In his studies, Chancellor Malcolm was thinking about a certain host of one of the legendary giants and his backstory.
Malcolm muttered," That poor lad been through enough because of the lies of a fool who managed to destroyed his life and it was his brother." Malcolm said the latter with disgust in his voice.
Malcolm was disgusted with Percy's parents as parents are supposed to love their child unconditionally without any strings attached. Malcolm wishes he could meet those fools and personally scold them.
Especially that idiot of a father or former father of his who dared be disowned for the liar.
Malcolm growled," He gives fathers a bad name." Malcolm also thought about those gods who governed Percy's old world.
From what Percy told of him they are some of the rulers as they argue with each other for petty reasons, send monsters after children, don't set a good example for their offspring, cause their mortal partner so much distress for leaving them behind with the result of their negligence.
Malcolm muttered," These gods are children." He is wondering who allowed these corrupted, arrogant, and incompetent fools to be in power.
Malcolm thought about the boy's mother and stepfather who disowned Percy without hearing his side of his story.
Malcolm said," She gives mothers a bad name." Malcolm shook his head in disgust and disbelief at the stupidity of Sally betraying her son.
Malcolm thought about the boy's former friends and lover with a disgusted expression on his face.
Malcolm grumbled," After all he has done for him they turned their backs on him? Those are ungrateful people." Malcolm shook his head with disappointment and disgust in his eyes.
" My Chaineclor !"
Malcolm sees several soldiers with Ulf come into his office with a grave expression on their faces making Malcolm stand up causing the soldiers to salute the leader.
Malcolm stated," At ease men. What seems to be the problem ?" He looked at the soldiers with curiosity.
Ulf cried," There been a monster sighting at Kirby Highschool." He see his leader's eyes narrowed a bit.
Malcolm asked," Did anyone get hurt?" He looked at his soldier and his nephew with a concerned look.
Ulf stated," Well the host of Prisma intervened before the monster could do anything and apparently chased the monster to a grassy field ." He see Malcolm look relieved.
Malcolm stated," Send a team to investigate the battleground, and Ulf I need you to come with me." He gestured towards his nephew who blinked at his uncle.
" Where are we going ?"
Malcolm smiled," We are dropping by Kirby Highschool." He sees his nephew who gains a look of understanding in his eyes.
Meanwhile in the hallway of Kirby Highschool just leaving from a classroom was Nancy and Percy who looked a bit tired from doing math but they had smiles on their faces.
Percy stated," You know Math was so bad since our teacher was actually helpful and very patient, unlike one I had back on earth." He smiled that he finally found a teacher who is patient and helpful.
Nancy sighed," Hallelujah." She smiled that teachers in this world are more helpful and patient than the ones she had on earth.
The two smiled until they started to notices the atmosphere as every student who would walk them would stare at Percy with awe before scurrying away then the two hears whispers.
" I can't he is the new host of Prisma."
" The new host is around our age."
" I wonder if he is single?"
Percy's face twisted in anger and disgust at the thought of being in a relationship again but little did he know Nancy scowl at the person for the last comment.
" I wonder why did a new Prisma emerge?"
Percy's face shifts from anger to curiosity as well since he wants to know more about the history of Prisma.
Percy thought," I need to know as well since I am the host of Prisma or the new host of Prisma which makes me wonder who was the first host."He begins to think to himself bout his predecessor.
Nancy asked," Hey Percy you alright? You have been very quiet." She looked at her new friend with concern on her face.
Percy muttered," Thinking." He sees Nancy's jaw drop in shock before letting out a small chuckle.
Nancy says cheekily," Don't heart yourself, Percy." She sees Percy gain a mocked scowl on his face making her snort.
Percy muttered," I see what I can do. You know I am very curious about the backstory of Prisma with you know me being the new host of Prisma and all feel that I need to learn about what have I gotten myself into." He wonders about the other giant Gyro.
Nancy stated," You know have a point there Perce. I am too curious about the history of the two as well.'' She wasn't lying since everyone at school and in this world is making a big deal about Percy being the host of Prisma.
Nancy stares at Percy as he walked forward then Nancy's vision changes the school hallway into green are filled with leaves and flowers.
And Nancy sees in Percy's is a look-alike with disheveled black hair with spiky layers, sea green silver pendant around his neck. He wears yellow and black shoes, a gauntlet on his left hand and a black glove on the other, a yellow jacket with a white hood, and a blue pauldron and armor over his left arm. The dark dungaree-type outfit he wears over his other clothes is fastened with a black belt that has a metal chain.
The Percy look like stated,"We need to move Yuna." He spoke in a deep sound voice as he looked at Nancy.
Nancy thought," Yuna ?" She stared at Percy's look-alike with confusion on her face as he called her " Yuna", not Nancy.
" Nancy!"
Nancy felt someone shake her shoulder and her vision changed back into the hallway with Percy holding her shoulder as he looked concerned.
Percy stated," You kinda spaced out a bit Nancy. You good?" He looked at Nancy with concern in his sea-green eyes.
Nancy stated sheepishly," Sorry Perce I doze off, and let's get to our next class.'She smiled at Percy then the two walked towards their class.
Their next class happened to be history class which made Percy inwardly groan as he recalled his hatred of history back on earth until he took a certain traitor's class. Percy hoped this class will be exciting.
The two enter the classroom and they see their fellow students are just getting in then two took their seats in the middle row.
The teacher is an older man in his '60s that looks like Ozpin from Rwby wearing Ozpin clothes from Season 1 holding a briefcase.
The teacher greeted," Hello everyone my name is Mr. Ozpin and I am your history instructor." He smiled kindly at everyone.
Mr. Ozpin made his way towards his desk where placed his briefcase and gets down to grab something.
Percy, Nancy, and the students wonder what was the teacher until he pops up with a projector that he places on the desk.
stated," We will be learning about the history of Deep Dive legendary giants."He smiled at everyone who all let out exciting murmurs.
Percy and Nancy looked at each other for a bit in shock as they are about to learn about the legend of the two giants.
" Done!"
Everyone sees the teacher has set up the projectors and the screen has been set up with two images of what to be two images of to certain giants.
On the left side is Gyro standing up with his arm crossed and on the right side is Prisma who is in a battle stance.
Mr. Ozpin stated," Today due to a monster attack and the sudden emerges of the new Host of Prisma we will be learning about the two legendary defenders of Rotleida and all of Deep Dive!" He sees everyone gain an excited expression making him smile a bit.
Percy thought," I am going to learn about Gyro and the first Prisma huh? This might make my job easier." He looked very forward to the lecture today since he might get info on the two giants.
Nancy thought," This is it." She looked very curious about the history of the two giants, especially Prisma.
The screen shows what appears to of Rotleida in the past as the Rotileda look steampunk but Nancy along with Percy notices the city was covered in shadows. Percy notices some silhouettes of people in chains making his narrowed.
"Before Rotleida and all of Deep Dive was what it is today it shrouded in darkness as e first ruler of Rotelda named Orion- the Terrible ruled with an iron fist in a dictatorship.!"
An inked image of a man who has long hair and a beard. To Percy and Nancy, he looked regal but condescending. He wears royal attire which includes a robe with white fur on the edges and a crown with jewels adorned
Percy thought," I am getting a vibe similar to Zeus and those toothless worms." He looked at the picture of the ruler making his fist tighten up.
Nancy raised her arm in the air getting the teacher's attention as he points her out making Nancy stand up.
Nancy asked," How did he gain power I am pretty sure the people would have revolted." She looked at the teacher who chuckled at her statement.
Mr. Ozpin stated," Well Ms. Bobofit Orion The Terrible didn't do it alone as he had help." He clicked causing the image to show several silhouettes of different monsters.
One monster shows a large black dinosaur monster with tiny arms and leathery wings on its back.
Besides the dinosaur, the monster is a monster that resembled a large turtle with a shell that has large horn-like protrusions sticking out.
Next to the turtle was the silhouette of a giant moth-like creature that has large luminous wings.
Next to the moth is a black armored figure who bore many characteristics of a demon, complete with rough edges and wings like protrusions on it's armor.
Mr. Ozpin stated," These monsters know as heartless from the realm of darkness." He changes the image.
The students along with Percy and Nancy gasp seeing what appears to be a realm made of darkness.
Mr. Ozpin stated," These horrid creatures were ants compared to the two worsts of them all." he spoke in a grave tone getting the class's attention, especially Percy and Nancy.
The two and the class see the image changes to two giant monsters.
One monster is a being armor adorned with dozens of symbols. The shoulder pad on his left shoulder, helmet, crown, boots, knees, and breastplate all sport these designs. His crown and shoulder pad are gold, while the rest of the armor is colored in light shades of blue and silver. He has two silver belts on his waist and what seem to be white feathers on his right shoulder in place of armor. Several cords crisscross in front of his torso, connecting to massive, oblong pieces of armor worn on each arm. The mask's faceplate is beak-like in structure and he wears clawed, metal gloves.
The second monster that organic-looking material resembling black muscle tissue that covers his legs and feet. This material has thick yellow cords in it that outline glossier sections of the material and the soles of his feet. The monster's eyes are completely orange and is connected to seven organic-looking cords that extend from its open torso. The cords are black in color and fade into red at the base. The monster has an emblem is attached to the cords attached to his back.
Nancy and Percy don't know why but those monsters seem familiar as Percy narrowed his eyes with hatred.
Mr. Ozpin stated," These two are Ansem the Seeker of Darkness and Xenmas who collaborated with Orion in favor of plunging the world into darkness for a period of decades."Mr. Ozpin spoke in a sorrowful tone as he shows an image of the two monsters in their giant form spread darkness through the city with people on their knees.
Mr. Ozpin stated," As he got older fear what would happen if he were to allow his children to rule so being the person that he ordered the deaths of his children along with concubines!" He see the class looked horrified, disgusted, and shocked.
Nancy let out a small gasp along with covering her mouth in shock while Percy's fist turns white in anger.
Percy thought," Bastard!" He looked so disgusted by this monster in the form of a man who could give Kronos and Zeus a run for their money in paranoia.
Mr. Ozpin said," And to be sure his reign will last forever he had Ansem and Xenmas turn him into immortal." He shows an ink picture of the two monsters from the realm of darkness engulfing the mad ruler.
Mr. Ozpin stated," The newly immortal ruler wanted to extend his influence over Deep Dive so he ordered Anseem to attack a town called Zanark where Anseem with some heartless burned the town to the ground leaving no survivors." He looked sad as he shows an image of the destroyed town of Zanarkand with the heartless standing vicarious with dead bodies with Anseem overlooking things in the skies.
Hearing the name Zanarkand made Percy feel emotions, sadness, and rage but he doesn't know why.
Percy thought," Why does Zanarkand sound familiar to me? I am not from Deep Dive." He looked so confused as to why does Zanarkand sound familiar.
Note: Here is the new chapter and it seems we are going to learn about the legends surrounding the two giants Gyro and Prisma. There have been numerous references to Kingdom Heart and Final Fantasy due to this world will different variants of characters of different characters from some of my favorite video games. What school clubs should Nancy and Percy join? What was your thought on Nancy's little vision and why was that young man who looks like Percy calling her Yuna?
