Zack was trying to figure out how to put these items on been clothes as the Scientist showed a gentle smile because it seemed that Zack was acting like a little kid, but he shook himself away from the idea of becoming a father figure to experiment.
(May 1, 1990)
The idea of treating Zack or Experiment #21 as a young child is a mistake because he doesn't want to show any emotions towards the experiment. The Scientist went over to sit down and began to see Zack slowly getting used to walking on his own. It has been three and half hours since the Scientist begins to watch Zack trying to learn how to walk inside the mid-size room.
The Scientist wrote the notes down about how Zack was not completing the full steps of walking, which he turned his head to see a video call from the Leader Scientist was incoming again. The Scientist turns the video call to see the Leader Scientist and "Leader Scientist, is something wrong?" The Scientist asks the Leader Scientist with a nervous tone and firm expression because he wondered what went wrong with Experiment #21.
"Nothing is wrong, but I wanted to check the progress of Experiment #21." Leader Scientist responds to the Scientist Andrew with a firm tone and expression, which Leader Scientist turns his attention to find that Zack/ Experiment #21 was trying his best to walk on his own.
Zack was trying his best to handle these walking exercises because it seemed that he was handling things at his twentieth time, and the Leader Scientist was smiling because he was showing signs that he was improving. After all, it seems that Project – Darkness took a month or two months and a half to stand on her feet or walk with her feet.
"How interesting, but it seems that he's already learning the basics of walking and standing on his feet on his own." Leader Scientist told himself with a gentle voice and expression. He has impressive thoughts about how Zack shows signs of improvement. Still, he had many ideas for Project – Darkness might have some catching up to deal with the Project – Dragonic might be the strongest experiment the organization might have to create.
System of Darkness might have better luck on Project – Dragonic, yet there is too much inside the solution to change the System of Darkness from Project – Darkness to Project Dragonic. It might kill Project – Darkness, so the System of Darkness has decided to leave the System of Darkness inside of Project – Darkness.
"Mr. Andrew, please keep your eyes on Project – Dragonic, but don't allow yourself to get feelings or emotions for this experiment." Leader Scientist told Scientist Andrew with a firm tone and serious expression because it seems that Andrew was slowly getting attracted to Experiment #21 in the appearance of a young boy. "Make sure Experiment #21 is ready for the next part of his training in three weeks." Leader Scientist continues to speak with Scientist Andrew of the same tone and expression about how Scientist Andrew showed slight signs of honesty towards Experiment #21/ Project – Dragonic by giving him the name Zack.
"I will not allow my emotions to show with Experiment #21." Scientist Andrew responds to Leader Scientist with his serious expression and voice. Andrew was not going to show his emotions towards Experiment #21/ Project – Dragonic/ Zack because he was just a thing, not alive or young. However, he felt his heart was slowly growing bond with Zack even if he did not want to acknowledge it at first.
The video call was over as Zack looked up to see Scientist Andrew was showing firm expression because it was time to teach to read and write the ordinary language. "Experiment… Zack comes here." Scientist Andrew requests Zack and his expression shows surprise because Zack runs over to him, but he falls in front of him. "You… You need to be more careful the next time you run like that." Andrew told him of soft tone because he didn't want to see the experiment hurt himself… Wait, why is Andrew feeling worried about this young experiment?
The question will haunt Scientist Andrew for quite some time as he begins the lesson to teach how to write and read for Zack to learn it.
(At Frozen Section)
On the other side of the factory, it has a large room with filled capsules where they were frozen solid, meaning they were failed experiments, but one of them was leaking as the glass. There were mysterious black liquid leaks through the broken capsule, yet it had no form, so it began to become a stream form to travel to the other rooms as the stream had the objective to follow it.
The stream was passing through the vends system as it heard two scientists talking about the Project – Darkness. "Yes, I have heard that Project – Darkness has taken a liking to Dr. Tearju but Project – Dragonic has nobody to bond with." First Scientist told his partner with honest tone and firm expression, which the Second Scientist could not believe that Project – Dragonic was a successful experiment. She became more interested in learning more about both Projects and left another room to find more answers about these Projects - Dragonic and Project - Darkness. She wanted to find more answers to what is so special about them.
(At Database Room)
Stream exits out of the vent to see a large room filled with many computers as the steam becomes interested because it seems the scientists locked the room. The stream became black liquid, but it would need a human form to access the computer.
The black liquid turns itself into a tan girl with long black hair down to the lower parts of her backside with red tips, and her eye reveals dark golden. Her clothing was a simple long black dress with straps falling from her right shoulders, with her appearance making her eleven years old. Her height is 4'5, and her weight is 102 pounds, with her breasts being small A cup.
The girl pulls the dark blue metal chair to sit down as she begins to access the computer with her hands begins to type the information of trying to find the answers about Projects inside the organization.
"Project – Dragonic…" The girl says the name again with a soft tone, and she moves the mouse over to click on the name to know more information about the Project – Dragonic. Then Dr. Andrew starts a video call for the girl to see him in front of him. "Project – Dragonic has awakened today but it seems that he has not moved his body in the right way." The girl becomes more interested in Project – Dragonic because it seems that the powers of this person are going to reach new limits if he has training and exercise. "But I have high hopes for Project – Dragonic might have the possibilities to show signs of moving on his own." Dr. Andrew says through the video with final notes for the day as the girl closes the video then moves the mouse to see more of the information of Project – Dragonic. Twenty failed experiments lead to miscarriages or death of the experiments, meaning the person was killed or eliminated from the memories of the person carrying the experiment inside their bodies.
The girl becomes disturbed about the news that the organization was not going to worry about the death of experiments since they could have lived to be anything they wanted to be. Her sight caught the sight of Project – Darkness and Project – Crimson as the girl clicked on Project – Darkness to find more information about it.
(In Experiment #21 Room)
Dr. Andrew strokes his forehead in disappointment because Zack is zero-minded, meaning he doesn't know anything about writing and reading, but he was not going to give up until he helped the young child learn how to write and read. Zack shows a depressed expression because he thinks that Dr. Andrew would hit or say something to him, yet he did not say anything to him.
"Let us try it again." Dr. Andrew spoke to Zack with a warm tone, but he was getting too caught up in treating Zack as his son, which he continued to speak, "Experiment #21, it's almost time to get ready for bed." His tone changed into a firm tone because he didn't want to get any closer to Project – Dragonic since he is nothing but an experiment.
Zack begins to walk back to a capsule, for he only knows his bed and Dr. Andrew's thoughts about how there's an extra bedroom. "Experiment #21, come with me." Dr. Andrew spoke to Zack with a firm tone, and he followed the person who was taking care of him. Then they left to the extra and spare bedroom.
Dr. Andrew led Zack to a midnight blue metal sliding door that opened to reveal a large bedroom as the light turned on. The large bedroom shows a twin-sized bed with dark silver blankets and a light blue metal cabinet next to the bed, then the opposite of the bedroom to reveal a large closet for clothes to fit Zack.
"Is this my room?" Zack asks Dr. Andrew with a gentle voice and expression because his eyes delight. He went over to see Dr. Andrew and showed a little smile because the experiment was slowly growing on him. Then Zack enters the room to test the waters and notices the beautiful room.
"Yes, it is," Dr. Andrew responds to Zack with an honest voice and expression as he watches Zack was walking around the room to see the different items inside of the bedroom. However, Dr. Andrew shakes the feelings and little smiles away since he doesn't want to show any feelings or emotions for the experiment. "Experiment #21, your training starts tomorrow morning, so don't stay up too late." Dr. Andrew told him with the same tone that been honest changes into the firm, and he was going to be back with something to eat for Zack.
Zack goes over to Dr. Andrew and hugs him. He was surprised as Dr. Andrew began to return the hug to Zack. Dr. Andrew could not believe it but how Experiment #21 changed his thinking about treating Zack.
"That's enough!" Dr. Andrew spoke with a firm tone and expression to pull out of the hug because it seemed he didn't want to get close to Zack since he would not allow himself to get close to Experiment #21 or Zack… There was the feeling again, but it was slightly stronger this time, but Dr. Andrew would not allow himself to draw into the feeling again. "I'll be back with something to eat for you." Dr. Andrew told him with the same tone and expression then began to leave the bedroom.
Zack tilts his head into confusion because he doesn't understand why a hug is dangerous to give out to someone who has been taking care of him. He went over to sit down at the bed and turned his sight to see large books but his reading skills weren't top-notch at the moment.
Dr. Andrew went back to his private quarters, but he stopped inside his tracks to see the Leader Scientist with a firm expression. "I believe you have gained Experiment #21's trust but how is the progress for the training?" Leader Scientist asks Dr. Andrew with a serious tone because he wanted to know the training progress, which Dr. Andrew thinks about the progression for Zack to learn how to write and read is difficult.
"He has gained little knowledge on reading and writing, but his physical training shall begin as soon as seven months come and gone." Dr. Andrew told the Leader Scientist with confidence inside tone and expression as he sees the Leader Scientist nods at the progression then leaves him alone as Dr. Andrew couldn't help it. Still, he felt himself getting emotionally attached to Zack.
