Chapter 13: The enemy of my enemy
Leo was staring out the window of a building, the building in question was an abandoned building. Leo turned around and sat at the table, around the table sat various evil duel monster spirits who were banished from the spirit world into the dark world hellscape, The monsters in question were dimension shifter, the goblin of greed, dark ruler ha des, dark king of the abyss, brron mad king of dark world, the grim reaper and the phantom of chaos.
Dark signer Leo: I trust you all know why I gathered you all here. I assembled you all because you all hate the crimson dragon.
Leo turned towards one particular member of his crew, ha des. He was a rival to dark king of the abyss and it's no secret ha des hated dark king of the abyss.
Dark signer Leo: I understand why you may be angry that certain members are in this crew but you all have a set of skills that require all of you. I mean dark king of the abyss nearly killed black rose dragon, Dimension shifter literally outsmarted red dragon archfiend, and you ha des, you went toe to toe with all five of the signer dragons at the same time and stalemated them. Everybody here did something to the crimson dragon or his dragons and as a result was banished to the dark world.
Dark king of the abyss: Get to the point!
Dark signer Leo: *Sigh* I am the one who plans to kill the crimson dragon, his dragons and the signers. I have currently infected the crimson dragon with a deadly plague and as I absorb more earthbound immortals the more severe the infection will grow and sooner or later it will kill him.
Dimension shifter: By that logic, the crimson dragon is already dying, so what if we just kill you and wait for the plague to kill him.
Dark signer Leo: Because the plague only remains if I live, plus if you kill me you will all return to the dark world hellscape and you would've made enemies of the primal being. I am giving you all a chance to get revenge on the signers, sure some of you may hate each other but this is bigger than all of you.
The monsters began to chat among themselves before they turned to Leo.
Goblin of greed: We're in.
Dark signer Leo: Good, I knew I chose my allies wisely.
The grim reaper: What is our objective?
Dark signer Leo: The signers, mainly my sister, have access to the spirit world, and my little infection has spread to them and their dragons so for now I need all of you except for phantom of chaos to, well, take care of any spirits who can help them or the crimson dragon.
All of the monsters except for ha des and phantom of chaos got up from their seats and began to walk out.
Dark signer Leo: Hey ha des, I told you to go back to the spirit world!
Ha des: No, I have a score to settle. The signers and I have had a rivalry until I was banished, now I am here to remind them that I am still very much a threat.
Ha des got up and crushed the empty glass of wine in his hands.
Ha des: So I'm staying here!
Dark singer Leo: Heh heh heh, well this should be interesting.
Ha des: I need to know more about these signers. Do you have anyone who can give me information on them?
Leo told ha des to follow him and he directed him into a locker room. Leo proceeded to grab a chair and brought back Sayer from the netherworld, however Sayer was unconscious. Leo then put Sayer on the chair.
Ha des: Who is he?
Dark signer Leo: This little bastard is called Sayer. He has quite a bit of information of most of the people who are signers, particularly Akiza who is the signer that uses the black rose dragon, I don't know he and Akiza were just acquaintances, romantically involved or if Sayer forced her to serve him, but either way I don't care. Do what you want with him, feel free to make a mess.
Ha des: Very well then.
*The hospital*
Luna, Crow and Jack were in the hospital extremely sick. Kenji was doing everything in his power to try and cure them.
Kenji: What's wrong with them?
Doctor: I don't know, whatever this disease is we don't have a cure for it.
Kenji: Well, do you have any idea what this disease is?
Doctor: It is similar to the Yersinia Pestis disease but with a few differences. We tried Yersinia pestis treatments but they're not very effective.
Kenji: Do whatever it takes.
Doctor: Of course sir.
Kenji walked out into the hospital waiting room.
Himari: Is she okay.
Kenji: No, apparently she and the others have an unknown disease.
Himari: *Sigh* First a coma and now this. Is there no end this!
Himari began to cry and Kenji embraced her and tried to comfort her.
Kenji: It's okay, the doctors will do whatever it takes.
Himari: What if she dies of this, I already lost my mother and father, I don't want to lose Luna too.
Kenji: That won't happen I promise you.
Himari gave a weak smile and she proceeded to take out her deck, Kenji did the same and they shuffled both their decks into one big deck and took out the top five cards.
Kenji and Himari: What will today's card be? This one.
They both grabbed a card and it was revealed to be solemn wishes. They both let out a small chuckle, the card they drew was kind of poetic.
Himari: Should we tell Leo?
Kenji: No, he probably has a lot going on right now, you know with the program. We shouldn't add to his stress.
Himari: We'll have to tell him eventually.
The two then heard the doors open and two doctors came out.
Kenji: Have you found a cure?
Doctor: No, not a permanent one. But we have a potential drug that can at least slow down the disease.
Himari: Is it safe?
Doctor: Yes, we've tested it on a few cancer patients.
Kenji: But this is not cancer, this is an entirely new disease.
Doctor: Then we must request a blood sample of your daughter or any of the others as we can test to see if this drug works on this disease.
Kenji: Do it.

Dark Yusei: I'll start things off here! *draws card* I summon stardust synchron.

If I control a tuner monster I can special summon one level 4 monster from my deck but I am unable to special summon any other monsters except for synchro monsters or stardust monsters so I call to the field stardust trail!

Yusei: Okay then, I draw! I play hand destruction, we each send two cards from our hands to the graveyard to draw two cards. Now I summon junk synchron!

Dark Yusei: Did you really think I'd let you do that? I activate my trap inner darkness, I now equip it to stardust and now it can't be targeted by effects!
Yusei: But I can still destroy it like this! Junk berserker attack stardust spark dragon!
Dark Yusei: I activate stardust spark dragon's effect, once per turn I target a card in play and it can't be destroyed by battle or card effects and I of course choose stardust spark dragon.
Yusei: But you still take damage!

Dark Yusei: Barley noticed!
Yusei: I set two cards and end my turn.
Dark Yusei: My turn. *draws card* I summon unknown synchron.

Yusei: No! I play the continuous trap anti synchro mist! Now if you control more synchro monsters than I do you can't synchro summon!
Dark Yusei: It appears you bought yourself some time, I set a card and end my turn.
Yusei: I draw! I now summon cyborg synchron.

Yusei: And his effect can copy the stats of a monster you control and I chose chronicle synchron, so not only does it's attack and defense points become the same, but since I targeted a tuner monster it also becomes a tuner!

Dark Yusei: So you plan to accel synchro?
Yusei: Yes! I tune mimic warrior with stardust dragon!
The two monsters began to move closer but a shock repelled them.
Yusei: WHAT! Why can't I accel synchro?
Dark Yusei: You fool, you need a clear mind in order to pull that off. And a clear mind is something you are far from achieving.
*With ha des*
Sayer was beginning to wake up before he felt a blast of lightning electrocute him, Sayer screamed in pain, he tried to move but he saw that he was restrained by various chains.
Ha des: I need information.
Sayer looked to the side and saw ha des.
Sayer: What?
Ha des: I want you to tell me everything you know about Yusei Fudo, Jack Atlas, Akiza Izinski, Crow Hogan, and Luna Katsu.
Sayer: I'm not telling you anything you son of a bitch!
Ha des: Oh I believe you will.
Ha des grabbed a vial of purple liquid from his cloak and poured a drop of it on Sayer's scarred face, Sayer felt like something was eating at the flesh of his face and he screamed in pain.
Sayer: Okay Okay, I'll talk!
Ha des: Good, all you need to know is that your death will come when I decided I have enough information, refuse to give me the information and you will suffer painfully. So tell me about these individuals, starting with Akiza Izinski.
