Location: Main Stage Area

Time: 6:10am

Monty arrives with Gregory in his arms at the Main Stage (which was ironically a short walk away from the Party Area Gregory had been in several minutes ago) and just parallel to them, Vanny had suddenly emerged from the darkness, carrying a box of medical supplies and heading in their direction as well.

The boy can't see Bonnie anywhere in sight so he assumes William probably hid it under that illusion disc again and his assumption was right as, at the moment they stepped close to the centre of the stage, the animatronic uncloaked. Under Fake William's control, its eyes glowed neon purple and he turned its head to face him.

"Hello again Gregory." he greets the boy politely, "I see you've got a nice jacket. It's really going to suit us after the transfer is complete".

"Go die in a fire." Gregory hisses at the Fake.

"Aww that stings. You know, I heard you trying to kill yourself earlier though the cameras but I'm so glad you didn't go through with it…" He pets the boy's head with Bonnie's hand, "We have so much to live for".

Gregory flinches away from Fake William with a disgusted expression while Monty puts him down. The very second he lands on solid ground, the clone instinctively tries to make a bolt for it but Monty swiftly grabs him by the waist as soon as he takes a single step away from him.

"I'm afraid that you aren't going anywhere this time Little Rabbit." Vanny approaches the boy, having already set down the box that was in her hands.

Panicking, Gregory presses the button to communicate with Freddy on his Fazwatch and talks into it hurriedly, "Freddy, I'm at the Main Stage area. Please help me! I'm sorry I —"

Before he could offer a longer apology, Vanny grabs Gregory's wrist, unlatches the Fazwatch and drops it to the ground. And to further ensure it was deactivated, she crushed it to pieces under her heel.

"No!" Gregory cries. As he loses hope, Vanny pulls out a syringe from a pocket in her rabbit costume. It was filled to the brim with a sedative.

"This is a much stronger dose. Hopefully you fall asleep this time ~".

Gregory thrashes about erratically in the hopes of dissuading her from injecting the transparent fluid into him but Monty quickly changes his grip, letting the boy's waist go for a second before grabbing both of the boy's elbows and pinning them to his waist, squeezing the boy a little in order to constrict his movements.

"Shhh, little Will," she soothes the frantic boy, "Let Vanny take all the nasty pain away".

Rolling up his purple jacket and blue shirt collar, she introduced the sedative into Gregory's bloodstream by jabbing the syringe into his right shoulder.

He feels the sting of the injection and, in a few seconds, his world spins before his very eyes and his body goes completely slack. She grabs his limp form from Monty, setting him down on the stage floor before grabbing a few supplies she brought from the box.

Then, laying them down next to Gregory, she removes her rabbit gloves, rubs sanitiser onto her delicate hands and proceeds to open his mouth. She leans in closer to better examine the damage done. The reason for his bleeding gum it seemed was caused by Monty knocking out one of his teeth from the top left side of his mouth.

"Poor thing. Little Will lost a tooth, Mr Afton. How did that happen?"

"I'm pretty sure Monty just knocked an already loose tooth out. He's still a child so I think his "big boy" teeth have yet to fully develop so to speak." William postulates, "Also, I'm curious. Where do you keep getting these sedatives from?"

"Oh there's a batch of them in kitchens." Vanny nonchalantly tells him, "They use them as ingredients in Moondrop Candy".

"They're drugging kids to sleep with candy? That's hilarious." Fake William grins and laughs, "I used to do the same thing when I murdered those kids. Usually they wouldn't scream so much after eating the 'candy' I offered them…".

Gregory feels repulsed by Fake William's statement as he's launched into another memory.

A 10 year old William arrives in front of Henry's home and presses the doorbell. In a few minutes, his best friend opens the door and stares at William with a horrified expression as the boy's arms are bruised blue and purple, scars cut in various sections from an argument with his father hours ago.

"Did your Father hurt you again?" Henry asks his friend worriedly.

"He did but I'm ok." William winces, trying not to let his weakness show, "I just need some plasters and I'll be fine".

"You need more than just plasters Will. Let me get my Aunt to help you".

"No, I don't need that. I just need –"

"Don't be stubborn, that cut on your arm is bleeding!" Henry points out.

William is silent, gazing at the wound, before answering. "Fine".

Henry escorted William to his living room and the bruised boy lay down on the soft orange sofa near his fireplace while Henry retrieved a warm drink for his best friend.

"Here, I got you some tea. You like Earl Grey don't you? My Aunt will be here with a first aid kit soon so don't worry".

"Yeah. Thank you Henry." Gregory murmurs, "I don't know what I'd do without you".

"I'm not Henry, silly boy. I'm Vanny" The rabbit lady corrects him.

"Don't mind him. He's just lost in one of William's memories".

Fake William then sees Monty in a corner idling about in the dark. He didn't seem to be searching for threats as he appeared to only be staring at a single spot above him where there was nothing but a ceiling light.

"Hey Gator. Don't just stand there doing nothing!" William scolded him, "Walk around, protect us from any possible intruders or better yet: Why don't you check if my Vessel was damaged anywhere else. You have scanners don't you?!"

"R-Right. Sorry." Monty snapped back to reality, "I was looking for anything in the shadows and thought I saw some movement".

The Gator does as he says, using the scanners in his eyes to perform a thorough analysis of the boy for injuries. Vanny steps away from Gregory for a minute as the scanner's light roams over him twice to obtain and ensure accurate results.

"So how is he?" William questions.

"The little guy is ok. Not too much damage. Just some bruises and a missing tooth".

Without permission, Fake William jumps into Monty's mind to check if he's lying to him.

"Fascinating." William muses to himself, "I've never fully used this scanning technology before in the animatronics. Roxy's eyes are more powerful of course but the scanners in their regular eyes are also quite advanced. They're literally X-Rays built for detecting injuries and producing a rapid diagnosis. So far Monty is right: There are scratches, some bruises, a lost tooth and so far no broken bones which is good and – hm?

"Vanny, open the boy's mouth again and show me his two front teeth." William orders her. Vanny does as he says.

William looks into the boy's mouth curiously, "Huh…maybe there are some advantages to him being a defective clone after all".

"What are you talking about Mr Afton?"

"William used to have buck teeth as a child but this clone doesn't".

"Wait," Vanny chuckles, "Are you serious? William used to have —"

"Yes. I don't like to think about it. Anyway, go bandage or plaster the rest of his injuries while I prepare the device".

They'd finally arrived at the Pizzaplex Entrance, the location where Gregory sent out his signal but, by the time they'd turned up, Fake William had already re-initiated the lockdown protocols and the boy was already gone. The only evidence of Gregory's presence in the area being his duffel bag and Freddy Fazbear plushie.

Freddy looked at the doll in his paws and, with great sadness, stuffed it and the bag into his chest cavity.

"Do you think he left before the lockdown?" Mike questions staring at the entrance's glass panels which were currently blocked by a metal barrier.

"Unlikely." Henry shook his head, "Considering his stuff is still here, he definitely didn't manage to escape whoever caught him."

Suddenly, a voice storms into Freddy's brain: It's an apology from Gregory who also gives him his latest location. However, his apology is cut off followed by the Fazwatch signal Once again.

"Oh no….The boy…I've failed him…"

Freddy had often prided himself to be a well-behaved, joyful and helpful animatronic. Not once had he failed a child in his two year long stint in the Pizzaplex, be it in making them happy or keeping them safe. However, for the first time tonight, he found that he failed to do both to the current child that was under his care.

"I'm sorry everyone. We are too late". Freddy places his head in his hands.

Henry and Mike turn their heads towards the bear, alarmed, "What happened?"

"I just lost Gregory's Fazwatch signal again but I know he's in the main stage area and well…the last words I heard were him apologising to me".

Anxiety overwhelms the older ghost, "I have a bad feeling about this…Let's go there before it's really too late to save him".

"I don't." Mike folds his arms, "But yeah, let's go or whatever".

"I think we should regroup with Chica and Roxy first though." Freddy suggests, "They will be just up ahead at my Golden Statue. From there, we can quickly discuss plans with them before going to Gregory's last known location as there's a chance that Monty, the Attendant or other bots could be stationed there to prevent us from reaching the boy".

"I think that's a great idea." Henry affirms Freddy's idea, "We need all the help we can get to save Gregory".

Freddy nods and starts rushing forward at an even faster speed than usual.

"You know Mike, I thought you'd be a bit more understanding of Gregory hating himself because he looked like William considering you had a similar situation." Henry says sternly.

"Yeah but like I said, there's a difference between looking like him and actually being Him".

There's a minute of silence between the two restless spirits. Freddy cuts in:

"Mike, do you really want to go to Hell with your Father?"

"Yes….Ok well…No." Mike admits reluctantly, "I want to go to Heaven Freddy. But I…I can't. Evan won't forgive me. I can't forgive myself. I don't deserve a place with him in heaven. I don't deserve a happy ending".

"Is that why you've been forcing yourself to be cruel to Gregory?" Freddy points out, slowing down his speed slightly to focus on conversing with Micheal.

"Forcing myself to be cruel?" Mike raises an eyebrow doubtfully, "I'm not forcing anything".

"But you are. I can tell this isn't like you based on the way you were like when we first met." Freddy points out, "Before we met the boy, you were happy. You gladly entertained children whenever I would malfunction and you loved it. You even were compassionate to even the most annoying children and there weren't any bad intentions in your heart. This sudden change in your behaviour has me concerned and I feel the way you've been acting tonight…it's not true to who you really are".

"I don't get what you mean Freddy. This is the real me. I hate that boy with a burning passion. He's an annoying brat that deserves to die." Mike sneers.

"But that's not what you really believe is it? I think it's obvious at this point that it's a lie you tell yourself because you want your father gone permanently from this world." Henry seethes.

"And what's wrong with that?" Mike retorts, "You know he's just going to grow up to be evil again don't you? Better to just nip the bud before it blooms the same way".

"Good God Michael. I've had it with you tonight. Our conversations are going in circles!" Henry shouts in annoyance.

"I hate to say it but I agree with Henry." Freddy has stopped in his tracks entirely now, "You need to let go of these toxic beliefs you have about Gregory. They're not only hurting you but those around you. The boy may be your father biologically but personality-wise, he's partially different and has a heart buried beneath his more…problematic behaviours. Like you, I agree that the boy has some issues but like Henry, I also believe that he can change and overcome his darker nature if he remains alive after tonight. After all, he's still a child. He still has the chance of being shaped into someone different easily".

Mike gives the bear a wide eyed look. He wasn't expecting such a bizarrely passionate speech from an AI. It made him chuckle a bit in happiness and surprise, "Hah, you're unbearably naive Freddy."

"Was that a pun you just made?" Freddy tilts his head.

"Hahah yeah, I guess I did." Mike laughs a little, prompting the giant bear to laugh as well before returning to the serious conversation at hand.

"But in all seriousness, can you please forgive the boy?" Freddy begs, "And promise not to kill him when we find him?"

"If you don't, we are really going to throw you out." Henry adds to Freddy's statement.

Mike sighs, "Fine. I'll try to do both alright…even if it won't be easy".

"It's good that you've decided to keep cooperating with us, Micheal." The bear nods. He then continues to move towards his other allies with the two ghosts in tow behind him.

"Oh one more thing, Micheal," Henry says, placing a hand on his shoulder, "As hard as it is to hear, I do believe that Evan has forgiven you and that you do deserve happiness in Heaven".

"Alright. I've fixed it as much as I can, sir. It might still be tender when you take his body though." Vanny informs him.

"Doesn't matter. One missing tooth shouldn't bother me too much".

In Monty's body, The Fake William examines the sedated boy.

"Good…good…just one more thing." He grabs the green paper tag on Gregory's wrist which reads Gregory Miller and rips it in half, tossing it away to the ground.

"There we go…Now you are perfect".

Fake William then teleports himself into Bonnie's body, ready to begin the transfer procedure, his eyes once again glowing neon purple.

"You know. The more I think about it, the more I realise how sad our existence is. We really are the sad scraps of William's soul. I'm a manifestation of William's negative emotions and you're an empty vessel that was cloned from whatever DNA was left on his smoking pipe. But it's ok. I don't have to be sad and incomplete anymore. We don't have to be sad and incomplete anymore. You've been rejected and hurt by the others who scorn you for who you are but not me." William strokes his cheek affectionately with Bonnie's cold hands, "I'll never reject or hurt you because you're very special to me. I love you and now, we can be together forever as one being".

'You're insane! I don't even think you truly understand the meaning of that word…the real William never knew what love was!" Gregory mentally shouts but tragically, the words don't come out.

Vanny turns Gregory's body so that his back faces the front of Bonnie. Behind Gregory, its steel parts open, revealing the human-shaped compartment inside and then, a claw in the middle that was large enough to wrap around his torso widens and extends out of it.

'NO NO NO NO NO'

Gregory is freaking out. He wants to flee but his body can't move as the mechanism grabs his torso and violently pulls him inside like Circus Baby did with Elizabeth except this time, it holds him fixedly in place instead of tossing him in a meat shredder.

Perhaps he would have preferred the second fate more.

Grgeory feels his back pressing on the hard, metallic insides of the suit in an instant and, unable to move, Vanny places his hands apart and aligns them into each of Bonnie's wrists, tightly restraining them with the Springlock clamping mechanisms on each side.

After doing that and making sure he's tighty secured in, Vanny closes the hatch and Gregory sees nothing but a grey plate in front of him. However, unlike Freddy, it wasn't comfortable inside Bonnie. In fact, it felt downright claustrophobic. He was starting to get traumatic flashbacks to the Springlock incident.

Alarm bells were going off in Gregory's head. What was going to happen and from where.

It happens then.

SHUNK SHUNK SHUNK SHUNK

SHUNK SHUNK SHUNK SHUNK

The needles in the suit were painfully driven into both of his wrists with a rapid motion. However, the punctures were thankfully designed to be shallow enough so as not to give him nerve damage.

Gregory screamed in agony at the entry despite being heavily sedated, the pain having reawakened some of his adrenaline and making him more semi-conscious of his surroundings.

"AAAAAHHHHHH." Gregory lets out an ear piercing shriek.

"Step one complete. Now onto step two." Fake William announced .

The suit begins to glow purple inside, its radiance highlighting the edges of Bonnie's eyes from the outside, before similarly coloured electric sparks dance on the needles. The sensation of multiple electric currents being conducted from the suit into his body made Gregory feel like his veins were being set on fire!

'Oh great. I'm not only being pierced but also electrocuted.' Gregory thought anxiously.

"Don't try to struggle, Will, it'll just make it worse. Relax."

Ironically, Gregory's feelings of unease are only exacerbated when he feels something large and unsettling intruding into his body like a worm in soil.

'What, what the hell is —'

The boy's eyes widened, breaths getting extra rapid and shallower as the realisation dawned upon him: Fake William's soul…it was entering his body! The sensation felt as though Gregory was being slowly crushed under a heavy rock in a cramped space and he hated it.

"Get out! Get out!" Gregory screeches in fear, "I don't want you inside me!"

He was helpless and trapped. All he could do was hope that Freddy or someone was on their way to rescue him.

"Vanny, why does…why does this hurt?" Gregory cries from within the suit, "You promised this wouldn't hurt!"

"That's…what William told me at least."

"He lied! Free ME! FREE ME!" Gregory cries out again in desperation. Vanny hears them of course but is unable to obey this time for the Fake William had "programmed" her earlier to be only loyal to him from now on.

"Shhh calm down." Fake William shushes him, "Let me sing you a song."

Fake William starts to sing the opening lines of Scarborough Fair which sends Gregory's mind into a memory. A rather comforting memory….

At 9pm, Evan sobs loudly in his bedroom with his blanket and a Gold Fredbear Plushie close to his side. William walks in with indigo coloured pyjamas on.

"Crying again Evan? Did Micheal and Elizabeth tease and bully you?"

Evan nods with tears falling from his eyes.

"Awww you can't keep crying like this. You have to be stronger my son, Man Up," William makes a gesture of strength by flexing his bicep, "or else you're not going to get anywhere in life".

"But-but I don't know how to be stronger." Evan sniffs.

"That's easy: Take a knife and shove it in the faces of your enemies. It always works for me." William advises him.

"I think I'd make people angrier if I did that."

"Nevermind then." William sighs, "Do you need me to sing you to sleep? Usually I'd get Violet to do it but…"

"Please do." Evan beamed at him, "I've never heard you sing a lullaby before".

"Very well. Whatever gets you to fall asleep faster".

William clears his throat, "Are you going to Scarborough Fair? Parsley sage rosemary and thyme…"

The feeling of having his body invaded and eclipsed by another soul became more and more agonising for Gregory with each passing second.

'This hurts. This hurts. I can't endure this much more…'

He continues to cry and scream like a madman as Fake William sings to him with the best voice he can muster.

"Remember me through one who lives there…" William strokes Evan's hair."She once was a true love of mine…."

Gregory twitches with terror and suddenly jolts in Bonnietrap, causing the needles deepen and make him bleed more. This, in turn, prompts Gregory to release an ear piercing screech louder than his previous ones.

Monty observes this sight and can't help but feel oddly uncomfortable watching the boy suffer like this. It's in his code to protect children after all but, this William guy…whoever he was, he had taken partial control of him and wasn't allowing him do anything but watch the boy cry out in terror. It made Monty feel oddly sick.

The Fake William sighs, "Dammit, my singing isn't calming him. I don't know—-"

Fake William's voice cuts off as he sees a tall, shadowy figure advancing towards him from behind Vanny. It was covered entirely in a dark shadow that didn't seem to be cast from anywhere in the Pizzaplex and the only visible part of it that he could make out were the silver of its irises and its snow white scleras and pupils of its eyes.

"William? What is it?" Vanny asks, concerned by the abrupt shift in his expression.

"It's that Presence again. The one I saw earlier".

"Presence?"

"Hush Vanny, step aside for now and deal with anyone who tries to stop the transfer. Let me talk to it."

Unbeknownst to him, Vanny couldn't see the figure he was talking about even as it strode right past her but nonetheless, she nods and obeys, walking down the stage stairs to check the security cameras with her phone and company laptop she brought with her.

"Hello William." The voice speaks to him, "Or should I call you more a false usurper of that name?"

The Fake William glares at him offendedly with Bonnie's eyes, "What do you want this time?"

"Only to help ease the pain of the Vessel in your transfer device. I must say, it's remarkable what you have accomplished but still, it's not good enough".

"Who the hell are you?"

The presence ignores his question and phases his own head into the Bonnie suit until he's face to face with Gregory.

"Ah!" Gregory stares into the face that suddenly invaded the cramped space he was in, "Who are you?"

"Hello little Will." Its fatherly, comforting and oddly familiar voice speaks to him (while also ignoring his question too), "Become one with your digital counterpart. Relax and accept your fate. It'll be easier for you if you do".

Gregory feels the man's commanding words seep into his own body like water on a sponge. He feels oddly compelled to obey him.

"Huh? N-no! NO! I don't want to be him! You can't make me!" Gregory resists his words.

"Oh but I can. Look into my eyes." The man commands him sternly.

Gregory looks away, still resisting.

"Look into my eyes." The Presence repeats again but with a stronger voice.

Gregory instantaneously feels his mental fortitude against the Presence's voice sharply decline.

"Look. into. them."

Was this some form of hypnosis? He wasn't sure. All that he knew was that his ability to resist the command was entirely gone now as his eyes drifted to look into the figure's own eyes. Gregory stared deeply into them and saw that they were a stunning silver that currently had twirling white spirals in them…And then, without warning, their irises transformed into a Hazel colour with black pupils.

Gregory's eyes widened.

'No…it can't be!'

"Good. You're starting to listen. Now, calm down and drift off into slumber. Let this fusion of your souls take away everything that you're presently feeling. You won't need them anymore".

The clone already knows the Presence's name and attempts to shout it but the being silences him with a finger to his lips, flashing him a wicked grin.

"Shhhh. Just give in. Let your fear, sadness and suffering leave your body along with your mind".

"N-no … s-s-stop …W—" Gregory's eyes go ominously blank, gaining a purple tint similar to Fake William's and voice goes quiet. He's become doll-like, almost as if his mind reverted back to his original state when he first awoke to the world.

"That's it. Accept who you are. You are William Afton. You are no one else but him".

"I'm…I'm William Afton." The boy is forced to speak the words fed to him by the Presence, "I am no one else but him".

"That's it. Good boy. Now. Shut your eyes. Sleep. Forget every horrible thing that happened tonight and you will awaken feeling blissful and anew".

Gregory nods, now fully under control of the presence. His delirious, semi-conscious mind begins to think that maybe it's not so bad being fully possessed. There was no more pain or sorrow, only feelings of peaceful sleepiness and, once the procedure was done, he felt as though he would become happy again like the way he was with Vanny before he learned the truth about himself. With that, Gregory closes his eyes, surrendering into an eternal slumber without complaint.

The Presence smiles and, much to fake William's surprise, physically touches Gregory with his hands and styles his hair so that it looks more like William's.

"There you go. Don't you feel better now that you've stopped resisting?" The presence chuckled.

"What — what did you do to my Vessel?" Fake William asks, "He's quiet in a way I've not seen before and is ignoring the pain in his wrists. He's not brain dead or … dead, is he?

"Aww don't fret. I only performed a hypnosis spell with my voice to shut him up. All that's left to do is to put the boy in an elegant suit his size and he'll look exactly like you."

"And when will it wear off? The hypnosis?"

"It will take a while but I guarantee that it will dissipate by the time you've fused with him".

As the Presence removes his head out of Bonnie's chest, The Gold Rabbit checks the boy's vital signs from within the suit and is relieved that Gregory is alright. He can also feel their souls merging seamlessly together like woven threads instead of feeling like he was jousting his own soul aggressively into his Vessel's.

"Is my hypnosis more effective than yours?" The Presence asks the Fake William with a polite tone.

"Shockingly…Yes. Thank you so much for getting the boy to stop resisting. I can now feel our two souls peacefully becoming one. Now, may I enquire who you are?"

"Huh? I thought you would have figured it out by now? Isn't it obvious who I am? Ah maybe not, my voice has changed a bit from my time in Hell." The voice laughs evilly, "You may not recognize me at first, but I assure you…"

The shadow covering the presence melts off, revealing the face of an elderly Middle Aged William Afton who's sunken eyes shift from hazel to silver once again.

"It's still me".

His body was frail and thin, his complexion was pale and his beauty mostly faded. However, the black dress shirt and dark blue blouse he was dressed in appeared to give him a last vestige of elegance.

In Bonnie's body, the Fake William flinches and his jaw drops in shock, gazing upon the sight of his creator.

"Daddy? Daddy, is that really you?"

William is weirded out, "Yep. The one and only…or used to be anyway. I'm in Hell but I thought I could offer some assistance, especially at this last minute or hour I suppose".

"But How? How are you back?!"

William laughs with the same evil laughter the digital copy has, "I always come back. But no, in all seriousness, I'm doing a little something called Astral Projection from Hell. I'm sure you've read my notes on it".

Fake William remembered that at some point, the cops began another investigation on William Afton and so, the man left Hurricane, taking some of his more important research and lots of money with him (He also gave Micheal Afton, his only living offspring, custody of his entire house and a new job before departing as well but that was another story altogether).

Not long after that, William then took even further measures to safeguard himself by changing his identity to "Dave Smith" and procured a small house by a hill in an even smaller and quieter town.

From then on, William lived all alone and continued his Remnant experiments by himself, using living creatures and machines no matter their consent for he wished to know how far he could push the capabilities of Remnant in an environment where he was no longer disturbed.

Years passed and William learned more and more about Remnant's other capabilities. However, he also learned he had developed a fatal illness that would slowly but surely kill him and thus, he decided to experiment on himself out of desperation.

He needed immortality and he needed it now. He injected himself once with Remnant. He got better but didn't get much healthier. He injected himself twice. He gained the ability to see ghosts and the souls of others. A third time and fourth time and he realised that he could access and perform what he could only describe as 'magic', discovering over time that he could conjure illusions without the use of illusion discs, read people's thought by looking into their souls and even perform a type Astral Projection where his consciousness could leave his body but his soul would remain where it was. In summary, what he was doing right now.

"That's amazing. But why did you not help earlier?! I could have used your aid".

"Sadly, most of my schedule is taken up by hellish punishments," his 'Father' explains dryly, "but I always find time to watch over you my dear creation".

"Wait…Don't tell me…" A thought dawns on him, "Have you been watching us the whole time?"

"Yep like your guardian Angel I suppose." Williamchuckles, "By the way, I'm not angry about your desire to surpass me. In fact, I highly encourage it and wish to see you succeed."

"Really?"

"No…but nonetheless, I'd like to see you try anyway." William takes a sip of water from somewhere that Fake William couldn't see, "Also, the events tonight have been entertaining to observe to say the least. It distracts me from the pain I constantly have to endure".

"Well…the night certainly wasn't planned to be this chaotic. The little brat found out what I was going to do, and has been giving me and Vanny the runaround!"

"Still, wasn't it a fun runaround Liam?" William grins from ear to ear at his impostor.

"Indeed. It was." Glitchtrap can't help but grin alongside his 'Father' but then suddenly, he scowls, "Wait…Did…Did you just call me Liam?

"Well I can't be calling you William can I? That would be confusing".

"I prefer something more like Glitchtrap or Malhare to be honest. It's linked to my origins as well…being from your body which is called Springtrap by the company".

"Nah, that's dumb. I'm calling you 'Liam' because you called your clone 'Will'. In that way, both your names combined make up my name…but with Three Ls. Also, I don't like how Fazbear Entertainment called that form of mine Scraptrap or Springtrap after the whole incident. Like…whose idea it was to make merch and arcade games out of rumours of a rabbit monster that killed people in Hurricane? That's fucked up. And that's saying a lot coming from me, a child murderer''.

"The company became…rather strange and radical after you died."

"Indeed they did! They stole my ideas for Circus Baby Pizza world to design parts of this place and then had the gall to make ice cream serving robots that look almost like Circus Baby, the very animatronic who shut down my Business before it could begin in the first place! This pisses me off even more".

Meanwhile Gregory, who is partially conscious within the suit and fighting against a complete fall into unconsciousness hears the 'father and son (or was it more brother?)' conversation outside. He felt the small urge to make some kind of snarky comment but, due to being paralysed, drowsy and worse, no longer capable of forming his own words due to the effects of the hypnosis, he merely stays silent, trapped within his own mind.

"By the way, that Gold Rabbit icon and costume you've been wearing. Don't think I haven't noticed…".

"Noticed what?"

"It was one of Henry's initial concept sketches for Springbonnie's costume before we ultimately went ahead with using Animatronics instead of people in mascot suits. Very interesting choice to manifest yourself as. May I ask why?"

"Well I was looking through some memories and I really liked the original Springbonnie concept. I thought it would make me look more…trustworthy".

"How curious. Wouldn't you have preferred the suit I killed the children in?"

"Yes but the mechanical body was heavy, rusty and falling apart before and after you died. From memory, we were in a pretty appalling state at that point in time and I didn't like being like that anymore".

"Fair enough." William nods, "Well I'm going to leave now. Gotta go before they suspect what I'm doing".

"Wait!"

"Hm?"

"Before you go, tell me, was I an accident? Or did you create me on purpose to take your place?"

William smirks, "Your creation was…accidental but beneficial".

The Fake William despairs upon learning that his creation was a fluke, that he wasn't born intentionally for some greater purpose, and William's next words would serve to further dishearten him.

"Anyway, I hope you manage to fuse with the body as I will be coming for the both of you eventually".

"What? Why?"

"Because you've given me the idea to come back to the land of the living once again to inhabit a new form."

"So after I possess Gregory, a body which is rightfully mine, you're going to take him? That's unfair".

"Unfair? Rightfully yours? The Hell do you mean? The body is clearly rightfully mine. It's literally my flesh and blood clone."

William then leans into Bonnie's body and grabs his shoulder in a display of intimidation, whispering spitefully into his ear.

"Also, word of advice Liam: As much as you want to, you honestly can't be a Superior version of me even if you absorb that clone's soul into yourself and take control of his body. You'll always be less than me: A Fake!".

"Get. Out." Fake William seethes at his creator.

"But, but let me finish:" William takes a few steps back, "You wouldn't be if you and your Vessel joined with me, the original".

To emphasise this point further, he gestured to himself with his hands.

Liam silently glares back at his Father who retaliates in return with a deadlier glare alongside a hypnosis spell.

"You will come to me and give me this new body once you've fused with it". William orders his digital copy.

"I will…no - no - get out! Right now! Out of my head and this place!"

'Dammit', William thought, 'He's not mentally weakened enough to fall for it.

"Very well." His 'Father' steps backwards and waves away, "Enjoy the body while you can but, as I said, I'll come for it eventually".

"How? You can't even leave Hell".

"True. I'm in Hell at present but, as of late, I've grown to become more than human and eventually, I'll claw my way back to the world of the living one." William does his signature grin again, "How did you think I could cast a hypnosis spell and physically touch objects while Astral Projecting even though I couldn't do it before?"

"Huh? What does that mean? What did you –" Fake William becomes nervous as he asks his last questions.

With that, William vanishes into nothing as he hears Vanny's voice call him back to reality.

"Mr Afton! Mr Afton! MR AFTON!"

"Vanny? What's wrong?"

"You spaced out for several minutes. I was concerned. Also we have a problem".

"What is it?"

"I was looking through the security footage and I heard Freddy mention that he was on the way here with the other freed animatronics".

"He must have received the boy's signal…Shit!" Fake William curses, "This is bad…I can't exit or move this damned body until the transfer finishes!"

"Don't worry Mr Afton. While you were unconscious, I assigned Monty and the Attendant to guard the Main Stage area. Additionally, I also sent a bunch of Endos and Security bots out with a simple command: Disassemble the Glamrocks. With the exception of Monty of Course''.

"That's a good idea. Keep them busy for long enough and this transfer will finish in no time".

"Yep. In the meantime," Vanny smiles under her mask, I shall protect you here".

"Very good Vanny".

"How long is left until the transfer finishes?"

"I'm not sure. But I'll let you know. 1/3rd of the transfer is already done…"

Inside the suit, Gregory's eyelids close and he falls into a deep sleep, heading directly into an ocean of memories of the Real and Fake William's….
