"My what's a boy to do? I can stand out even when I stand still. That means the scouts won't be able to take their eyes off me. Don't you agree?" Excitedly, Aoyoma gushes as the class gossip, bursting into all sorts of conversation, gossiping about the festivities to come. Aoyoma's declaration however falters, falling to deaf ears as the others happily converse engrossed with their friendship groups while Aoyoma's declaration falls to deaf ears filtering out. He poses dramatically before diving over to Koda for confirmation, assurance almost unaware of Koda's shaking panicking form, drastically nodding his head fearful acting as if a gun had been aimed at his head. Scared, hr darts away from the blonde, rushing behind Sayako seated upon the top of her desk, smiling softly at Mezo.

"Thanks again for that quick save by the way Shoji." Sayako smiles sheepish, gratitude laced in her tone as she dangles her legs off the desk.

"You shouldn't lean back in your seat." Sternly, Shoji crosses his arms over his chest.

"Yeah…you're not wrong heh…hm? You okay Koda?" Shyly, Sayako scratches the back of her head, her fingertips combing through her brownish blonde roots only to perk up at the sound of shuffling and shaking making her turn behind her. Her greens widen when seeing the shaking mess shyly shuffle behind her, hiding nodding his head.

"He is simply dazzled by my beauty." Amazed, Aoyama declares pride laced in his tone posing making Sayako's brow twitch.

"By your stupidity maybe." Curtly, she snaps scowling at him.

"So cruel…" Aoyoma slumps his shoulders, deflated.

"You're so lucky Soji people are bound to notice you're unique quirk." Kaminari exclaims sighing enviously.

"Sure, but what matters is how useful I can be." Shoji states curling his fingertips into a firm fist.

"Not to mention the mask too." Smirking, Sayako throws in.

"My mask?" Perplexed, Shoji furrows his brow, his fingertips reaching up to gingerly brush his fingertips against his mask.

"Yeah, that mysterious thing you got going on is bound to attract fans." Smirking, Sayako assures him making his black hues widen when hearing her words, a faint ruby red tint to his cheeks fortunately hidden by his baby blue mask.

"You…think so?" Shyly, Shoji whispers shocked.

"Probably. Come on dude have some confidence in yourself." Sayako tells him leaning back in his desk.

"No doubt you'll make a scene to." Jiro snickers sharing a look with Sayako.

"Not funny." Kaminari glares weakly at the snickering Sayako and Jiro.

"Come on she isn't wrong. Wanna see my impression?" Sayako offers smirking.

"Come on you got to show us." Jiro smirks.

"Don't you dare!" Kaminari glares.

"Dooy…" Smoothly, Sayako does her impression.

"Hahahahaha! That's spot on!" Cackling, Jiro snickers at the sight.

"Hey! Not cool Sai!" Pouting, Kaminari glares lightly at Jiro and Sayako.

"This is going to be nuts everyone's so excited." Midoriya whispers watching on as his classmate's converse about the festival.

"Well yeah of course we are. We enrolled in this school to become heroes. So naturally we're all getting fired up." Tenya declares pride laced in his tone standing up and posing.

"Wow Iida those are some interesting moves." Tsuyu points out seeing his robotic moves, eagerly excited.

"You have to be excited to right Midoriya?" Iida argues furrowing his brow at Tsuyu.

"Ah the choppy dance never gets old." Fondly, Sayako smirks leaning forward, placing her elbows over her knees, watching on as Tenya does his little dance.

"Well yeah course I am I'm just nervous…" Meekly, Midoriya confesses bowing his head sheepish.

"Deku Iida Sayako!" Surprised, all three of them jolt up at the stern voice of Ochako calling out to them making them turn to her.

"Hm?" Sayako sweat drops uneasily at the sheer sight of Ochako.

"Let's do our best in the sports festival!" Proudly, Ochako roars proudly, roaring, raising her head to the high heavens.

"Ochako what happened to your face?" Frankly, Sayako demands from her unnerved by her new demeanour.

"Seriously what's up? You're normally the most laid-back person ever." Mystified, Mina points out baffled by the sheer sight of her new demeanour.

"Everyone I'm going to do my best!" Boisterously, Ochako proclaims raising her fist to the high heavens earning a few furrowed brows from the onlookers.

"Yeah!" Tenya declares proudly.

"Y-Yeah?" Meekly, Midoriya squeaks slightly slowly raising his hand up in the air.

"Yeah!"

"I said I'm going to do my best!" Ochako turns on her heel turning to face Sayako and the others.

"Got it…" Nervously, Kirishima smiles slowly raising his hand in the air.

"O...kay?" Scared, Seto squeaks out uncertain.

"You kinda look like you're losing it..."

"You…you do you Uraraka." Tiredly, Sayako sighs slumping her shoulders, shaking her head at her friend's strange enthusiasm just as the bell rings and lunch begins…

"Hey Uraraka…" Midoriya calls out as he, Tenya, Ochako and Sayako make their way towards lunch.

"What's up?" Warmly, Ochako smiles at Midoriya.

"Why did you decide to come to U.A? What made you want to be a pro hero?" Curious, Midoriya asks her.

"Ah! Oh…well…because…" Shyly, Ochako smiles scratching the back of her neck as she reveals said answer to the others which is…

"For the money? You want to be a hero to get rich?" Shocked, Midoriya blinks taken aback by the reveal of said reason.

"Hey don't word it like that. I say that's the most human answer I've heard at least she's honest about it and doesn't go on a tangent about justice and stuff." Sayako argues furrowing her brow at Midoriya.

"Thanks Sai but if we're cutting to the chase then yeah. I'm sorry if it sounds greedy." Sadly, she smiles at them.

"It isn't I'm doing the same." Frankly, Sayako answers.

"Really?" Ochako blinks taken aback.

"Yeah so I can move out of my house maybe save up some money for an apartment of my own then one day I'll buy a whole island to myself where no one will find me." Intensely, Sayako explains in awe at the thought as the others sweat drop from the news.

"That's…a bit extreme." Meekly, Midoriya smiles.

"That's…my dream." Dramatically, Sayako declares.

"You two have such admirable motivations I hope you don't think less of me now." Sadly, she sighs bowing her head.

"Not at all your goal is to support your well-being which is a perfectly admirable ambition to have." Earnestly, Tenya reasons making Sayako arch a brow at his agreement.

"It's just kind of surprising…" Midoriya confesses.

"Well, you see my family run a construction company but we haven't got any work lately so we're flat broke. Anyway, this isn't usually something I tell other people but…" Ochako sighs.

"Construction eh…" Tenya exclaims.

"If she got licenced, I bet she could bring costs down a lot." Merrily, Midoriya beams brightly.

"And they could sell their heavy lifting equipment she could float everything!" Tenya points out.

"I know right! I've been telling dad that since I was a kid but…" Relieved, Ochako sighs.

"You want to work for us?"

"When I grow up all big and strong I'll help you and mommy up anyway I can."

"I really appreciate the thought Ochako but as your dad I'd be even happier for you to achieve your own dream. That's the way to make us happy and if you do make money you can take us to Hawaii or something."

"Daddy…"

"Wait parents are against kids having jobs, now that's some double standard." Scowling, Sayako huffs under her breath bitterly.

"What do you mean?" Midoriya turns to Sayako.

"When I was a kid I had to go to all sorts of photoshoots!" Annoyed, Sayako confesses.

"Wait...Photoshoots does that mean…oh my gosh you got to show us some!" Shocked, Ochako gasps at the news.

"Hell no." Firmly, Sayako snaps.

"Come on I'd love to see you as a kid!" Excitedly, Ochako smiles.

"If you were a kid model you must have looked really pretty." Tenya considers making Sayako flinch.

"I looked like a slapped ass." Deadpanned, she scowls at him, a faint ruby red tint to her cheeks.

"Either way, I'm going to become a pro, I'll get into a good agency and make plenty of money then I'll let my parents have an easy life." Resolute, Ochako proclaims.

"That's beautiful so noble! Bravo!" Shocked, she jolts up when Tenya bellows clapping rapidly making her groan.

"God dammit Iida you've ruined it! we had a perfectly good moment there!" Frustrated, she facepalms at the moron.

"Hahahahaha! Young Midoriya is here!" Surprised, the others blink taken aback by the familiar number one hero striding in.

"Why are you here?" Sayako furrows her brow at the sight of him.

"I work here." He reminds her.

"That wasn't what I meant." Miserably, Sayako grumbles.

"You don't have to be so cold you know?" Childishly, All Might argues.

"Whoa All Might what are you doing here?" Midoriya gushes at the sight of him.

"Lunch! You wanna eat with me?" Joyfully, he reveals his lunch bag of sorts to be a baby blue bag of sorts.

"That's adorable!" Ochako points out spewing out saliva. Sayako sweat drops when noting…the bunnies.

"What do ya say?" All Might asks him, making Midoriya grimace glancing over at his friends only to see their simply shrugs and nods.

"Sure thing…" Meekly, Midoriya nods after turning to see the others simple nods not minding it as he leaves, following after All Might.

0000000

"Um why the heck are you all here?" Shocked, Sayako blinks taken aback by the armada of men and women standing outside their class door, her brow furrowed. She picks up her bag, about to head off for him if not for this barricade before them.

"Do you students have some sort of business with our class?" Formally, Tenya questions the horde hovering outside the classroom.

"Why are you blocking our doorway? I won't let you take us hostage!" Roaring, Mineta wails to the high heavens.

"Mineta shut up." Scowling, Sayako snaps at him, draping her bag strap over her shoulder, her fingertips fidgeting around her earphones.

"They're scouting out the competition idiots. We're the class that survived a real villain attack they want to see us with their own eyes." Katsuki scowls brushing past the others approaching the door unfazed by their stares.

"Let's just hope he doesn't explode on anybody…" Meekly, Midoriya whispers to Mineta who gawks, freaking out.

"At least now you know what a future pro looks like. Now move it extras." Firmly, Bakuago bellows, ordering them to move aside his hands shoved into his pockets.

"You can't keep going around calling people extras when you don't know who they are!" Tenya scolds Bakugo but of course he ignores them.

"Why not? Better just popping up with a real name." Fairly, Sayako points out.

"You could introduce yourself." Tenya tells her.

"But coming up with names is fun, I mean when I first saw you, I thought of you as an Edward." Honestly, she confesses making Tenya gawk.

"An Edward where did you get that name from!?" Baffled, he demands from her making her roll her eyes at the drama king.

"So this is class 1-A." Surprised, the others jolt up at the cold curt tone making Sayako bow her head, flinching from the voice.

"Oh no…" Softly, Sayako whispers, darting to the back of the door, hiding almost from the lilac haired boy before the class.

"I heard you guys were impressive but you just sound like an ass. Is everyone in the hero course delusional? How sad to come here to find a bunch of egomaniacs. I wanted to be in the hero course. But like many others here I was forced to go on another track such is life. I didn't cut it the first time around. But I have another chance. If any of us do well in the sports festival the teachers can decide to transfer us to the hero course. Then they'll have to transfer people out to make room, scouting the competition maybe some of my peers are. But I'm here to let you know if you don't bring your very best, I'll steal your spot right under you consider this a declaration of war." Firmly, the sleep deprived lilac haired boy explains to the class.

"As direct as always eh Hitoshi…?" Sayako sighs tiredly, pushing herself off the wall to turn to face him, his baggy bluish lilac meeting a pair of jaded green.

"You know him!?" Surprised, a few of them perk up at the two.

"You could say that." Sayako remarks tiredly.

"Now here's a surprise what is someone like you doing in the hero course?" Shinshou's eyes narrow down at Sayako who simply stares back unfazed.

"Hitoshi…" Warningly, Sayako scowls up at him.

"Last I checked you didn't want to become hero scum." Shinshou states coldly making her sigh shaking her head at him.

"And last I checked it had nothing to do with you, besides things change it's the way of life." Smirking, she shrugs.

"Out of all these people you don't deserve to be among them." Icily, he snaps at her.

"Ah you think…" She hums.

"I know." Resolute, he states.

"You seem to think you know a lot." Sayako quirks her head to the side.

"I know you so let me guess did daddy dearest get you into this course?" Poisonously, he sneers making a few eyes expand when hearing his taunt making her glare icily up at him.

"Please you'd think I'd get in using recommendations." Coolly, she tries to shrug it off, her closed eye twitching, shrugging it off.

"You always did like the easy way out of things." Snippily, Shinsho remarks.

"Welp either way I'm glad to see you made it to U.A you deserved it." Coolly, she plays it off.

"So I deserve to be stuck in the general studies?" Sharply, he glares at her.

"It doesn't matter what class you're in what matters is what you make of it, what you can push yourself to do, you can be a hero no matter the school, you still got into U.A Histoshi." Firmly, she argues.

"Whatever as if someone as lucky as you could understand." He places his hand behind his neck, scratching at it.

"Somethings never change…" Sayako clicks her tongue.

"Hey you! We heard you fought some villains we came to see if that were true but you're just a bunch of brats who think they're better than us. Bark all you want it'll be more embarrassing when you're ko-ed! Don't you ignore me!" Surprised, she jolts up briefly from the boisterous bellow of Tetsutetsu.

"Dude where are you going? You got to say something. It's your fault they are all hating on us right now Bakugo." Kirishima calls out as Sayako glances to the side seeing his red hues meet her greens as he brushes past them, ignoring the others and heading off turning to leave.

"These people don't matter. The only thing that's important is that I beat them. Sayako." Sternly, he tells Kirhsima turning to glance behind him, for his ruby reds to once again meet her greens.

"What?" Exasperated, she sighs slumping her shoulders.

"Remember what I said." Firmly, he tells her before taking off leaving her to roll her eyes at him.

"Yeah, yeah…I'll see you Shinshou." Sighing, Sayako waves him off, turning her back to both her class and the other years as she leaves the classroom, heading home for the day.
