Have you seen something simple and innocent suddenly escalate to the point of no return? Now, you know that I went out to explore Tokonosu City, contact gangs to find the black market or a black market dealer. Sounds simple right? Well, it was simple until the system decided to reward me with a quest that would solve my problems, and I wouldn't even have to use any money at all!

I received this quest when I went to meet one of the local gangs. They were quite easy to find, but we had a few problems. They thought that just because we looked like women and were only tall unarmed women they thought they could capture us, to which I assume you already know what would happen next.
Suffice to say that the Bull Frogs Gang, yes that is their name. Didn't survive their altercation with us, that was the moment I received the quest.
Now, I will be honest and tell you. I only wasted my time with this quest for two reasons! First, were the blueprints that I would receive and the bonus rewards.
You see the system wouldn't allow me to buy vehicles or guns but it did allow me to use blueprints to build them! Now you might ask, why didn't I just google blueprints about whatever I wanted and then build it? Well, I need System Blueprints to build things… I was surprised when I learned this shit, but oh well what can I do? So we, Thora and Tiena, went on a killing spree. We massacred a shit ton of gang individuals and due to the Tyrannin's resistance to bullets, I didn't even have to worry about them dying.
It was maybe 8-9 PM when we went to the city to find the black market. It took us a few hours, but surprisingly we sook and destroyed every gang. I did burn down a few houses and warehouses, but that's beside the point! The point is, is that the police didn't even bother stopping us! To be honest I doubt they could even stop us.
But we weren't doing this unmasked so to say. Both Thora and Tiena were wearing gas masks and the fact they were bought with the system and raised in the NEST they didn't have a presence in this world. I on the other hand was also wearing a gas mask, although the right eye of the gasmask was sealed off and had an Iron Cross symbol in it, the fact that I was also wearing tactical gear. So chances of someone recognizing me were pretty fucking slim.
But we are going off-topic. I, Thora and Tiena massacred and hunted down all gangs in Tokonosu City, all the while the cops arrived only to see the aftermath of our attacks.
When the clock hit 4 AM Tokonosu City was free from any gangs, and surprisingly I didn't find any Yakuzas around and I can't tell if they never expanded to this city or if I scared them off the city. Either way I couldn't care less, to be honest.
The only thing that mattered was the rewards! And oh boy were they sweet!

Waking up from my 2-hour nap I head downstairs after taking a quick shower and I head into the kitchen to make breakfast. The rest pretty much goes, as usual, Shizuka wakes up due to the smell of my food we chat with each other she tries to make me her personal chef, and I tease her that she will have to marry me if she wants to and then we go our separate ways after breakfast.
Today is Tuesday, and I'm supposed to go on a date tonight. Now you might remember that I said that the 4th landed on a Saturday... I was wrong. But the school had to close today because the Police Department was investigating the school to see if they find any incriminating clues about Shido's murder.
To be honest I have no clue how they have enough manpower to go to the school to waste time looking for clues for a teacher when a couple of hours ago there were multiple cases and reports of guns being fired and mutilated corpses being found. I mean we literally massacred the ENTIRE GANG POPULATION OF THE CITY! How do they have the manpower and time to waste on a school teacher?!

I think as I make my way into the NEST and into one of the labs, I passed by various Ghoul Squads patrolling, which is a good sign since they are doing their duties. I do have to remember one of the Ghouls to take a break since she was clearly sluggish, I may have enhanced zombie soldiers but they still tire if they haven't resurrected yet and that doesn't mean I should be a piece of shit towards them. The Overlord list said to be kind to your minions, even if they are zombies.

I spent the last four hours tinkering and brewing potions. I discovered that first Alchemy worked just like Chemistry. I mix certain chemicals and poof! I have a health potion now. Of course, I have to mix and add various other chemicals to make a successful potion, but I discovered that to make a potion you have to will it to become true. So if I mix a bunch of chemicals together but didn't will it to be a potion, it would just result in whatever chemical reaction that would normally happen. But I also discovered that special types of potions are restricted in the amount that I can make them... The Love Potion that I wanted to make was successful if its description is anything to go by.

The Safety Feature is apparently something you get when you reach master rank in alchemy. I am glad that I have that feature, but I'm annoyed that I have to wait a week to brew another of these Love Potions! I'm a grandmaster alchemist! Why would I need to wait an entire week to brew a simple Love Potion?!

My date with Namoro went really well. We chatted and walked through the city even if we saw a lot of Police all around, due to the gangs being murdered and all that. We enjoyed our day together, and apparently, the REP and OBE system is truly and utterly broken. Why might you ask? Well, I maxed out her REP and OBE because I took her on a date... I did fuck her at the end of our date in a motel though so that was a plus. Maybe her OBE increased because I forced her into submission? She did consent though? This system is fucking broken.

'What? So this world is being crossed over? I wonder what universes and franchises I will see added to this world. I mean I have seen some things from my original earth here, like TF2 for example but I haven't seen anything else really... I hope this won't cause me trouble, I'm basically immortal already and I will be when I assimilate the T & G Viruses into my body but until then I can still be killed...'
I think as I lay in bed thinking about the future. I was getting bored with this world, to be honest, I still have 12 months until Z-day happens and I am quite unchallenged, which is something I quite like and wish to keep that way.
But maybe after I get the T & G Viruses assimilated I would be more open to having a challenge. I mean, I would be immortal and strong but I wouldn't die no matter what. Doesn't this mean various other characters will come as well? If my viruses are anything to go by, Resident Evil will certainly be brought here and possibly L4D. Will I have to deal with Umbrella? I mean I'm the first one to get my hands on the T & G Viruses but if they suddenly exist tomorrow does that mean I stole off them or they stole it off me?
'Necroa could you give me an answer? I would like to prepare to hire lawyers to sue Umbrella if they got their T & G Viruses from me.'
I think as I wait for a response, and to be honest I didn't have to wait for even a second before Necroa chided in.

The story on how you got the T & G Viruses samples is that your dead mother, of which you made her a Genistist, worked for Umbrella. This allowed her to acquire samples for the T-Virus. The sample of the G-Virus she got from Birkin's Wife since they were both great friends and Annette thought that your mother might help Birkin's research into the G-Virus. After all, you made her a top-of-the-line Genistist that could rival the greatest of geniuses. The samples you have smuggled into the airplane when you landed on your first day. On a side note, the Green Flu virus will be created by Umbrella and would be an unrefined version of the T-Virus that got released. And the timeline of RE will be changed to fit in this universe's timeline, meaning that the events from the games still haven't happened. ]

I think as I breathe a sigh of relief in not having to personally do fetch quests. I close the windows and lay on my bed as I slowly slink into sleep.

[ There are more Universes/Franchises that have gotten crossed over, although we have limited it to non-magical franchises. An example would be the Street Fighter Franchise will be crossed over. Although there will be magical characters from various franchises they will not have their magic. They will instead be a baseline human. ]
I woke up with a loud pinging sound. And to be honest I didn't expect that I now would have to worry about multiple timelines on having multiple franchises crossing over into my world. I mean, I have to keep track of Umbrella, and then the shit that happens in UA? I barely remember watching MHA and that was years ago!

I think as I scratch the back of my head sheepishly as I truly barely remember the plot and the anime. I remember watching a few episodes but everything else is a blur, as I really didn't bother remembering the anime. I mean it's a shitty ass anime, good characters or not, to be honest, I barely remember it but all the Rule34 Porn I have seen of the characters was really fucking hot so don't mind if I do take some of those characters into my future Harem.
I shake my head as I go through the morning routine that I have set up. Stretch my bones, take a shower, make breakfast, and then fuck off into the NEST and then go off to do my plans after arriving. Today I have to do something special. I have to set up the Ghoul Corps to be a real thing, I decided to extend into the Mercenary market since, to be honest, even if I have that new Business AI I don't trust myself to manage a real company. So I will instead have the Ghoul Corps be a PMC or a Private Military Company since I believe it would be easier to delegate both the Criminal Dealer AI and Business AI to work together so that the company may flourish.
Our services would be the usual thing that PMCs offer. With the exception that we also train people to deal against B.O.W's. Now Rockford Island may have existed but if my Resident Evil lore is right they went extinct in the 98s due to the incident, which was where two armies fought each other and released the T-Virus as well as B.O.W's upon the island. I don't remember the reason why the island was fought over and I don't really care, but Umbrella, to my knowledge at least, hasn't built or acquired another facility to train their personnel against B.O.W's. Meaning that when I offer it to them I hope they will take it since I hope to build a good relationship with Umbrella. I mean they have the idea to make a new arms race like the cold war but besides that, I want their products. Do you know how fucking awesome is to have the ability to pick a can and spray it into whatever the fuck is afflicting you and heal it away? I mean it isn't the cure it all and, to be honest, I could make something better. But I don't have the capability, or the facilities to mass-produce their products.
Sure, I can brew potions. But potions and the First Aid Spray are different. One I can create through chemistry-willed alchemy while the First Aid Spray is a herb, to of which I have no clue what type is, and a ''Strong Chem Fluid'', to of which, once again, I have no clue what is, combined together and probably is different from what I remember reading on the wiki.
But, on a side note. I think the Ghouls would outperform in their contracts as mercenaries. Especially since I got the weapons and ammo blueprints I can mass produce the guns and ammo in absurd amounts. I could also technically get in the weapons market and black market like Umbrella and sell something I developed using the Viruses, but to be honest, between the T, G, and Z-Viruses I don't really get an idea on what to create...
'Can I make Harpies? I mean... just combine either the T or G-Virus with a bird species and then I can make bird people. I could even engineer them to be unreplicable so if Umbrella get's their hands on them they won't be able to recreate my Harpies and, I mean a flying B.O.W should sell for a pretty penny right? I have no clue how much Umbrella gained from selling their products but it must have been in the Millions or maybe even Billions right?'
I wonder as I set up the company and its Logo. To of which is just the Ghouls Logo, a Hand grabbing two white SS lighting strike symbols on a red circular background, although I did add a change in having a circular text, which said, Occidere, Succedere, Victoriam. Which is supposed to translate to To Kill, To Succeed, To Victory in Latin. This also has been added into our uniforms after I bargained with Necroa to change it for free since it was a brand new logo, Necroa didn't seem too happy about it but complied either way since I technically already bought and designed the logo so it gave me a pass saying that I could edit it any time I wanted since I was the owner of the logo and designer.
The dude that was doing the paperwork did give me a raised eyebrow when he saw the SS lightning symbol but I easily convinced him saying it was two lightning bolts.
But on a side topic. Umbrella exists and, fortunately, or unfortunately they don't have any buildings/facilities in Tokonosu City which I'm deeply grateful for. I don't know if it's a good sign that Tokonosu City doesn't have an Umbrella-owned building or anything related to Umbrella other than their products or a bad sign that they don't have any Umbrella activity around. But back onto the main topic.
The dude that was helping me set the documents did raise an eyebrow and ask what is a ''B.O.W's Training'' is to which I shut him right up and he didn't press on. I don't know if he didn't have the courage to ask further or if he wasn't paid enough to care about the extra services that we offered, but either way, I don't really care.
Now you might ask me, what services does the Ghoul Corps offer? Well, I'm glad you asked!
We offer the usual things that PMCs do. But we have higher standards than them, as we offer various services. Like Weapons Training, Physical Training, Survival Training, Mechanic Training, Field Medic Traning, Basic First Aid Training, and various other training programs that we offer.
All of which is taken care of by one of the ghouls, on a side note I did buy about 900 more Embryos and injected them with the TZ-Virus. This time I bought 100 of both men and women. So the ghouls now number 1000, of which 500 are male and the other 500 are female. Funnily enough, the first 100 Ghouls that I created are considered to be veterans and the newborns are ''Rookies''. They also have set up a hierarchy based on rank. Currently, they have three ranks.
Soldiers, which they decided would be the ones doing all the physical work. Not saying that the other ranks don't but the soldiers are usually used for grunt work or for simple soldier work, like patrolling/guarding things. No specialized work like assassinations or stealth work.
Agents, of which they named it themselves are supposed, by what they explained to me to be the ones that do all the stealth and dirty work. Assassinations, sabotage, spy work, counterintelligence, and cyber security. Yes, the agents do Cyber Security work as well, although they are called Techies by the ghouls since these ghouls have taken a liking to code and the general use of machines. They remind me of Techpriests from Warhammer 40k.
Captains are basically their leaders. The ghouls are hired by squads so there will always be 5 ghouls no matter the job they are doing, this means that someone has to be the leader/captain. I don't know how they decide the ranks but the Captains have authority over both Soldiers and Agents.
Now they did their rank names in german so instead of a soldier, agent, and captain it should have been Soldat, pretty obvious what that one means, Agent is Agent but read it with a German accent if you will, and Hauptmann is captain in german.
The Ghouls seemed to stress the fact to address them in german titles but for the ease of you and myself, I will refer to them in English. Now you might ask me if I can buy embryos and then have them grow into adults and then inject them with the TZ-Virus making them into kinda super soldiers. Why don't I just buy and grow more than a thousand ghouls? Your answer is that Necroa is a bitch that didn't want me to have more than 1000 ''enhanced'' soldiers.
Normal basic humans? I can only have 10 thousand but enhanced humans? That is limited to only 1000! The Tyrann and Tyrannin count as B.O.W's since I created and modified their embryos to create them but even then, I only have a certain limit on what type of B.O.W's I can have, I can have fifty Tyrannen but if I create a new B.O.W it would depend on the lethality of the B.O.W to of which then Necroa would put a limit on it.
So if I create, for example, a Cerberus, the infected zombie dogs from Resident Evil. I could and would probably have a limit of five thousand to maybe even something in the millions, that is because they are considered weak but if I create Hunters or Lickers they would be considered as something... in an average level? But it would limit me with maybe a thousand, maybe less, maybe more I would have to create them and then see if they have limits to be truly certain.
Either way, I'm limited in the amount of artificially created followers that I can have.
After setting everything up with the paperwork dude I finally decided to boot up the two New AI's to deal with my PMC for myself so I don't have to manage it too much. I started with booting up the Business AI.

I say as I think of a new name to name my new AI, and after a couple of moments pass I finally come up with a good name.
''I'll name you Eisen! which means iron in german if I'm correct. You are to take over and Manage my Company called the Ghoul Corps alongside another AI that is more familiar with Illegal dealings for now wait for me to boot the other AI alright Eisen?''
I say as I start booting up the Criminal AI Dealer and I receive another message about their systems booting up and completed before a different voice from Altra and Eisen responds.

I hear a mature seductive female robotic voice talking and I can immediately tell that I'll enjoy this different AI.

I think as I ponder on various german words that I could use to name my new Criminal AI and I quickly arrive at a good name if you ask me.

I'll leave you two to manage the company now as I got some plans to experiment with the T-Virus to see if I can make some harpies. I order them as I walk towards my lab to prepare my new project.

I think to myself as I prepare to create a new being, a new species, and a new B.O.W that I can sell on the black market to make some cash.

I have been holed up in my lab testing and doing various simulations on creating a new strand of the T-Virus so I could create my Harpies. Truth be told I could just use the T-Virus to accomplish my goal, but sadly all the simulations run showed that although the Harpies looked like, well Harpies, they didn't have the necessary flight power to do anything other than glide through the sky.
This in turn made me use a few slices of the G-Virus and the Z-Virus. I also experimented with the TZ-Virus but the results were less than satisfactory. True, the harpies were stronger than an average man but they looked like someone dumped oil and then covered them in feathers. Simply put, they looked ugly and it was unacceptable that my Harpies are such ugly creatures.
So it was after long arduous hours and headaches later that I achieved a satisfactory result. By combining the mutation capabilities of the G-Virus, the combined strength and resurrection ability of the TZ-Virus, and an overall T-Virus base I succeed in creating an Airborn B.O.W.
The newly created B.O.W dubbed Engel, or Harpy, is a female-looking humanoid with bird legs and arms and a single pair of wings on its back. Its bones were changed into hollow bones to help facilitate oxygen intake during flights, allowing them to easily reach 10 thousand feet in the air. Simulations showed that they could reach the top of the Troposphere of the earth if they managed to get into a high enough vantage point.
Engels/Harpies have shown strength above what a normal human can produce and show high intelligence due to Raven DNA being used to boost its brain capacity and facilitate the use of its wings. This in turn facilitates giving them orders and not having them misinterpret their orders, as they have a more advanced brain than humans. Although they aren't as smart as us, their reflexes were boosted due to this brain size increase.
Appearance-wise, dismissing their bird arms, legs, and wings. Their bodies are exactly like that of humans, weirdly enough the Engels/Harpies have shown to be quite rare for them to have big breasts.
Most simulations and test subjects had B-sized breasts at maximum and a few outliers had DD-sized breasts, which showed that smaller breasted harpies had an easier time maintaining balance in the sky than big breasted harpies.
Their overall appearance also showed that they maintain an athletic form and usually have dark colors, although there have been outliers with different hair/feather colors that were of a darker shade. Most harpies have gotten a dark-purplish color while a few outliers had dark colors, for example, one of the big-breasted harpies was born with crimson dark feathers.
On a side note, the harpies are capable of reproducing. But I made them all infertile, so they can have offspring if they weren't infertile. Side, side note, I also created a pretty much anti-bullshit cloth and made bras and panties for the harpies to wear. Necroa being the bitch that she is didn't allow me to use this new cloth to make armor or anything else other than underwear for Harpies.
But going back on topic, Engel/Harpy combat abilities!
Engels/Harpies have enhanced leg and back muscles allowing their clawed feet, which look exactly like that of a ravens claw, to produce very strong kicks which can shatter concrete in a single kick alone. This also had a good side effect of having the Engels/Harpies have very thick and supple thighs and broad shoulders.
Engels are capable of using their hand claws or their clawed feet to viscerate and gorge out flesh with ease. This also allowed them to leave marks on a multitude of metals, and in the case of their kicks, dents in various tested metals that we had in the labs.
Their wings, although not as strong as their arms or legs could be used as weapons as well if the Engel/harpy was skilled enough to use them such as their wings were reinforced with a lot of muscle and are somewhat bulletproof against simple pistols and revolvers.
Sadly I had to prioritize their bodies and skull to be reinforced with thicker bones making them able to take quite a few shots before even having any problems.

On a super side note. I decided to outfit all the harpies in plague doctor outfits, which hugged their forms quite tightly allowing you to see their nipples outline as well as their pussies. They do have hoodies and those bird masks since their faces are quite human with only a few feathers around their faces.
