"What's a level three security breach?" Befuddled, Tenya questions some U.A student having dined by our side.
"It means someone's managed to get past the school barrier this hasn't happened in my three years here. We should get going." Panicked, the U.A student screeches leaping up from its seat and fleeing.
"Yeah, nope I'm having none of that. What is even going o…oh you got to be kidding me!?" Annoyed, I scowl looking out at the vultures within. Of course, they'd cause this but how….? Unless they have a quirk to do so if so then they are breaking quite a few always there.
"Midoriya!" Panicked, I hear Tenya and Ochako cry out seeing the nerd scream, screech being engulfed by the raring chaotic crowd making me sigh.
"Yeah Ochako sorry about this." I sigh lunging over to the window, feeling my breath grown even, feeling the painful palpitations in my chest, exhaling shakily feeling a teardrop slide down my temple.
"Huh? Sayako!" Ochako cries out as I lunge over to the window slamming the flat of my heels into the window hearing the crisp crash of glass come crashing down, curling in on myself trying to shield myself from the daggers descending down.
"Oh my god someone dropped out of the window!" My ears ring when hearing one of the reporters cry out. I flick my wrist, a faint strand of thread looping over a nearby branch as I swing myself out of there, finally feeling my chest lighten feeling my lungs hungrily inhale oxygen.
"All you have to do is give us All Might! He's here somewhere!" My ears perk up at the angry voice of the reporters scurrying about as I swing myself perching myself on top of the building, crouching down, looking down at Aizawa and President Mic.
"Today's his day off." Lazily, Aizawa announces to the roaring reporters.
"Just give us one good comment off record and we'll leave!" The reporter insists. I feel my body shudder looking over at my once full sleeve now nothing more than sleeveless making me shudder from the icy wind of the air brushing against my now bare arm.
"I know how you people work give you an inch and you'll want a mile." Annoyed, Aizawa grumbles under his breath.
"They are trespassing that means they kind of are like villains." President Mic offers.
"They are villains." Easily I confirm alerting them as they turn to look up at me.
"Sasaki get down now." Aizawa orders me.
"Eh? Hey Aizawa ain't that one of your kids?" Amused, President mic smirks up at me.
"Sadly so. Head back inside Sasaki." Tiredly, Aizawa sighs at me.
"Sasaki hey ain't that…" Warily, president Mic furrows his brow at me making me glarw down at him.
"Ain't that what? Come on big mouth say it." Icily, I snap at him making him arch a brow.
"Sasaki inside now." Exasperated, Aizawa orders.
"Please I can barely breathe in there…" Scoffing, I shake my head at the thought.
"So that would explain the window then?" Tiredly, Aizawa sighs at me.
"Bingo." I nod my head confirming it.
"Why don't we just beat 'em up?" President Mic whispers to Aizawa.
"Don't you even think about it unless you want your name dragged through the mud let's wait for the cops." Aizawa decides.
"We know who you are eraserhead, you can't get all of us!" One of the reporter's bellows, his fist turning to rocks.
"Yeah and we will get that interview with all might no matter what!" Another screeches, her fangs turning feral.
"Yeah no." Curtly, I curl my fingertips into a fist making them gasp when suddenly thin string silver shines from the bright beam of the sun's rays trapping them.
"You…what did you!?" Angrily, the girl demands from me.
"Look I've pinned you to the ground now if you move I can't guarantee you walking home with a leg so I suggest you behave and wait for the police to pick you up." Tiredly, I inform them.
"Do you have any idea who I am!?" One of them roars.
"A vulture like the rest of you." I deadpan.
"HOW DARE YOU I COULD MAKE SURE YOU NEVER BECOME A HERO!" She screeches at me.
"You can drag my name through the mud as if I care, I'll keep crawling out of that mud and when you slam me back into it I'll keep crawling, I'll keep climbing, I'll keep saving because guess what? I'm a hero and the media can go suck it!" Venomously, I roar, declaring the fact to them making their eyes expand as I hear a wolf whistle form Mic, his hands shoved into his pockets from my declaration.
"She's certainly a handful…" Impressed, Mic smirks up at me.
"You have no idea." Grumbling, Aizawa huffs.
"We can sue!" She screams.
"Technically you can't. I'm not harming you whatever you do is self-inflicted." Smugly, I point out.
"Y-You…" Seething, she snarls at me.
"I believe this is what people call a loophole so…suck it." Crudely, I flip off the camera pinned on me.
"You brat!" She screeches.
"She's pretty smart you got to give her that." Mic mutters to Aizawa, the two teachers watching on.
"She is one of my students still you could be more discreet you know?" Scowling, Aizawa advises to me making me smirk.
"And where's the fun in that?" Grinning, I smirk smugly a glint of sadistic glee gleaming in my eyes.
"Ah the popo's popped up…" I note when hearing the screeching sirens watching the police charge in.
"That's a wrap get these vultures out of our station!" Mic yells over the crowd as they are escorted off campus finally allowing me to free them and allowing me to drop down. But as I do, next thing I know I feel a heavy shudder of thin air brush against my…oh…oh no…
"Good think that's over with." Relieved, president mci smiles once the coast is clear and I am crouched down trying to hide what I can.
"Um…" Mr Aizawa president Mic…." Meekly, my voice breaks up as I look up at them.
"Ye-AHHHH!" Screeching, Mic chokes on his saliva when turning to see my crouched sight, steam spewing out of my bare body, burning brightly from their looks.
"Don't suppose you got some clothes I could borrow could ya?" Hopeful, I ask them as I note Mic freeze up while Aizawa's eye twitches at me making me release a small noise of fear.
"You…moron!" Screeching, he roars as next thing I know I release a screech of horror his capture tape taking over as next thing I know I'm dragged inside and blinded by nothing but grey.
Geez…you do a school a favour and this is how they thank ya tch whatever…time to head home. Dad's picking up Hikaru tonight I just hope things are okay…Frowning, I furrow my brow as I make it out of the nurse's office readjusting my casual clothes. It's fortunate I sent that request in of having another set of clothes just in case of this sort of thing happening. Relieved, I sigh as I leave the office, noting the time and heading out, dad's picking up Hikaru today so I should probably head home.
"Sasaki san!" Surprised, I jolt up at the voice turning to the source only to blink baffled by the sudden gust of wind brushing against my loose coal black shirt with grey thermal sleeves matching my grey trousers. I turn to face Tenya, raising a brow at the steam spewing out from behind him.
"Eh? Oh Tenya what's up?" Casually, I greet him, why is he even here? Come to nag at me for my improper behaviour? Urgh I'm really in no mood for that today…
"Where is your unform why aren't you wearing it?" Lost, he queries quirking his head to the side as I laugh nervously, glancing to the side not really having a clue where to begin with all this.
"There was some…difficulties." Frowning, I further furrow my brow glancing to the side nervously tugging at the collar of my shirt, not quite sure how to explain it to him.
"I had heard about you aiding the teachers that was very admirable of you!" Impressed, he confesses to me making me sigh a part of me relieved to know he doesn't seem everything. If he did oh boy I would be getting the lecture of a lifetime or he'd be unconscious…I think I prefer the latter.
"Eh just wanted to poke the media you know." Jokingly, I smirk.
"I won't let you down." Determined, he bows confusing me.
"What do you mean?" Perplexed, I quirk my head to the side.
"Midoriya stepped down I'm president now." He reveals to me.
"Seriously? Huh, good on you." Lazily, I shrug not quite sure where's he's getting at nor why is he telling me I probably would have found out tomorrow or something. So why tell me now? Isn't this a bit pointless?
"As the only person to have faith in my abilities from the beginning I want you to know I will not let you down." Resolute, he explains to me making me sweat drop still could have told me later.
"Um right you don't need to do all…whatever this is…" Awkwardly, I gesture to the whole bowing thing having no clue what to really make of it all. Then again I guess that's Iida's thing in general that I have no clue what to make of.
"But I must you were the only person to vote for me you were the only person to have faith in my ability and I thank you for that truly. I…would this be ambitious of me?" Shyly, he asks as I note a faint ruby red to his cheeks perplexing me.
"What?" I ask him crossing my arms over my chest my eyes narrowing having no clue what he wants.
"I know a number of people call you Sasaki but could I call you Sayako?" Quickly, he blurts out panicked almost making me arch a brow.
"Dude I call you Tenya or Iida do what you want." Informally, I shrug him off I've never been one for that sort of thing despite how much it has been ingrained into my head.
"Thank you I will not let that honour down!" He assures me.
"Right…see ya!" Swiftly, I turn on my heel leaving him.
"What a weirdo…" Frowning, I shake my head at him as I leave him, my baby blues glancing over at a tree making my eyes expand briefly when seeing briefly no, no, no. Quickly, I shake my head brushing off my blood turning ice cold ignoring the faint flicker at the end of my sight swinging back and forth, back and forth…
"I'm home." Casually, I slide the door open to find my old man at the stove, cooking something, his hair tied up into a mop like ponytail as I note the heavy bags in his eyes.
"Welcome home." Groaning, he smiles sadly at me.
"You look tired you did eat today right?" Sceptical, my eyes narrow noting his pale complexion.
"Yeah, I ate and made Hikaru eat too." He tells me.
"What do you mean?" I furrow my brow.
"I spoke to the teachers you were right they're bloody useless." Bitterly, my father huffs ceasing his cooking to turn to me noting the look of anger across his features surprising to see for those used to his meek shy demeanour I suppose.
"Told you they would be." Bluntly, I deadpan.
"I just…what helped when you went through it?" Desperate, he asks me making me wince.
"Nothing I just toughened up. When push comes to shove, he has to adapt or else it's a sink or swim situation." Sincerely, I tell him how it is, yes it hurts but it made me a better person in the long run, made me learn the most vital lesson in life, don't have faith in anyone.
"There has to be something I can do!" Desperate, he reasons breaking my heart.
"Dad…" Gently, I place my hand on his taking a seat across the island counter which he leans over, head down in shame, sorrow and guilt.
"There has to be. I can't…should I take him out?" Anxious, my father combs his fingertips through his hair tugging at them.
"No. That's only running away from the problem. It won't get any easier for him nor yourself." Fitly, I tell him how it is, he's letting them win by letting it go besides transferring isn't easy either only makes fitting in even more difficult for people like us.
"There has to be more I can do." Desperate, my father reasons pain laced in his tone.
"The best you can do is keep pestering them until they give in." Honestly, I place my hand on his shoulder squeezing his shoulder as his blues look into my own.
"You mean be those scary helicopter parents people worry about." Anxiously, my father bites his thumb.
"I'm afraid so…." Gravely, I whisper.
"Does…does it get better? For him at the least." Feebly, my father asks me making me wince.
"I…I don't know…" Shakily, I bow my head having no clue how to answer that it worked for me but Hikaru…Hikaru is different.
"Is it bad of me to think that this would be a one-time thing?" Pathetically, my father sighs.
"Dad this isn't your fault not this time anyway…" I assure him as he winces grimacing.
"I still had a factor in you bullying." Guilty, he sighs.
"Don't give the vultures the satisfaction dad look, I'll…try to talk to Hikaru when he's ready." I assure him.
"I'm thinking of giving him the day off tomorrow let him rest reciprocate you know?" He confides in me.
"Alright just…don't let this become the norm if you do…" Warningly, I point out.
"Thanks….I just wish I could do more. I showed them the bruises, they even said his grades were getting lower!" Seething, my father points out in frustration.
"Dad you're a surgeon you spend half your life in the hospital, and you come home cooking, cleaning…" Frowning, I remind him he does help, he does have a role in his family why can't he see that?
"Trying to…." He shakes his head.
"You try dad that's more than most." I remind him as he glances at me sighing when noting my bitter tone.
"Sayako…" Tiredly, my father sighs.
"I'm heading to bed. Get some rest you look pale." Sternly, I stand up telling him how it is.
"As do you." He points out reaching up as I feel him peck my temple which I return as I then turn to head to bed…
"All Might is so cool!" Excitedly, the little boy squeals, his yellow hues brightening up at the sight of the TV before them, more specifically All Might standing tall and proud, people littered all over his back, battered, beaten, bruised from the flickering flames behind him. The camera wobbles showing him standing in the debris well in the forefront is a man by his side wearing a lab coat and coal white gloves, wearing blue jeans with black spots littered all over like cowskin matching his coal black heels and dress shirt, barking orders at the grunts who rush to do damage control.
"Is he though?" Frowning, the stylish young blonde leans back against the pristine sofa wearing a snow white T-Shirt with denim jeans and on top of the shirt is a sleeveless coal black cardigan jacket. She has on a few jewel bands around her wrist with her hair slanted to the side.
"What do you mean is he? Look how fast he is isn't he's just so cool!?" Brightly beaming, the boy leaps over to his friend's side, his golden hues starry as he wears loose coal black leggings and a coal black sleeved shirt.
"He's creepy." Curtly, she snaps a look of disgust on her face as an arrow impales his side.
"Eeeeh!?" Pained, his yellow hues dilate in horror pain evident in his facial features.
"He's waaay too ripped and that smile just terrified me, reminds me of one of those creepy mascots your parents would warn you about." Sceptical, her eyes narrow at the screen showing the bright beam of All Might.
"You think so?" Curious, he hums having never thought of such a comparison.
"I know so." Confidently, she shivers shuddering disturbed by it all.
"Well, whatever I'm going to be a hero someday soon, you'll see me standing by All Might's side." Proudly, he proclaims hands on his hips posing as the young girl simply arches a brow by her friend's declaration.
"You want to be a hero?" Surprised, she raises a brow at him.
"Yeah don't you? Sayako your quirk would be super useful you've seen…" Joyous, he calls out to her.
"Just because they do it doesn't mean I want to." Lazily, she leans back against the sofa.
"Huh?" He blurts out stunned by her laid-back demeanour.
"It looks dangerous, scary even, why do so much when I can just settle you know?" Sighing, she shrugs releasing a small yawn.
"Settle? You deserve more than that!" Pumped up, he stands up beaming brightly, his feral fangs peering out briefly.
"Eh?" Stunned, she blinks taken aback by his words.
"You can be more than that!" Truthfully, he grins from ear to ear.
"…You think so?" Sceptical, she furrows her brow.
"I know so tell you what if I do become a side kick I'll start my own agency and you will be my right hand how about it?" He offers stretching his hand out to her.
"Um…sure I guess sounds cool." Awkwardly, she slowly takes his hand in hers, letting his hand thrash shake it for her.
"Then its settled! So what should we do now? It's over…" Brightly, he smiles turning back to the screen only to blink baffled by the sight of the programme ending, showing the weather making the boy pout, crossing his arms over his chest.
"I know!" Perkily, she stands up, having a light bulb moment of her own as she grabs his hand dragging her off to paly where…
"Are you sure we should be doing this?" Sceptical, he furrows his brow as the two children reside in the fancy kitchen pristine. He watches nervously her wandering over to the fridge, him passing her the stool for her to stand open, clutching hold of the fridge and tugging it forward.
"What's the worse that can happen?" Smugly, she smirks only to release a small squeak when she opens it the momentum of her tug causing her to dangle down as the boy sighs unfazed by the chilly breath oozing out of the fridge as he reaches out, the older boy easily helping her down.
"There are so many things that could go wrong." He points out still uncertain.
"Hey if we're right you can't choke." She smirks.
"Just because I have a big mouth does not mean I'll choke." Frowning, he watches her rummage through the fridge.
"Hey you said it not me." Smugly, she points out.
"You proud of that?" Unamused, he crosses his arms over his chest.
"…Maybe." She giggles.
"Let's start with something simple…ham." She squeaks back tumbling, stumbling about as she grabs hold of the huge ham.
"I don't think ham is simple." He sweat drops worried.
"It's the most bland." Simply, she shrugs.
"True…right here goes nothing…" He opens up his mouth as she practically throws it into his mouth.
"You did it!? Can you even breath!?" Baffled, she gapes at the sight.
"What's going on here!?" Suddenly, the door opens making both kids gawk at the sight of the adult storming in.
"Experimenting…" Innocently, the girl shrugs.
"Take that ham out right now!"
"Awww….dad's no fun right Basil? Basil?" Huffing, she turns to her friend removing the ham, salvia cascading down only then to blink baffled by the sight of the boy clutching his head in pain almost.
"It hurts…" Weakly, he whimpers unaware of his golden hues flickering from gold to purple.
"H-Hey what's wrong? Bas! What's going on!? Bas-Ahhh!" Concerned, she places her hand on his shoulders, shaking him worry laced in her tone. She turns about to call out to her father when suddenly she is thrown to the ground whimpering from the tight constricting grip coiled around her throat making her whimper. Stunned, her baby blues gaze into a pair of ruby red, sneering down at her, his feral fangs leering down at her as she screams, alerting her father who rushes over to their side.
"Sayako!" Concerned, her father's voice rings out as next thing she knows, everything begins to flicker, static soon filling in her ears ringing when…
Heaving, I jolt up from my bed, panting heaving, curling in on myself, holding myself, the tears threatening to fall but I brush them aside staring down at my hands, seeing the crimson stains smearing across, dripping down, never leaving, never fading, never going away…I didn't I didn't…I didn't want any of this, I didn't…I didn't mean to…I didn't want him too…it's all thanks to him, thanks to this stupid…stupid…! Seething, I snarl glaring down at my hands…it's all his fault if I had never…
