Day 130: Starday the 26th, Abadius, 4708
Savah woke me up today to tell me that there was a page in the foyer from the Pathfinders. I looked at her oddly for a second, and then remembered what Sheila Heidmarch had said the day before. I was glad that I didn't piss her off enough to prevent us from getting reimbursed for all that we had done. I was also glad that I had not pissed off Savah yesterday night. I got up and got dressed, with Savah helping me.
I went down to the foyer and there was a page there with a wrapped package. I took it from them and they nodded before leaving. They didn't say a word. They just turned around and left. I waited for them to leave and then opened up the package. I couldn't believe it. There was a group of ten Ioun stones, split up into four groups, two groups of three, two groups of two. I took the stones to the kitchen table where everyone else was already waiting. I gently put the Ioun Stones on the table and looked to the others.
Faunra looked them over and said that she could spend some time checking them all out when we got home. I told her that Igor and Veronica were working on building the forms of their siblings. Faunra nodded and asked if there was anything else that needed to be done in Magnimar. Savah noted that I had made arrangements to talk to those in the Embassy, and we needed to drop off a proposal to Valanni.
I groaned a bit and shifted my priorities to getting the proposal written up. Grr. Pricing for tarmac, hangar, and modular plane, training for pilot, co-pilot. I decided to go fairly all out. I set out two price lists, one for have a similar, but not exactly the same, Quadjet, and a much less zippy plane that was a LOT cheaper. They could get almost five for the price of a Quadjet, but the speed was one quarter.
I figured on two quotes. With two of the cheaper planes, it would come to thirty thousand gold. With a lesser copy of the Quadjet, it would come to forty-five thousand. That ought to be enough to give them some things to think about. I made six copies of the proposals quickly, and took pictures of the documents as well. I came back out from where I was working and Savah was already in her armor and gear.
I went back and got my armor and gear on while she looked over the proposals. When I got back, she told me that this was a LOT of money for a town like Sandpoint to put out. I told her that I'd build the airport for Sandpoint myself, at no cost to the town, and that I'd work with Faunra to get much cheaper aircraft for them for around town investigations. Savah accepted that and we headed out. First to the Embassies and then to the Pediment Building. Savah asked why we wouldn't be considering any of the other nations at the Embassy. I told her that I wasn't going to allow any of my creations or works to support slavery, and until I found a way to make it so that a plane couldn't be used in the practice, this was the best that I could do.
We got on our bikes and drove down to the Embassy Building in Ordellia. We parked our bikes and walked into the foyer. We made our way to the Absalom quarters and talked to Cana. The halfling woman recognized me by my voice as I took the armor off. She seemed kind of interested in my armor, but didn't mention it. I gave her two of the copies, and noted the expected speeds for each of the models (in miles per hour, since they thankfully used that rather than metric). Then I converted it over to knots because Cana want to compare it to water based ship travel. Fifty-four miles per hour or forty-seven knots per hour. Cana was a bit amazed by that, and Savah told her that our personal plane was now covering over ninety miles an hour at cruise speed.
Cana looked at us like we were crazy. I reminded her that we had taken the Lord-Mayor on a trip to Sandpoint yesterday and came back. The flight time was under twenty minutes each way. Cana asked why we had suggested the road system if we were just going to use this. I smiled, she had done some investigation into us. I told her that the planes were for emergency travel and fast travel, of quantities of people larger than can easily teleport. Cana nodded, and I continued that the increased speed on the road would make for better trade, which is something that the plane would not support.
Cana pondered this and asked me what use it would have for her city then. I told her that these vehicles were best utilized for fast travel for long distances, especially between nations. As long as agreements are reached for a nation's airspace primacy, being able to get back and forth between different nations rapidly can help with diplomacy and fostering trade. Cana was listening to all of this and told me bluntly that she didn't have the permission to agree to something like this without talking to at least the Second Spell Lord. I told Cana that I didn't expect anything less, and if she jumped at the offer, I would be much more skeptical.
Cana nodded and said that she would transfer this back via courier to Absalom and would get the response back as soon as possible. I thanked her and told her that Savah was the person in charge, and that she should get in contact with her first. Savah smiled and Cana wished us well. We went back to the foyer and saw that Giddens was waiting for us. He escorted us back to his office and bade us sit down while he looked over the proposals. Savah did so, while I just remained standing, as my armor could easily take the weight.
Giddens got halfway through it and looked up to ask if it was a joke. I told him that I had already delivered a copy to Absalom. Giddens said that he didn't think it just for me to put in requirements that these not be used to start attacks. Savah spoke up for me, saying that if they used these for attacks, then others would do the same, and they wouldn't be under the same strictures, and thus could create something much worse. Giddens asked what she meant, and she told him that it would mean war. It would be a conflict of a different sort. A war of advancement.
Giddens looked a bit odd at first, when Savah explained both countries would be forced to put more and more resources into technological and magical advancements to conflict the advancements of the other country. Giddens asked why his country should even consider this. I told him that it was up to his country, but that his country could use the enhanced opportunities in diplomacy and intellectual trade that this would provide. Giddens looked like he might consider it, and asked how much faster this was than sailing. I ran the same numbers by him that I gave Cana, and he seemed a bit incredulous. I told him that he was free to disbelieve me, but I had the Lord-Mayor on my personal plane yesterday, and we undertook a fifty-four-mile trip in under twenty minutes.
Giddens seemed to be calculating the range and asked what the operating range was. I told him that it was unknown for the maximum distance, but that if he wanted a different model that was faster or longer range, it could be worked out. Giddens said that he'd reflect on this further, but said that we shouldn't hold our breath. I nodded and told him that if they wanted to pursue the proposal, they should contact Savah at her store. Giddens looked a little bit askew at that but didn't say anything. We thanked him for his time and headed out. Savah offered up that we couldn't get everyone, and I told her that she knows better than I that if he sees that both Absalom and Andoran go for this, he'll push for it so that he doesn't get left behind.
We went back to the foyer but were grabbed by Silia and escorted to the offices of the Andoran Embassy. The office was very comfortable with a very nice looking set of chairs. There was a large amount of paper that was printed with what looked like a printing press. I was impressed with the nation already. I activated my armor and exited out of it. Savah did the same, with my assistance, and all three of us sat down on the plush chairs. I offered up the two proposals and Silia noted immediately that we had access to a much finer printing press than her nation did.
Savah smiled and asked if I had anything that I could produce for them that would be short enough to give them a taste of what I had access to. I asked if Silia had blank sheet of parchment. She produced a long sheet of paper, and I used my transfer ability to put the bill of rights onto it. Silia looked over this and asked if there was a way to get this technology to her people. I told her that I had a unique setup where I had magic and technology combined, but that I was indeed starting a school, and that she should try to get her to get someone of sufficient Arcane ability to contact either Toth Bhreacher or Master Leis Nivlandis, as they are the ones I have positioned to be offering up selections, and I wouldn't mind the possibility of having people from other countries there as well. Silia said that she would pass that information along.
She started reading the proposal and asked about several key details. When it came to the restrictions, she asked why they couldn't use it for conflict. Savah told her that bringing something like that to light would make the nation that you fought would seek to get and then improve upon the technology that they had. Silia nodded and said that she could explain that easily enough. Silia kept reading and asked about the part about slavery. Savah looked at me. I told Silia that I was morally opposed to slavery, and that I couldn't permit slave utilizing nations to use my ships to expand their reach. Silia asked me about using the planes to transport escaped or emancipated slaves. I said that this was fine, as long as it didn't go against the rule about using it in conflict.
Silia said that she'd have to iron that out, but that the fact that I was just against the propagation of slavery, and not the emancipation of the slaves, wouldn't be a hard sell at all. She went through and got to the pricing. She balked a little, and asked if there was any way to lower the price at all. Savah spoke up and said that the quotes are either for two of the lesser, slower class planes, or one of the faster class of planes, and the training for the crews. If they sought to build the infrastructure for the airports, then that was on them, and we could reduce accordingly, as long as it was done to enough specification. Silia nodded and said that she would bring that up as well.
After a bit more, she asked if there was any chance in convincing us to move to Andoran, as from what I gave her of the Bill of Rights, and the way that I talked, we could be a powerful force for good there. Savah spoke up and noted that we were not interested in leaving right now, but that we might be open to it in the future. She then quickly added with a wink that we might be interested in having a second residence there. Silia smiled and said that she could understand that. I didn't say anything, as I didn't want to open mouth, insert foot. Silia also said that she'd try to get a person to contact Toth Bhreacher or Master Leis Nivlandis about the school opportunity. She asked what the school would be focusing on.
Savah spoke up for me and said that there were nine fields of study, including Agriculture, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Electrical Theory, Kinetic Physics, Mathematics, Mechanics, Medicine, and Philosophy. Silia listened intently and asked if we could provide something of an explanation of each field. Savah smiled and asked me to write up something. I typed up a short (one paragraph) description of each and asked Silia for another sheet of paper. She handed it to me, and I transferred it to the sheet. Silia was amazed that something I had just written could be as even and precise. When I handed it back to her, I told her that they would really be better off working with hemp for paper, rather than wood pulp. Silia looked amused at the concept and I told her that if they can get that to work before they send someone to my school, I will be very happy.
Silia wrote it down and asked if there was any other business that we needed to attend to. I noted that we were going to be talking to the Lord-Mayor after this, and that we'd be heading back to Sandpoint after that. Silia asked if she could ride in the plane and Savah agreed, but noted that we wouldn't be heading back to Magnimar tonight. Silia said that she could understand that, and that she would get a retainer for staying the night at a good quality Inn.
Silia added that she wanted to see the workshops that had built the plane and these armors. Savah cleared her throat and told her that the armor had a backlist for purchasing, but that if the nation of Andoran wanted to start getting on the list, she could see about pricing for that as well. I was so proud of my budding inamorata magnate. We got up and back into our armor. Spell for Savah, and my armor helping for me. Silia asked for us to wait for a little bit while she got herself set up to go with us, if we were willing. Savah shrugged and said that we would be outside at our bikes. Silia mouthed the word bikes and nodded.
As we walked out to the Foyer, a tall man was in the foyer was talking to the person who had directed us in the first place. He seemed to be eyeing Savah and me very suspiciously. When we walked out, he stopped us and asked if we were from Numeria. Savah told him that no, we were not, and had never been there at all. He nodded slowly, introducing himself as Merril Angor, and that he was the representative from Ustalav. I thought about reaching out to shake his hand, but Savah beat me to it. She told him that it was good to meet him, and that she looked forward to talking with him in the future. He snorted and nodded a slight nod before heading back in to his section of Embassy.
While we waited for Silia to make it out to us, Savah asked if I expected that he would be passing information about us on to whomever he thought would profit him the most. I told her that I expected that we would be getting more harassment sometime soon, especially since the last assassins from the Technic League had failed. Savah nodded, and I told her that I'd be improving the defenses of the house as soon as I could when we got home. Savah said that she'd help in whatever ways that she could and we thought up some plans.
After some brief discussion, Silia came out in what looked to be battered, ill-fitting armor and carrying a satchel with her. Savah offered her to get on the back of her bike, and Silia agreed. We rode on and headed up towards the Capital district. When we were in the Keystone, towards the end, Savah sent me a message telling me that Silia would like to stop at the Stone of Tears. I chuckled back that she was jumping at the chance to talk to Leis. Savah agreed and I told her that I'd be glad to stop.
We headed there and slowed our bikes to a stop. Savah helped Silia off of her bike and told her that we'd be waiting outside if we were needed. Silia went in and Savah and I stayed out finishing up with going over some various defensive aids, including some doubled up locks on the doors. A request from Volioker first thing, just to get everything updated. Savah noted that we had some throwing around money from what we had scavenged and couldn't get magic for. I noted that it'd be good getting the initial supplies for the first classes. I smiled and noted that we could order a mass of blank books from Andoran, especially if we can get them made from hemp for the paper.
Savah thought about it and asked why I was really harping on the hemp for the paper. I told her that hemp grows much quicker than trees, which would give Andoran an advantage if they start using it, and I wouldn't have to make the paper myself. Savah nodded thoughtfully. We continued to tally up on some things, and it took quite a few minutes before Silia was back out. She looked a little shocked and Savah asked her what had happened.
Silia explained that Leis had known that she was going to show up and had a casting of Sending already prepared to go. I laughed and asked her if he had said it was because he knew that we were here. Silia looked at me coldly and said that he had told her that he knew it was related to me because he didn't detect it. I laughed and noted that he adapted to that really quickly. Savah looked a bit confused, and I told her that Leis had told me that he had stopped being able to get information about me after the group had went to Jorgenfist. Savah sounded concerned, but said that we could talk about it later.
Savah helped Silia back onto the bike, and Silia told us that Master Leis had asked her to tell us that Toth would be talking to Cana later today. I nodded and thanked her for delivering the message. We headed off to the Pediment Building. As we rode between the Lowcleft and Dockway Districts, we passed by the Fancy Reefclaw and continued on past the Bronze House, where the Aspis Consortium personnel were likely watching us as we rode by. Savah warned Silia to hang on as we went up the ramp.
We made our way to the Pediment Building and parked in the garage. I passed a few silver coins to the attendant and they looked amazed. The three of us marched into the Pediment Building and on to Valanni's office. As we walked, we passed by the courtrooms where we had been in the past. Valanni was there in his office and looked pleased to see us. I set the two versions of the proposal on his desk. Valanni looked over the two and asked about the differences between the two planes. Savah told him about the different speeds and Valanni asked about carry capacity and armaments. Savah spoke about how armaments were modular.
Valanni asked what brought the esteemed ambassador from Andoran to the Lord-Mayor's office. Silia spoke up and told him that Silia had been authorized to talk to the Lord-Mayor about doing this as a joint venture. I remained quiet and waited for their conversation to end. Valanni told her that the Lord-Mayor was indisposed today, but that he'd be available next week. Silia noted that she'd be willing to commit to that visit, but that she had decided that she would be visiting Sandpoint first. Valanni looked at the three of us and reached into a desk drawer. He pulled out a mostly written letter from his desk and wrote a little bit at the top, dribbled some wax from a candle, and stamped the coat of arms of Magnimar on it. He handed Silia the paper and told her that this was notification that she was a diplomat for any watch or guard that had to talk to her.
Valanni told Savah and I that they would be getting back in touch with us if they had any further questions. Savah thanked him and before we left, he asked how fast we were travelling yesterday. I told him that we were travelling at roughly ninety miles an hour, but that if I had been told that we needed to get back quicker, I could have gotten us up to almost one-forty before I needed to get assistance to look over the controls while I dealt with the engine. Valanni asked what the fastest my plane could get from Sandpoint to Magnimar. I told him that safely, we could get here in under fifteen minutes. If we really needed, I had the support of someone repairing the engine while I worked on it, we could shave a few minutes off of it and maybe get here in ten.
Valanni nodded, asking what the draw was. Silia spoke for us, telling him that that the main benefit would be that more people could travel at the same time, there was no danger of teleporting into an item or object, and, with a smile at this part, that it can foster further trade between nations. Valanni raised an eyebrow at that but nodded. Valanni repeated that he'd contact us if there was any further request for information. I thanked him and extended a hand for a shake but he looked at the mechanized monstrosity that was my armored hand, and just simply nodded.
The three of us walked out of the offices and back past the courts. We got to the garage and were getting our bikes when a familiar scene played itself out. A group of four people squared off in front of us, telling us that I wasn't going to get away this time. I asked them who they thought that I was, and they looked at each other before pulling their blades and yelling "What the fuck is a Black Templar and a Valorous Heart doing here?", "Tzeentch didn't warn us of this, it was not foretold!", and "Die you fucking Astartes and Sororitas scum.". I was confused, but stepped in front of Silia and Savah, in hopes to get their attacks directed at me.
One of the spellcasters stepped behind his brothers and cast a spell I was intimately familiar with. Haste. I knew what it did from the depths of my being. And I knew how bad it could make the situation, if I let it. I didn't have my rifle, but I did have my pistol. With a mental reflex, the pistol was in my hand and the bullets flew from it. I struck the one to first caster's left twice, dropping him, then I hit the one that had stepped back, wounding him, I finished with dropping the third one with a single hit. Savah stepped up with her rifle, dropping the two I had not finished, one of them with a bullet to the head.
Silia stared at us mouth agape. Savah and I secured our firearms and waited. After a minute, Silia asked us if this was a common occurrence. Savah answered for me that there was another time that this had happened, only the last time it was them thinking I was a semi-famous vigilante who attacked those guilty of sins. I nodded and Savah asked me what it was this time. I shrugged as best I could in this armor and told them that I wasn't sure, but for some reason I felt that I really needed to get a bigger handgun. We waited while the Magnimar watch showed up. Savah asked if she could have my pistol when I got it swapped out. I told her of course.
The Magnimar watch and the Order of the Nail both showed up at about the same time. There was a bit of back and forth between our favorite Officer, Pan Am, and our favorite Paralictor, Darean Halst. They were disputing who had authority to take us in. We watched this for a minute before Silia stepped up and cleared her throat. They both looked at her and asked who she was. Silia told them who she was and how we were acting in her defense when the four attackers tailed us and pulled blades before yelling "Die" and other things.
Silia told them how I had stepped in between the four attackers and her before they cast a spell. Then she told them how I had pulled my pistol and dropped two of them and Savah had dropped the third and fourth ones only moments after. Paralictor Halst asked her who she was, and she produced the paper that had just been given to her by Valanni. Paralictor read it, stopped, read it again, looked up at her, then at me, then at Savah, then at the paper again. He handed it back to her in disgust and told his men to leave.
He walked over to me and said that he was getting really tired of me being on the loophole end of the law so often. I told him that I had not sought out a fight in Magnimar since the awful business with the Lamia. Paralictor Halst told me that he didn't want to deal with me again. I told him that I'd stay out of trouble as much as I could. He finished off for me, "but trouble seems to find me." He walked off with his troop.
Officer Pan Am took a minute to compose himself and then was about to repeat the scene when Silia asked him straight up if he thought that there was something that the Paralictor would have actually missed. Officer Pan Am thought and then indicated that he needed to bring in the bodies of the offenders. Silia granted him that, and asked that he present charges against them for remuneration of items that were expended in the defense of an ambassador of Andoran. Officer Pan Am blanched and said that he'd do so. Silia smiled. We got on our bikes and headed back to Kaijitsu Manor with Silia on the back of Savah's bike. It was a quick trip but I could tell that there were others who were watching us.
When we got back to the Villa, we introduced Silia to all of them and informed them that Silia would be heading back with us on the plane. Ameiko spoke up and announced that she'd be heading back with us as well. I shrugged and said sure thing, I expected as much. Faunra asked if we were done with Magnimar for now, and Savah answered that one attempt on my life was enough for one trip. Dame Rebekah asked us too, and I nodded. Apparently all four of us had been targeted again by different elements of the city. Another signal that our welcome had been worn out.
We gathered up all of the goods and items that Faunra had needed to work on to get our gear up to snuff. I told her that I would need to transfer the enchantment on my pistol to something larger and more powerful. She nodded and said that she had wondered when I was going to upgrade my sidearm. I told her that it had worked well enough, but today showed that we were starting to deal with even more dangerous threats. We got on our bikes/mounts and made our procession to the airplane.
When we got there, Dame Rebekah and Chelger shrunk their mounts into figurines, talking to them about how they wouldn't like the feeling of flying when they were not in control. The four bike riders all backed our bikes into the appropriate stalls. There was a bit of a fuss over who was going to be seated in the co-pilot seat, until Silia declared that she did not want to this first time. So Ameiko leapt at the chance. Savah got everyone seated and I gave everyone their pre-flight address. I asked everyone if they wanted to get out of Magnimar REALLY fast, and everyone except our two new people said yes.
I started the engines and revved them up high, using the remaining arc of the bridge as a ramp, and took off at a very nice speed, circling the city and then ramping up to our pushed ceiling of about one hundred and thirty-five miles an hour. We zoomed to Sandpoint at a very decent rate. When we were getting close, I announced to everyone that we would be slowing down for our descent. I lowered our speed incrementally and controlled so that we came to a stop just above the plane's hangar.
Savah radioed down to Vaeren and after a minute, he rushed over to the dock controls and the covering retracted back. We gently lowered into place and got everyone disembarked. Ameiko said that she had to run off to her Inn, to check in on everything and she took Silia with her to get her accommodations set up. Dame Rebekah and Chelger both flew off on their steeds to get back to their hostel. Jonathan and Shayliss both headed back to their restaurant to check in on everyone and see what they needed to do after being gone. Savah went to go check in on the store, and Faunra, Shalelu, and I all unloaded the gear that Faunra would be needing for the work today and tomorrow.
In the each of the workshops, a different person's gear was present. Faunra's was in the Mechanical room, where Veronica was starting to help. Dame Rebekah's was in the Electrical room with Igor working away on different aspects. Jonathan's gear was in the Chemistry Lab, where Faunra was pouring over it, and mine was in the gunsmithing and kinetics lab. I was looking at my gear and Shalelu came in to say that she was heading back to their tower to get the two Wax-Hom's to get their assistance. I nodded and looked over my gear. My pistol really did need replacing.
I summoned up a group of the unseen crafters to help me out and we all started to put together a whole bunch of the larger components that had been left from other builds. The diameter of the barrel was going to be a bit more than three quarters of an inch. I carefully fabricated every component I could out of powdered Boron Carbide, to increase the overall strength, and the barrel was coated in the interior with more of the "Living Metal", which should allow it to repair any damage from the usage of the firearm itself. The Craftsmen had started machining the smaller components at a rapid rate. It is amazing how much machining can be done when you have it broken up into fifteen or more different parts.
By the time that I was done, I remembered where I had seen something like this before. Some company called Black Aces or something like that. I wouldn't really be able to fire this without the armor, but It would definitely be an upgrade over the nine millimeter that I had been using. The Unseen Craftsman, the job having been completed, dissipated into nothingness. I conjured up the next set to start fabricating different types of ammunition for the firearm and some extra magazines. I headed out of the room to check in on everyone else. By the time I had gotten done with my new weapon, Faunra was working with Veronica on Gemini, the next one of the dedicated wrights.
Veronica sent me feelings of contentment, and I smiled. I left the workshop to check in on Savah. She was at the store, selling a new rapier to a somewhat roguish chap that was in the store. I walked around the store, looking like just another shopper without my armor. The customer seemed to be trying to chat up Savah. I laughed silently to myself as I looked at a spiked mace. The rogue looked over at me and then went back to trying to chat up Savah to get a discount. Savah had seemed a bit amused by this and was working to get him to purchase more and more gear.
This went back and forth until the sale was concluded, with the rogue paying the full price for the rapier and some other gear, but still thinking that they got a deal. I made my way over to Savah after the sale and told her that I had something to give her. She lifted an eyebrow and I handed her the pistol. Savah smiled and looked it over. She coyly looked around the shop and told me that she didn't think that she could give me a good price for this, as it looked really used. I smiled and went along with it, telling her that this was how she could tell that it was a decently successful weapon. Savah said that she didn't know about this and that we'd have to discuss this further in her office. She told Erica that she had to go "discuss" this deal with me. Erica sighed and told her to go.
After our "discussion", I took Savah to go see my new firearm. She lifted it up the thirteen-pound hunk of Boron Carbide, Living Steel, Mithril, and Adamantine. She held it up and supported it with both hands. It was a bit unwieldy, as the handle was designed more for my armor, than it was for me. She aimed it and asked if there were any rounds available for trial.
I shook my head and said that the Unseen Craftsmen were working on it now, but that there wasn't anything ready just now. We headed down to where the "training room" was being dug out. I shored up the areas with stone walls from the spells to make it stronger. Savah looked around and asked what the purpose of this room was. I told her that this room was going to be a practical applications testing ground for those who seek the advanced training. Savah smiled and looked at me coyly, asking if I was building a dungeon down here. I thought for a second and confirmed, that yes, under the school would be a dungeon. She laughed.
We headed back up and I started to notice another voice inside my head, a different voice than I was familiar with. The voice introduced itself as Gemini, the newest dedicated wright that Faunra had been working on with Veronica. I welcomed Gemini and they noted that they wanted to know what I wanted them to work on. I told Gemini to follow the commands of Faunra. Faunra sent me a message that the newest wright, Gemini, was completed. I thanked her and said that we'd be right there.
Savah and I went up the stairs to the Hangar and then up to the rest of the facility and into the Mechanical workshop. Faunra, Veronica, and the new Gemini were there. Savah and I went over to greet our newest member of the household. Faunra said that she was going to have to head home to get reagents, but that she would be back tomorrow. I looked to Veronica and Gemini and they both saluted. I asked Veronica and Gemini both if they could work on getting Savah's armor modified like mine was. They nodded and I asked Savah if she could give them her armor for them to work on it. She said that she would and went off to go get it.
Veronica asked me if this meant that she would be stopping her schedule. I agreed and told her that we were going to be working on getting everything set up for the upcoming conflicts. I added that when we were done, she'd be going back to a schedule. Veronica nodded and Gemini asked if she'd be getting a schedule as well. I told them that she would, but that it would have to wait until everything was done with what we needed to get done. Gemini assented and we talked a bit about what I had for hopes for both of them for a while, until Savah came back with her armor. Veronica noted that they were going to need to check out the modifications I had made, and I told them that my armor was in the Kinetics lab. Veronica nodded and brought Gemini along with her.
Savah asked if there was anything else that I needed to do before rested for the night. I thought about it and summoned up another batch of Unseen Craftsmen and set them to task working on going over the plane, repairing it and setting up windows and a way for doors into main cabin, to allow for expansion for the plane via the extradimensional chambers. I sent them on their way and told Savah that I had the night off. I made a decent meal for us from the pantry and we relaxed together before heading to bed.
