Chapter 11: When we come home part 1
Luna and Crow was looking at Yusei who was still bedridden.
Crow: *Sigh* I wish you were still here, you'd know what to do.
They then heard the doorbell ring.
Crow: Huh, weird? You expecting anybody?
Luna: No, I never called anybody. I'll go see who it is.
Crow: I'll keep an eye on Yusei.
Luna walked down the stairs and opened the door.
Luna: May I-
Luna's eyes widened as she saw who it was, it was her parents.
Kenji: Hi Luna.
Luna: Mom, Dad!
Luna let them in and gave them a big hug, it's been a while since she last saw them as they were on a major business trip, now they were finally back.
Himari: Luna, we missed you so much.
Luna: I missed you too mom.
Crow then walked into the room.
Crow: Hey Luna do you kn-
Crow's eyes widened like dinner plates. He was face to face with the shogun and the geisha. Two of Crow's childhood hero's.
Kenji: Uh, do I know you?
Crow: NO WAY! I am face to face with the shogun and the geisha!
Kenji: It's nice to meet a fan, but how did you get in this house?
Luna: Oh, he's my friend. I met him during an event.
Himari: Oh.
Crow: Wow Luna, I didn't know you were good friends with the shogun.
Himari: Oh how silly of you, Luna is our daughter.
Crow felt like he was hit by a freight train, Luna and Leo was the kids of the Shogun and the Geisha.
Crow: NO FREAKING WAY!
Luna: Yes, my full name is Luna Katsu.
Crow: I can't believe it Leo and Luna are the kids of two of the greatest duelists I've ever heard of! This is awesome!
Himari: Speaking of which, where is Leo?
Crow and Luna's joy was replaced by a feeling of dread. They couldn't let them know about what happened to Leo or what Leo was doing. Out of panic Crow blurted out an excuse.
Crow: Uh, he went missing.
Kenji: WHAT!
Himari: What do you mean!
Luna gave Crow a glare.
Crow: U-uh he is-
Luna: It's a joke!
Himari: What?
Luna: He went out of state for an event with the school. I just didn't tell him.
Himari: Oh, then why didn't you go.
Luna: I wasn't picked. It was only for a random few.
Kenji: Hmm, why didn't I receive an email for this?
Luna: I don't know, ask them.
Himari: We'll do that tomorrow.
Kenji: Well have you met Leo.
Crow: Yes, I like the kid.
Himari: Yeah, he is such a sweet boy.
*With Leo and Jack*
Dark signer Leo: You won't save her! And when I'm done with you I'll take red nova!
Jack: I won't let that happen, I draw! I activate the spell card of sanctity, we each draw until he have six cards now I summon magical king moonstar!

Jack: Now, hot red dragon archfiend bane's effect activates, I destroy a monster on my field so moonstar vanishes, but now I can special summon a red dragon archfiend monster from my graveyard so I special summon the original red dragon archfiend!

Dark signer Leo: So two big dragons is your answer to defeat me.
Jack: I now activate the spell that will destroy you! I activate the spell hail to the king! By negating the effect of a red dragon archfiend I control until the end of your next turn it gets the points of all synchro monsters I have get transferred to red dragon archfiend until the end phase.

Dark signer Leo: You think that'll work on me? Trap open, dark spell regeneration. Now I can select any spell in your graveyard and set it on my field and since I selected a quick play spell I can activate it, go command silencer! As you know the attack is negated, the battle phase ends, and I draw a card!
Jack: Damn you. I set two cards and end my turn.
Dark signer Leo: Not quite, your archfiend looses it's points.

Dark signer Leo: I draw! I now activate hand destruction, we toss out our hands and draw the amount of cards we had in them. Now I summon tribe infecting virus!

Jack: What will that do?
Dark signer Leo: I discard a card and now I choose which type of monster to infect with a fatal plague, and I choose dragons!
Jack watched as his dragons were vaporized. Leo was surprised when he saw Jack smirk.
Jack: I figured you'd pull a trick like that, which is why I had this trap king's undying might! If a red dragon archfiend I control is destroyed I can special summon it back.

Dark signer Leo: Fool, this effect isn't once per turn.
Jack: Oh no!
Dark signer Leo: Pity, I discard a card and again declare dragons! Now I tune pain painter with tribe infecting virus! Rise up from the depths of the underworld and bring doom to all who appose you! I synchro summon doomkaiser dragon!

Dark signer Leo: Doomkaiser dragon end this!
Jack: Go negate attack!
Dark signer Leo: Fine I play ectoplasmer now when I end my turn I destroy a monster and you take damage equal to it's attack points. In other words you lose!
Jack: Try it!
Dark signer Leo: Fine I will, I set a card now ectoplasmer's effect kicks in, I destroy turreten and obliterate your remaining life points!
Jack: I activate the trap blessing of the oracle king. Any effect damage I take is now transformed into life points.
(Leo: 2800- Jack: 3300)
Dark signer Leo: You know that those life points just bought you another turn, either you will fall to my pot of corruption, my doomkaiser dragon or my ectoplasmer. Of course you could use red nova but it's in the graveyard, and even if you could it would likley tear your soul to shreds like tissue paper.
Jack knew this was true, he had to summon red nova but it was in the graveyard. But he remembered he had a card in his deck that could bring it back but he had to draw it this turn if he is to beat Leo. He underestimated Leo and now red nova as well as saving Carly was at stake. It all came down to this draw and even he pulled the card he still questioned on whether he should even use it.
Dark signer Leo: Well, are you going to defeat me and prove your point! If you want to save the reporter stop stalling!
Jack: I draw!
Jack got it, he got the card that can get red nova back. Even though Leo warned him he decided that Leo is too dangerous and he needed to do whatever it takes to beat him, and if it means summoning red nova then so be it.
Jack: I activate monster reborn bringing back red dragon archfiend!
Dark signer Leo: So, you really are going to summon red nova.
Jack: I don't care what it'll do, If it means I'll save Carly then it's worth it! I play the spell dark rebirth if I control a red dragon archfiend I can special summon two tuners from my graveyard as long as they have different names! Come red nova and ink resonator.

Jack clutched his arm with his mark in pain.
Jack: Something's wrong. What's happening to me?!
Jack clutched his head and screamed in pain. The darkness of Red Nova and Jack's anger towards Leo began to corrupt Jack. After a while Jack stopped screaming and he looked at Leo. With an expression full of malice and his face was darkened.
Dark signer Leo: Hmm, strange. I did not expect this. I expected your soul to be shredded.
Dark Jack: I play the spell card of demise, I now draw five card but in five turns I need to discard my hand, next I activate the spell resonator call, I now add a resonator to my hand and I choose blaze resonator, now if I control a synchro monster I get to special summon it!

Dark Jack: Now ink resonator changes it's own level to two, now Leo I will call forth my most powerful servant! I tune red nova, ink resonator and blaze resonator to red dragon archfiend! With the might of the darkness being absolute, I call forth the power of the darkest shadows to crush all who defy my authority! Descend RED SUPERNOVA DRAGON!

Dark signer Leo: So you further evolved red nova dragon? Well it won't help you!
Dark Jack: Careful what you say Leo, this monster will bury you! For every tuner in my graveyard it gains 500 attack points.

Dark signer Leo: Even if you do defeat me I already won.
Dark Jack: How?
Dark signer Leo: Because I made you lose control!
Jack knew this was true to some extent but he didn't care at this point, all he cared about was destroying Leo.
Dark signer Leo: I activate another one of Pot of corruption's effects, I target one monster you control and I gain life points equal to it's original attack points!
Dark Jack: Red supernova dragon's effect! When your monster's effect activates red supernova dragon banishes itself to banish every card on your field!
Dark signer Leo: Yet, pot of corruption effect wasn't negated so effect still goes through.
(Leo: 6800- Jack: 3300)
Dark Jack: I now activate the spell return of red nova! If a synchro monster that used red nova as one of it's materials banishes itself with it's effect I can special summon it back with 500 more attack points!

Dark signer Leo: AAAAHHHH!

Leo's smile vanished from his face.
Dark signer Leo: Damn you!
Dark Jack: Afraid? You should be, weakling!
Dark signer Leo: Okay, I wanted to play with you but now I am going to personally nail your coffin!
Leo was then surrounded by a magenta aura.
Dark signer Leo: I DRAW! I activate card mimicer, now I chose a spell in your graveyard and cange this car's effect to the chosen card and I pick card of demise. So I draw five cards, next I activate the spell card necromancy, I special summon up to four monsters from your graveyard to your field! So you get red nova, red dragon archfiend, hot red dragon archfiend bane and ink resonator!

Dark signer Leo: And since I have three on the field I can activate the second effect of one of them, I special summon a dark tuner from my deck so I summon corrupted globe.

Dark signer Leo: Now I dark tune corrupted Globe with my three acolytes, now I call upon death stream dragon!

Dark singer Leo: Now when summoned all your monsters get deathmark counters, but since I'm being nice I'll just do this, I activate pot of desires, I banish the top ten cards in my deck to draw two cards, now I set three cards and end my turn.
Dark Jack: Pathetic, I draw!
Dark signer Leo: I activate the trap backup soldiers I add three normal monsters from my graveyard to my hand. Now Jack I activate my two break the seal traps!
Dark Jack: What do they do?
Dark signer Jack: I destroy them and add, well lets just say a special card from my deck to my hand! Now Jack it's over!
Dark Jack: What card did you even pull?
Dark signer Leo: The sealed god, EXODIA!
Dark Jack: W-WHAT!
Dark signer Leo: Yes, I have all the five pieces in my hand!
A pentagram appeared and exodia emerged.
Dark Jack: No way, It's exodia!
Dark signer Leo: EXODIA OBLITERATE!
Dark Jack: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
