Alright, here comes the next chapter/episode! Man! I liked the Japanese version of this episode than the English! The English was dumb and stupid, especially with T-Bone's words and accent!

"Get Sartorius out here, Alexis!"

Surrounded by several Society of Light members who were holding her back, Jaden tried at first to force her way into the five-star hotel that the Society of Light were temporarily staying in in order to seek out Sartorius. Ever since learning that Syrus and Hassleberry were kidnapped by the orders of Sarina, Sartorius' sister, she thought the first person to go to was Sartorius himself. Unfortunately, she couldn't even get passed the entrance without a couple of Society of Light goons getting in her way.

As for what happened with Solomon and Aster, Solomon had to return home for his own safety in case he got kidnapped again, while Aster went off on his own to conduct his own investigation instead of a reckless, forceful encounter Jaden was currently doing.

"Master Sartorius won't meet with anyone who doesn't have an appointment," spoke Alexis coldly, rejecting Jaden's demands.

"Syrus and Hassleberry got taken by some sister's of Sartorius!" yelled Jaden. "Get out here, Sartorius!"

Hearing the sound of a car pulling up, Jaden turned and saw Chazz stepping out of a white limo. Looking at Jaden, Chazz knew why she had come and got straight to the point. "Jaden, I have a message from Mistress Sarina. If you want to rescue your two friends, then go to Kaiba Land tomorrow."

"Kaiba Land? Where in Kaiba Land?"

"Somewhere in the amusement park."

"That's...not very helpful."

"Jaden, how much more specific can I get? SOMEWHERE in Kaiba Land."

"But...WHERE?"

"SOME. WHERE."

"Why won't you tell me where, exactly?!"

"I just did!" groaned Chazz before pointing to Jaden. "You know what? Fine! Boys, throw her out!"

"Yes, sir!" The Society of Light members holding Jaden shoved her roughly onto the grass before walking away and standing near their lieutenants, Alexis and Chazz.

"This is reserved for Whites only," replied Alexis.

"You Reds have other accommodations set up," reminded Chazz, smirking. "But, if you really want to get inside, all you have to do is join-"

"Screw off," growled Jaden. "No way I'm gonna be tempted to do that!"

Jaden's response only made Chazz scowl, but he understood that once Jaden's mind was made up, there was no going around it. "Fine! Stay with the dirty Reds for all I care!"

With that said, most of the Society of Light members headed back inside, with two members guarding the entrance in case Jaden tried to sneak in.

Jaden's thoughts of devising a new plan to sneak idea dispersed quickly when she heard some groaning from behind some bushes. Standing up, she saw Atticus sporting a black eye and wearing some Hawaiian clothing along with him holding his special ukulele.

"Atticus! Are you alright?" asked Jaden, rushing over and kneeling besides him. "What happened?"

Atticus opened his eyes to see a familiar person leaning in a little bit too close to his face. If he had the strength, he would have feigned ignorance and leaned upwards for a quick kiss in the lips. Instead, he groaned and pretended to be in more pain than he already is.

"Jaden...I can't move...I've been beaten up by the Society of Light..." groaned Atticus, squeezing his eyes shut. "The only way for me to recover...is a special kiss from a maiden...And that's you, Jaden..."

"KURI!" ("WAIT!") cried out Winged Kuriboh with an angry expression on his face as he swarmed around Jaden, successfully inching her away from Atticus' face. "Kuri! Kuri kuri kuri kuri!" ("Jaden! I have a better idea!")

A few seconds passed, and Atticus didn't feel the softness of the lips he was supposed to taste on his lips as his eyes were still shut. Just before he was about to open them, his face was met with a sudden splash of cold water, causing him to sputter and sit up with his arms frailing around for a few seconds.

"W-What the?!" His eyes popped wide and he saw Jaden holding an empty bucket dripping with water that was presumably used on him. "Hey! What was that for?! And where'd you even get the bucket from?"

"Sorry, but Winged Kuriboh told me that it was the best and simplest solution to wake you up! And as for the bucket, it was lying around here," apologized Jaden, looking around. "I think a janitor misplaced it here or something. I just found it over there."

She pointed to a grand water fountain, which the center appeared to have a crystal sculpture of a mermaid with water sprouting from her mouth and onto the pool of the fountain. It was common for five-star hotels such as the one nearby to have such a beautiful sculptured water fountain to symbolize how grand the hotel was.

"Awww! And here, I wanted something more...refine," sighed Atticus, shaking his head several times to get the water off his hair and face. "Oh, well. Say, can I stay with you and the other Reds for tonight? I don't really have a place to sleep tonight since most of the Obelisk Blues have already defected to the Society of Light."

Despite Winged Kuriboh furiously shaking his head from the background, Jaden was quick to nod. "Sure!"

"KURRRRRRIII!" ("NOOOOO!")

"Great! Lead the way, and when we get to camp, I'll explain everything!"

By the time the two of them arrived at the small campsite where the Slifer Reds were staying, which was near the area where Yugi dueled Strings and faced off against Slifer the Sky Dragon for the first time, it was dark and the stars were out. Luckily for them, the other Slifer Reds had already set up tents and begun a campfire to keep themselves warm.

"So, Ra Yellow's in a hot spring hotel..." muttered Jaden after exchanging information with her fellow Slifer Red classmates.

"And the Society of Light's in some sort of five star fancy hotel," finished Atticus, depressed, although the knowledge of them staying in a high-ranked hotel wasn't the reason for his depression. "All I wanted to do was create the first page of my field trip memories with my cute little sister. I mean, I haven't seen my sister lately, and I really wanted to surprise and greet her, but then these guys from the Society of Light stopped me! Roughed me up a little, too!"

Understanding the mutual feeling, Jaden sadly said, "And I was so pumped about this field trip, too. I mean, this is Domino City, Yugi's hometown! I thought we were going to have fun, but Syrus and Hassleberry got kidnapped, all because of me..."

The other Slifer Reds were upset not only from the complete takeover of the Society of Light, but also the fact that while the other dorms were staying in warm places, they were forced to camp out in the cold like being thrown to the wolves. Domino City may be the infamous King of Games' hometown, but nothing about that sort of information would help them from the cold.

"What's wrong with everyone? Why so sad?" asked Solomon, walking up to the Slifer Red campsite, holding up two full bags. "Here, have some hamburgers! All on me!"

Everyone eagerly accepted and while they munched on their hamburger dinner, Jaden explained to both Atticus and Solomon what had occurred.

Sensing that Jaden was growing restless over her concern for her friends, Solomon tried to reassure her with a little bit of advice. "Well, if your enemy said to go tomorrow, then you should enjoy and relax for the rest of today. If you don't, you won't be able to perform your best the next day."

Despite Solomon's kind words, Jaden was still worried. "Yeah, but still..."

To cheer her up even further, Solomon handed her a hamburger. "Here, eat up. You'll need all your strength for tomorrow, so take a kind old man's advice and please relax. It's what your friends would have wanted, anyways."

"Well...okay!" Taking the hamburger, Jaden took a bite and smiled. "Mmm! Delicious!"

"Jaden!" Hearing someone calling out her name, Jaden glanced up while eating, spotting Bastion running down the hill and down towards the campsite, waving an arm over to her.

"Oh, hey, Bastion! Did you leave the inn?" asked Jaden.

Bastion nodded, sitting down next to her. "Well, I thought that this field trip should really be about enjoying oneself with one's old friends. Besides, I already took a soak in the hot springs, so I'm all refreshed and clean!"

"Lucky!" pouted Jaden, wanting to have a go at the hot springs. However, because she wasn't a Ra Yellow, she wasn't exactly allowed inside the hot springs inn that the rest of the Ra Yellows were staying.

"Yeah! I wanted to go, too!" complained Atticus.

"You do realize that around this time, it's the women's turn for the hot springs, correct?" spoke Bastion, checking his watch. "At least, that's what I remember from the schedule for today."

"Even more of a reason to go!"

"Wait, I don't under-" It took a moment for Bastion to realize what Atticus meant before glaring at him with disgust. "Ugh! Really?! How...How distasteful of you!"

"Oh, ho! I totally understand you, young lad!" chuckled Solomon, nudging Atticus by the arm.

"I know, right?" said Atticus with a cheeky grin.

"...I don't get it!" said Jaden, confused.

Bastion sighed and shook his head. "It's nothing, Jaden."

"But-!"

"Absolutely. Nothing."

Jaden pouted, crossing her arms. "No fair! Well, can we at least cook some s'mores?"

"Jaden, we don't even have the ingredients for s'mores," pointed out Bastion.

Solomon stood up. "I can go buy some. Although, it'll take a while."

"Oh, no! You don't have to-"

"It's fine. It's been a long time since I had a camp out like this. Besides, I'm craving for some right now! Be right back!"

Atticus stood up. "I'll go with you. It's dangerous for an old man like you to go off alone, especially at nighttime."

"And the fact that you were kidnapped a couple hours ago," added Bastion.

"Hey! I'm not an old man!" shouted Solomon, insulted. "I..Huh, I forgot how old I am. But don't you dare call me an old man! I'm still young!"

'No, you're really not,' thought the Slifer Reds, Bastion, and Atticus. Still, none of them had the heart to speak up their thoughts out loud. Instead, they just watched as Atticus escorted Solomon away.

Later...

Two of the Light Brigade, Blaze and T-Bone, were walking down a road, talking towards each other about what their next step should be. After being handed cards that sealed the souls of Frost and Thunder, the remaining two Light Brigade members were about to have their powers stripped away by Sarina, who had granted them their elemental powers in the beginning, because they served no more purpose to her. Using his power, T-Bone successfully escaped along with Blaze, and now the two, wanting to keep their powers, wondered what to do next.

"If we don't prove ourselves to Mistress Sarina soon, getting our powers as the Light Brigade taken away means we get turned back into regular duelists," said T-Bone, talking to his companion, Blaze.

"Yeah, and I was just starting to get the hang of my powers!" agreed Blaze.

Stopping for a moment, T-Bone said, "Wait. I just got an idea! If we take down this Jaden Yuki, then Mistress Sarina might have a change of heart, and she might not take our powers if we prove how useful we can be!"

"Hey, you're right!" said Blaze.

"Yeah, but uh...One problem. Do you even know what Jaden Yuki looks like?"

"Uh...Damnit! This is hopeless after all!" groaned Blaze, sitting down on the ground, defeated. Feeling useless, T-Bone sat down besides him, contemplating about their situation.

Jaden, who just so happened to be taking a short walk, noticed the two men and walked up to them. "Huh? What are you guys doing?"

"What does it look like? We're just sitting on the pavement!" snapped Blaze, annoyed.

"Well, if you want to sit somewhere more comfortable, you can come back to me to camp. We have hamburgers! And we're going to roast some s'mores! ...Once Atticus and Gramps comes back, of course."

"Hey, Blaze! Maybe we should take this kid's offer! I'm getting hungry, after all," said T-Bone, turning to his friend.

"Well, if it'll get us a free meal, then why not?"

After Jaden lead the two adults back to camp, like she promised, they were given some hamburgers as they learned that Jaden and the rest of the campers were students from Duel Academy. Although, currently, only Bastion and Jaden were the only ones awake, as the rest of the Slifer Reds had retreated inside their tents to sleep for the night.

"So, you guys are from Duel Academy?" spoke up Blaze. "And you guys are here on a field trip?"

"Yeah. You guys seem interested in Duel Academy," said Jaden, surprised.

"Well, of course! It's one of the most prestigious dueling schools in the world! We also wanted to go there, but..."

"We failed the entrance exams," admitted T-Bone sheepishly. "Ahahaha!"

"Well, that's to be expected for the top elites," said Bastion. "Everyone here is a chosen duelist that passed those exams."

"Oh? Sounds interesting! Then, let's have a go!" challenged Blaze, crumpling the wrapper of the hamburger he just finished before tossing the wrapper into the campfire, intensifying the fire a little.

"Whoa! We don't mind, but we are pretty good."

"Hey, don't mock us when you haven't even seen us duel yet!" yelled Blaze, standing up.

Holding his hands up, Bastion shook his head. "Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to mock you."

"Heh, whatever. I bet you losers don't wanna duel us because you're afraid you'll lose to a couple of street thugs like us," said Blaze, obviously trying to bait the two duelists into dueling them. "Well, that's to be expected from a couple of low-ranked duelists. I did hear that Slifer Reds are the lowest. Guess this explains why."

"Not true!" said Jaden. "Now I'm more pumped up to duel more than ever! Bastion, lemme at them!"

"Before we begin, just to warn ya, we're two of the most prominent duelists in Domino City on this sacred dueling ground! In other words, this is our home turf advantage!"

"I don't care! It'll just make the duel more interesting! Hey, hey! I wanna duel the big guy, first!"

T-Bone sighed and stood up. "Alright, then. Let's duel!"

Using the road near the hills and the campsite as their ideal dueling spot, Jaden and T-Bone prepared to square off against one another, attaching their decks inside and activating their duel disks with excited expressions on their faces.

"Hey, T-Bone! I'm up next, alright?" called out Blaze, who was standing by the sidelines with his arms crossed.

"Gotcha, Blaze!" called back T-Bone.

"T-Bone and Blaze, huh? Those are some really cool names!" complimented Jaden.

"Come to think of it, we haven't asked for your name yet," pointed out T-Bone.

"Me? I'm Jaden Yuki! Nice to meet ya!"

"What?! Jaden Yuki?!" Both Blaze and T-Bone exclaimed.

"You serious? Your name's Jaden Yuki?" questioned Blaze.

"Aww man, if that's true, then I was totally wrong! I thought Jaden Yuki was a guy!" complained T-Bone.

"Huh? What? What's going on?" Jaden didn't understand why the two of them were suddenly on edge. They were just about to start a friendly duel, when suddenly, the air grew thick with tension.

"I'm one of the Light Brigade members working for Mistress Sarina; T-Bone!" introduced T-Bone, getting all serious. "And right there is my partner and another member, Blaze!"

"What?! You guys are part of the Light Brigade?! Then, that means that you're part of the Society of Light! Kinda!" said Jaden. "Hey, if that's the case, then do you know where Syrus and Hassleberry are? Wha-"

Before Jaden could finish her long list of questions, a magical mirror flipped over to shine its reflection down on Blaze after appearing, engulfing him in its light as Blaze vanished, much to everyone's shock. A random card flew over and inserted itself onto T-Bone's deck before T-Bone's duel disk registered it and automatically shuffled his deck for him.

"Now, with that, your deck is complete and more powerful than before," a woman's voice resounded in the air, loud enough for everyone to hear. "You may duel to your heart's content."

T-Bone was still hesitant and startled after what happened to Blaze. "B-But still-!"

"Or do you wish to end up like your partner just a moment ago? Your choice..."

"Hey, who was that?" demanded Jaden. "What was that lady talking about? Was that really Sarina? Are you really part of the Society of Light or...?"

"Duel!" demanded T-Bone, ceasing any forms of questions and getting straight to the point. Seeing as he wasn't willing to answer to her demands, Jaden readied herself for the duel.

- DUEL -

T-Bone - 4000 LP

VS

Jaden - 4000 LP

"My turn! Draw!" shouted T-Bone. "I summon Mine Golem in Attack Mode!"

Mine Golem - (EARTH/Rock) - LV3 - (1000/1900)

"I then activate the Continuous Spell, Guidance to Ore! I set two cards facedown and end my turn!"

"So, you guys really were the ones who kidnapped Syrus and Hassleberry!" growled Jaden, shaking in anger. "Why?! Why'd you guys do that? They have nothing to do with any of thi-"

"I thought I said I ended my turn!" interrupted T-Bone angrily.

Frustrated, Jaden harshly drew her card and hastily made her decision when glancing at the choice of cards she had. "I summon Elemental Hero Sparkman in Attack Mode!"

Elemental Hero Sparkman - (LIGHT/Warrior) - LV4 - (1600/1400)

"Now, attack Mine Golem right now!"

Wasting no time just like Jaden wanted, Sparkman fired a bolt of lightning onto Mine Golem, destroying him with a huge explosion that affected T-Bone's Life Points.

T-Bone - 3400 LP

Jaden - 4000 LP

"Mine Golem's effect activates!" said T-Bone. "Because he was destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you get hit 500 Points of Damage!"

T-Bone - 3400 LP

Jaden - 3500 LP

"And now Guidance to Ore's effect activates! When a Rock-Type Monster's destroyed, I'm able to Special Summon the same Monster from my deck! I Special Summon my second Mine Golem!"

Mine Golem - (EARTH/Rock) - LV3 - (1000/1900)

"Next, I activate my Trap, Minefield Eruption! For each Mine Golem out on my field, my opponent takes 1000 Points of Damage! After that, it destroys all Mine Golems!"

Before Jaden could react, a fissure cracked from beneath her feet, causing explosive rocks to rise up and hit her, exploding spontaneously upon physical contact.

T-Bone - 3400 LP

Jaden - 2500 LP

"And now, my Continuous Spell, Guidance to Ore, activates! Because my Rock-Type Mine Golem was destroyed, I get to Special Summon another one to the field!"

Mine Golem - (EARTH/Rock) - LV3 - (1000/1900)

Clenching her teeth, Jaden had no other choice but to end her turn. "I...end my turn."

"My turn!" T-Bone drew his card and said, "I play Pot of Greed, allowing me to draw two new cards! Then, I sacrifice Mine Golem in order to Tribute Summon Granmarg the Rock Monarch!"

Granmarg the Rock Monarch - (EARTH/Rock) - LV6 - (2400/1000)

"And now his effect activates! Because he was Tribute Summoned, he can destroy a facedown card on the field!"

"I don't have any facedown cards," pointed out Jaden. "Looks like you'll have to destroy one of your own."

"Good, because that was my intention," replied T-Bone as his Granmarg destroyed T-Bone's only remaining set card. "The card I set was Dormant Volcano! And when it's destroyed by a card effect, it deals 300 Points of Damage to you!"

T-Bone - 3400 LP

Jaden - 2200 LP

Hearing the loud commotion of dueling, Aster decided to step out of his personal RV to check out what was happening.

Continuing his turn, T-Bone said, "In addition, on my next Standby Phase, both of us have to add 1 FIRE Attribute Monster from our decks to our hand! And now, Granmarg attacks Sparkman!"

Granmarg raised his heavy golden fist and brought it down on Sparkman, dealing damage not only to Sparkman, but causing large debris that allowed large dust clouds to appear as well.

T-Bone - 3400 LP

Jaden - 1400 LP

"I end my turn!" finished T-Bone. "Come on, Jaden! That can't seriously be all you've got, can it?!"

"Why did you get Syrus and Hassleberry all mixed up into this?" questioned Jaden, still lamenting over her best friends' disappearances. "This isn't the kind of duel I want where my friends' lives are at stake!"

"This isn't about your friends!" T-Bone said. "Talk to me all you want about your friends! Tell me I'm a coward! I don't care! But...if there's one thing that's at least important to me, it's this duel. If I don't win, then Mistress Sarina will take all of my powers away from me! I can't let that happen! I have to prove myself, so go ahead! Hit me with all you've got, and if you win, I'll talk!"

Jaden gritted her teeth in irritation. That was the reason behind this duel? His powers were more important than innocent lives? But still, nobody would want Jaden to suddenly rage all over, so she took a deep breath and calmed herself. After all, if she was going to win, she'd do it the smart and fun way. That's what Hassleberry and Syrus would have wanted anyways.

"Alright, alright. I'll give you everything I've got," promised Jaden. "We can talk right after."

T-Bone's stern expression changed from a smile, as he approved of Jaden's way of thinking.

"My turn, draw! I summon Bubbleman in Attack Mode!"

Elemental Hero Bubbleman - (WATER/Warrior) - LV4 - (800/1200)

"His effect now activates! When there's no other cards out on my field, I draw two more cards from my deck! I activate my Spell card, O-Oversoul! With O-Oversoul, I get to Special Summon an Elemental Hero from my Graveyard, and I choose Sparkman!"

Elemental Hero Sparkman - (LIGHT/Warrior) - LV4 - (1600/1400)

"Next, I play Polymerization and fuse Avian, Bubbleman, and Sparkman to create Elemental Hero Tempest!"

Elemental Hero Tempest - (WIND/Warrior/Fusion) - LV8 - (2800/2800)

"Now, I equip Tempest with the Equip Spell card, Element Sword! When the Monster it's equipped with attacks another Monster with a different Attribute, his Attack Points increase by 800!"

Elemental Hero Tempest - (WIND/Warrior/Fusion) - LV8 - (3600/2800)

"Tempest is a WIND Attribute Monster, while T-Bone's Monster is an EARTH Attribute," muttered Bastion. "Brilliant strategy, Jaden!"

"Attack that earth Monster, Tempest!" ordered Jaden.

Tempest raised his equipped laser sword brimming with green elemental energy before slicing Granmarg into several pieces.

T-Bone - 2200 LP

Jaden - 1400 LP

"The effect of Guidance to Ore allows me to Special Summon a Rock-Type Monster with the same name as the one destroyed! I Special Summon again Granmarg the Rock Monarch!" reminded T-Bone.

Granmarg the Rock Monarch - (EARTH/Rock) - LV6 - (2400/1000)

"Because the Battle Phase is over, and Tempest has no target to attack on, his Attack Points return to normal," said Jaden. "I end my turn!"

Elemental Hero Tempest - (WIND/Warrior/Fusion) - LV8 - (2800/2800)

"My turn!" said T-Bone, drawing his card before taking out his deck in search for a card. "And now, Dormant Volcano's effect had both of us search for a FIRE Attribute Monster to add to our hand! I choose this card!"

"And I'll choose Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab!" decided Jaden.

Continuing with his turn, T-Bone said, "I activate the Spell, Thunder Crash, to add a Thunder-Type Monster from my deck to my hand, but in exchange, I can't summon that same Monster this turn. I'll add Zaborg the Thunder Monarch to my hand! Then, I sacrifice my Granmarg for another Granmarg!"

Granmarg the Rock Monarch - (EARTH/Rock) - LV6 - (2400/1000)

"And now Granmarg's ability activates! When he's Tribute Summoned, I get to destroy a facedown card on the field, and I choose my facedown Trap, Dowsing Point! When Dowsing Point's destroyed by a card effect, I can add a Monster card from my deck to my hand! I choose Mobius the Frost Monarch! And with the preparations complete, I'm ready to hit you with my best right now, Jaden Yuki!"

"Bring it on, T-Bone! I'll take anything you can throw at me!" challenged Jaden.

"I'm activating my Shadow Moon Spell! Now, I have to send 4 Level 5 or higher Monsters with different Attributes from my hand/side of the field to the Graveyard, which will allow me to activate the Field Spell, Blue Moon from my deck, hand, or Graveyard! And afterwards, I get to Special Summon 1 Demiurge Ema from my deck!"

The skies began to twist and create a sort of dark clouded cyclone as the preparations for the upcoming Monster was about to appear in a dramatically fashion containing the four traditional elements; earth, water, fire, and wind.

"Reign from the heavens, Zaborg the Thunder Monarch! The freezing polar ice cap, Mobius the Ice Monarch! The scorching magma, Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch! The unwavering land, Granmarg the Rock Monarch! And now the effect of the Field Spell, Blue Moon will take place!"

The entire dueling field was bathed in blue-colored moonlight as a full moon appeared as soon as the clouds dispersed to make way for Blue Moon's effect. Additionally, large rocks began to sprout out from underneath to grow emphasis on the full moon.

"Come forth, Demiurge Ema!" declared T-Bone.

Demiurge Ema - (LIGHT/Fairy) - LV8 - (3300/2000)

"Holy %$ on a (&^ sandwich with #$% on top!" cried out Jaden, astonished. "...And a side helping of ^&* only without the $*^!"

"Blue Moon's effect activates! It automatically destroys a face-up Spell or Trap card on each of our fields and replace them with Special Summon Homunculus Tokens in Defense Mode!" explained T-Bone as one Homunculus Token appeared on his field as well as Jaden's as Tempest's Element Sword was destroyed because of the Field Spell.

Homunculus Token - (LIGHT/Fairy) - LV2 - (0/800) X2

"Demiurge Ema's effect activates! For each Homunculus Token out on the field, she gains 800 extra Attack Points for each!"

Demiurge Ema - (LIGHT/Fairy) - LV8 - (4900/2000)

"Now attack and finish her off, Demiurge Ema!"

"Tempest's effect activates!" shouted Jaden, watching her Homunculus Token get destroyed. "By sending 1 card on the field to the Graveyard, Tempest can't be destroyed by battle! Plus, the loss of a Homunculus Token means that your Monster's Attack Points decrease by 800!"

Demiurge Ema - (LIGHT/Fairy) - LV8 - (4100/2000)

"But you'll still take the damage!" reminded T-Bone as his Monster fired electricity to shock both Jaden and Tempest.

T-Bone - 2200 LP

Jaden - 100 LP

"I end my turn!" finished T-Bone. "It's over, Jaden! You've got 100 Life Points left, and I've got the most strongest Monster out on the field! Face it, when my next turn comes, it'll be the end for you and your friends!"

"You know, I really, really wanted to have a fun duel with you," said Jaden. "But with the way things are, especially with my friends' lives at stake, there's no way I can enjoy this duel!"

"Enjoying a duel? Only those with talent and skill can do that!" scoffed T-Bone. "The power I obtained from Mistress Sarina finally enabled me to win more duels than ever before! What's wrong with not losing so much power?!"

"If that's true, then you're the one with no talent or skill!" argued Jaden. "Is it really fun to win with power you got from someone else and not your own? Is it really that scary to lose? Unlike the fact that my friends' lives are at risk, you've got nothing to lose once you lose!"

"!" T-Bone gasped, knowing that deep down, Jaden was right. He really did have nothing to lose, and if he won, innocent lives may as well be forfeit.

"I'm not afraid of losing at all," Jaden continued. "In fact, I get real excited and happy when I duel someone that's stronger than me! It just does to show that I want to prove my own strength to that person! But even though you've got me into a corner, I'm not excited towards you at all! Because the power you're using isn't real!"

Grimacing for a moment, T-Bone shook his head and yelled, "Then, prove it to me! Prove me wrong and show me your own power!"

"Gladly! My turn, draw!" said Jaden. "I activate my Quick-Play Spell, De-Fusion and target Tempest! Thus separating him back to Avian, Bubbleman, and Sparkman!"

Elemental Hero Avian - (WIND/Warrior) - LV3 - (1000/1000)

Elemental Hero Bubbleman - (WATER/Warrior) - LV4 - (800/1200)

Elemental Hero Sparkman - (LIGHT/Warrior) - LV4 - (1600/1400)

"I sacrifice Avian and Bubbleman to Tribute Summon Elemental Hero Neos in Attack Mode!"

Elemental Hero Neos - (LIGHT/Warrior) - LV7 - (2500/2000)

"Then, I activate the Continuous Spell, Common Soul, and select Neos! This lets me Special Summon a Neo-Spacian from my hand to the field! I Special Summon Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab in Attack Mode!"

Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab - (FIRE/Insect) - LV3 - (500/500)

"Flare Scarab's Attack Points increase by 400 for every Spell/Trap card you control on your side of the field!"

"Jaden's opponent has Guidance to Ore and Blue Moon on his field, making a total of 800 extra Attack Points," muttered Aster. "But even so, that's still not enough to beat his Monster."

Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab - (FIRE/Insect) - LV3 - (1300/500)

"Common Soul's effect isn't over yet!" continued Jaden. "It increase the Attack Points of the Monster it targets by those of the Neo-Spacian it Special Summoned! Neos targeted Flare Scarab, so his Attack Points now increase by 1300!"

Elemental Hero Neos - (LIGHT/Warrior) - LV7 - (3800/2000)

"But we're not done! Neos just needs another power-boost, and I have the card for that! I activate the Spell, Gift of the Martyr! I sacrifice 1 Monster on my side of the field to the Graveyard, and that Monster's Attack Points are added to the new Monster I'm targeting! I sacrifice Sparkman so that his Attack Points are added to Neos, which will last only until the end of this turn!"

Elemental Hero Neos - (LIGHT/Warrior) - LV7 - (5400/2000)

"That's just enough to beat my Monster!" stated T-Bone.

"Neos, attacks his Monster!" ordered Jaden. "Wrath of Neos!"

Neos flew up in the air around the same level as the levitating Demiurge Ema, one-shooting the Fairy-Type with a punch that destroyed her.

"Because Demiurge Era was destroyed, her second effect causes all of the Homunculus Tokens to be destroyed," said T-Bone before the Homunculus Token on his side of the field was destroyed.

"This is it! Flare Scarab, attack him directly!" shouted Jaden.

Pouring all of his firepower into one attack, Flare Scarab prepared a large fireball before firing it at T-Bone, finishing off the remainder of his Life Points.

Jaden - 100 LP

Winner: Jaden

With the duel over, everything in the dueling field vanished and returned to normal. At that time, the sun has begun to rise as early dawn began to arrive, illuminating the start of a new day.

Walking up to T-Bone, Jaden told the defeated man, "Hey, don't look so down. I've gotten beaten down and depressed, too. I mean, sometimes, losing a duel means winning one!"

Looking up, T-Bone asked, "Really?"

"Yeah! Just recently, I lost to Aster, who insulted me after that, and then when I had a rematch, I won! Actually, it was thanks to Aster that I managed to think things deeply. I heard that at first you don't succeed, you try, try again! Sure, I lost the power to see spirits for a while, but it was thanks to my loss that I was able to meet some really good friends!"

Hearing Jaden remind him of their duel caused Aster to turn away with somewhat of a shamed look on his face. Yes, in their second duel, he had allowed his anger to get the best of him. If his father was still alive and had learned about the horrible deeds he had done, his father would no doubt be disappointed in him.

Kneeling close to T-Bone's level, Jaden said, "But, I believe that as long as I work hard, I can beat anyone, no matter how strong. The same thing should apply to anyone, even you."

Despite Jaden's words of encouragement, T-Bone still didn't look convinced. "Even if you say something like that, if you can still believe in your own power, you're lucky."

"You're only saying that because you still think you're weak," scolded Jaden lightly. "If you keep thinking that you're weak, you'll still be weak! Man, you need more confidence in yourself!"

T-Bone smiled. "You know what? You're right, Jaden. You really are interesting!"

"Ahaha! Glad you've got at least some confidence back! That's game!"

Hearing footsteps, Bastion turned and saw Solomon and Atticus back with grocery bags. "And where have you two been?" asked the Ra Yellow genius.

"We've been here the whole time. We just didn't want to interrupt the duel," said Atticus.

'That girl...it's almost like she's connected to Yugi, somehow,' thought Solomon.

Suddenly, a bright light along with a mirror showed up in the air and reflected onto T-Bone, who didn't have any time to react before his screams were the last thing heard as he suddenly vanished just like his partner. What's more, more mirrors popped out in mid-air, with one even appearing in front of Aster.

Behind each of these mirrors was a miko woman, presumably Sarina. "Jaden, that was quite the impressive duel. I thought T-Bone would be useless, but he was actually quite amusing. Jaden Yuki, I can see why my brother is so intrigued by you."

Some of the mirrors no longer projected Sarina, but rather the bodies of Syrus and Hassleberry. From the looks of things, it appears that their bodies were unharmed, but they were strapped into some chairs with some headsets and were unresponsive.

"Hassleberry! Syrus!" cried out Jaden.

"I shall be waiting in Kaiba Land, Jaden Yuki...and you too, Aster Phoenix."

"Me? Why? I have nothing to do with Jaden's friends!" said Aster, not even caring about either Syrus nor Hassleberry.

"Destiny's course...You must follow it."

Once confirmed that her message got through to everyone, the mirrors shattered one at a time, leaving Jaden to contemplate on her situation and how she was going to get her friends out of this mess.

Skit: Operation Nightmare

"From what Winged Kuriboh told us, this is quite serious," said Flame Wingman as another meeting commenced in favor for Jaden. "Jaden's the onl female Slifer Red, and she's going to be forced to sleep with those other...boys."

"Not only that, but she has to share a tent with them!" said Mudballman, slamming a heavy fist on the table. "We can't force her to sleep outside because she'll get a cold! But if she goes in a tent, she'll have to sleep with the other boys! And we all know that dirty boys like all those other Slifers will easily take advantage of her!"

"Come on, you gotta give them some credit," Heat Lady protested. "While I personally agree that a girl shouldn't sleep with so many boys in one tent, the fact of the matter is that you automatically assume all boys in the world are out to get Jaden."

"That's because they are! You don't understand that Jaden is one of, if not, the most popular girl in Duel Academy! That means she has a fanclub, and girls having fanclubs always results to bad, perverted boys that'll turn up as stalkers!" shouted Tempest.

"That can't always be the case, though," said Avian. "It's only for one night. I'm sure nobody is going to take advantage of Jaden like that. Besides, she has Atticus and Bastion on her side."

Everyone stared at Avian, causing him to rethink his sentence after realizing what he said.

"Oh...I mean, she has Bastion on her side. Bastion doesn't even have any interest in her whatsoever."

"But it's an entirely different story for Atticus!" said Blazeman. "He's popular, has most of the girls flocking to him, and much more!"

"I say we commence Operation Nightmare," declared Neos. "We give each of the boys nightmares that they won't wake up from until morning time."

"Now that's unfair," spoke up Burstinatrix. "I can't speak for the rest of the boys, but Bastion isn't even interested in Jaden, like Avian said. Plus, several of the other boys could be just as innocent as-"

"You might want to read this," said Sparkman, handing her some papers. "These are recorded writings made from many Slifer Reds interested in Jaden. They hold some...interesting comments."

After reading several of the comments, Burstinatrixs' eyes narrowed before emitting a radiant, fiery aura so intense, her powers skyrocketed and she accidentally burned up the papers.

"Yup...Kill them all."

'Yup, she definitely scares me now,' thought most of the Neo-Spacians and some of the other Elemental Heroes.

Skit: Firey Love Song

"Jaden!" said Atticus, grabbing his ukulele as Jaden tossed her hamburger wrapper into the fire. "I've got a song to sing, specifically for you!~"

"Ooh! A song for me? Awesome! I wanna hear it!" said Jaden, eager.

Clearing his throat, Atticus began to sing. "I can show you the world...Shining, shimmering, splendid! Tell me, princess, now when did you last let your heart decide? I can open your eyes, take you wonder by wonder! Over, sideways, and under on a magic carpet ride! A whole new woooorrrrllllddd! A new fanta-AAAAAHHH! MY UKULELE! IT'S ON FIRE!"

Atticus was singing a Disney song when all of a sudden, his ukulele caught on fire, causing everyone to panic since it happen so sudden. Atticus ended up throwing his ukulele into the campfire, watching the wood burn to nothing but a crisp.

"My ukulele..." sobbed Atticus, falling to his knees as Jaden tried to comfort him.

"...You know, you could have thrown it in the water," stated Bastion, looking at the river nearby.

The obvious fact caused Atticus to sob even louder. "MY UKULELE!"

Meanwhile, Flare Scarab and Neos were watching from afar as Flare Scarab blew the smoke off his finger. "I don't get it. It's just a song."

"Yes. A song that could have stolen Jaden's heart over to that playboy. I'm not taking any chances."

"I still think you're overreacting over all this."

"As long as Jaden is safe, that's all that matters!"

"Yeah...you need to stop hanging out with Flame Wingman and the others for a while."

"Atticus, it's not that bad. It's just a ukulele. Those things aren't even that popular, you can buy a new one in Domino City tomorrow."

"You don't get it! That was my favorite instrument! It cost around $500 for me!"

"Who the hell buys a ukulele for $500! At best, they're usually around $30!"

Yeah...this wasn't my most favorite episode. A lot of flaws and unexplained information could be seen here. I always find it frustrating that the English Dub doesn't properly explain all the card effects and just wastes their time on puns and jokes that aren't even funny! Hell, the Yu-Gi-Oh series could have been a lot better if it kept the violence and was owned by Funimation or something! No offense to the English Dub actor for Jaden, but I still wish Shadyvox could have voiced Jaden!

A flaw I noticed is that it's clear that before the duel, it was still nighttime, but when the duel ended, it was suddenly morning! There's no way that that duel lasted for like, 5-6 hours or something! What, were Jaden and T-Bone just goofing off during those hours? And even if the duel ended at most, like an hour, did they just wait a couple more hours for T-Bone to get over his defeat or something? Gah! So many unexplained, not logical flaws!

That said, obviously, there'll be more Aster x Jaden fluff next chapter with the whole Tag Team against Sarina duel episode. If you guys have any ideas for Aster x Jaden, please feel free to tell me!
