"You okay sweetheart?" Softly, Kazz smiles as he focuses on cooking, focusing on cooking the peppers, onions and carrots in the saucer, hearing the crisp crinkle of sizzling oil. He glances over at his two kids, Hikaru helping cut veg, happily humming to himself while Sayako herself is focused on the screen before her.

"Yeah…just fine." Aloofly, she huffs, mindlessly her fingertips flex fidgeting around the pencil aimlessly attempting to do her homework but the news soon grabs her attention.

"You don't look so good." Kazz furrows her brow, sharing a look with Hikaru.

"Just worried about a friend." Sayako slumps her shoulders staring at the hero killer having killed more than ten heroes so far, sparing some.

"You have friends?" Surprised, Hikaru blurts out.

"Of course I have friends!" Frowning, she snaps at her little brother squeaking back briefly by her sister's sharp scowl.

"Then why don't you phone them?" Confused, Hikaru questions quirking her head to the side.

"I don't have their number." Deflated, Sayako whispers furrowing her brow.

"But you're friends?" Innocently, Hikaru argues making Sayako flinch while Kazz sighs furrowing his brow at both his children.

"I…I think so." Strained, Sayako glances to the side, rejection evident in her hurt tone making Kazz furrow his brow when seeing Sayako gingerly place her hand on her arm, her finger gingerly brushing against her bare arm, clearly conflicted over it, fearful almost at the assumption.

"But if he hasn't…" Hikaru trails off unsure only to blink baffled when feeling a soft warm hand over his head, making him up look, feeling his father's fingertips comb through his roots as he looks up at his father, noting his firm frown.

"Hikaru…" Gently, Kazz begins as Hikaru looks up to see his father's firm frown immediate making him furrow his own brow.

"What?" Lost, Hikaru glances between his father and sister not quite sure what to make of the situation.

"How about you go up to your room, those pencils are going to snap if you keep them on the floor?" Softly, Kazz smiles down at his son, kneeling down placing his hand that was once on his son's head to his cheek which Hikaru leans into, leaning into the warmth plush pillow of his father's hand noting a few scars but when he sees his father's firm stare.

"Fiiine…" Pouting, Hikaru huffs, slumping his shoulders, craning his neck back, looking up at the ceiling before grabbing his sketchpad to the side then climbing down the stool. Slowly, he makes it out of the room not before lingering, a look of disappointment of confusion of worry marred into his facial features. He glances over at his sister's slumped features, conflicted to leave only to look to see his father's gentle smile softening the emotions within him. Shakily, he bows his head, feeling his eyes linger upon the back of his sister before bowing his head and silently leaving, heading up the steps as soon as Sayako hears his fleeting footsteps vanish…

"Thanks dad." Shyly, Sayako bows her head bringing a small smile to Kazz's lips as he ceases his cooking. He simply stares down at the curry before them, all it needs is to be marinaded he makes a mental note of. He removes his apron saying kiss the chef before leaving the kitchen to approach his daughter's side.

"I take it this is about that Tenya boy." Softly, Kazz smiles ignoring the urge to question where this boy lived, his date of birth, his family, any small scrap Kazz could get he'd happily accept.

"Yeah…I saw his sheet he had only one option some hero in Hosu." Lazily, Sayako huffs.

"That doesn't look good." Kazz grimaces glancing over at the news showing the hiller killer killings in Hosu.

"I know…" Sayako scowls slamming her fist down on the table.

"Why are you so concerned? I never seen you get so worked up." Kazz furrows his brow.

"I just…I just…I don't want Tenya to make the same mistake I would if I were in his place." Sayako sighs.

"Sayako…" Kazz smiles softly placing his hand on his daughter's shoulder.

"If Hikaru was hurt by this guy or you I would flip and do something stupid. The worse thing is I know no one would stop me. If I can stop him from doing something I would if I could be that person…" Stressed, Sayako combs her fingertips through her hair.

"That you would have wanted to be there for you…" Kazz gathers leaning back.

"Maybe…I don't know I just…I know he's going to make a mistake and I don't want that for him I don't…" Seething, Sayako growls, tugging at her long locks.

"Sweetheart…you're a lovely girl you really are." Kazz brings her daughter into a side hug making her sigh as they hear the timer indicating the marinade had ended as Kazz calls down Hikaru for dinner.

"Oh by the way I was meaning to ask do you know Nighteye?" Munching, Sayako exclaims furrowing her brow when seeing her brother having not said a single word about it, seeing the mess smeared upon his facial seeing the gallons upon gallons of chutney slathered upon the chicken curry devouring it.

"Nighteye? He's my favourite!" Excited, Hikaru squeals.

"He is?" Surprised, Kazz and Sayako exclaims.

"Yeah aside from dad of course, he's so cool he reminds me of you Sayako!" Happily, Hikaru smiles as both father and daughter share a look, both of them not quite sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. They watch the oblivious Hikaru munch aimlessly doodling to his heart contents.

"Why do you ask?" Kazz asks his daughter.

"I was talking to Aizawa and he mentioned night eye, recommending him to me, apparently you know him?" Sayako points out making Kazz flinch from it.

"Well yeah but…" Nervously, Kazz glances to the side.

"But what?" Sayako pries.

"He may…he's a bit intense." Kazz sweatdrops.

"Intense?" Sayako frowns.

"I mean…you two would get along about the press but there are other aspects you may not like. Remember that boy you mentioned broccoli, he's a whole different level of fanboy obsession." Kazz explains.

"Oh, well he can't be that bad." Sayako scoffs.

"He would make a shrine for All Might…" Horrified, Kazz whispers.

"O-Oh…" Sayako glances to the side shuffling.

"Yeah…so you still want me to talk to him?" Kazz furrows his brow reaching out to grab his kitchen napkin wiping the smear and stains off Hikaru.

"Yeah if you don't mind." Sayako sighs.

"Are you sure?" Kazz questions concerned.

"I need to understand this eye of mine." Sayako argues.

"You're right he would help you. If that's what you want I'll talk to him." Kazz assures her.

"Thanks dad." Grateful, Sayako smiles.

"Anytime sweetie…" Softly, Kazz smiles down at his little girl as they continue eating to their hearts content.
