch Marcus in the chest and then attack him with the circle of destruction.

"GAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Marcus suffered severely from this combination, as he noticed that Marcus wasn't going to end it there. "WREAAAAAAAAAAAH!" With all the blood in his body pumping up for the excitement of the battle, Adewale tried to punch Marcus, thinking he was left exposed, but he ended up underestimating him, as the strategist mage quickly put his stockfishes in front of him to make a parry defense and make a double cut on Adewale's body.

"GAH!" Adewale shouted out for pain and when he looked up, he could see that Marcus was already aiming at the head with his blade. In a second, Adewale was luck enough to dodge it in time, with the blade only making a long cut on his cheek. He then answered by using a strong fist on the other mage's face, which made the bones of his face crack a little bit. Marcus gritted his teeth and used his stockfishes to ward off Adewale's arm and then attack again. The mage of the White Rose quickly put his hand on the ground and generated a pillar that threw Marcus up high, making him crash against the ceiling. The leader of the Red Rose immediately took advantage of the height and dived against Adewale. Come on, alchemist! What happened to the calm you were showing just a few moments ago!?" He shouted.

Adewale immediately created more pillars to block him, but this time, the proud Yggdmillenia soldier made his own road through them by using his stockfishes to destroy them. Once he touched the ground, Adewale was already in front of him, ready to electroshock him with the circle of destruction. "I know that with someone like you I don't have time to think!" The Nwadike mage shouted.

Marcus was forced to jump backwards and decided to attack from a distance, shooting a beam of blue energy. Adewale widened his eyes and quickly rolled to the left to dodge it. Marcus was already running towards him with the stockfishes and tried to stab him, but surprisingly, Adewale was able to block them with his bare hands this time.

"Ngh…it seems that you've realized what must be done to win…but don't think this will save you! I HAVE THE PRIDE OF MY FAMILY TO CARRY ON, SO DON'T THINK YOU CAN STOP THE HEART OF A SOLDIER!" Marcus exclaimed.

"THE SAME GOES FOR ME! MY BROTHER'S HEALTH IS AT STAKE AND I WON'T LET YOU KILL ME NOW!" Adewale countered with the same energy. In that moment, He was able to give a straight punch to Marcus, who answered with another cut. In the end, both mages were forced to recoil.

"Brother? I see…he has a personal motive to fight in this war…I admire that…but…as an Yggdmillenia…I won't falter...!" Marcus thought while gritting his teeth and holding his stockfishes tightly.

Since he mentioned him, Adewale thought for an instant about his brother. This made him only more furious and determined to face his enemy, which was surprisingly out of his character. "Don't try to get in my way…OR I'll BE FORCED TO BREAK EVERY BONE OF YOUR BODY! MARCUS GRAINT YGGDMILLENIA!" He shouted before using his circle of alchemy again.

Meanwhile, the two Berserkers were involved in a pursuit as they climbed up through the corridors of the empty building.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Berserker of Red was running at high speed through the stairway to chase Berserker of White, who shoot as many arrows as possible to block him at once. But with a mad man like Berserker of Red it was an almost impossible quest. "Gh! You never cease to move, Berserker of Red!? You clearly know that I have the advantage! Stop putting resistance!" Berserker of White exclaimed while shooting more arrows.

One of them hit the man clad in the black armor right in the shoulder. But to the woman warrior's horror, Berserker of Red took it off and threw it back, now filled with black energy, right back at the sender. "AH!" Berserker of White quickly moved to the left to dodge the arrow, which made a shallow cut on her neck. "W-What!? How was he possible to take my arrow!? Wait…is that possible? Does he…make everything he grabs…his own Noble Phantasm!? Shit…no wonder he was able to block my Tauropolos before…but why can't I see through his identity if I know his powers!?" The female Servant thought. In all of this, she was so immersed in her thoughts that she didn't see Berserker of Red coming close to her, thus making a fatal mistake. The knight was already jumping towards her and managed to grab her on the neck. "AGH!"

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH" Berserker of Red immediately threw her up, thus sending her at the ceiling, where she herself started the assault. It was almost as if he wanted to repay her with the same money. He landed on a bar and then made another high jump to reach her at the roof.

Berserker of White could see her enemy getting closer and closer, like a zombie that only wanted the flesh of his victim. She could hear his heavy breathing and his murderous intention growing bigger and bigger. It was only a warrior that cared about crushing down the enemy with absolutely no mercy.

"It's no use…he's already driven in the Madness Enhancement. Therefore, there's nothing more to add…I have to let go as well…" Berserker of White commented. In that moment her whole body started to get surrounded by a purple aura and her eyes started to glow, like those of a predator in the night. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!" The two Berserkers immediately started to run with ferocity and clashed their fists that generated a shockwave that not only broke the windows of the lower floor, but also reached other buildings.

"Huh? What happened?" A man that was watching TV nearby asked.

Soon, the Berserkers of the two roses started to attack each other with a barrage of punches that almost cracked up the ground from the outstanding force they were showing.

More. Faster. Stronger. The punches were continuing to go like rain for the two Servants that put everything aside just to focus on the enemy.

"THIS IS IT!" Suddenly Berserker of White moved her head on the left to dodge a punch so that she could stab Berserker of Red's bell with her bare hand. "GRAH" The Berserker of Red couldn't expect that, and consequently, he got attacked by the other Berserker several time. At first, he didn't seem to answer, but then, he moved his head backwards and then stopped Berserker of White's charge with a powerful headbutt that stunned Berserker's White for some seconds. "NGH!"

"AAAAAH!" Berserker of Red could take this chance to grab Berserker of White by the hand she used to stab him, lift her up and fling her away with a powerful kick on the spleen that made her spit blood form her mouth.

"GAAAAAH!" Berserker of White crashed several times to the ground but regained balance and land on her feet in order to not fall off the building. But to her shock and horror, she could see that Berserker of Red was already dashing towards her, this time while holding a sword. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"OH NO YOU WON'T!" Adewale's Servant shouted while quickly grabbing her bow and make it clash with the sword. But Berserker of Red didn't stop there, as he continued to attack with the sword. Berserker of White did her best to resist by blocking the attacks with her bow, but she realized that at this rate, she would have been overwhelmed. Therefore, she opened her wings and flew high. Berserker of Red didn't hesitate to chase her by jumping, but this time, the fierce Servant of the White Rose had the attack ready.

"TAUROPOLOS!" She quickly shot an arrow that become a rain of arrows that fell down to the other Servant, who defended himself by putting his arms in front of himself. Berserker of White then wanted to make sure that he couldn't move anymore, so she turned into a large boar and fell right on him, smashing him to the ground with a big thump.

Berserker of Red didn't seem to move as the other Servant of the same class turned back to normal. "Anf…anf…I think I've knocked him out…phew…I did it…then…it's time for me to finish this." She said while getting ready to shoot one last arrow right on his neck.

But…it wasn't the end…it was only the beginning.

In that moment…one part of Berserker of Red's helmet shattered, leaving his left eye exposed. While his face was still covered by a black mist…he could see Berserker of White much cleaner now.

With that…even if it wasn't her fault…Berserker of White released the trigger.

Now that he saw her better…Berserker of Red found her…familiar.

Soon…memories started to flash on his mind…about one. Single. Person. Someone he was attached to. Someone…who draw him into madness. Someone…who was the cause of his demise when he was alive.

…A king.

Soon…the earth started to crumble. "What? What is- GAH!" Berserker of White didn't even have the time to wonder what was going on that she got caught on the neck by Berserker of Red, who stood up…more furious than ever, as the darkness in his body grew stronger…and stronger. All because of the memory of that person Berserker of White had installed in him. Now…he was seeing her…as that person…as that hate that lived on even after his death.

"Ah…Ah…AH! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!"

Devoid of any form of thought, Berserker of Red started to attack Berserker of White without mercy, relentlessly and with no regrets at all. All because of the desire to destroy her. The other Servant this time couldn't have the time to answer. The violence of Berserker of Red this time was too much to counter. "AGH! GAH! AH! BLARGH! W-WHAT IS HAPPENING!? WHY IS HE SO FURIOUS!?" Berserker of White exclaimed confused as her face was starting to become red for all the blood she was losing. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUR!" Berserker of Red then grabbed her and smashed her back with his shoulders, making her feel an outstanding pain

"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"ARGH! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Berserker of Red then threw her down the building and immediately started to deliver one punch after another. And the Berserker of White couldn't do anything at this point. "NGAH! I-I CAN'T DO IT! GAAAAAAAAAH!"

Astrea and Oeneus were the only ones that remained at the B2 floor while the other mages and Servants moved on the upper or lower floors during the rumble. And the Alainosta mage wasn't doing well, as she was getting almost every attack possible from Oeneus. "GAH!"

Powered up by the armor, Oeneus was delivering any blow necessary to take Astrea down and search for the Grail. "Are we serious?! Did you really put Tygo in danger!? You're nothing more than an average mage! Why are you participating at this war at all!?" Oeneus exclaimed, feeling offended, before sending the girl away with a stronger punch. He then shot a bullet made of dark energy that inevitably hit her and made her fall down.

"AAAAGH! D-DAMMIT! THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE OTHER MAGE! W-What should I do!? I don't have the time to answer!" Astrea exclaimed as she started to panic again. But in that moment, she remembered a teaching that her Servant, Caster of Red, told her.

"Remember Astrea! A good thing to do in a battle is always to start! You won't go anywhere as long as you don't start using your skills!"

"O-Oh…right…" The girl spoke. She noticed that Oeneus was already running towards her. Sweat was running on her head, but she did her best to keep the calm and put herself in a fight pose and start to wait. The mage of the White Rose was confused by this sudden reaction, but he didn't stop to run, already convinced that she was weaker than he expected. "What the hell is she doing!? Is she trying to answer like in a movie!? Don't mock me!" He thought.

Oeneus came closer and he was going to punch Astrea right in the face. But just when his fist was only a few millimeters apart…Astrea quickly grabbed Oeneus's arm and made his whole-body spin. "WHAT!?"

"KYAAAH!" Astrea then used a powerful punch that sent Oeneus to crash against a wall. "GAH!"

"W-Woah…" The mage of the Red Rose was still shocked by what just happened and she looked at her own hands. "Did…Did I just do that…? Me? It's just like I faced the other guy…it all came naturally…perhaps…I do have a natural talent for battles…" Astrea said before noticing that Oeneus was already standing up, still astonished by his opponent's sudden counterattack.

Astrea could feel herself getting filled with more self-believe and courage, now that she had seen that she could fight back. She started to jump on the spot and hold her fist tightly. "Come on! I'm still here!" She exclaimed.

"T-The fuck!? Is she getting fun of me!? Don't you even think about it!" Oeneus exclaimed as he dashed towards her to try with another attack. And this time, the two mages fists clashed and released a powerful shockwave. "Her magical circuits must have increased their power…there's no other explanation…but she's still a rookie…I should still have the advantage on her…I can still take her down!" Oeneus thought. The two young mages clashed their fists several times, showing that Astrea apparently reached Oeneus's level. The Animusphere's mage wondered how it was possible to reach the level of an armor that could even arm a Servant. He jumped back hoping to recover some time, but to his surprise, Astrea's arm extended and reached him, giving him a punch on the face. "NGAH! B-Body Augmentation!?" He shouted.

"It's working! At this point I might be able to win!" Astrea said, getting even more surprised of her results. At the other mage, this whole situation was not pleasant at all. It reminded him of all the time he got knocked out by his older sister and put in second line again. "G-Gh…no…it won't happen this time…I won't be put back in the shadows again…I won't be put in that shitty situation again…I WON'T BE DEFEATED AGAIN! HAVE YOU HEARD ME!?" He proclaimed.

"Eh?" Astrea asked. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" In a few seconds, Oeneus was already close her and used a punch strong enough to make Astrea spit a notable amount of blood from her mouth. "ARGH!"

"Want some more!?" Oeneus asked as he started to give more fists, forcing Astrea to defend herself. "Dammit! He's starting to answer! I didn't know I made him that angry! I must answer!" She thought. She immediately made a more determined glare before quickly moved to the left and answered with a kick on his spleen, which made him fly away and crash against a chair. "GAAAH!"

When he opened his eyes, He looked as Astrea came closer and got ready to receive her with a counterattack, but to his surprise, once she was close to him, Astrea started to make several lightning movements around him, leaving him completely disoriented. "What is she doing!? She's completely unpredictable!" Oeneus exclaimed.

"Right back at ya!" Astrea exclaimed as she jumped and kicked Oeneus right at the face, putting him down. After that, she was forced to spit some blood from her mouth. "Woah…I admit I was scared but…I also found it…strangely exciting…so this is the strength I've put the other time…if not superior…" She said to herself.

But in that moment, Oeneus grabbed her ankle, leaving her caught by surprise. "Don't think you can get lost in small talk!" He shouted before throwing her away.

"AAAAAH! DAMMIT HE'S RIGHT!" Astrea shouted. While getting thrown away, she used her body augmentation to attack Oeneus, but this time, he was the one who grabbed her and pulled her over him. The Animusphere mage grabbed her face and quickly ran towards the wall to smash it there and rub her all over the walls.

"AAAAAAAAAGH!" This time Astrea couldn't do anything, and Oeneus finished his attack with one last throw on the ground. The Alainosta mage didn't seem to move.

"N-Ngh…stupid weirdo…I hope this will put a stop to your monkey movements…" Oeneus commented. Once his enemy was down, he started to focus directly on something else: his main goal.

The Holy Grail was there. Thanks to the effects of the battle, the whole room was destroyed, so the research was easier for him. All he had to do was to move out a few things and the game was done.

So, he started to search…and the room was starting to get emptier…but…with this…Oeneus started to sweat, his skin started to become pale…and his convictions started to disappear as the search continued for a few minuts…until there was nothing more to search…and he arrived…at a shocking truth.

"T-The Holy Grail…is not here…"

In that moment, he could feel some water wet his body. "What!?" When he turned around, he could see Astrea injured everywhere but still standing while holding a glass. In an instant, she returned the favor and grabbed his face. "My turn now! Get a load of THIS!" She said before using the ring on her finger to generate an electric shockwave that went all over Oeneus's body, and since he got wet by the glass of water, the electricity was more intense. "AGH-GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

In the meantime, the two Casters were engaging their own battle. But for Caster of White, it was difficult to answer the attacks of a martial art expert like Caster of Red. So, it was mostly the Servant of the White Rose getting attacked by the one of the Red Rose.

Caster of Red was using her staff in various ways to attack Caster of White, who did her best to defend herself, but she inevitably got pushed away. "AH!" She tried to jump away, but to her surprise, Caster of Red's staff grew longer and attacked her at the belly. "Gah!"

"Oh, come on! I was hoping for something more from my opponent! Now that all the Servants have been gathered here, I don't want to get bored!" Caster of Red commented, feeling disappointed. "Well, it's not that I'm used in fighting! But the circumstances put me in the first line! Though that staff is really good…how did you do it?" Caster of White asked.

"Oh, this is nothing more than a gift from one of my beloved pupils. And it's not something you can easily obtain. Shall we go on, then?" Caster of Red answered.

"Mamma mia…at this point I'll end up with several injuries like I've never had before…but if that is what you want…then I can't back out." Caster of White said with a smirk on her face. The other Caster wondered what she was planning, until she saw her extend her hand forward. And suddenly…the gauntlet of iron flew directly towards the enemy.

"Hm!" Caster of Red was amazed by this, as she put her staff in front of herself as a defense. A small explosion followed, but the Servant was still standing and noticed that Caster of White was heading towards her, ready to attack her with her scepter. Astrea's Servant liked this challenge and used her own staff to clash with her own staff. "Amazing! Now we're talking more seriously!" She exclaimed while attacking repeatedly with her staff. Caster of White was still weaker, but she did her best to resist to the continuous attacks. "I really wasn't expecting an attack like that!" Caster of Red added.

"I may not be a fighter, but when it comes to grey matter, there's no one that can beat me! Through the years, I've continued to study all the wonders that art and science could give to me, and I've used them in my own way!" Caster of White replied while trying to attack with her staff before she jumped back and shot a beam of energy from the cube that was embedded on it.

"Ngh!" Caster of Red got hit and started to recoil. But this made her only happier and excited. "I see, I see…instead of building your body through the art of fight, you're a Heroic Spirit of knowledge, and I can clearly see the results you've made through those attacks. But as a fighter, and mostly as a teacher, I cannot let you win. I still have a lot of teachings to give at my Master. So, I hope that you're ready to feel the power of Buddha directly on your skin!" She countered.

"I see that you have a sense of defense! It kinda reminds me of my bond with Oeneus…very well! Show me what you've got! I'm waiting right here!" Caster of White answered while shooting more laser beams from her staff. Caster of Red ran as fast as she could and swiftly dodged many of those beams but got hit by one. That made her use her staff to make a more effective jump and come closer to Caster of White. "DORA!" Astrea's Servant attacked the enemy with the palm of her hand, making her slam to the ground. She immediately headed towards her with the intent to use the staff, but Caster of White quickly raised up her head, noticed it, and put her staff in front of her to block the attack. The result was a shockwave that made some furniture of the floor flew away and the two Servants pushing forward with their weapons.

"NGHHHHHHHHHHH…AH!" Caster of White then used a frontal attack with the staff that made Caster of Red jump away. But then the other Caster quickly moved and punched her right in the face with her iron gauntlet.

"AGH!" Surprisingly, Caster of Red felt this attack as she recoiled. After touching her cheek, she ran towards the enemy and attacked repeatedly with the staff. Once again, Caster of White did her best to defend herself, but the difference when it came to strength was evident, and she ended up getting overwhelmed by Caster of Red's physical strength. "GHH!"

Caster of Red then came closer and tried to punch her, but it was in that moment that Caster of White saw an open spot, as she put the palm of her gauntlet on Caster of Red's chest and released a beam of energy from it.

"AAAGH!" Caster of Red got hit and flew away. When she stood up, she could see that Caster of White was standing with a satisfied smile on her face. "She surely is a woman of knowledge. Despite knowing that she is weaker than me, she's adapting to my combat style and answers back. Maybe I'll need to use more strength to fight after all…" She thought while making her staff rotate.

"I'm starting to deliver some blows…but it's still not enough…maybe…" Seeing the situation, Caster of White was wondering if she had to use her own Noble Phantasm…but quickly rejected that idea. "No…it's better not. She's still at full strength so she wouldn't die so easily. Using my Noble Phantasm would make me use a lot of energies…and she would take advantage of that…for now…it's better if I study her and elaborate the best way to defeat her." She thought.

In the upper floors, Cahya was using his skills to counter the traps and the dark magecraft of Maximilian. "TSEAH!" The homunculus turned out to be skilled enough to destroy most of the strings that the Icecolle mage had prepared for him, but the strategist of the White Rose knew how to use reserve moves that could harm Cahya, like now, when Cahya just cut some strings, but Maximilian already prepared some knives above that fell right on the other mage's shoulders. "Kh!"

"I must say that you are impressive for being just a homunculus. You must be a special project, aren't you?" Maximilian commented.

"And it seems that you use darkness just like Saber's Master. But your magecraft seems to differ." Cahya noticed. "Uh? Oh, I see, you mean Seram. Her case is a more complicated story, while my magecraft is what the Icecolle lineage had passed on through the various generations. And while I do dislike it, I must admit that it can be quite useful to me." Maximilian answered before making a smirk. "Just like with you. Since my knives won't work, I'll do something more interesting…" He added.

That smirk made Cahya uncomfortable, so he quickly dashed towards the enemy. "What are you talking about!?" But before he could reach him, a purple smoke started to surround the environment and make the mage of the White Rose disappear.

"What!? Where did he go?" Cahya wondered as he looked around. Unfortunately for him, the mist was too deep to see that Maximilian was already behind him to push him away with a beam on his back. "GAAAAAH!"

Maximilian quickly moved in front of him to push him away again with a punch, and he kept on like this, using the Homunculus like the ball of a flipper machine, as if he wanted to play with him at first. But Cahya didn't want to lose time like this, as he already understood the trick. "I see…then there's only one thing to do." He spoke.

"Uh?" Maximilian was confused by this sentence, but the homunculus soon showed him that he had the solution to this. Cahya's left arm was soon surrounded by clear blue runes generated by his magic circuits, and with that arm, he made a powerful punch to the ground. "GEHEN!" The energy released from that punch generated a large shockwave that made the fog dissolve. Now Cahya was able to see his enemy in front of him.

"Oh no!" Maximilian exclaimed while his enemy ran towards him with the sword. The Icecolle mage quickly took some of his penknives and used him to block Cahya's attack. The two mages continued to clash their weapons for some minutes, but Maximilian could notice that Cahya was somehow superior to him. "What's the deal with this homunculus!? He's not like the ones I've studied…no…this must be something more…I need to take him down quickly!" He thought.

"AAAAAAH!" Cahya then tried a direct slash, which was avoided by the mage of the White Rose, who turned himself into smoke and flew a few meters away from him. Once he returned to a solid state, he threw the knives he was holding against the homunculus, who diverted them with his sword and tried to come closer, but Maximilian prompted opened his hand and released a ball of dark fire from it.

"AH!" Since he didn't expect it, Cahya got fully hit by the sphere and fell down. He still was full of energy and stood up while holding his sword. But in that moment, looking at his opponent, he could feel a sense of disgust and frustration in his expression. Not only for the enemy…but also for…something else. And that made Cahya remember something he said just a few minutes earlier. "…You…" He simply spoke.

"Uh?" Maximilian asked. "You said…that you dislike your dark arts of magecraft…so a mage that hates his own power…why that?" The homunculus asked.

Maximilian found that question almost ridiculous, as he laughed at it. "Are you kidding? You're asking a question on me? Why would it serve to you?" He said with a mocking tone. "I just want to know, that's all! I still don't know how humans work, even if I'm starting to see signs of change in my body…there's a lot I need to know. It's just curiosity, nothing more. Just answer this question, then we can turn back to our fight." Cahya said with a neutral and calm expression. The Icecolle mage was surprised to see this reaction and could see that he really seemed devoid of emotions, just like he expected from a homunculus. Why would he ask something like that? Still…he liked that answer.

"Aren't you a very rare case, eh? Eheh…what a knucklehead…if you insist…I'll tell you. Yes, that's the truth! I do hate the magecraft I've was born with, and I've been raised with. I just feel it…as a chain that blocks me from doing what I love the most, and not only me, but the rest of my family! We were so attached at our reputation that we lost our own freedom. That is the system I want to fight! Once I'll win this war, I'll change everything in our family! Soon the Icecolle will be freed from their shackles once and for all!" Maximilian explained, showing all of his frustration over his family and identity.

This time, it was Cahya who was amazed by this. Much like it happened with Seram, he saw for the first time a genuine emotion of hate and frustration that he found…fascinating as hideous. A feeling that showed regret yet sincerity. And most of all…Cahya could see that…much like him…Maximilian wanted a change in his life. "So…you want…freedom…you want to have a different life…much like me…" He spoke.

"That's right. But I know that you probably wouldn't understand. It's not even your fall…it's in your nature to be without emotions." Maximilian answered. That comment…made Cahya feel offended.

"…Is it really what you think?" He simply asked. "Of course! You're an homuncul-" Maximilian was going to insist on his opinion, but interrupted himself when he saw Cahya dash in front of him and make a slash that cut his belly. "AGH!?"

"You're not the only one who is not content with what he has…I, too, want a change, and if you're not convinced, then all I have to do is to show you." Cahya added while raising his head up, showing a cold stare.

This, somehow, made Maximilian more excited. "VERY WELL! Show me what you intend, Homunculus!" He exclaimed, as he jumped back and created more strings with penknives on them, all directed towards Cahya. The mage of the Red Rose wasn't afraid of this, and he held his sword tightly, ready to counterattack this technique.

In another floor, their respective Servants were fighting showing excellent skills in physical combat. At first, it seemed that Assassin of White's blows were superior, but Assassin of Red surprisingly showed to resist and answer. Cahya's Servant at one point, jumped back and released her explosive dust. The other Servant didn't see this coming and defended herself by putting her gourd bottle in front of her. Once the explosion was over, Assassin of White looked up and noticed the enemy diving towards her and use a barrage of kicks. This made her lick her lips and wait for the perfect moment to do a parry counterattack and sent her away.

"GH!" Cleopatra got hit but regained balance and landed on her feet. "My my! You seem a woman full of surprises! My blood is all starting to get pumped up!" Assassin of White exclaimed with a large smile. "I've held myself back during the previous battle against you guys of the Red Rose, but now that I see your skills, I don't want to lose anything of this moment!"

"What are you trying to say?" Cleopatra asked. "I'm just a woman that wants to find pleasure in her life. I wonder…will you entertain me enough? I hope you don't disappoint me!" Assassin of White replied before dashing at high speed towards Assassin of Red to punch her, who widened her eyes and defended herself. The impact made the floor crumble, but Assassin of White wasn't done there. "KEAHAHAHAHA!" She immediately stabbed the opponent with her bare hand on her spleen.

"GAH! WHY YOU!" Cleopatra quickly pushed her away with a kick and held the bleeding spleen. "G-Gh…that was so sudden…I didn't know she had such sharp nails…what!?" In that moment, she noticed that her enemy was already preparing the next attack.

Assassin of White took some plates and started to throw them at the other Assassin at high speed. Cleopatra didn't lose any time and summoned her golden cobra to fly away from the thrown weapons. The Oni Servant didn't seem to care about the sudden cobra, as she continued to throw plates at her with a delighted face. This behavior of hers was starting to make Cleopatra feel under pressure and annoyed, so she jumped from the golden cobra and released a lot of golden dust that fell above Assassin of White. "DIE!" Cleopatra shouted once the explosion was activated.

When the smoke disappeared, Assassin of White was still standing with her face soaked in blood. She took a drop of it and licked it. "Interesting…want to try it?" She asked.

"EW! NO!" Assassin of Red shouted. The two Servants then dashed towards each other and started to deliver blows after blows with punches, scratches and kicks. Assassin of Red delivered a karate chop on Assassin of White, who answered with a kick that threw her away. "AAAH!"

Cleopatra ended up slamming her back inside an elevator, with her opponent coming as well and closing the door on purpose. The two Servants glared at each other while the elevator started to go up. It didn't take too long before the melee combat started once again. Due to the damages the building had received during this rumble, the lamp inside the elevator was malfunctioning, so the two Servants fought sometimes in the dark. Despite the small space, the battle was just as impetuous as before, with the two of them delivering attacks and the elevator getting redder and redder.

Assassin of Red delivered a punch right in the opponent's face, who answered with an elbow attack, which was replied by a knee that was countered by a cut on the shoulder, which got answered by a headbutt until Assassin of White grabbed Cleopatra's head and smashed it on the wall. "Whoops! Sorry! Did I ruin your face?" She ironically asked.

"Ghhhh…TSEAAAAAAH!" As an answer, Cleopatra sent Assassin of White away with a punch, right in the moment when the elevator stopped in one of the tallest floors. The Assassin of the Red Rose immediately flew towards the opponent and tried to use kick, which was blocked by Assassin of White's gourd bottle.

"Did they ever tell you that you are disgusting!?" Assassin of Red exclaimed, sounding more annoyed by how things were going. The other Assassin pushed forward and forced the enemy to jump back. "Disgusting, huh? It's not the first time that I've been called like that. As a Demon that searches for the pleasure in humanity, I've been seen like that. But…I honestly don't care…because this…is what makes me feel alive." Assassin of White replied before breathing heavily and making another delighted smile at mouth open. "And I was lucky enough to be summoned by a Master that totally understands me and loves me with all his heart. What about you? How do you feel towards your Master?" She then asked.

"Huh? My…Master?" Assassin of Red answered, confused. In that moment, she thought about Cahya and then made her answer. "Well…it's complicated, considering the type of person he is…but of one thing I'm sure…I'm here to support him, even if I'm a queen." She said before slowly making a fighting composure that summoned her golden cobra. "You are crazy, Assassin of White. But who am I to change what you are? There's only one thing I can do, and you know what. I hope you're ready to feel the wrath of my pet." She added.

"In that case…" Assassin of White answered before swinging her gourd bottle. "I hope your cobra likes alcohol!"

The two Assassins glared at each other…and then…they started to move and attack. "HAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Back to Astrea and Oeneus, after the mage of the Red Rose used her ring to attack him, she seemed to have taken back the tides of the fight, with her managing to attack the Animusphere more frequently.

Despite the injuries, Oeneus did his best to defended himself, supported by the armor that Caster of White had built for him. But he was still bewildered by something he noticed before. "D-Dammit…Isak couldn't have been wrong…but there's absolutely nothing here! How is that possible!?" He thought before gritting his teeth. "Fuck it…if I cannot have the Grail… I'll have at least a victory against her!" Then, after finding a new resolution, he lowered his head to dodge Astrea's punch and answered with one of his own, which made her spit blood and crash against a counter. "GAH!"

Astrea was starting to feel the effects of all the blows she had suffered, but she still stood up while her whole body started to tremble. "G-Gh…"

"How is that possible? You know nothing of magecraft yet look at all the mess you've made! Are you some sort of superhuman!?" The Animusphere exclaimed.

"What? No! I'm the most scared girl you could find in a situation like this! And It's not true that I know nothing about magecraft! I've learned something some years ago!" Astrea answered before looking at her hands. "I…honestly don't know either how I'm able to do something like this even if i'm a newbie. Maybe…it's because I'm starting to grow some guts, I don't know! I've never had a clear road in my life! All I can do is move forward! Maybe…I don't know…at the end of the tunnel there might be a light that will solve anything, don't you think?"

Oeneus widened his eyes after hearing this. It was the second time that he heard something unexpected from a Master of the opponent Faction. And he was shocked to think that this girl was somehow similar to him. They were both weaker mages compared to the others, they were both extremely paranoic…and despite knowing they were the worst, they tried to do something useful for the group. This…made Oeneus feel sick.

"Y-You bastard…" Oeneus spoke. "I CAN'T STAND YOU ANYMORE!" He then shouted before releasing a sphere of dark magecraft. Astrea widened her eyes and inevitably got hit, since she couldn't do much against an attack like this. When she stood up, Oeneus was already starting to run towards him.

"Oh crapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapCRAPCRAPCRAPCRAAAAP!" Panic started to overwhelm Astrea again, as she blocked Oeneus punch with his crossed arms. "Why do you have to make me feel sick!? I don't understand how you can do it, dammit!" The Animusphere mage shouted.

"You're asking me!?" Astrea asked. "DIE!" Oeneus then tried to punch with the other hand, but this time, Astrea jumped away in time and made a double punch by extending her limbs with the body augmentation.

"GAH!" Oeneus got hit at the head by that attack but grabbed both Astrea's arms and pushed her towards him. "OH, SHIT HE'S COMING! Wait…I can do this!" The girl thought before putting her feet in front of her.

"What!?" Oeneus didn't expect that strategy and got hit in the belly, this time by a double kick. "BLARGH! GRRRR…DON'T MOCK ME!" But the Animusphere mage didn't want to lose, so he answered with an elbow attack on Astrea's legs.

"GH-GAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" It was a terrible attack this time, as Astrea could feel her legs leave her while she fell. "G-GH…" This time, she had more troubles in standing up, due to the pain she was feeling.

"I'm tired of getting put under the ground by the others! It's always like this!" Oeneus shouted as he continued to deliver punches after punches at the other mage, who defended herself before moving her head to the right to avoid one punch and answer with a palm attack to push him away. "Don't think you're the only one that suffers of problems like this! You know how many paranoids I make every day!? I didn't even know of this war in the first place!" Astrea countered.

"Then why are you here!?" Oeneus exclaimed while getting closer, but he got grabbed by Astrea who used an electric shockwave with her ring again. "I'm here by accident! But at this point, if I'm here then so be it! I WANT AT LEAST TO DO SOMETHING UNTIL THE END!" She shouted.

"GHHHHHHHH!" Oeneus was forced to jump back, and the two mages looked at each other, tired and weakened, but still with a firing will to fight.

Back to the two Casters, during the fight, Caster of White was studying every single movement her opponent made with both her staff and her arms and tried to adapt to that fight style. Despite seeing some results, the difference in power was still evident, as Caster of Red showed to be superior.

"GAH!" Caster of White got pushed away by the other Caster's staff. Astrea's Servant then started to accelerate towards the enemy, ready to continue her assault, but this time, Caster of White saw that coming and blocked her promptly with her iron gauntlet, which she used to release a beam of energy that pushed Caster of Red away.

"I'm having a real hard time against her…she's completely different from any other Caster-Class Servant. Her mastery in the martial arts is something that always catches me by surprise…if only I had more time to study her…" Caster of White thought before noticing that her enemy was making a strange movement with her staff. Suddenly, she found herself wrapped in a golden ring made of energy. "What!?" She exclaimed.

Caster of Red closed her hand and the ring squeezed Oeneus's Servant and exploded. "Agh!" Caster of White was thrown in mid-air, as she noticed Caster of Red reaching her with a jump. She didn't hesitate to regain balance and start to attack repeatedly with her iron gauntlet. Caster of Red answered with her staff, and it seemed that the two of them were equal for this time.

"I can see some improvement in your skills, but unfortunately is still not enough to pass through me!" Caster of Red said. "Well, at least I'm doing something, aren't I? Now that I know that I can find a way to take you down I'm surely not willing to let you win!" Caster of White countered.

"I like that attitude of yours! You seem to always know the answer to everything you're told! But will it be enough?" Caster of Red answered before pushing the opponent away with a kick. "AH!" Caster of White ended up crashing against a table, but she still had some energies to get up and start to shoot several beams from the cube of her own staff.

Caster of Red was caught by surprise by the first beam and got hit and lost her hat, but she didn't have any difficulties to avoid the other ones. She then jumped and dived against Caster of White with her staff, but the other Caster quickly moved to the left, making the enemy destroy only the table. "HAAA!" Caster of White then answered with a powerful fist from her iron gauntlet, which surprisingly damaged Caster of Red pretty hard, making her recoil of a few meters away. She even had to touch her jaw. "Ouch…that hurt…"

"As you can see, I can still fight!" Caster of White exclaimed as she used her staff to shoot more beams. This time, Caster of Red seemed to have been weakened, as she defended herself with more difficulty, since she got hit by more lasers this time.

"Ngh…anf…anf…yeah…I can see it! I guess you really are a genius after all…I'm starting to have fun! I'm glad that you made me completely change my opinion about you!" Caster of Red commented. She was keeping an eye closed due to the attacks she received.

"I can say pretty much the same! A Caster-Class Servant that is specialized in martial arts is surely a curious and pleasing discovery! I was able to discover more things as the battle went on! But I'm afraid that everything must come to an end…I still have a duty to accomplish…therefore…I'll be forced to use my special resource for situations like this! Get Ready!" Caster of White answered. This particular last sentence alerted Caster of Red, as she stood in guard, getting ready for whatever her enemy was planning.

Caster of White planted her staff to the ground. The cube on it started to rotate faster and faster until it started to shine. This made Caster of Red have a more serious stare. "This is not a Noble Phantasm…yet I can sense that is pretty strong…"

Once the cube had stored enough energy, Caster of White decided that it was time to attack. "TAKE THIS! ARRIVEDERCI!" She shouted as the cube released a powerful blue beam.

Caster of Red was determined to stop this attack, as she made a convinced smirk and did something unusual. She took off her sandals, so that she could stay more still to the ground with her bare feet. And her body started to get slightly surrounded by a golden aura. "I see that you're making a big shot…therefore…it's my time to shine as well…let this move of mine amaze you, Caster of White!" She proclaimed. Full of energy and excitement, she saw the attack contemptuous of the danger and started to answer with a powerful barrier of punches. "DORARAARARARRARAARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARAAAAA!"

"W-WHAT!?" Caster of White was shocked and surprised that her opponent was able to block the beam with only her bare hands. But still she pushed forward and tried to overwhelm her. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Caster of Red was gritting her teeth tightly, as her feet started to dig deeply to the ground. Maybe the beam was starting to slowly surpass her, but once again, Caster of Red showed to be superior when it comes to strength…as she started to put more energy in her fists. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Suddenly, she found herself proceeding while keep on attacking the beam, until she was able to destroy it completely and arrive in front of Caster of White.

"I-It can't be…" Caster of White said as she widened her eyes and witnessed as the enemy came closer. "DORA!" With one last punch, Caster of Red sent the other Servant a few floors down, making a large hole on the ceiling, thus sending her back to the B2 floor. Caster of Red then didn't hesitate and followed her by jumping up.

Back to Alvis and Tygo, the two mages continued to clash inside the water barrier the mage of the Red summoned to limit his opponent's movements, and unfortunately for him, just as he expected, he found himself in a terrible disadvantage against the mage of the White Rose.

"Anf…anf…anf…" Alvis was breathing heavily as his body was full of bruises. Though, even Tygo was breathing heavily, since the battle continued with fury, due to Alvis's determination to not letting him win. "H-He's…still not going down…dammit…I may be in advantage but sooner or later I'll start to lose stamina…" He thought. "Uh!?" He then noticed that, against all odds, Alvis still had strength to dash in front of him and deliver a strong fist right on his face. "MPF!" The damage was surprisingly heavy, but this didn't stop him to answer with a karate chop on the enemy's spleen, making him recoil.

"Gh!" Alvis held the point where he just got attacked before looking at his opponent. "Listen! We are not forced to continue like this! We can stop if you don't feel to continue!" He then exclaimed. "What!? Are you telling me to give up right now? How crazy can you be!?" Tygo countered.

"We're not forced to do this! I can clearly see it in your eyes! You're scared, right? Since the situation got out of control for you, panic started to get over you since you don't know what to do! I call that fear! Neither I want this! I just don't want another human to die!" Alvis insisted.

Those words paralyzed Tygo for a bit. How was it possible…that the enemy exactly knew exactly how it felt? Was it…just like what happened with Astrea? Was this…empathy?

Tygo knew himself better than any other, and he knew that he was a person who got frightened easily if he can't see something that he cannot solve, and he's characterized by a low self-esteem. He thought that after everything he had been through, no one could understand him, so he was shocked to see that someone could notice his mood.

But…at the same time…a weird…sense of nervousness started to pervade him, as he held his fist tightly. This speech of Alvis made him feel bad. It's true, he was scared and all…but now that he had the chance of improving himself, a second chance that he never saw…why stop right now? He couldn't accept it…so he gave his answer.

"…Annoying."

"Uh?" Alvis asked. In that moment, Tygo equipped the bull's horn to release a powerful punch to the ground. "THIS UTTER NONSENSE IS ANNOYING!" He shouted as he delivered the blow, which made Alvis fly away and even destroyed the barrier made of water.

"AAAAAAH!" Alvis ended up crashing his back against an iron bar before falling to the ground. "G-Gh…" He then tried to at least raise his head up.

"Yeah, I am scared! I'm well-aware that I'm not as strong as the other mages, so what!? Now that I finally have the chance to become someone I've never been, you're telling me to stop because I should stick with your pacifist bullshit!? DO YOU TAKE ME FOR A FOOL!?" Tygo added before making another unusual magecraft: this time, he practiced his spiritual invocation to summon a group of spirits that had the shape of human beings, that immediately started to charge against Alvis, who, alarmed, generated more wolves made of water that immediately attacked the spirits.

The Walker mage then took advantage of this situation to run as fast as he could to take his rapier back, which was a few meters away from him. When he was close to it, he could see Tygo appearing in front of him, ready to give him another punch right in the face. "WHY SHOULD I LISTEN TO SOMEONE LIKE YOU!?" He exclaimed. Alvis's tension was now in a thousand, but he quickly grabbed the rapier to block Tygo's punch, which released a powerful impact that generated many cracks on the floor. This only put even more pressure on Alvis, who didn't expect this sudden rampage from his enemy. Since he understood that at this point, it was useless to even make a last attempt, the only thing he could do is win and hope to at least knock him out. "AAAAAH!" Once he was again in possession of his rapier, Alvis's blows were more precise and faster, with Tygo who did his best to dodge them, even though he eventually got a long cut on his front. "ARGH!"

"I'm not trying to mock you! I can understand if you want to finally be acknowledged, but- BLARGH!" Alvis was going to say something while attacking with his rapier, but got stopped when Tygo answered to him with a knew on his stomach. "Shut up for once!" Tygo exclaimed.

"GRR!" Alvis didn't seem to like that reaction, as he put his hand on Tygo's palm to push him away with a water spell. Tygo fell on his knee for a moment, but then stood up and equipped both Deinochous's claw and the hare's ear to make a large jump followed by a dive attack towards Alvis, who tried to block him with the rapier, but this time, Tygo was indeed superior, and pushed him down until reaching the B2 floor. "AAAGH! D-DAMMIT!" Alvis shouted.

Back to the two Riders, the situation was completely reversed after Rider of White summoned her powerful iron giant. Rider of Red was now more focused on dodging the attacks rather than making them. "Shit! Who would have thought she had something like THAT as an asset!?" She thought as she continued to stay on her two bulls, who ran around the zone to avoid the giant's laser beams.

Rider of White simply stood on her giant's shoulder as she kept on looking at her opponent in silence until she saw a perfect moment to catch her. "Now!" She ordered at her giant, who quickly moved her hand towards Rider of Red, who didn't expect that move. "What!? ARGH!" Rider of Red found herself getting grabbed by the giant and started to squirm.

"You still think you are the queen of the whole world?" Rider of White asked. This question made Rider of Red chuckle. "Of course! Who do you think I am!? Even if you use a devastating Noble Phantasm, it's written in the stars that I'm the one destined to win!" She answered.

"How can you be so convinced? Didn't you see the situation you're right in? You should learn to keep your feet to the ground before speaking!" Rider of White told her.

"Oh, I am keeping my feet to the ground…because I exactly know how to counter this move of yours!" Rider of Red answered still with that smile on her expression. In that moment, she released a beam from her crown, which hit the iron giant directly on his eyes, making him let her go. "Dammit, I forgot about that!" Rider of White thought.

Rider of Red started to fall down, but not before she could grab her enemy with her whip and dragging her down. "First that pussycat and now you dared to put your arms on me…AND YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE ME ANGRY, DO YOU!?" Rider of Red suddenly shouted with fury before throwing Rider of White down.

"GAH!" Rider of White could feel her back crash to the floor and see that Rider of Red was still diving towards her, so she quickly summoned her lyre and made a melody to attack her with a lightning. The attack was successful, and Rider of Red fell as well, but not before ordering her bulls with a whistle to attack Rider of White.

"Gah!" Rider of White fell yet again. "Now we're both with our feet on the ground! I'm surprised with myself!" Rider of Red said.

"Anf…anf…I can see it…you're not skilled in battles just like me but you seem to get out of danger everytime…but…soon or later we all come down to fate…even you! Don't think that luck of yours is eternal!" Rider of White answered before ordering her golem to crush the enemy.

"Oh no you don't!" Rider of Red exclaimed as she created a whole army of soldiers with a puddle made of her own blood. In a short time, the giant got surprisingly blocked by the army, which didn't make him move. "HA! Serves you right! As you can see, I'm-" Rider of Red was going to brag, but in that same moment, she could see the giant moving an arm towards her despite the soldiers. "A-Ah…"

"You were saying?" Rider of White asked with a satisfied expression. "…Ok, this time I've talked too soon…" Rider of Red answered as the golem attacked her and made her fell to the floor B2.

Back to Gordon and Seram, their floor had become a devastated battlefield as the two of them decided to increase their magical circuits to prevail. At this point, it was almost as looking at a lion fighting against a jaguar.

Seram Qlippha continued her struggle moved by her sole desire to get rid of all who hated her, and even though her body was bleeding, her sole instinct made her continue. "HEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"That's right, Seram! Keep on attacking! Make him pass through hell!" Even Isak, who continued his battle against Calem on another floor, supported her through their communication.

"TSEAH!" Seram then reached Gordon and tried to stab him again with her bare hand, but the Fragarthach mage promptly blocked her, helped by the force that was getting pumped inside him by his magical runes. "D-Disgusting maggot…" Seram said with a trembling voice, which suggested not fear but rather anger.

"So, you're now only thinking about getting rid of me?" Gordon asked before making a grin. "Absolutely perfect. That was what I've been waiting for!" He added before sending Seram away with another fist.

"GRAAAAAH!" Seram rolled several times to the ground before ending up on a plant. "Don't get distracted by external things! If you want to rip me apart that badly then COME AND FIGHT!" Gordon told her while waiting for her in a fight pose.

"You want me to fight so badly!? Fine…DON'T CRY OUT OF DESPAIR IF YOU REGRET IT!" Seram shouted as she dashed towards him. Gordon moved his head to the left in time, but Seram's hand was still able to graze his neck and make a superficial cut. "Ngh! That was close!" Gordon thought. But Seram wasn't done there, and surprisingly threw Gordon away with a kick.

"Gah! What the heck!?" The mage of the Red Rose exclaimed before noticing Seram approaching him while running on for legs. This time the imponent assassin mage had to grit his teeth and get ready to whatever his enemy was planning.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" With a roar that almost seemed that of an animal, Seram started to kick Gordon repeatedly. The Fragarthach mage put his arms in front of himself to make a defense, but he could notice that her blows were starting to become stronger. "Gh…did she become that mad? It's almost as if now she is nothing more than a war machine…much like the other dead faces I've faced in the past…luckily for me…I know exactly how to deal with them!" Gordon thought before suddenly opening his arms to deflect Seram's kick and answer with a strong headbutt.

"GRAAAH!" That attack made her fall down and form a large crater on the floor. But that wasn't the end for her, as she started to make the most primitive attempt human has ever used to kill another living being.

She tried to choke Gordon. "Agh! W-What!?" He exclaimed. "I'm…sick of people who try to hurt me…I just…want this pain of mine to end…I don't want this sorrow of mine to continue…I'll…make sure…to make everything…END!" Seram gently spoke as she put more strength in her hands.

"GH…I don't know what you've been through, little girl…but if you think that this will give you an easy victory…THEN YOU'RE TRYING WITH THE WRONG ENEMY!" Gordon answered, as the veins in his body became more evident, since he decided to use another way to deal with her. During his training, Gordon had been able to get complete control over his magical runes, deciding on the quantity of power those could use. For this time, he decided to use a high output of magecraft, which allowed him to even harm Servants.

With this power-up, Gordon easily raised up Seram and threw her at the ceiling. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Seram couldn't do anything against such power, and she ended up on the upper floors. "I could follow her…but first…" Gordon said before looking with a curious smirk the two Sabers clashing against each other.

Saber of Red and Saber of White were continuing to make their swords clash, with the former getting only more excited and the latter getting only more frustrated. That clash continued for a while until Saber of White shoot two laser beams that forced the other Saber to recoil. "Ngh!"

"How's that? Am I still making you pumped up, ribbed guy?" Saber of White ironically asked. Saber of Red stood up and made another one of his boastful laughs. "AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Aaaaah…yes…this match is simply amazing! This is what makes me feel alive! This is what makes me enjoy all of this!" He proclaimed as he made a loud noise with his feet and pointed his blade at the opponent.

Saber of White's flames started to increase even more. "I see…unfortunately…I don't know if anyone had ever told you this…everything eventually comes to an end…even the things that you enjoy!" He answered while holding tight his sword as well.

"If that's the case, then I'll do anything to not let this moment end this soon! Please! LET ME ENJOY THIS A LITTLE BIT MORE!" Saber of Red shouted as he dashed towards the enemy.

"I WOULDN'T HAVE HIGH HOPES, ASSHOLE!" Saber of White answered doing the same. The two Sabers clashed, making a strong impact, while the flames of Saber of White started to surround everything. "SOON YOU WON'T EVEN KNOW IF YOU ENJOYED THIS OR NOT ONCE I'LL TURN YOUR WHOLE BODY TO ASHES!" Seram's Servant shouted.

"I WOULD TAKE IT AS AN HONOR, TITAN! DIDN'T I MAKE IT CLEAR BEFORE! FIGHTING AGAINST PEOPLE LIKE YOU IS WHAT PLEASES ME THE MOST! ADMIT IT, YOU'RE HAVING ONE HELL OF A FUN AS WELL!" Saber of Red answered with the same tone while pushing further and further.

"IN YOUR DREAMS!" Saber of White shouted, pushing as well. Surprisingly enough, both Servants ended up making a cut in each other's belly. This showed how Saber of Red's Noble Phantasm from before had weakened Saber of White, thus making him more vulnerable. "UNECCAPTABLE…A MORTAL LIKE YOU INJURING SOMEONE LIKE ME IS ABSURD!" Saber of White shouted, now even more furious, as the flames in his body became brighter.

"AHAHAHAH! Surprised? AND THIS IS NOTHING!" Saber of Red answered before the two of them started to clash their swords again. Sparkles and iron noises could be heard and seen throughout the room, which started to become hotter. And then…in that moment…

"AAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Gordon suddenly arrived, covered in electric shockwaves and headed towards Saber of White with a fist that didn't do much but still made him recoil. "NGH! WHAT THE FUCK!?" Saber of White exclaimed.

"Ow, it burns!" Gordon said while holding his hand. "Master! What a pleasant surprise to see you here!" Saber of Red.

"Oh, please! Did you think I'd let you have all the fun?" Gordon answered with a mocking smile, which made Saber of Red laugh. "Ahah! You're unrecoverable! How about we smash him together, then?" He asked. "I couldn't ask for anything better!" Gordon replied.

Saber of White, in the meantime, was standing up. "A Master that harms a Servant…me out of everyone…" He simply said…before… "Ah…Ahahah….ahahahahahaha…ahahahaahahahahahah! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!" He released a boastful laugh and held his face with his hand. "This must be the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen! And you know what I do with ridiculous things that piss me off?" He ironically asked before dashing towards his enemies, catching them by surprise. "I PULVERIZE THEM!" Saber of White answered while attacking with the sword.

"NGH!" Both Gordon and Saber of Red had to recoil. But this didn't scare them. On the contrary, this made them only more excited, as they both spit down and looked at Saber of White with a smirk. "WREAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" The two of them started to attack repeatedly Saber of White, who answered with his sword. But at this point, he was far to annoyed by all of this, as he decided to end this. "DISAPPEAR!" He shouted before making an upper cut with his sword that sent both opponents in the upper floors. "AAAAH!"

Saber of White then decided to reach them by making a jump.

Back to Cahya and Maximilian, the homunculus was pushing the strategist of the White Rose backwards with several attacks of his sword. Maximilian answered by attacking with his penknives, holding them together in his hands. "So, this is your will to live forward homunculus!?" He asked.

"That's right! I hope that now you have made a different opinion of me!" Cahya exclaimed as he made a horizontal cut that forced Maximilian to recoil of a few inches away

"Ngh! I…must say…" Maximilian commented while making particular movements with his hands. Suddenly…Cahya could see that every part of the room, even the smallest one, was covered with knives. "This match has become a lot of fun…" Maximilian added with a smirk. "I could see your desire of prevailing over me, and I must admit, it's pretty impressive. Maybe you're not a total doll like I thought you were. But…I, too, have my reasons to win, which I already told you. Therefore…I hope that you are ready to become a strew." He added.

Cahya held his sword tightly while waiting for the enemy's attack. In his eyes there were neither hesitation, nor fear. Just the calm like that of a gentle river. This non-feeling that he used to hate was now helping him to keep the calm and be ready for every eventuality. Even Maximilian noticed it. "There's no fear in his eyes…he's waiting for me…I do wonder…is he really a homunculus?" He thought before raising his hand then lower it. "Go."

The knives immediately started to fall against Cahya, who stretched his eyes slightly before starting to answer with his sword. "HEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" He moved like a machine that was fueled with electricity, as he moved swiftly and quickly his sword to get rid of all the knives that were falling on him. Suddenly, when the road was clearer, he could see Maximilian attempting to stab him with a knife he was holding. Cahya jumped away, but this made the Icecolle mage smirk, suggesting that it was something he wanted.

"Huh?" Cahya wondered before noticing that more knives were falling behind him. "Oh no!" He quickly moved to the right, where more knives were waiting him. Soon, at every moment the homunculus was waiting, a horde of knives was there ready to fall, forcing him to use his sword and not have a moment of rest.

"While we were fighting, I've covered this whole room with strings filled with knives, like a sort of spider web. This should be enough to limit your movements! Tell me, homunculus! Are you still convinced of your words!?" Maximilian said. He opened his hand and released another sphere made of dark energy at the homunculus, who noticed it and released a beam made of energy from his sword, that clashed against it and generated a small impact.

"The answer? Absolutely." Cahya simply answered as he glared at his enemy. Maximilian grunted for a second and then took more knives to make a more direct approach to the homunculus, who waited for him to make a parry counterattack that successfully worked. "Gah!" Maximilian spit some blood before lowering his hand, making two knives stab Cahya's shoulders. "Gh!" He didn't expect this, so he was more open to Maximilian who released a burst of purple flame to sent him away. "GAAAAAH!"

Cahya fell to the ground before standing up. "Anf…he's becoming stronger over time. But I think the next set of attacks will be enough to take him down once and for all..." Maximilian thought as he glared at his opponent, who did something unexpected for him. "Wait what!?" He exclaimed.

Cahya made a loud step before dashing towards him while being covered in a clear blue light. In an instant, he already hit Maximilian and pushed down until they reached the B2 floor. "GHHH! CURSED HOMUNCULUS!"

"EHAHAHAAHAHAH!" Back to the two Assassins, the Oni Servant was becoming more and more excited as the battle went on, showing all the fun that a demon could have, while Cleopatra answered with her own blows. The two Servants clashed in a barrage of punches and kicks until Assassin of White cut Assassin of Red's belly with a plate. "ACK!" As an answer, Cleopatra decided to use her golden cobra to slam her to the ground. "HOW YOU LIKE THIS!?" She then took the enemy's ankle by herself and threw her against a monitor.

"KH! Eheheheh…who would have thought…a queen that actually fights…this is new even for me…" Assassin of White commented, as she stood up. "I'm still used to the figure of the sovereign that uses her own subordinates to fight."

"I've studied several ways to fight, you know? I wouldn't participate in a Holy Grail War if so! You've left behind!" Assassin of Red answered.

"Oh, I'm not complaining at all. In fact…this only makes me more exciting…this makes me want to know more about you…I never thought a fight would be that exciting. If only Maximilian was here…he would feel…SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited watching me fight like this." Assassin of White continued.

At this point, Cleopatra felt disgusted by that comment. "I…don't want to know what happens between you and your Master…" She commented. "Oh, it's not that bad…I'M SURE YOU WOULD LIKE IT AS WELL!" Assassin of White answered before dashing at high speed against Assassin of Red, who barely blocked her this time.

"I'm sure you enjoyed love as well back when you were alive! You're a queen, aren't you? I'm sure that someone gave you a good head!" Assassin of White asked while continuing to attack directly. She was starting to use more speed, as scars started to appear all over Cleopatra's body. "NGH!" To push her away, Cahya's Servant used a kick with her high heel boot. "Yes! I've had two men that I loved with all of my heart! But I don't limit myself to just carnal pleasure like you do!" She answered before seeing her opponent making a lightning movement to reach her in less than a second. She was even holding her gourd bottle. "Who said I only think about carnal pleasure? I love everything about love…because it's what makes me feel alive the most! In some way…you could say that I fight for love!" Assassin of White answered before throw Cleopatra away with her gourd bottle. "Everything that makes me feel love is a good motivation for me to fight!" She added.

"ARGH!" Cleopatra crashed once again against a wall. "Anf…anf…fighting…for something you love…huh?" She asked. In that moment…various images of her past flashed through her mind. When she was protecting her beloved Egypt until the very end, when she was in company of the two men that made her feel the happiest queen of her time…and even now, when she's with her Master…that, despite his nature, he is still a good company for her. She stood up and looked at her opponent with a smile. "Assassin of White…you know…maybe deep down…we're not that different…after all…we do both fight for love…" She said before summoning her golden cobra. She quickly made a jump and ordered her animal to dash over the enemy, who charged while holding her gourd bottle, satisfied with the answer she received.

"TAKE THIIIIS!" They both exclaimed. The impact stunned both Servants for a moment, but Cleopatra quickly regained balance and pushed Assassin of White down with a spinning kick. "NGH!" And those two as well, reached the B2 floor.

Back to Calem and Isak, things weren't going too well for the mage of the Red Rose. While he did have some results during the fight, Isak still proved to be superior thanks to his barrier that could defect almost any attack.

The Artel mage was breathing heavily as his coat was mostly red for the blood and his eyes got broken. Isak on the other hand had much less injuries all over his body. "I must praise you for all the effort you've made to stay alive until this very point. To be honest, it's a pleasing surprise to see someone that can go through my barrier in order to attack me. But there's still a large gap between your experiences and mines, boy. It's sad to say it, but I think that the outcome of this match was scripted." The leader of the White Rose told him.

"No…it's not over yet…I still have my greatest resource…I just need to wait for the perfect moment to use it…just one time…and he should be mine…" Calem thought.

"I'll remember you, young one. Like I said before, I'll make sure to give you a review of your melodies once you're dead." Isak said, already convinced to have one. But…it was right in that moment…that he did the exact thing that Calem wanted. He turned the shield into a tentacle.

"NOW!" Calem thought. When Isak was about to crush the mage with the tentacle, Calem dodged it and summoned his flute, surprising the leader of the opponent faction. "What!? Another instrument!?" He thought.

Calem didn't hesitate to immediately play the melody of his instrument. And in a short span of time…it already reached Isak's nerves and soul.

"AH-GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Isak immediately put his hands over his ears, hoping that he could not listen anymore of that cursed melody, but little did he know that it was useless. "T-THIS MUSIC! IT'S LIKE IT ENTERED THROUGH MY BODY AND IT'S DESTROYING IT ON THE INSIDE! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! M-MAKE IT STOP!" He shouted. Due to the pain, he was forced to deactivate the energy around him.

Finally, Calem could see the chance he was waiting for. "As I told you, my melody is not one that ends so quickly! Hope you liked this special!" He said before shooting several filaments of light from his hand. Now that he couldn't do anything, Isak could be attacked with success. "GAAAAAAAH!"

"Yes!" Calem exclaimed, happy to see that his strategy worked. But right in that moment, he could see a smaller tentacle wrap his arm. "What!?"

"Y-YOU STUPID BARD! I'LL TEACH YOU A LESSON!" Isak answered. This seemed to be the first time he was genuinely furious, as his eyes were glowing red. Now that he heard with his own ears the effects of his cursed music, he realized that this boy was something more than expected, so he had to use his magecraft despite the pain to get rid of him as soon as possible. So, he threw him down with his tentacle. "AAAAH!" Calem shouted.

"Time to finish him…" Isak spoke as he jumped down, reaching the B2 floor.

Back to the two Lancers, the battle had become more ferocious once the two Servants decided to go wild in order to destroy the enemy. Lancer of Red, in particular, became a more violent version of herself once she activated her skill Dragon-Kind. "GRAAAAAAAH!" She pushed away Vlad by rotating with her tail, but this time, Isak's Servant quickly stood up and jumped towards her, managing to stab her shoulder with her spear. "GAAAAAH!"

"THAT'S IT! CRY AS LOUD AS YOU CAN, MONSTER! It won't take too long for your purification at this point!" Lancer of White exclaimed. But he got silenced immediately since he got hit by Lancer of Red's tail that pushed him back again. "I don't accept the term purification by someone like you…" She said while raising up her head. "Perhaps you are the one who should see the light…don't you think?" She added. In that moment, she raised her lance as well and she threw it while it got covered in a white energy.

Lancer of White widened his eyes and defended himself with his own lance. "HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!" He was slowly reaching the window and he risked falling from the window, but luckily, he was able to deflect the spear at the last moment. But Lancer of Red already saw that coming and jumped in advance to grab her lance and dive against Lancer of White. "AAAAAH!"

"NO WAY! GHAAAA!" Vlad didn't expect it and inevitably fell from the window. As the two Servants continued to fall down from the building, Vlad didn't seem to lose his focus and continued to attack repeatedly Lancer of Red, who answered with her lance, thus creating another clash of weapons.

"What a man we have here! You don't hesitate even when you're about to die?" Lancer of Red asked. "HA! I've passed through this several times, plus, if you think I could fall that easily then it's clear that you underestimate me!" Vlad answered before blocking Lancer of Red's lance with his hand and push her inside the building with a kick. "GH!"

Vlad then somersaulted to regain balance and plant his lance in a wall of the building, thus preventing his total fall. Then, with a jump, he was able to get back inside the building and attack Lancer of Red, who just stood up. "You, see? Killing me is something that can achieved only in legends! You'll have to do more than just making me fall, dragon!" He exclaimed while keep on attacking.

"NGH! You say this, yet you died! You should stop being boastful because it makes you only more ridiculous, don't you understand!?" Lancer of Red countered. Then with a direct attack, she was able to push Vlad away, who started to spin his lance while getting surrounded by a purple aura. "We'll see who is the ridiculous one, after this! KAZIKLI BEY!" With that, he activated his Noble Phantasm, and soon, the whole area started to get surrounded by thousands of spears.

Lancer of Red started to fly around in order to dodge them, but one of them impaled her on the shoulder, thus putting a stop on her movements. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"Anf…anf…finally…in the end, I was right…justice always prevails over the desires of monsters like you! It's time you finally understand it as you leave this world!" Vlad exclaimed while pointing his lance at the enemy, ready to stab her in the heart.

But in that moment…He found himself blocked in another cube made of energy. "This cube! Again!?" He exclaimed. Lancer of Red was holding her hand open and then she closed it to make the cube explode with Vlad on his inside. "GRAAAAAAH!"

"You seem stick to that affirmation of yours, Vlad III! So, what if I'm a monster!? I was born in this way, and I accept it! This surely doesn't make me inferior to a Heroic Spirit LIKE YOU!" With some effort, Lancer of Red was able to get out from the spear and rotate against Vlad, who, caught by surprise from the last attack, suffered the effects of this one as well. But then he woke up and gritted his teeth and grabbed Lancer of Red, throwing her up. "NGHHH! DON'T THINK I WILL ACCEPT A FATE SUCH AS THIS!" He shouted before following her, reaching the B2 floor.

Back to Adewale and Marcus, the Nwadike mage started to find different ways to use the alchemic circle of reconstruction against the leader of the Red Rose, who made his own road through those creations with his two stockfishes. At one point, Adewale clapped his hand and used the alchemy to create a giant punch from the cement to crush Marcus, who widened his eyes and used his weapons to defend himself. "NGHHHHHH!" The fist proved to be stronger than him, thus he was forced to intensify the magical circuits inside his body to pierce through it and meet his enemy.

"Impressive, alchemist! It takes guts to get an Yggdmillenia like me in trouble! Your brother must be very proud of you!" Marcus exclaimed as he dived towards his enemy, managing to attack his shoulders again and force him to recoil. "GH!" Hearing him say those words made Adewale more furious, as he put his hand on the ground to create a pillar of cement that hit Marcus on the chest.

"Don't you dare pronounce him!" Adewale exclaimed while chasing Marcus, who landed on his feet and clashed his stockfishes against the enemy's fists. "And why's that? You're the one that mentioned him! Did I touch a nerve?" Marcus asked. "EXACTLY!" Adewale answered before grabbing his scruff and use the circle of destruction. "GAAAAAAH!"

"He was the only person who tried to help me. Now that he's in danger I cannot allow anyone to slow me down!" Adewale exclaimed before throwing Marcus down and starting to repeatedly punch him, but the Yggdmillenia mage quickly made some cuts on Adewale's arms and got free. "I see, so mentioning him brings back all the mistakes you've made in the past. It's honorable how you're trying to correct them!" Marcus said before running towards Adewale. The Nwadike mage saw that coming and avoided all the attacks that the leader of the Red Rose was making with his stockfishes.

"That's right! This time I'll make sure that everything goes right, I don't care the price I have to pay!" He answered before pushing Marcus away with a kick. The two looked at each other in silence and were ready to attack again…but in that moment…they could hear the earth rumbling. "Huh? What's happening?" Marcus wondered.

Then…they could see it: Berserker of White grabbed by Berserker of Red falling down from the ceiling. Marcus's Servant threw Adewale's one with violence and landed on his feet. "Berserker!" Marcus exclaimed.

"B-Berserker!? What happened!?" Adewale asked, bewildered by how badly her Servant was injured. "M-Master…stay away…" Berserker of White said as she barely stood up. That action was enough to trigger the other Berserker's madness again, as he quickly grabbed her face again and smashed her on the wall. "GAAAAAH!"

"ARGH! ARTHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUR!" Berserker of Red was now devoid of any rational action as he continued to attack without a single trace of mercy her opponent.

"Dammit…he's out of control…what did his Servant do to make him that angry? I hope I'm able to control him again…or there might be terrible consequences for me as well…" Marcus thought as he watched the scene.

"BERSERKER! RUN AWAY FROM HIM!" Panicked from what he was seeing, Adewale cried out for her Servant. Hearing that made Berserker of Red stop and slowly turn to him. His dark aura became more intense as she threw Berserker of White away and ran towards Adewale, stabbing him in the chest (but not mortally). "BLARGH!"

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Berserker of Red proceeded with making him crash and kick him to the ground. Berserker of White had the time to look up and see with horror what was happening to her Master. Suddenly…a sense of rage and wrath started to pervade her body. The only person who seemed open enough to communicate with her…was getting the same treatment she deserved. This powered up her madness enhancement and regain some of her forces.

"Piece of shit of a knight…WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY MASTER!?" She shouted as she charged against Berserker of Red, surprisingly hitting him and making him crash against a door.

"B-Berserker…" Adewale said as he stood up while holding his belly. "They're both filled with rage at this moment…a disaster might happen in this room right now…" Marcus commented. Both mages couldn't do anything more but grit his teeth and encourage their Servants with the same phrase. "CRUSH HIM/HER DOWN, BERSERKER!"

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Both Servants of the same class started to furiously attack each other with blows that could become only more violent. The impact of those blows was making the windows shatter and the ground crack. Berserker of White then proceeded by grabbing the other Servant's head and throw him against a door. "THIS IS THE LAST TIME THAT YOU USE ME OR MY MASTER AS A TOY, MANGY DOG!" She yelled with all her voice.

Berserker of Red stood up and could only see her opponent just as furious as him. And that glare…reminded him of the same glare…of that person for whom he fell into madness, and he couldn't do anything else than shout her name and charge more violently against Berserker of White. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUR!"

The two Servants clashed again, but this time, Berserker of White resisted more and grabbed the other Servant, throwing him up and then chasing him with her wings at the B2 floor.

"Berserker!" Marcus exclaimed, worried for his Servant. He, followed by Adewale, started to go upstairs and reach them.

And in the end…

Back to the two Archers, the Servant of the White Rose decided to approach Archer of Red more directly by using his coffin as a chainsaw. Kazuto's Servant was impressed to see that he was somehow skilled even with melee weapons, as she felt herself being pushed back by the Servant. She was eventually forced to jump back to catch her breath, but once he saw this opening, Archer of White turned his coffin back to the machine gun and shot at her.

"Ack!" Some bullets ended up hitting Archer of Red, who defended herself with her blade. Some holes on her arms could be seen. "I thought you were more of a shooter Servant! That Chainsaw is terrible!" She commented.

"I could say the same of you, since you wield two blades! But no one has ever said that the Archer-Class must be a class made of only Archers, right? Plus, it doesn't really matter what type of weapon I use…as long as it helps me doing any type of evil possible then there's no problem with me." Archer of White answered with a smirk. He then turned his coffin into a rocket launcher. "And that is the best part of me! I can do whatever I want! As long as it's about bad boys' stuff! Ahahahahahahah!" He added before shooting several missiles at Archer of Red, who widened her eyes and started to run fast to dodge them.

"T-This guy is completely crazy!" She said before dashing towards him surrounded by flames. But before she could deliver any damage, Archer of White promptly blocked her with the coffin. "Kh!"

"Jeez, it took some time to notice, huh? I am crazy, and I'm proud to admit it!" Archer of White answered. Then with nonchalance, he used the coffin to throw Archer of Red against the ceiling. "GAAAAH!"

Cynthia's Master immediately aimed at her to shoot another missile, but this time, Archer of Red broke off the ceiling and cut the missile in two with the naginata. She then quickly took her bow and shot a direct arrow of fire at Archer of White.

"Uh oh." He said before getting hit. Archer of Red landed on her feet, just to find out that Archer of White was still standing. Sweat started to fall down from her head. Not only this enemy turned out to be problematic, but also resistant. She could see as Archer of White took off his coat and looked at her with a contorted smile. "Aaaaah, I'm having such fun with you little samurai girl…though I think that this match is missing something…" The gentleman Servant said before appearing in front of Archer of Red with his coffin. "A little bit of Chaos!" He exclaimed before shooting a missile at close range, thus hurling her away. "AAAAAAAAAH!" She fell heavily on the ground. "Grrrr…I need to answer now…" She said after standing up and try to reach him.

"Aaaah, yes, sweet old chaos! It entertained me in the past, it entertains me now and it won't never stop to entertain me!" Archer of White said, feeling in a poetic vein, as he shot a missile aimed at the center of the floor, causing a large explosion that hit Archer of Red again. "GAAAAAH!" The female Servant fell yet again.

"That expression of pain in your eyes is fantastic! That is what I lived for! To be fair, I couldn't imagine a better scenario than a city like this covered in flames while hearing the screams of people! Don't you agree?" Archer of White asked.

That sentence of his triggered Archer of Red…as she was familiar with that image. She remembered a city of her country…reduced in that state…and a man she cared about move away from her. This made her more serious and have a pure warrior expression on her face. "Y-You know…I've had to live through that scenario back when I was alive…it was something that annoyed me…pretty much…so much that I've decided to pass my own feelings to all of my enemies…so tell me…what's so beautiful about something so apocalyptic!?" Archer of Red asked as she stood up.

"Don't you see? Its whole is what makes it beautiful! I'm simply a person that lives to see this chaos! Nothing more, nothing less!" Archer of White replied. "You could say that…I live for the chaos!"

"Anf…you're right…you really are completely mad…and if you are proud to admit it, then that's fine…" Archer of Red said. In that moment, several tongues of fire started to fly around her, as she crossed her gaze with that of the enemy. "Then I hope you don't regret anything once I defeat you!" She exclaimed before dashing towards Archer of White.

"Ohoh, absolutely not! Come on little samurai girl! Show me more!" The other Servant answered, delighted to see her reaction. He immediately held his coffin tightly to answer to the other Archer's blade. The weapons immediately clashed, making a loud iron noise. Archer of Red gritted her teeth and continued to attack the enemy, despite the clear superiority of Archer of White's defense. For him, that insistence of hers was almost hilarious.

"You do really stick to your image as a samurai heroine, don't you?" He asked before noticing that Archer of Red suddenly made some step backwards. He realized that she was going to use the same strategy of before, which allowed her to badly wound him. "OH NO YOU DON'T!" He promptly used his coffin to fling Archer of Red away. "GAH!"

Before she could do anything else, Archer of White shot another missile from the rocket launcher, causing a large explosion. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! That's it! A big boom as I like them!" He exclaimed. But…when the smoke disappeared, the Servant wasn't there anymore. "What!? Where did she-" Archer of White was confused by this, but then he could feel someone grab him from the shoulders. When he raised his head up, he could see with shock that Archer of Red was above him, grabbing him by his shoulders with her legs. "I told you! I would have found other ways to take you down!" Kazuto's Servant shouted before throwing him away.

"GAAAAAH!" Archer of White crashed against the wall and then fell down. His impact made the floor crumble and he fell to the B2 floor, making Archer of Red follow him.

Back to Kazuto and Cynthia, the Rosi mage was impressed by seeing for how long the Tohsaka mage had resisted. Even if she was helped by her mystic eyes' ability, Kazuto proved to be a more dangerous enemy than expected with his fire magecraft.

The girl jumped backwards while her enemy was flying towards her with the help of the flames. Thanks to her skill, Cynthia could predict the type of movement Kazuto would have done and rolled to the right in time before the other mage could attack her with a fist of flames. She then took advantage of his position to strike with a slash of her blade, causing a large cut on his body. "ACK!" Kazuto then rushed to her direction and tried with another punch, which was blocked by the girl's blade, making her recoil of a few meters.

Cynthia used her mystic eyes to see the boy's next action. She could see that he was going to use his free arm to release a burst of flames from it. So, when he did so, she jumped to the left, thinking that she avoided another attack, but to her surprise, Kazuto turned on her and used a kick of fire to throw her away. "GAH!" Cynthia got slammed several times on the ground before stopping. When she stood up, she glanced bewildered at her enemy. "He did it again…there's no way he could have predicted my use of the mystic eyes, right!?" She thought. She then raised her blade to shoot several bullets made of energy against the Tohsaka mage, who hit the ground with a flame to give enough charge to fly high and avoid them more easily. Kazuto then dived against Cynthia who jumped back to avoid him, but the Tohsaka mage immediately raised his head up to snap his fingers and provoke an explosion that fully hit the Rosi mage and made her recoil. "GAAAH!"

"Anf…anf…" Kazuto was starting to feel the fatigue over his body, but he still had some energy to use, especially now that he could see some improvements during the battle. It was a risky gamble since he was still injured for the battle he had with Cynthia a few hours earlier, but it seemed that he was going to get out of there alive. Or at least…this is what he thought.

Cynthia stood up and held her head. "Anf…now you see how serious I am…I'll make sure to win this time…" Kazuto told her.

These words made Cynthia feel only more frustrated. She could understand this situation when it happened against Gordon, who seemed to be more expert than Kazuto and stronger that she was able to get him to withdraw with the help of Adewale, but she couldn't accept that another mage, weaker than Gordon, could find new ways to attack her. In this moment, Cynthia was observing Kazuto as an obstacle. A little obstacle that was put in front of her and her ambitions. Why was he there? Why was he insisting so much on fighting an opponent he couldn't win?

"…Wait…that's right…" Suddenly…a more optimistic thought crossed her mind, after realizing that…she was right…despite everything he was doing…she still was the strongest one. Therefore…she could still win. It was in that moment…that Cynthia remembered what to do in situations like this. This made her grin…and do something else.

She started to whistle…just like with Gordon.

"Eh? Is she whistling…?" Kazuto asked. The Rosi mage then…with a neutral expression, she stood steady while aiming at the Tohsaka mage. Kazuto didn't like this at all, as he stood ready while sweat was coming down from his head. But he could never know what would have happened next.

SPLAT!

In less than a second, Kazuto could see a lot of blood spilling from him, as he widened his eyes in horror. Cynthia wasn't a few meters away from him anymore, making him slowly turn around and notice her behind him. Cynthia as well, turned her face around…and Kazuto could see a convinced and determined smirk on her expression. He could immediately understand what she was going to do…

She was ready to take him down.

Cynthia didn't lose any time and started to attack the other mage repeatedly with his blade, which moved like some sort of whip that attacked the victim everywhere. Kazuto tried to defend himself as best as he could, but that effort was meaningless, as several cuts started to open everywhere in his body, even on his front.

"GAH! W-WHAT THE HELL!? She's acting completely different from before!" Kazuto thought before trying to answer that violent attack. He released a burst of flames that was avoided with no problem by Cynthia, who used the blade like some sort of rope to wrap Kazuto. "Agh! Now her blade changes shape!?" Kazuto exclaimed.

"TAKE THIS!" Cynthia shouted, as he started to slam Kazuto several times with the blade. Her attacks were now more impetuous and violent than before. It was almost as she completely turned into a completely different person or as she took off a mask she was wearing until a few moments earlier. This was the determined Cynthia that wanted to prove to the whole world what she was made of.

She then threw Kazuto against an iron bar. "NGAH!" When Kazuto stood up, he could see Cynthia already a few centimeters from him. The mage of the Red Rose could only have an instant to block that blade with a punch. He tried to attack with his free hand, but Cynthia already pushed him away after predicting his next action.

"Gah!" Kazuto could see his enemy run, but this time, she started to run around him while delivering several slashes to his body. "D-DAMMIT! She's using new ways to attack me! At this point-" He couldn't even finish his sentence that Cynthia stopped in front of him. "NOW YOU CAN SEE THAT I AM SERIOUS AS WELL!" She shouted before making a barrage of attacks with her blades.

After five seconds of silence, Blood started to come out from all the cuts Kazuto had in his body…and the boy inevitably fell to the ground, almost unconscious. A small puddle of blood started to form under him. His expression was terrified, as he never expected such a turnback from her.

Cynthia was breathing heavily, but she was smiling. She almost couldn't believe it…she was able to take him on the ground. She helped her faction. She did that…all by herself. Her pride couldn't be bigger than now. If she could, she would have started to sing. For once, she could prove the contrary of what she always had heard from others. Her joy was just…too big.

"Eheheh…you, see? You can try as many times as you can…but you'll always end down on the ground…" She spoke.

"U-Ugh…" Surprisngly, Kazuto was still moving and tried to stand up. "What? You still want to fight? Don't you see it? I'm far superior to you and you can barely move at this point! The best thing you should do is lay down! Even if you could stand up again, I could still beat you! There's no point in your struggle anymore. I know reality is hard to accept but face it!" Cynthia told him.

"NGH…I…I'm…not…done…yet…" Kazuto said as he continued to move his muscles to stand up. "I…won't be silenced…by someone like you…" He added.

"Sigh…how stubborn can you be? I'll just say it as many times it will be necessary…a mage like you cannot prevail on me. It's better if you give up on your wish!" Cynthia insisted, since she could afford to it.

The Tohsaka mage was starting to get even more furious and furious when it came to that girl's personality. Her arrogance was starting to genuinely make him explode. Especially with those last words, which made him think. He suffered for so long, he had lost so many things…even a person he cared for…and now that he was there…she told him that he wasn't going anywhere? That made him unleash only more flames, which were seen by Cynthia as a last desperate attempt which was already predicted. But Kazuto continued to stand up, surrounded by that fire.

"JUST WHO THE FUCK YOU THINK YOU ARE!?" He shouted. Cynthia seemed pleased to see that reaction of his, as she saw it as a result of her supremacy over him. So…just of making him rage even more…she dared to answer in a specific way.

"God."

That was it. She couldn't know…that she made a single mistake that compromised her victory: abuse of this moment and become arrogant. His body was trembling…the room started to take a bright red color, and his eyes lost the pupils. In an instant, Kazuto became an active volcano surrounded by flames like a god of fire that headed like the fastest jet ever towards his enemy, willing to disintegrate her.

"CYNTHIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

"AH!?" He was too fast for her to predict her movements that she got immediately hit by a firing fist…that provoked a titanic explosion that made her sunk down through the floors of the building.

"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The Rosi Mage fell with a violent impact. It could be considered a miracle if she was still alive. But she couldn't even move at this point.

"ANF…ANF…ANF…ANF…ANF…anf…anf…anf…" Kazuto was still burning with his heart that was pumping like never before…but after seeing what he had done…he was able to calm down and turn back normal…

"I…I won…?" He wondered before noticing the hole he created. "Anf…this time…I may have exaggerated…but…I just couldn't hold her. Guess…it's time to finish the job…" He concluded before jumping down.

With that…everyone turned back to the B2 floor. All the mages and all the Servants were glaring at their opponent. They were all tired and massacred, but they were still there. They all turned around after they saw Kazuto arrive.

"Kazuto!" Astrea exclaimed. "Wait…is he…smoking?" Calem asked after noticing that particular in Kazuto's body. "What happened?" Archer of Red asked.

"I…defeated her…there's no time to waste…" Kazuto answered. Archer of White was shocked to see that someone like her Master was laying down near her. "Master!? What did he do to you!?" He exclaimed bewildered.

"A-Ah…A-Ar…cher…" She spoke. Her voice was choked, and she could barely move an arm…she wanted to use a Command Spell…but she lacked the strength, as she wondered why she lost. "Everything was going so well…then why…!?" She thought.

Isak on the other hand, looked at the scene in silence and then turned at the leader of the opposite faction, with still his eyes glowing red. "It looks like we made a huge mess, didn't we?" He asked with a smirk.

"And yet you're still here…" Marcus simply answered. "If that's the case then I don't have problems to continue…right, Saber?" Gordon asked to his Servant. "Absolutely! I could continue all day!" Saber of Red answered, not caring for the state of his body.

"Wasn't the lesson I gave you dickheads enough? I was right…I should directly incinerate you at this point!" Saber of White answered.

"I agree…so how about we end this so that we can take the-" Maximilian was going to add something but stopped himself when he looked around…and noticed that the whole floor…was completely empty. "Uh!?" His eyes widened immediately.

"What?" Isak asked before looking himself…and he had the same reaction. "N-No way…" The others looked as well.

"This…this got to be a joke, right? It…It can't be…" Kazuto spoke. "I…I don't understand that either…" Archer of Red added.

"Where…where is it?" Caster of Red asked.

"Where's…the Holy Grail…?" Seram demanded. The floor was empty…and without traces of the much-desired relic. Only emptiness.

"No…this…this has to be a mistake…I…I've felt its energy…I'm sure of it! It was it! It called me!" Marcus exclaimed. "It would make no sense!? If it's not here…then what was that large amount of the Grail, I've felt before!? It must have been that!" Isak added. The two leaders were the most shocked ones, since they were the ones who desired the Grail the most.

In an instant…all the convictions disappeared…since their main goal wasn't there…all that struggle…for nothing.

"Dammit…I…I hoped…" Oeneus said, frustrated. "Was…was it all a lie?" Adewale added.

"Have we…all been deceived…?" Alvis thought. A creepy silence followed that reaction. The storm immediately turned back into calm.

Until…

"ARTHUR" Berserker of Red seemed to be the only one who didn't care of the scene, as he kept on glaring at Berserker of White, ready to attack her. "Damn dog…you still want to fight!?" The other Berserker asked.

Everyone looked at them…and then…turned to their opponents.

At that point…it was useless to make questions that couldn't have an answer…but at least…there was still something that could bring a satisfaction.

"…It's not here…that's right…but at least…I'll be able to settle some…unfinished business…don't you think, Isak?" Marcus asked, looking at the other leader.

"So that's how things are, huh? Your soldier spirit never ceases to surprise me, Marcus." Isak answered as some tentacles started to appear behind him. "If you want to continue this fight, I'm more than willing to do it. Right, guys?"

Oeneus immediately turned on the opposite faction. "That's what I thought at first…at least…we'll have some victory in our hand, even if smaller…" He spoke. "Jeez, didn't you see yourself? You're all messed up!" Astrea asked.

"Who cares? What matters is that I can have more fun with my new playmate!" Assassin of White answered, looking at Assassin of Red, who stood ready to dash. "Are you ready, Assassin?" Her Master, Cahya asked. "Heh. Absolutely. To be honest, I also want to settle things with her. Mind if I do?" Cleopatra answered. That made Cahya looks at Maximilian. "She's all yours."

"I see…it would have been a shame if our battle ended up there…so come here…homunculus." Maximilian answered while taking some knives. "It seems that my justice will expand on the other Servants as well!" Vlad added.

"Y-Yes…justice…my own…justice…" Seram said while still being in her dead face mode.

"That's fine by me…I still need to show that guy all my skills as a musician…" Calem said while gazing at Isak. "Now we're talking, Master. Time to entertain me." Lancer of Red added. This last comment made the mage blush.

"Well…I guess it's time to end the match, don't you think, Caster of White?" Caster of Red asked with a smile while standing in a combat pose. "Oh barnacles…" Oeneus's Servant thought once she saw her enemy ready to continue. "O-Oh dear lord…are we…going to fight together, Caster?" Astrea asked.

"It seems so! Time to show me the results of our trainings!" Caster of Red said. This, somehow, made the Alainosta mage feel excited.

"Master…stay behind me." Berserker of White said to her Master. "Are you…defending me?" Adewale asked with a smile. "That's my job, after all…especially if it's about that miserable dog…" The female Servant replied before growling to the other Berserker.

"Guys…I know that we are badly injured…but we can settle this…if we decimate their forces…we'll be a step closer to victory. For real this time." Marcus said to the others. "Don't hold back, Berserker…strike them down." He added.

"GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" This was Berserker of Red's answer.

"Oh God, I need to fight against her and that giant again…" Rider of Red thought, a little bit intimidated. Rider of White, on the other hand, was smirking. "What? You're not talking anymore?" She asked. "You want me to help?" Saber of Red asked. "PLEASE SAVE ME!" Rider of Red shouted.

Alvis, on the other hand, looked at Tygo, who glared at him, ready to throw more punches. "Don't think I've forgot about you…" He spoke. At this point, Alvis sighed. Now it was really the time to not think…but just ask. "I'm ready." He spoke.

Kazuto looked at Cynthia, who could barely stand up. He didn't need to add anything. It was time for him to finally answer. "Archer…let's do this." He simply said.

Archer of Red looked at him silence before chuckling. "Guess you're starting to grow up, eh, Master?" She spoke.

Archer of White was sweating a little, since he had to fight alone. For now, he needed to use all of his forces to defend her Master from any attacks or he was probably doomed as well. But overall, he still seemed calm and confident. "Fine…it seems I'll have to be more chaotic to save my skin!" He thought.

And so…once again…all the mages and Servants were in that same position…ready to throw themselves against the enemy and begin round two. This time, they didn't even wait…and dashed.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

They were about to end this…but in that moment…it happened.

It was immediate…and unexpected. A blue lightning fell down from above and with a powerful impact, attacked all the presents in the room, who got blasted away by electric shockwaves.

"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

An explosion followed, and everyone was laying down.

A few moments later…they started to rise from the debris, panting heavily. "Ugh…what…what happened?" Kazuto asked. "I-I don't know…" Archer of Red answered.

"No one was still attacking…then…what was it?" Gordon added. Then…it was Isak who noticed something…weird. "What…What's that?"

Everyone looked there…and once the smoke disappeared…they could see…what seemed to be a shape hidden in a blue flame and electric waves.

"Is that thing…that attacked all of us?" Maximilian asked. "What…what is that?" Astrea added. "This time…I don't know that either…" Caster of Red answered.

Cahya was the first one who widened his eyes, after noticing that something was wrong. "A-Assassin…do you feel it as well?" He asked. Assassin of Red could immediately understand him, as she had the same feeling. "That…large amount of magical energy…is…"

"The same…as us…!?" Vlad ended the phrase, shocking everyone. "What!? The same energy as a-" Adewale stopped himself, once he realized it, followed by the others.

"N-No…way…" Marcus spoke. "How…is it possible?"

"That…must be…" Cynthia, who still laid down, said while watching the scene. "…A…Fifteenth…Servant…" Isak concluded.

No one knew what to say…a sudden twist that left everyone speechless. But…there was no need to add anything…since someone was going to talk for him.

The infiltrate themselves. The participants of the war could hear a voice from that…a male's voice…who started to…sing.

"Hush, now…hide all you little ones rush…now…into the middle of nowhere…singing and laughter will die…"

That melody almost seemed like a child's lullaby…but it was enough to give everyone a shriek of nervousness…and fear. The most sensible ones, such as Kazuto or Astrea could feel their skin turn slowly white for the pressure they were feeling.

"Dreamless sleep…follows the Nowhere King…when his kingdom comes…darkness is nigh…"

The figure continued with that song apparently innocent that held something much bigger.

"Quiet…crawl to the in-between silent…secretive feeling of fearsome…hatred that reaches the sky…"

He then started to stand up, as the flames around him started to become more intense, leaving a harbinger of misfortune to the others. Gordon immediately stood on guard. Even he was starting to sweat. "He's…coming…"

"You will bring…joy to the Nowhere King…when he sees the light…leaving your eyes…"

As soon as he finished the song…the flames disappeared…making him finally reveal his appearance: A young man with a pale skin, wearing a gentleman clothing consisting of a jacket, long trousers and shoes. All of them colored in black and covered under a large coat of the same color that covered most of his body. He also wore a hat, but the most particular aspect of him were his eyes…pure yellow.

Kazuto and Archer of Red swallowed…as they felt a terrible feeling just by looking at him. As if things weren't already complicated…another terrible threat arrive. The others were no less. "W-Who…is…he?" Kazuto thought, feeling worse than the other times he dealt with an enemy.

The unexpected fifteenth Servant looked at everyone…before making a smile.

"Hello…Friends."

And so here we are…this turned out to be a lot, didn't it? But I'm glad I was finally able to finish this odyssey of a chapter. But of course, many of you may wonder…what happened? Why did it take so long?

Well, I'm here to explain everything.

When I started this chapter, I've had the idea to complete it before the end of 2021, to give you a new year's present. But then…I've got too involved in the Christmas mood and I've ended up loosing focus on the story. Then, when 2022 started, I've wanted to dedicate time as well for my other stories and I've also got very distracted. Then, around February, I've gone through one of my typical stressful periods that make me feel depressed that demotivated me on doing anything. Luckily, I was able to pass through it. It was only in this month that I've found a new resolve and charge to continue this chapter. Since this month turned out to be very positive for me (Other than having a new charge, I've also made some important decisions on my future. Plus, in the end i didn't start Bleach, but instead, i've started to read various manga such as Tokyo Ghoul re: and even Fairy Tail! Which i started to really appreciate!), I could finally take the time to work on this chapter, and then I was finally able to complete it! It made me feel sad to see many people ask, "Please update" or "Is this story discontinued?" Because this was not the case. I really hope to bring this story and these characters you created to the proper end, hoping that the future and my head will make me do it.

The other reason this chapter took a while was because, as you can see, it turned out to be extremely long, since I've wanted to experiment the idea of a total battle that involved all the participants of the Holy Grail War. And in order to make it as good as possible for all of you, I've took some time to make it as detailed and as exciting as I could (I really think I've pressed the accelerator with the battles this time!) and in the end, it turned out to be the longest chapter I've ever made for a story until now, even longer than Chapter 14 of Digimon Adventure 04. Music also helped me to go on through this, as I listened to various tracks and songs that I found fitting for the scenes or just really exciting. And I've ended up getting really hyped by myself while writing some of the scenes, like the battle among the two Sabers, the two Berserkers and Kazuto VS Cynthia! (Also a little fact, at the end of their match, as far as it seemed, the two Casters didn't use their Noble Phantasms, they just used more power) And I was also glad to see that I was able to text different ways to proceed a battle, maybe this will turn out of a use for me in the future chapters and in other stories. So I can say that I'm satisfied with the results, despite some battles may sound rushed and inconsistent (but it was probably because I was writing at 0:00 A.M, I'm a masochist, I know XD). Maybe it was a better idea to split this scene in more parts, but hey, sometimes is worth to take a risk, right?

And now, after all of this…it's time as always to hear your opinion. What did you think of this chatper? Did you like the battles that occurred here? What was your favorite moment? Do you feel satisfied with the portrayal of your characters? As always let me know your opinions through your reviews! Your opinion is important as always! And if you see that a chapter isn't coming out for a while, then don't panic! It's just me slacking around or being stressed, that's all! I could see through various PM of some of you that you dedicated time for your OCs and throwing them away like that would indeed leave a bad taste to everyone. So yes, this story is still ongoing! And I hope it can continue like this till the very end!

Thank you again for the long wait, I hope I left you a smile with this chapter. From Bluestar here, Arrivederci!
