"You know McGee," Ziva said, sitting up in the bed, "Remember that time, a couple of years ago. You created an image of Tony & my lovechild, using that imaging software… uh, MorphPro?"
"Yes, what about it?" McGee answered as he and Abby stood besides the bed.
"Well, I think something must be wrong with it," she said as Tony handed her a little pink bundle, "because Sarah looks so much more adorable." She turned the bundle so everyone could see the childs face. "Everyone, meet Sarah Tali Dinozzo."
