Chapter II – A new life a new beginning part 2
A good few hours had passed, since she had arrived into this world, and these people here had already bored her terribly.
Ever since the conversation with that suppose leader of these soldiers was over, she had been approached by many who wanted to know how it was possible to put 2 titans to the ground using just a sword, having no equipment and no Titan knowledge, and from where she came from, as her looks were quite unique, being impossible for Esdeath not to stand out. First of all, the uniform worn by her was something quite unusual compared to the one they were wearing. She always liked to wear a white general apparel with long sleeves ,along with the classic high-heeled boots, as this outfit became part of her character, and after all, it was a perfect fit for the general she was. The only thing missing were the hat and the blue scarf on her neck, but they were not of so much importance now.
Beside that, in contrast to the few girls that were at this so called camp , she was taller, slender, having piecing dark blue eyes and very long blue hair, that matched perfectly her white-porcelain skin. Apparently, she also had the "largest breasts ever seen", from what she overheard a few guys saying and to be honest, in that moment, an urge formed inside her to go and kick their mouths with her boot so hard until they would never be able to speak again in their life. But, at least for now, she ignored them, even though it was not something normal for Esdeath to do, as people like them needed to be taught discipline the hard way in order to learn what respect was. However, it was now crucial to get as many information possible about this place and people, without drawing even more attention to her than she already did.
They arrived as it was getting darker at what seemed to be a huge wall. That man, Nika, explained to her that due to the Titans, people found refuge and protection inside walls, and there were 3 of them apparently. The structure was large, and the wall definitely was around a few hundred years old.
Based on the titans she had encountered, if all were the same, they couldn't had climbed the wall nor they seemed to be too strong to destroy it.
When the gates opened, Esdeath was surprised to find that the community that lived there was quite developed, seeing many buildings that had been built inside which could accommodate a large number of people. But it could never reach the Empire, thought to herself, as compared to it, she found this to be a joke.
-Are you saying this girl managed to kill 2 titans, having zero knowledge of them and having only a sword?! That's the worst story I've ever heard in my life, shouted Keith, the wrinkles on his forehead standing out even more. But Nika was as serious as he could be:
-Two soldiers in my squad were there and now still alive because of her. No one knows exactly from where she came or how she succeeded, true, but I'm sure she will be an excellent cadet, said Nika looking straight in the eyes of Keith. But he was still hesitant, and he couldn't blame him.
-And what makes you think that she is going to want to join us? As you told me, we don't know anything about this girl except her name, unless that is a lie.
Nika paused for a few seconds and looked at the barrack where they had left Esdeath to wait. The girl was an enigma, true, but he knew that she was exactly what they needed now. There had been huge losses and the number of soldiers dropped considerable. And after all, not every day you meet someone with such abilities, if he was to believe the story Bruno and Ryan told him, knowing that the two of them had no reason to lie.
-I just know she will be a great asset to the squad,Keith…you know I wouldn't have brought her here if I didn't believe that.
Keith also glanced at the barracks, and finally sighed in defeat.
-One chance…that's all I am giving her. If she misses it, she is out of here!

Esdeath truly felt no sympathy towards this Keith Shadis. After waiting for some time, he just came to introduce himself and only to inform her that he will expect to see her along with the other cadets on the training field in the morning. He was, however, taken by surprise by her responding back to that:
-I don't need any training. My abilities are far more superior that the ones of these weak people you are calling soldiers. Or would you like me to humiliate them even more?
And then she laughed, and it was one of the creepiest laughs he heard. So he just turned his back to her and left her be, knowing already that she will be giving him a hard time.
Esdeath will definitely prove her skills at the training, that's for sure And sooner or later,she will finally meet captain Levi; I am definitely looking forward writing that part And if you have any ideas or would like to add or change something in the story, pm me or state them in the review.:)
