Sinejiro and others were inside a hotel room in Fultao. (Fultao is a newly built town in Vale kingdom)

Sinejiro was a faunus with red hair and red horns. He was physically well built and had an red haori.

With him were Cherry Matsuda and Aqua Jean. (I was about to name the other one Cherry Chloride).

Cherry Matsuda was a man of average build. He had cherry coloured hair and a green uniform. (It's not Kakyoin)

Aqua Jean was a woman with blue hair and a black-purple dress.

They were trying to track down the mystery known as the Wonder of U.

They were informed that there is a man who goes by the name 'Wonder of U'. Apparently anyone who dares to pursue him will face calamity.

But Ozpin said now is the time to track him down because he's vulnerable. Because his calamity wasn't working anymore.

They made some progress tracking him down.

They looked through CCTV footage, witnesses and photos.

They were informed by Ozpin that one of his teams saw Wonder of U taking sausages from the mart that got raided.

They found a cashier that survived the hail of bullets that was fired at the mart.

According to her, she was saved by a mysterious man with a hat, a coat and a cane who was Wonder of U.

When asked if she had seen him before, she thought for a while and answered that he bought sausages from their mart a year ago.

They found the footage of him in the mart a year ago but that wasn't helpful.

"So you think he's living out here? In this isolated town?" Jean asked.

"No, but I have reasons to believe that he's been here." Sinejiro said.

"You interrogated the locals?" Matsuda asked.

"They know nothing but..." Sinejiro said as he put his hand into his pocket and got some pictures out and showed them.

"A camera near a store were able to capture him." Sinejiro explained.

"It looks like it's nighttime like all the other photos." Matsuda said.

"When did the cameras capture him?" Jean asked.

"At four A.M. four days ago." Sinejiro informed.

"What?!" Jean and Matsuda exclaimed in shock.

They were tracking him down by following what the cameras captured. They had the footage of Wonder of U being in the mart a year ago.

Other than that, all the footage they had of that man were from four days ago when Team RWBY saw him at the mart.

They had 3 more photos of him. First one was taken at 12:30 A.M. at the Vale Northern Highway. It was taken because a car was speeding and in that photo he was in it and he had his sausages.

Second photo or clip from a video they had of him with his sausages were taken at Rushlore Hill which was 12 kilometers from Vale Northern Highway. It was taken at 2 A.M.

The video was taken for a wedding ceremony and Wonder of U was in the background with the sausages when the bride was taken away in the car.

'Who the hell has a wedding ceremony at 2 A.M?' Jean thought.

And the last photo was taken in a steakhouse at Le Pouala 300 kilometres from the wedding. It was taken at 3 A.M.

Happy college students were celebrating their graduation at a steakhouse and Wonder of U was seen through the window of the steakhouse.

And now they got his photo of him taken near a convenience store window in Fultao, 1,500 kilometres from the steakhouse.

It was really bizarre how this old looking man can travel over 1,700 kilometres under 5 hours.

'Ozpin wasn't lying when he said thia guy was hard to track down' Matsuda thought.

'We never got a good look of his face in any of these photos. All we see is his back. Could it be that he knows were after him?' Sinejiro thought.

"Hold up, guys...take a closer look." Jean said as they looked at the photo and they were surprised when they remembered something about the previous photos.

Wonder of U didn't have his sausages in his hands this time.

"His sausages are gone." Jean said not wasting time thinking about how wrong that came out to be.

"Did anything happen near his spot that day?" Matsuda asked.

"A gangster was shot down on a street near here." Sinejiro said.

"Was he responsible for it?" Matsuda wondered.

"Well, he was shot by another man and according to what Ozpin said, his ability doesn't work like that." Jean said dismissing the thought.

"But for that man...it was calamity, was it not?" Matsuda said.

"Never thought of it like that but I see your point." Jean said.

"That depends if gang violence is common in this town or not. Sudden violence in a peaceful town like this would be suspicious." Sinejiro said.

"I'll ask the locals around." Matsuda said as they nodded.

Atlas...

Specialist Winter Schnee was walking through a hallway.

Shit has hit the fan for Atlas Kingdom.

Most of the population of Mantle wanted them gone. They were against Atlas.

It was peaceful first, then came the violence, then came the attacks.

And worst of all, when the Mantleans get captured or die, their friends calls them the people who sacrificed themselves for their cause.

And because of them getting marked as people who sacrificed themselves, they become more motivated. Some motivated enough to do it themselves.

At first they had the intention of killing them all but seeing that Atlas was formidable, they changed their goals to gain freedom from the Atleasian rule.

Atleast that's the word they were spreading and motivating others with it.

Now, General Ironwood has called her and the other specialist to his office. Appatently he has plans to disperse this conflict and he was going to discuss it with them.

Winter has reached the office and was infront of the door. She was worried about James's mental health as well.

He has gotten a little reckless and mad. Normally she wouldn't say anything because it's treason.

She knocked on the door. "Come in." James said as she opened the door and walked in.

"Specialist Schnee, I suppose you know why you're here?" James asked.

"Yes, General." Winter answered.

"Recently, the Mantleans have been asking for independence. What do you think should be done?" James asked.

"I-I am sorry sir...but I don't understand." Winter said confused.

"Do we give them their independence and lose our workforce, employees, dust miners and engineers?" James suggested.

"Or do we deny it and try to put them down...with force?" James asked.

Now Winter was in a tight spot. She really didn't know what to do. Giving them independence would get rid of their problems along with their labour force. Most of Atlas is nobles and soldiers and she doubts that they know how to do labour but atleast their reputation won't be ruined.

"Give them...what they want, sir." Winter said.

"Explain the benefits that will favour Atlas." James ordered.

"Well, we won't have to deal with them anymore...our production will suffer losses but I believe we can thrive eventaully. It's much better than trying to keep them down." Winter gave her thoughts.

Then someone walked in through the door. It was another Specialist. Specialist Brian Frost.

He wore a black overcoat with his white uniform underneath. He had black hair. He had a revolver along with a sword.

Brian was originally from Vacuo. He joined the Atlas millitary for money allegedlya a year ago.

"Specialist Frost, I suppose you know why you're here and your options?" James asked as he stood up from his desk.

"What did Specialist Schnee suggest we go with?" Brian asked.

Winter felt unease when he wanted to know of her suggestion. Brian was rumoured for being a ruthless and someone who cares for progress.

'If he really cares about progress then surely he won't disagree.' Winter thought.

"I suggested that we give them their independence." Winter said.

"While that does get rid of our conflict with them, we'll be left with limited resources to last...2 weeks I believe." Brian explained.

'That's right...Atlas is just the floating island. Everything else in the north is just under their rule. If we let them go then we'll be nothing more than a flying island with limited resources.' Winter thought.

"What do you suggest we do?" James asked.

"What Specialist Schnee suggested, their independence." Brain agreed while Winter was surprised.

"What?" James asked confused. He thought that Brian would have a better idea seeing how he cares about progress.

"But on some conditions. Tell them that if they want independence then they have to agree with our conditions to avoid conflict." Brian explained.

"What conditions are we going to push on them?" James asked as Winter felt uneasy. James has always adresses Mantle correctly but now he talks about them as if they're just their enemies.

"One is that we are not allowed to go to war for 20 years." Brian explained as they were listening.

"Two is that we are going to divide the island between us on equal halves." Brian explained.

"Three is that we take most of our technology back. That's it." Brian explained.

"I have no objections." Winter said.

"What if we abandon Mantle?" James suggested as both Winter and Brian was surprised.

"They're still going to be under us." Brian said.

"We'll move Atlas itself." James said as they were surprised.

'Is that even possible?!' Winter thought.

"Sorry General but I have to disagree." Brian said as Winter and James were surprised. This was the first time he disagreed to follow an order.

James sighs in defeat. "Then can you two explain our conditions to them?" James asked.

"Yes, sir." Both Winter and Brian said as they turned around and walked to the door.

"But if they disagree then we'll abandon them. I don't want to fight another war." James warned as they listened and walked out of the room.

Winter and Brian stood outside for a few moments contemplating about what the general said.

"Winter, what did he mean by 'another war'?" Brian asked.

"The war against the grimm, obviously." Winter answered wanting to drop that topic.

"And their lord I suppose." Brian said as Winter was surprised.

'He figured out they worked under someone?' Winter thought surprised.

Brian started walking down the hallway as Winter followed.

"Winter...I don't trust his intentions anymore." Brian said as Winter was surprised.

"The general has the best intentions for Atlas." Winter said.

"If it means endangering the innocents?" Brian questioned as Winter was surprised. She didn't think that Brian would care about innocents.

"I...don't know..." Winter said unsure.

"We might need to get rid of him..." Brian whispered as Winter was shocked.

"We can't do that! It's...It's..." Winter stuttered.

"I am not afraid of any illegal means." Brian said.

"He must have a plan." Winter said trying do defend James.

"To fly where? The wastelands? The middle of the ocean or space?" Brian asked.

"Atlas kingdom IS an icy wasteland." Winter said.

"We-no Atlas has thrived this much because of slaves, rich minerals and war. Going away would be losing it all and I doubt most of the carefree people here can do what the Mantleans have done." Brian said as Winter couldn't disagree.

They have reached the helipad where and aircraft was ready for them.

Both of them boarded the dropship. "The Prison." Winter ordered as the dropship started flying to the prison.

"That said...flying away would be leaving the Mantleans to die." Winter said.

"And us too. I imagine others up here won't be too happy about it." Brian said.

Winter sighs. "That's another rebellion we'll have to waste our time with." Winter said annoyed.

"We're here." The pilot said as the dropship landed on the prison.

They both exited and walked into the prison to the warden's office.

The warden was sitting in his chair reading a porn magazine.

"Get out!" He exclaimed not noticing who was here because the book was in his way.

Winter and Brian was furious seeing this.

Brian got close to him and raised his fist and punched his face through the book tearing it apart.

"AAGHH! You basta-" He was about to insult them until he recognised them.

"Specialist Schnee! Specialist Frost!" The Warden exclaimed saluting them.

"Which cell is Robyn Hill at?" Brian asked.

"At-at...405!" The Warden stuttered.

"Good. Anyway, you're fired." Brian said as he turned around with Winter and was walking out.

"Guards, put him in prison." Winter ordered as the guards obeyed.

"Wait! Wait! Please! No!" He exclaimed begging for mercy but they paid no heed and walked to Robyn's cell.

'If I remember correctly, that's with the maximum security cells' Winter thought.

Winter was about to walk in until Brian stopped her.

"I'll go." Brian said as he walked into her cell while Winter waited outside.

Brian entered the cell and saw Robyn on a table writing something.

"Robyn Hill, Leader of the Mantle's People's Party." Brian said as Robyn stopped writing and turned around to see him.

"Specialist Brian, to what do I owe the pleasure?" Robyn asked irritated.

"Calm down, I am here to discuss things about the future of Mantle." Brian said as he sat down on the bed nearby.

"You see, we are thinking it's about time we give you what you want." Brian said as she was surprised somewhat.

"What's the catch?" Robyn asked.

"As long as your accept our conditions." Brian said.

"And if we don't?" Robyn asked.

"We'll abandon Mantle." Brian said as she was surprised.

"What?!" She exclaimed in surprise.

"Atlas isn't just a floating island. We can move it around. And I believe that you are smart enough to piece together what happens. Who'll protect your resources from the Grimm?" Brian asked.

'Atlas expected a rebellion before the grimm extinction was announced. We decided to not announce to the people of Mantle that the grimm went extinct. Most of them have never seen the grimm since we kill those that gets in our vicinity. And Huntresses like Robyn here are either in prison or fighting us rather than the grimm. Information is indeed the most powerfull weapon!' Brian thought.

Indeed because of this, those who had the knowledge of their extinction is called delusional or taken down in Atlas. They do watch every direction.

"You!...You all would really abandon us!?" Robyn exclaimed in shock. Brian was happy that she bought it.

"Well the general would if we're still on disagreements and frankly I don't want that to happen." Brian said as Robyn had no choice.

"What are your terms?" Robyn asked.

"First of all, what do you want? Independence or a better lifestyle?" Brian asked.

'I have always fought for a better lifestyle but freedom... freedom is even a greater luxury for Mantle.' Robyn thought.

"Independence." Robyn said determined.

"Oh, and who's going to be the boss?" Brian asked.

"I will take responsibility." Robyn said.

"Very well, here are the terms." Brian said as he was got started.

Meanwhile, Winter was waiting outside the cell.

The cell being part of the maximum security ones, were enclosed.

There were no windows. Only one guard can get in.

So Winter had no choice but to wait for him outside.

'Why do I have this unnerving feeling? Like someone is watching me?' Winter thought and looked around her surroundings.

Then the door cell opened and Brian walked out. She could see Robyn lying unconscious on the bed behind him.

'Did he torture her? Kill her?' Winter wondered cautiously.

"She agreed." Brian said walking away.

'Did he make her submit?' Winter wondered. Maybe Brian was ruthless after all.

Wintet followed Brian.

"So they're going be independent?" Winter asked.

"That's the deal." Brian said as they were walking out of the prison.

They walked out of the prison and onto helipad on top.

"Winter...how's your family?" Brian asked

Winter was surprised by his question. 'Why would he care about my family? Does he want to go after them!?' Winter thought surprised. She couldn't get a read on what Brian wants.

"What!? Why do you want to know about my family?!" Winter exclaimed.

"Well, someone's targeting them like your father." Brain said as he got his hand on the revolver.

Winter was on alert. 'Does he plan to shoot me!?' Winter thought in confusion.

"And he's right behind you." Brian said as he quickdrew his gun and fired behind Winter.

Winter dodged on reflex and saw that Brian's bullet hit something invisible.

Brian fired im quarter of a second seeing him while Winter dodged half a second later after Brian fired.

Winter was surprised. There was something invisible behind her!?

She drew her sword ready to swing at this invisible intruder. She swung at where he was but hit nothing.

"You're too slow, he already fled." Brian said disappointed.

"What was that!?" Winter exclaimed in confusion.

"That was a soldier with a Nanosuit on." Brian explained.

"A what!?" Winter exclaimed in shock. Nanosuits!? Atlas doesn't even have that.

"He's not from Atlas nor is his suit." Brian explained.

"You know him?!" Winter asked.

"Kind of." Brian said.

"And you never told us about him!?" Winter exclaimed.

"I forgot about him. It's been what? 15 years since I've seen him." Brian said putting the revolver back in his holster.

"YOU FORGOT!?" Winter shouted in shock.

"Look, I don't want to waste my time telling you about him. You can go to my assistant for information about him." Brian said as he turned around and started walking to the empty dropship.

'I...was too slow. I dodged after he had already fired. The reflexes and reaction speed of that man is...unreal.' Winter thought.

"Hey, did he kill my father?" Wintet asked.

"Maybe, I don't know. He can be invisible." Brian said walking away.

A Few Hours Later...

Sinejiro and the others were in bikes going north.

They asked the locals around and they said gang violence is rare in the town.

They had bo choice but to assume it was Wonder of U's calamity at work.

Since Wonder of U left a pattern of following the road and moving north.

"How do we know 6 road he took? There's three different roads going to three different towns." Jean asked.

"Not to mention the snow..." Matsuda said driving through.

Indeed. Since it was winter and they were going north, the road got colder and snowier.

They were lucky to have bikes with tires good enough.

"We'll split up." Sinejiro ordered.

"What!? That's the worst idea!" Jean exclaimed in surprise.

"Yeah, haven't you seen a horror film?" Matsuda asked.

"If we keep going together road by road then he'll know. He's been ridiculously clever." Sinejiro said as he stopped his bike.

The others stopped near him. "So in order to not attract suspicion, we must look different so he thinks there's no correlation between us." Sinejiro said taking off his top.

"What are doing?" Jean asked as Sinejiro only had his top.

"Trying to look different. Take your helmet off too, Jean." Sinejiro ordered.

"A-Alright." Jean said as she took off her helmet.

"Now the trick is that I look like a delinquent trying to challenge nature. You look like a girl that ran away from her problems and enjoying her freedom." Sinejiro said as they understood what he was trying to do.

"Now, we will send a message to eachother after 2 hours and if one of us doesn't reply within 10 minutes then something happened" Sinejiro said.

"Alright then." Matsuda said as he got on hia bike and drove off.

"Let's go." Sinejiro said as he got on his bike.

Jean and Sinejiro started driving at the same time.

Some time later...

Jean has been drving for sometime. She unfortunately had to choose the newest road.

There was a lot of snow on it and it was difficult to drive. Not to mention the rocks on the.

She looked at her watch. "45 minutes till we send our messages." Jean said.

While she was driving, she hit a big rock on the way.

"Shit!" Jean exclaimed as he she was launched off her bike.

"Ow! Ow! Ow!" She grunted in pain as she rolled on the rocky road.

She got up and cleaned her hair by shaking it.

"Damn Sine and his idea of getting rid of my helmet!" Jean cursed.

Since she didn't have her helmet, she was hurt in the head but thankfully she had her aura.

"Now where's the damn bike..." Jean muttered as she looked around for her bike.

She found it. It was laying down on the other side of a guardrail.

"A guardrail?" Jean wondered. She found a sudden guardrail suspicious.

'There's a turn here. Maybe that's why the guardrail is here?' She wondered as she approached the guardrail to jump over and get her bike.

She stopped in her tracks. "Something...I hear something..." Jean said as she tried to find the source.

She could make out the words. It was 'Gaga' and 'Aqua Jean'. Someone was indeed calling her.

"Who's there!?" Jean exclaimed as she got closer to the guardrail.

"Gaga Gaga Gaga." She heard those words comibg from someone near the guardrail.

"Gaga Gaga Gaga" Jean started repeatedly saying as she touched her top and started slowly taking it off.

She took off her clothes while repeatedly saying "Gaga".

'What am I doing!? I am buck naked in this tundra!' Jean thought in confusion as her body moved closer.

She noticed a peculiar gap in the guardrail. There was a...fingernail attached to it!

"!" Jean wanted to get away but her body refused to move.

She noticed that the screws...they had pupils!

'Nobody was near the guardrail calling to me, it was the guardrail itself!' Jean thought shocked.

Never in her life she has seen a living guardrail!

She saw her scroll lying on the ground with her clothes.

Before she could get it, she was sucked in by the guardrail.

"Slurp" The guardrail made slurping noises trying to absorb her but couldn't finish her in one go since she had aura.

"Damn iiiiiittttt!" Jean tried to go for her scroll but she was getting dragged in.

The Guardrail broke her spine by bending her and quickly ate her in 2 seconds.

There was nothing remaining other than her clothes, scroll and a part of her feet.

The Fucking Guardrail is back

Alright guys that's it for this chapter. Sorry for any spelling mistakes and please leave your reviews.

So many OCs...man I definately didn't forsee this. Anyway I tried to make Brian like a Hellsing antagonist.
