Author's note: Chapter 4 had a title change and was meant to include a very violent and gory scene but in the end, I decided not to do that. Instead, that specific scene will be in Chapter 5 which will be coming out Sunday or earlier. Also yes, the title is a reference to Dawko and DHeusta's Darkest Desire

Location: Pizzaplex

Time: 5:30pm

"Greetings valued customers, the Mall will be closing in thirty minutes." a robotic announcer informed over the intercoms, "Please remember and make sure to take all your belongings before you leave the premises."

Will looked up at the glass panels while still holding the Freddy Plushie in his hands. The sky above him was now a mangled hue of Purple and Orange, the colours of sunset. He had escaped out of the stage area and finished his free meal (a simple hotdog in a bun) a while ago but now he had a problem.

It seemed he had gotten lost and was now currently out for longer than he should have been. Worse, he had no idea which door would lead him to where the basement was. He'd entered a few hidden doors that were past the Gold Freddy statue on the first floor but every time he entered, all of the corridors looked the same to him.

'Think Will, Think of something that can remind you of where you originally left from...'

It took him about several minutes but Will finally remembers a shop called "Circus Beauty" that was situated right next to the door where he first entered the Pizzaplex from. All he had to do was find that shop and he would find his way back to his room in the basement.

Eventually, after much searching, he finds the correct door and enters it. All he had to do now was remember where his room was. He briefly recalls where his room was, trying to go back from the same way he exited but as he walks down, he hears two very familiar voices coming from one of the rooms. Will follows their sound, going closer until he can hear them audibly and cautiously, he peers in from the side and witnesses Vanny talking again to the Gold Rabbit Man she called 'Mr Afton'.

However, unlike all the other times he'd seen her, her rabbit mask was off while her costume remained on and now, he could see that Vanny was actually Vanessa, the Security Guard he had seen earlier. But if they were the same...how had she not recognised him back there? Will didn't have time to mull over this thought again as he heard what was said next.

"Good...So the preparations for the Soul Transfer are ready?" Mr Afton inquired.

Will couldn't quite recall how long ago they met today? Was it Afternoon? Early morning? Time was hard to tell considering he lived in a basement with no natural light...

"Yes Mr Afton. Everything's in place and the Device is ready." Vanny informs him.

"Excellent. Tonight I'll have a brand new body to continue my murder spree and experiments with immortality. Even though the Vessel didn't turn out the way I wanted, I feel like possessing it will work really well in my favour because if I'm in the body of a child, it's less likely people would ever suspect that I commited any murders and you will continue assisting in covering for me"

'Murder?' Will thought fearfully. He didn't know what it meant but he simply felt that it meant something very, very bad. An ugly feeling began to form in the pit of his stomach.

"Mr Afton, can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"So what happens when you possess your clone? Will you be like...sharing a body with him or something?"

"Oh Vanny, my Vessel doesn't have a true soul. It only has an artificial one that's being sustained by a small amount of my Remnant. Think of him as like...a piece of dough separated from a larger chunk of dough. Tell me, what happens to the small dough when you roll it into the large dough, Vanny?"

"They merge together." Vanny states matter of factly.

"Exactly. Once I enter my Vessel's Body, my Soul will merge with his and he will become one with me. Whatever personality it developed or experiences it had over the past few weeks: POOF", To emphasise his point, he made the gold rabbit icon vanish. "Gone in an instant".

Will's eyes widened in fear. He couldn't believe what he was hearing: He was going to disappear if this William Afton guy took over him!

'No, I don't want that!' Will didn't want that to happen to him at all. The ugly feeling in the pit of his stomach grew worse.

"Don't tell me you're feeling bad about it Vanny?"

"No." the woman shook her head. "I'm not. I understand what has to be done".

"Excellent. Go fetch him and bring him to the Old Pizzeria below. It's about time to begin."

The ugly feeling was telling him to RUN. To go away NOW if he wanted to keep living. And so the clone did, sprinting back towards the exit. William heard the loud and rapid footsteps instantly echoing in the empty corridors.

"Vanny, someone's heard us!" William warned her.

Vanny exits the room and sees a familiar boy running away. "Uh Mr Afton...I have some bad news..."

"What!"

"Your clone was the one who overheard us...he's running away".

"Are you serious?! How and Why did it – Ugh Nevermind. Don't stand there! Get him!"

Vanny nods, quickly dons her rabbit mask and gives chase to the Vessel who had just left again by the very same door he entered from.

Location: Pizzaplex

Time: 5:56pm

The boy pants and wheezes, sprinting as fast as his short legs can carry him in the now empty mall, devoid of almost anyone but himself (and also janitorial robots which had just emerged minutes ago to do their usual nightly clean up). However, Will's attention wasn't diverted to any of the machines he hadn't seen before because his survival instincts had kicked into full gear and he couldn't stop running or afford to be distracted.

All the stores were closed, the main lights were switched off and only the dim neon glow of the walls surrounded him ominously. All Will could do now was move and look forward as there were currently very few places to hide and no one at all to rescue him.

"Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex is now closed. Initiating Night Time Protocols." A mechanical but friendly voice above announced.

"No! No! Wait, I'm still here!" Will cried fruitlessly to the pre-recorded voice. Panicking more now, he tried to run even faster as his only plan right now was to reach the entrance and run free into the world outside from there.

Soon, he had reached the Golden Freddy Statue but upon seeing that the main entrance doors had already been sealed with a steel covering that depicted Freddy Fazbear's Face winking at him in an almost mocking manner, he knew that his original plan of escaping was now moot. He heaved and panted, pausing to catch his breath as he had never run this fast in his life (which was only about 14 days).

'Now what am I supposed to do?'

"Aww...too bad Will." Vanny made a 'tsk tsk' noise, having finally caught up to him, "You can't leave. Just give up and come back with me alright?"

Presently, Will had no chance of leaving this mall anymore until he could find another possible exit to the outside world...but if he couldn't leave, he might as well just continue hiding and running from Vanny, just like she had taught him all those days ago. He wasn't willing to sacrifice his existence and disappear for someone he barely knew. Not here and definitely not now.

With that, he scowled defiantly at her and continued to run forward, going deeper into the mall.

"WILL!" Vanny screeches as she chases after him, "STOP RUNNING AND RETURN TO ME NOW!"

He looks back and sees that Vanny is still after him. At first, he had a good head start running away from Vanny but due to being inexperienced at running, he was already starting to tire of it. He'd wasted a large amount of energy running to the entrance and it wasn't long before he started feeling the fatigue set into his body. He was taking more and more breaks in his sprints and knew he couldn't keep this up forever.

Worse, earlier he had tripped over an abandoned Monty action figure while sprinting in near darkness. It resulted in him ending up with a bruise (or was it a cut?) and also gave the Rabbit Woman ample time to catch up to him and now, she was so much closer to catching him.

"You're slowing down Will. Good. That means you're getting exhausted..." she taunted him from the end of the wide corridor.

Will stumbled to get up and and kept on running upwards and away with no hesitation

Currently, Vanny had chased him all the way to the birthday event area near the now closed Holographic Concert Stage.

At this point, Will felt as if he couldn't run anymore. He was already so out of breath and needed a break and thus, he decided to hide under one of the many tables. However, he couldn't stay here for long as soon, he heard the soft footsteps and furry feet slowly approaching him from the left. He holds his breath and stays still for a while, hoping she won't look underneath or already heard the sound of his laboured breathing.

"Will...?" Vanny calls to him in a softer, more apologetic voice this time, "I'm so sorry I was a little loud and aggressive with you earlier. It won't happen again."

Vanny then walks forward more, thankfully bypassing him.

"Please come out Will?" Vanny begs, "I may have lost my temper earlier but it's only because Mr Afton really needs you. You know, he's going to be very angry if neither of us return to him"

Only empty silence followed her statement.

"Listen, Will, I'm not sure how much you heard but please, don't be scared: Becoming Mr Afton's Vessel won't hurt at all and he'll take good care of your body once he has it."

Will grimaced. Vanny didn't understand why he was afraid of returning to Mr Afton at all.

Then, he hears Vanny let out an insane-sounding chuckle, "Ah...I get what this is now. Is this a Game Will? Did you get bored of tag and now, you want to play hide and seek? Alright then Will, I'll play along. I'll come find you but if I catch you, I win the game and you have to come back with me".

Will gulps tensely as he hears her flips the cloth under one of the tables that were two rows of tables away from him.

"Not here? Ah well, I'll find you eventually".

Oh no...She was practically close to finding him now. The moment he saw her feet from under the table cloth again, he knew she would look under his table and catch him here.

'Ok Will...what's next?'

Will thinks for a moment and remembers the massive Stage in front of the Birthday Area. He recalled what happened when Freddy collapsed a while ago, recalled that one of the men who attended to the mechanical Bear had pressed a button that made the stage they were on descend into a Pit of sorts.

If Will could just make it to the Stage, he could find and press that button to escape from Vanny and hopefully find an exit too.

However, he had to be cautious and brave to get there and so, mustering his strength and courage, he crept out from under the table knowing what he had to do, emerging from a side where Vanny couldn't see him and stealthily made his way forward on bent legs, looking left and right and even behind him. Lucky for him, Vanny was still busy flipping table clothes on second and looking under them.

Will knew it wouldn't be long before she saw him sneaking off and needed to cause distraction.

"I'm sorry." Will whispers to his Freddy Plush before leaving his favourite doll behind under one of the tables to fool Vanny. Then, he continued to creep quickly towards the stage area until he got to the steel barricades that he slowly had to push open in order to enter.

Vanny flipped over all the tables. Only the third row was left and what she saw underneath made her smile.

"There you are."

She slowly approaches and tosses off the table cloth, only to see that Will isn't there. It's only his Freddy Plushie.

WHIRRR T-CHUNKT

The rabbit woman turns her head towards the Centre Stage, immediately realising that she had been tricked for Will had already pressed the button, causing the platform to move him swiftly downwards.

Vanny screeches and rushes towards the platform that was already sinking into the ground. The moment she reached the stage, she realised that it was too late. Will was already too far down into the pit and if she tried to jump in after him now, her legs would break. Will gazed at her fearfully as her blood red rabbit eyes seemingly glared into his own with malice and frustration.

"Dammit! You can't run forever Will!" she screamed at him. "I know where you're going!"

Screaming that, Vanny left to head down the stairs that would bring her to the Parts and Service Area.
