It was the second day of The Girls trip to England. The clock struck 7am, and they were getting up. As they were about to go down for breakfast, Belen came up with some marmalade on toast, "Breakfast is served ladies."

Next to Terrance, Dorothy was in her pajamas and standing next to him. Faith, Ginger, Nadine, and Jessie were confused by this, "I always have breakfast in bed." Dorothy explained, "Gives me enough time to change and look pretty."

"Maybe you should try eating in the dining room for a change." suggested Jessie, "We do that back in Orlando."

"As in the East Coast Hollywood?" asked Terrance. "I bet it beats saving the hair product convention."

Faith was surprised in horror, "Dorothy!" asked Faith angrily, "You told Terrancee we're The Griff Gals."

"I had to." admitted Dorothy, "Terrance was more of a father figure than my dad was."

"Is that good as your little 'Friendship Incident'?" aske Faith

"I can't talk about it!" shouted a traumatized Dorothy.

"Your a Seabrooke, " Faith replied, "A Seabrooke must share secrets, if it's important."

Remembering The Seabrooke Saying, Dorothy decided to tell her the truth why she swore off making friends, "It all started on October 13th, 2000." explained Dorothy, "A group of girls from my school Murgatroyd Elementary were putting up decorations for a Halloween Party. The leader of my former chaps told me to handle the stage for the show. She told me that she lost an earring while tossing out some chips. As I got into the bin, I saw that there werent any earrings. After I landed safely on the piles of hay, I got out of the bin and saw that her younger sister was the new member of our group and she called me a 'Twitty Chap'. I't was there I realize that it's better not to have chaps."

Ginger knew how Dorothy felt about being bullies, because back in Orlando, her big sister 'Hone' teased her for no reason.

After Terrance took their empty trays and left, he had a feeling that Faith and her friends could be better friends.

Later that day, Faith, Ginger, Nadine, and Jessie were figuring out what activities to do during their summer. "Okay girls." Faith replied, "What are we going to do during our time here. It's going to be three months."

"How about a lecture on the history of pirates?" Ginger asked, "They have one at the London Library, it's a good chance to know how real pirates are. Not like the Pirates of The Caribbean ride at Disney world."

"Nah," replied Faith, "That would give your big sister, 'Hone' ideas."

"Good point." agreed Ginger.

"What about a trip to The London Aquarium," suggested Nadine "I heard that they have some water griffin show."

"That's cool." agreed Faith, "But let's save that for July."

"How about we go to this." said Jessie as she showed an AD for a rock concert at Club Jagger."

"No way, Chica." Faith replied, "You know we hate The Rolling Stones. Also, you got that karate thingy."

"Si, si." replied Jessie."

"Hey." replied Nadine, "Here's a little something we can do. Retrophy Dance School."

"Of course." recalled Faith "Uncle Winston told me that Dorothy goes there every summer to work on her ballet. Normally, those Brass Monkeys go to their private samba and salsa classes, which they exclude her from. I talked to their salsa instructor and he doesn't seem to be aware that they knew Dorothy."

After lunch, they arrived at Retrophy Dance School, where Dorothy goes. By the main entrance, they saw a grown-up lady wearing 80s workout apparel, "Dorothy Hart." recalled the lady "Here again for another summer of dancing fever?"

"'Mrs. Hodges'" recalled Dorothy, "This is my American cousin, 'Faith' and her chaps, 'Ginger', 'Nadine' and 'Jessie'. Their staying for the summer so they can learn about The Seabrooke name."

"Wait a minute?" asked Faith, "Constantly canceling at last minute, always asking for favors. Those are the signs of a False Friend."

"I kept wondering why she never got a brass monkey pin." replied Mrs. Hodges, "Whenever they promised her to go to the cinemas or come to her recitals, they always cancel at the last minute. Not to mention, they ask her too many favors like paying for their tea, doing their homework, and borrowing cosmetics, only to use them up."

This made Faith and her friends feel more suspicious.

During the day, Dorothy gave them the tour of the dance studio. She showed them the dance rooms for each style of dance, the costume dept. where they get ready, and the stage where they perform the most spectacular shows on Penny Lane.

While they were relaxing in the lounge, they saw a posh Afro-Brit and behind her were and a red-haired British boy, a brunette British girl, a dirty-blonde boy with glasses, and a smaller Afro-Brit girl. Observing their brass monkey pins, Faith recognized who they were. "So your the jokesters who tricked my cousin into humiliating herself." Faith recalled, "That's some prank."

"In England." replied Dorothy, "It's called, 'A Wheeze'."

"That's right, " smiled their leader, "We're, 'The Brass Monkeys'. I'm their proud leader, 'Braylee ' and these are my chaps, 'Brittany', 'Brennan', 'Boone' and my little sister, 'Bellamy'."

"You made monkey out of Dorothy!" Jessie said as she stood up from the bean bag chair, "That isn't cool!"

"Your kidding." joked Braylee.

"No, we're not!" Jessie replied.

"You had to kick me out!" shouted Dorothy "I know that you manipulating me into being your friends that you love me, but you do not! You hate me a lot!"

"Duh, " Braylee replied rudely, "She was prettier than me. We had to replace her with my little sister, 'Bellamy' because she was old enough to be a Brass Monkey."

"Tell 'em, Sis!" smiled Bellamy.

"What about your pins?" asked Braylee, "Their prettier, they even glow."

Seeing their pins glow, Faith, knew there was trouble. "See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya."

Swiftly, Faith, Ginger, Nadine, Jessie and Dorothy barged out of the lounge, leaving The Brass Monkeys confused.

Outside the school, they powered up and took off. Griffin Girl, Rubyhane, and Diamondnix took off to the sky while Centauremerald and Merazul took the land.

At a The Ancient Cow Outfitter, Coiffure Chaos' and Lock Keys were stealing expensive dresses from the shop. "Have a gander at these lovely dresses, Coiffur Chaos'" Lock Keys said, "These violet purple dresses are so you."

"Oui, verrouiller les clés. Je suis plus du type violet moi-même.(Yes, Lock Keys. I'm more of the purple type myself.)" smiled Coiffure Chaos, "Sans parler de ces foulards violets.(Not to mention these purple scarves.)"

"Perhaps you should wait until winter!" suggested Merazul from behind.

"The Griff Gals!" shouted Lock Keys, "C. C, Give these girls from The States, shambles they will never forget."

"Oui." replied Coiffure Chaos as she did her karate towards them. Luckily, Centauremerald did her karate skills towards them, "Griff, Diamond, and Mer, handle The Locksmith," she said, "Rube and I will handle The Walking Croissant."

"Got it!" replied Griffin Girl, Diamondnix, and Merazul as they chased Lock Keys.

Rubyhane tried to take her down while invisible, but Coiffure Chaos' invisibility detector caught her. Pourquoi petite fée, si sensible.(Why you little fairy, being so sensitive.)

Instead of crying about it, Rubyhane used some fairy dust and made Coiffure Chaos lift up in the air, "Nicely done, Chica." chuckled Centauremerald, "Looks like Coiffure Chaos is a bit of an airhead."

Carrying a big bag of dresses through a vast hallway. Little did she know, is that she left behind a trail of dresses. Lock Keys was about to break into the VIP dress room when the other Griff Gals popped up, "Not so fast, Lock Keys" shouted Griffin Girl, "Breaking and Entering is illegal."

Seeing the dresses left behind, Diamondnix got an idea. She grabbed the dirty dresses, flew up and tossed them onto Lock Keys, "Hey!" she shouted, "These are covered in floor rubbish!"

Downstairs, Lock Keys found Coiffure Chaos on the ceiling while Rubyhane and Centauremerald were cleaning up the mess they made. Using a hairbrush, Lock Keys tossed it at Coiffure Chaos and she fell into the ground, "Let's get a hair appointment!" shouted Lock Keys as they took off on with their rocket boots.

After Rubyhane finished putting up some red dresses, she came up to the others, "Now that we fixed up those dresses." she smiled, "The Ancient Cow won't have to worry about canceling future fashion shows at the last minute.

"Wait a minute?" asked Griffin Girl, "Constantly canceling at last minute, excluding from plans, always asking for favors, and never talk about you. Those are the signs of a False Friend. Dorth was right about Braylee and her gang being false friends."

"Should we give them The Cold Shoulder?" asked Diamondnix

"No." answered Griffin Girl, "Us superheroes shouldn't punish someone because we don't like them. We have to let fate decide."

"Your right." answered Diamondnix, "Let's get back to the dance school before Mrs. Hodges suspects anything."

Back at Retrophy Dance School, The Brass Monkeys were picking on a contemporary dance student for having big feet. "Your such a sasquatch." Braylee laughed evilly, "Why don't you go to the forest where you belong!"

The student with big was so sad, he ran away in the men's room. Dorothy couldn't believe her eyes, Braylee and her gang really were false friends.

"You should be a shame of yourself your dumb friend!" shouted Dorothy, "If I were you I were stuff your face with cotton candy and fries and barf in a trash can!"

Faith, Ginger, Nadine and Jessie were surprised, because she stood up to The Brass Monkeys in American slang.

"When Terrance told me that you were visiting this summer." explained Dorothy "I had to learn some American slang so we can get along. I've been learning it since February."

Just as Braylee was about to punch Dorothy, Mrs. Hodges grabbed her hand, "Miss. Sabi." she scolded, "I've told you before not to use violence as an answer. Have you ever watched The Bugaloos?"

"That kiddy show on the telly where they use bugs?" asked Braylee, "I hate bugs and I hate hippies!"

"I know that The Sabis are a legend here at Retrophy school." replied Mrs. Hodges, "But we don't act like twits with jam brains here. I'm afraid you and your Brass Monkeys will be helping out with charity work this weekend. We're donating summer toys to homeless shelters."

The Brass Monkeys were annoyed because they get to do community service.

After their first dance class, a limo came to pick them up. Inside the limo, Terrance was driving them, "How was your first dance class?" he asked.

"Smashing!" shouted Faith, Ginger, Nadine, and Jessie.

"During our first class." replied Faith, "Dorothy and Mrs. Hodges taught us a few British slang words."

"Did you know that Chips and Fries are similar due to the fact their from potatoes?" Nadine asked.

"And that candy floss is British for cotton candy?" asked Jessie.

Inside the limo, a Russian Blue cat with a white collar and a diamond tag jumped onto Dorothy. Observing the tag carefully, Faith learned that her name is 'Kaguya' "Isn't that the name of the Japanese lady from folklore?" asked Faith, "We've learned about it in the fourth grade."

Dorothy nodded her head, "My dad is a fond of Japanese manga." She explained, "He is also the one who got me into Japanese culture."

"No way." replied Ginger, "I'm Japanese American. Mother told me stories from our folklore like The Kitsune and the Yuki-Onna."

"Speaking of Japanese culture," Nadine replied as she pointed to the sushi."

"Hey girls!" shouted Terrance, "I figured that you wanted sushi after signing up, so I bought some with my current check."

"And for Afters?" asked Dorothy,

"For afters," replied Terrance, "Yummy mochis."

"Sushi and mochis." asked Faith.

"We always preferred grocery bought sushi than restaurant ones." explained Ginger, "But this is delicious."

During the ride home, Faith, Ginger, Nadine, and Jessie taught Dorothy how to eat like normal girls. Terrance found it disgusting, but is proud that Dorothy is learning how to be normal.
