"So…it's been a while." Tightly, Kazz smiles strained as both he and Tsunagu sit across from one another, both boys sipping the green tea he poured for them both. Nervously, Kazz sips his drink, squirming slightly from the piercing gaze of Tsunagu, his green hues exploring the small hut like room, his brow furrowed at the mess.

"It has. You're still as disorganised as ever." Tutting, Tsunagu clicks his tongue in disapproval making Kazz chuckle, a sheepish smile upon his lips.

"Heh yeah…so how are you? How's the agency?" Cheekily, he winks scratching his cheek making Tsunagu roll his eyes at Kazz.

"Still as childish as ever." Tsunagu notes when seeing Kazz poke his tongue out.

"I like to think it's a part of the charm. Still, you didn't answer my question." Optimistically, Kazz offers making Tsunagu sigh shaking his head at him.

"We are keeping the people on the straight and narrow just like jeans." Tsunagu sighs taking a small sip of his drink, pride laced in his tone making Kazz smile softly, sweat dropping at his habit of using fabric metaphors.

"I'm sure but you didn't answer my question…again." Kazz asserts, furrowing his brow at him.

"I'm fine." Tsunagu answers making Kazz nod his head relieved.

"I saw you on TV recently, that fashion line you made was amazing. I didn't think I'd ever see you wear more fabric than just denim." Teasingly, Kazz chuckles.

"…That was an experience." Tsunagu furrows his brow at the memory.

"The girls certainly liked you heh." Softly, he smiles making Tsunagu frown.

"Kazz…" Tsunagu furrows his brow at his small snicker.

"Hm?" Kazz hums absentmindedly.

"How are you fairing?" Tsunagu questions him making him sigh.

"You know me just going by my day with my two children by the way thanks." Chirpily, Kazz answers, a look of gratitude upon his features.

"For what?" Tsunagu questions.

"Sending that letter I know you were the one to recommend Sai." Kazz answers making Tsunagu further furrow his brow at the remark.

"Which she didn't accept." Annoyed, Tsunagu scowls making Kazz sigh.

"You know her, always trying to prove herself." Positively, Kazz smiles leaning over his table, a strained smile upon his lips, his grip tightening around his glass.

"Her quirk should be proof enough. She can be so childish sometimes. I assume she's been giving you a hard time." Resolute, Tsunagu asserts.

"Not at all honestly I think I deserve more of a hard time then she's giving you." Honestly, Kazz sighs leaning back in his seat staring up at the ceiling above.

"What gave you that idiotic idea?" Tsunagu snaps making Kazz flinch from the sheer bluntness of the pro hero, a trait no doubt that Sayako acquired from him.

"You know me, I've always been working, I should be spending more time with the kid's heck I had no idea about Hikaru being bullied what sort of parent am I if I couldn't spot the signs sooner!?" Sadly, Kazz argues pain laced in his tone making Tsunagu's green soften at the sad sight of Kazz, his hand gingerly sliding over attempting to reach over but he stops himself, hesitating.

"Kazz…" Tsunagu sighs, recoiling his hand back.

"I saw it happen to Sai and now Hikaru…I really am a failure of a father." Saddened, Kazz glares down at the table, his nails digging deep into his chipped cup.

"You can't do everything. Kazz you save lives, you're a hero in your own right, you mend the broken fibres within the denim that is our society." Proudly, Tsunagu dictates making Kazz blink baffled by his words.

"Heh…I guess?" Unsure, Kazz laughs uneasily, smiling softly appreciative of the praise.

"Hikaru told me about it the bullying." Tsunagu reveals making Kazz wince.

"I just hope this weekend with you will cheer him up. Do you know what we can do?" Kazz asks him.

"All we can do is wait and see how things paly out if things get worse, I will tell you." Tsunagu assures him.

"Thank you. I just wish he could talk to me about it." Sighing, Kazz confesses.

"He knows your busy with work." Tsunagu tells him.

"So are you. Urgh I shouldn't have said it like that, guess I'm just jealous." Pouting, Kazz confesses glaring to the side.

"Jealous?" Perplexed, Tsunagu queries.

"Hikaru talks to you about things. He says nothing to me." Childishly, Kazz pouts glancing to the side.

"And I'm sure Sai does the same." Simply, Tsunagu points out.

"I wish…that girl is in her own little world." Disappointed, Kazz sighs.

"She's strong but everyone has a breaking point, every fibre has a snapping point." Tsunagu reminds him.

"I just wish she'd talk to me…You think I don't even know that?" Bitterly, Kazz sneers taking Tsunagu back making Kazz sigh.

"Sorry." Weakly, he whispers as the two take another sip of their drinks.

"Just…give her time. Perhaps I should have a word with her." Tsunagu considers making Kazz further furrow his brow at the thought.

"You saw what happened yesterday, it will only make things worse. I'm relieved UA gave her the day off." Truthfully, Kazz says to him.

"I'm surprised you're not at work." Tsunagu points out.

"Hey, they are my kids, they come first especially after this. Thanks for coming I know you're busy." Grateful, Kazz smiles.

"There's no need for thanks." Tsunagu assures him.

"Look I don't want to sound rude but…perhaps its best you leave." Pensively, Kazz considers.

"What do you mean?" Perplexed, Tsunagu queries.

"Sai is no doubt going to wake up soon and I doubt you're the first person she wants to see in the morning." Tiredly, Kazz sighs.

"You do have a point there…" Tsunagu gives him that.

"I don't want to sound rude." Worried, Kazz argues.

"No. You're not. I simply came to give her these gloves, they should help avoid those stiches and to see if she were alright." Tsunagu pushes the coal black gloves towards Kazz.

"I'll make sure she is." Grateful, Kazz smiles.

"I'm ready to go!" Happily, Hikaru comes diving down from the steps, beaming brigjtly at both his parents, smiling softly at his huge bag strapped to his behind, grinning from ear to ear, wearing a ruby red hat and coal black shades.

"Alright you be good okay? Have fun? If anything happens…" Once again, Kazz repeats as Hikaru rolls her eyes at the daily routine where Kazz pecks his temple.

"I know…" He whines pouting earning a small chuckle form Jeanist, placing his hand on Hikaru's head who giggles, grinning from ear to ear up at his father.

"I know you will." Tsunagu nods, standing up and turning to leave, taking Hikaru's hand in his, turning his back to Kazz oblivious to Kazz's pensive look, conflicted, biting his lip as his nails dig deep into his chipper cup, scraping against it.

"Take care of yourself Tsunagu." Kazz calls out to him standing up from his seat staring at his back as he falters from leaving, stopping briefly, bowing his head.

"You too. Don't push yourself every fibre has a breaking point." Tentatively, he tells Kazz who smiles sadly at him watching on as Tsunagu leaves making him exhale shakily as soon as the door slams shut. He slumps his shoulders feeling the heavy weight upon his slumped shoulders lift, ignoring the sharp stinging sensation in his chest. His eyes drift upwards towards the stairs making him sigh when his ears perk up at the gentle sluggish steps of the creaking floorboards above…
