With the disappearance of 3 of the most powerful Neo-Sailor Senshi, Trisha felt it was her responsibility to find and rescue them, but she did not object to the others helping. Unfortunately, there were no leads, yet that seemed normal for every monster in the Sailor Moon universe.

"How am I to find them if I have no idea where to start looking?!" Trisha knew better than anyone else where Emily, Holly, and Alexis might be, but she had checked those areas and turned up nothing. Thankfully, a particular sugar pink-haired girl had the answer, "Why don't you try and connect with their energy signatures?"

"Yes. An ingenious suggestion." Trisha started concentrating as using her energy signature was not something she was used to doing.

"That's one reason why you're the princess, Chibiusa. You're so smart!" Star complimented the bubblegum-haired girl, who blushed. "Aw, you're smarter than I am, Star." Chibiusa giggled nervously as she glanced at Christen.

While Chibiusa and Christen got along now, they still had more disputes than they used to. However, Christen did not question Chibiusa much anymore as the ruby-eyed princess made her and Jewel's Senshi feel as vital as she did. Luckily, Christen did not seem to mind this small exchange either.

The Dark Kingdom Sailor Senshi reminded them to keep it down, so Trisha could concentrate. But, despite even that consideration, Trisha had a difficult time. Even when she sensed the missing girl's energy, it seemed too weak to be her teammates, but it had to be as it is the only way she could have linked to them!

"...I think they're in trouble…." Trisha said gravely.

They did not need to be told twice. The girls transformed and were out the door, fast as lightning! The Dark Kingdom Sailor Senshi should more than make up Emily, Holly, and Alexis out of action. Letting Trisha lead, as she is the only one who knew the way to go now, they ended up in Shining Forest at the algae-lit pond!

"Are you sure this is where they are? I mean, I don't hear them, and it looks deserted." Neo-Sailor Mars glanced around, knowing this area did not look like a place someone would be in danger.

"I like it here!" Sailor Sun knelt at the pond's edge to be closer to the light. "You would…" Sailor Eclipse said, annoyed at her twin's carefree attitude as this is a situation where she should be severe.

Neo-Sailor Mercury liked it here too, but the water is not safe here, and she is more concerned with her friend's whereabouts. Neo-Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Earth breathed in the fresh scent of nature around them. As the girls looked for where their friends could be, it got cold, windy, and misty.

"Anybody ever thinks this leotard and incredibly short mini skirt, which in no way helps us fight any better, isn't ideal at keeping us warm either?" Neo-Sailor Venus shivered, trying to lighten the mood.

"I don't think the Sailor transformation comes with warm clothes setting." Neo-Sailor Mercury jokes.

"Hey. Where's Neo-Sailor Pluto?!" Neo-Sailor Jupiter looked towards where Neo-Sailor Pluto said she would be searching, and she was nowhere to be seen!

Considering Neo-Sailor Pluto is a teammate and friend, it was a miracle no one had noticed her go missing! Said brunette soldier had been missing for at least 15 minutes because she knew exactly where her friends were when she spotted the cave behind the waterfall! It was misty n here too, but it seemed thicker.

"Trisha…?" A faint, female, adult, yet warm and motherly voice called to her.

"Who's there?!" Neo-Sailor Pluto readied her staff.

"Do you not recognize me by my voice?" In truth, Neo-Sailor Pluto did recognize this voice, but this person couldn't be here since their reality had been sealed off

"H-How can-?" Neo-Sailor Pluto was cut off as this familiar voice began to speak again.

"Nothing can keep a mother away from her daughter forever." But, unfortunately, this voice is not Setsuna but Princess Pluto!

"Mom!" Neo-Sailor Pluto could not see her, but she was confident it was her as she ran towards the spot!

Joyful tears streamed down Neo-Sailor Pluto's face as she followed the voice of her mother through many twists and turns until Neo-Sailor Pluto realized she was utterly lost! Being never lost posed much of a problem as Neo-Sailor Pluto always had someone nearby who could help her out, but her friends did not know where she was (even though she did not know now), and her mother's voice was had stopped. Neo-Sailor Pluto called out, but no response came. Neo-Sailor Pluto felt more alone than ever before until she heard some moving toward her. Neo-Sailor Pluto hoped it was her mother!

Swiftly, something came out and struck Neo-Sailor Pluto, pinning her to one of the walls! When Neo-Sailor Pluto opened her eyes, she noticed a Wendigo holding her up. Now things made sense: That voice from earlier was not Princess Pluto. After all, the Wendigo had used voice mimicry to make Neo-Sailor Pluto only think it was!

"Too bad you won't get to see your mama again." This Wendigo hissed into Neo-Sailor Pluto's face.

"How dare you impersonate my mother!" Enraged, Neo-Sailor Pluto tried to summon the staff she had dropped when she was attacked, but the Wendigo bit into one of her legs!

Neo-Sailor Pluto screamed as blood poured out of her mangled limb! Again and again, the Wendigo bit into different parts of Neo-Sailor Pluto's body until she passed out from blood loss! Neo-Sailor Pluto was dragged off to who-knows-where, and the other girls had to leave Shining Forest, devastated. Unknown to everyone, this Wendigo had been the same one who had been staking out the Crystal Palace! Maybe it was time to hit closer to home…
