"Ahh!" Surprised, Midoriya's voice cries out. Sayako jolts up at the shrieking scream rushing in when he finds a familiar boy perched on top of Midoriya's green bushy hair, freaking out at the boy smiling from ear to ear.

"Midoriya are you…Hikaru the hell!?" Shocked, Sayako gawks at the sight of the boy.

"Sayako!" Happily, Hikaru beams brightly at the sight of his sister.

"The heck are you doing here?" Scowling, Sayako demands from him, rushing over prying him off Midoriya.

"Aunty!" Hikaru smiles up at Sayako.

"Where is she?" Confused, Sayako furrows her brow.

"Flirting with some doctor." Casually, Hikaru answers making Sayako groan.

"Of course and I take it you got bored." Tiredly, Sayako sighs as she takes a seat on her bed.

"Yep." Hikaru hops on the bed or at least tries to as Sayako leans down, helping him up.

"But how did you get here exactly? How did you know we were in this place?" Perplexed, she arches a brow at her little brother.

"Connections!" Chirpily, Hikaru winks.

"Connections?" Confused, Midoriya furrows his brow.

"My aunt works at the hospital with my old man." Sayako tells the trio.

"What sort of doctor is she? Curious, Todoroki asks her.

"An ob…obsatgoon!" Hikaru struggles, furrowing his brow attempting to word it but…

"A what?" Midoriya blurts out confused.

"He means obstetrician." Sayako sighs.

"It sounds like a poke-" Joyfully, Hikaru points out only to squeak when…

"Going to stop you there." Truthfully, Sayako places her hand over his mouth swiftly shutting him up.

"You're no fun." Pouting, Hikaru huffs.

"You're an idiot. You need to stop wandering off like that." Sternly, Sayako tells Hikaru.

"But I heard you were hurt, you and daddy were in Hosu when it was attacked." Worried, Hikaru points out rushing over to Sayako's side, nestled in her chest as she wraps his arms around him.

"And we're fine." Firmly, Sayako assures Hikaru.

"Daddy was poisoned." Pained, Hikaru whispers making Sayako sigh when noting glancing over to see the pained Tenya.

"…Okay I'm fine." Unsure, Sayako smiles weakly.

"Have you even visited him?" Hikaru asks.

"Course I did what sort of daughter do you take me for?" Sayako places her hands on her knees as she crosses her legs frowning down at Hikaru.

"A shitty one." Hikaru huffs.

"Oi! Who said you could curse!?" Scowling, she snaps at him.

"You do it all the time." Hikaru points out.

"Just because I do it doesn't mean you should." Sternly, she argues.

"Aunty swears all the time." Hikaru furrows his brow.

"Whatever aunty does you have to avoid." Annoyed, Sayako states.

"So she's an anti-role model." Hikaru concludes.

"Now you're catching on." Approvingly, Sayako smirks gently patting his head bringing a small smile to Hikaru's lips.

"You know for siblings you don't look much alike." Bluntly, Todoroki points out furrowing his brow at both Sayako and her little brother, the only thing he could say they had similar was her hair colour but even then, that wad dyed.

"Eh genetics. Hikaru?" Lazily, Sayako shrugs, not quite sure how to answer it only then to furrow her brow when seeing Hikaru jump down from the bed.

"You hurt my sister; her heart was attacked." Angrily, Hikaru snaps as he manages to climb over to Todoroki's bed.

"Um…" Todoroki's blue and black hue widen when Hikaru stands on the bed, his hands on his hips.

"Hikaru!" Sayako snaps scowling at him, seeing him glare up at the started Todoroki.

"If you hurt my sister again, I'll beat you up!" Seriously, Hikaru declares poking prodding Todoroki in the chest.

"Is that right?" Todoroki arches a brow bemused by the kid's bravery.

"Yeah! When I'm older I'm going to be stronger a-and taller then I'm going to be a hero!" Hikaru declares proudly raising his fist to the high heavens.

"So if you don't grow tall you won't be a hero?" Todoroki proposes.

"Shut up! I'll beat you!" Hikaru slams his foot down on the ground, glaring daggers at the unfazed Todoroki simply staring.

"Welp we know where he gets his drive from." Todoroki smiles softly.

"We're siblings he ain't my kid." Curtly, Sayako snaps.

"You know what we mean." Midoriya chuckles.

"Yeah, yeah." Sayako smirks rolling her eyes.

"Broccoli!" Haughtily, Hikaru points at Midoriya's hair making him squeak back.

"Why does your family keep calling me that?" Whimpering, Midoriya questions Sayako who sweat drops.

"Eh well…" Awkwardly, Sayako glances to the side, feeling beads of sweat slide down, how the heck do I tell him I forgot his name? Sayako ponders to herself.

"I like broccoli with ketchup dad thinks that's icky, Sayako likes it with soy sauce says it sucks in the sauce." Fortunately, Hikaru cuts her off as he tells Midoriya.

"Um…" Midoriya trials off not quite sure what to say.

"Hikaru get off him." Sayako flicks her wrist as Hikaru squeaks when a small stray thread strikes at the collar of Hikaru's head from her sleeve, tugging him back to Sayako's bed, in her lap.

"But it's fuuun!" Whining, he huffs, draping his form over her lap before his greens narrow at a pair of blue.

"Hey nerd!" Scowling, Hikaru hollers at Tenya surprising the others.

"N-Nerd?" Tenya flinches from the title.

"My sister was really worried for you! She was really sad when she couldn't talk to you, and you pushed her away so stop it. if you make my sister sad again, I'll never forgive you." Angrily, Hikaru roars at him waving his fist about as Sayako's eye twitches, a faint ruby red tinit to her cheeks.

"You little shin!" Scowling, Sayako roars slamming her pillow down on him making him cry out falling flat to the bed in defeat.

"Argh! I'm sorry I'm sorry! Uncle! Uncle!" Whining, Hikaru cries out as he is grabbed and put into a headlock where he is noogied, flailing in his sister's arms as he cries out for mercy but it falls to deaf ears as he is soon released. She smirks when watching him flee saying, chanting he's going to tell on her making her scoff, rolling her eyes at him…

"Whoa they arrested the hero killer awesome!"

"Seriously? Who took him down?"

"Endeavor just as you would expect from the number 2 hero!"

"Now our continuing coverage three villains were captured in the Hosu riots. Their identities and motives are yet unknown, based on their distinctive appearances however and the presence of two people our reporter found, many are connecting they are connected to the league of villains that attacked U.A high last month…"

Silently, the black-haired male watches the TV screen plastered upon the building wall before turning his back to it, his ice blue glance over at the figure in the pet shop, his tail wagging happily oblivious to the stink eyes sent his way. He crouches down gazing at the petite chicks twittering about. His yellow sparkle shimmer at the sight before the innocent chicks as he talks to the children by his side, happily gushing over the life before them, unaware of the panicked parents conflicted, looking disgustingly down at the scaly creature.

Scared, the employees jolt back when the black-haired male brushes by the window, cold blue gazing into peaceful yellow before flickering raw red. His feral fangs shoot out, screams echo throughout the store as his feral fangs protrude out of him, grinning from ear to ear baring his bloodied feral fangs to the world, where small feathers of yellow come crashing down. Children gawk, screaming, clinging to their parents as the stoic figure rushes in, grabbing him before dragging him out of the pet shop where they continue on their way.

"The hero killer Stain claimed many lives in fact he is more distinctive than any other criminal since All Might burst into the scene with his arrest people can rest a little easier tonight."

"The seriously wounded hero killer is currently receiving treatment at a hospital under heavy police guard, officials are waiting for the recovery of several of his victims before full on investigating the hero killer's motives."

In the forest, mist flows through the air shrouding the radio perched upon the stump of a tree where a giant male silently listens to the radio before him.

"This criminal has surely left his mark on Japan if not the world. The hero killer Stain why did he do it? What did he hope to gain? Don't be shy we're taking calls and wanna hear your thoughts."

Chirpily, the blonde skips, happily smiling as she wanders through a farm of some sort, listening to the radio courtesy of the earbuds snuggled in her ears.

"We're coming to you live from Hosu City just last night the hero killer Stain was arrested by Endeavor-" Swiftly, Kurogiri turns the TV off as Shigaraki reads his per only to scrunch it up.

"He's all there talking about. What about my Nomu's? Not only have they forgotten but we didn't even make the front page." Enraged, Shigaraki tosses the paper aside slamming his fist down on the counter aggravated by their supposed loss.

"Let's take a moment to talk about the incident last time in Hosu. The hero killer Stain was arrested there were also incidents with villains who resembled Nomu from the U.A attack. You're likely worried how this all stiches together well I too am concerned. People tend to come apart at the seams like this. That's why we heroes have to remain calm despite our fears don't let such thoughts tempt to into tactless overreactions remember we are here to protect others not seek out vengeance. It will be business as usual today standard material may your mind and body be as sharp as your jeans." Sternly, Best Jeanist explains to his sidekicks.

"Thank you best Jeanist!" The sidekicks chorus proudly as Bakugo seethes scowling when watching the sidekicks disperse returning to their desk duties. Bakugo stands there, glaring daggers at the back of Best Jeanist.

"Hey the hell are you going?" Angrily, Bakugo roars at Best Jeanist.

"Would you like to rephrase that?" Calmly, Best Jeanist scowls down at Bakugo, not exactly in the mood.

"Where are you going?" Bakugo grumbles glaring daggers at Best Jeanist.

"Where I'm going does not concern you. Since today is the last day of your work study and I must prepare for the press conference to come from this attack. I need to gather information. I trust you in the care of my sidekicks." Best Jeanist explains to Bakugo before turning on his heel and leaving him.

"What!? You can't just leave me!? Hey!" Bakugo bellows but it falls to deaf ears as he is given to the care of his sidekicks.

"Urgh does he have to leave such pompous flowers…?" Scowling, Sayako glares at the bouquet before her on the desk by her side, seeing by its side the plump plushie of all might making her grimace, feeling a sickening sensation flow through her at the sheer sight of the doll.

"Those flowers are really pretty Sayako? Who got them for you?" Merrily, Midoriya asks Sayako snapping her out of her thoughts.

"Don't know don't care." Curtly, she snaps scowling at said plants.

"Don't you like flowers?" Curious, Midoriya asks her.

"Not really know. All they do is make my nose all sniffly." Sayako grumbles, crossing her arms over her chest.

"My mother said something to me once, about flowers having meanings…" Todoroki exclaims.

"Your mother?" Midoriya whispers.

"So you did visit her." Sayako notes.

"Yes…I may not know the meaning behind these flowers but a awful lot of care seems to have been put in them." Truthfully, Todoroki tells Sayako who simply scoffs.

"A waste then." Sayako frowns glaring at the camelias, white tulips, pink carnations and a lady's mantle, internally scolding herself for recognising the flimsy flowers. He taught her too well over these flimsy things…

"Sayako…" Midoriya furrows his brow watching her stand up.

"Oh yeah Midoriya here. "Lazily, Sayako tosses the doll over to Midoriya who squeals surprised, catching the doll.

"H-Huh?" Surprised, Midoriya exclaims starring down his greens sparkling shimmering from the sheer sight of the plush.

"Don't act as if I haven't seen your eyes nearly popping form that thing." Sayako states making Midoriya flinch from the truth, he had thought he was being subtle…

"A mint condition all might plushie wow…" In awe, Midoriya gushes grinning from ear to ear as Sayako heads to the door.

"Where are you going Sayako?" Tenya asks her.

"Gonna go check on my old man." Mumbling, Sayako huffs.

"You sure you can do that?" Worried, Tenya furrows his brow.

"You sure I care?" Coolly, she counters.

"Sayako he may be under anesthesia or something?" Midoriya point out.

"And I don't care look I'm fine I didn't break any bones like you guys." Fairly, she points out.

"You were still stabbed." Bluntly, Todoroki deadpans.

"Eh I've been stabbed before it's no biggy. You guys want anything while I'm out? Todoroki I assume you want some soba, Midoriya, Tenya you guys want anything?" Sayako asks them.

"We're fine thanks." Tenya smiles politely.

"Right then I'll be back." She salutes the boys before leaving, heading to find her dad…

"Heeey…" Softly, Sayako smiles as she slides the door open, softly smiling at her father as she makes her way over to him.

"Hey sweetheart good to see you're well." Tenderly, Kazz smiles up at her, offering his arm out to her.

"Good to see you're doing fine, heh guess the tables have turned eh older timer." Tensely, Sayako smiles sadly gently placing her hand over the back of his hand, placing her cheek into the plush pillow of his palm. Her eyes soften sadly at the battered beaten state of him, her heart aching to see him like this.

"Very funny." Hoarsely, he whispers only to erupt in a fit of coughs alarming Sayako as she darts to the desk, spotting some bottle water which she opens, gently helping her father take some sips from.

"Got some cupped ramen for you, pork I think." Sayako smiles placing the cup down.

"You sure know how to spoil a guy. Where did you even get the money?" Kazz raises a brow bemused.

"I got connections." Smoothly, Sayako smirks.

"You went into my wallet in my office didn't you?" Bluntly, Kazz deadpans making Sayako's smug smirk falter form his words.

"I have connection." Curtly, Sayako answers making Kazz smile, softly shaking his head at the antics of his daughter.

"You know your father used to hate how I'd eat convenient store food, he'd always nag about me not eating healthier enough, he always was a worry wart." Fondly, Kazz recalls a sad smile on his lips as Sayako takes a seat by his side, a tight smile on her lips.

"Funny how this guy couldn't even make a soup." Strained, she tries to be polite.

"He tried…you know how he is." Kazz shrugs smiling shyly.

"I guess…he sent you those I'm guessing?" Bitterly, she sneers, her eyes narrowing at the bouquet before her, displaying wildflowers of Purple Hyacinth, Peach Roses, pink camelias, red roses and tulips and a daffodil making her seethe.

"Yeah, beautiful, aren't they?" Lovingly, Kazz smiles taking the bouquet by his bedside, lovingly caressing the petite petals, a look of adoration, of joy, of hope upon his features making Sayako's eyes expand fearful of that look, seeing the hope swelling within him.

"I guess?" Scowling, Sayako inches back from the bouquet, her muscles tensing up at the sight.

"You never did like your father's flower lectures." Flimsy, Kazz chuckles.

"Who did?" Sayako scowls at the memory, he always went on lectures about floral, he always did want to have a garden they always went to flower shows in their youth…

"Hikaru did. He loved it." Kazz points out making Sayako roll her eyes.

"He's a daddy's boy dad could never do anything wrong in his eyes." Bitterly, Sayako sneers, poison oozing out of her.

"Sayako…" Warningly, Kazz furrows his brow.

"Sorry." Softly, Sayako whispers glancing to the side.

"Are you alright?" Tentatively, Kazz places his hand on hers.

"I'm fine just…tired. How about you? Is your arm okay?" Sayako questions squeezing his hand.

"My ligature managed to save me a bit so that's something." Optimistically, Kazz offers.

"Dad…" Sayako's greens soften sadly at her father's forced smile.

"I'm okay I just need to take it easy for a bit." He assures her.

"And will you?" Sceptical, Sayako arches a brow bemused.

"Will you?" Smirking, he counters as both father and daughter share a look before both of them grin goofily at one another snickering, the two knowing the answer as clear as day.

"You know they aren't giving you any credit right?" Scowling, Sayako points out leaning over the bed, glaring down at the duvet.

"Sayako…" Softly, Kazz places his hand on her cheek.

"Bastards, giving it all to that bastard, you helped." Seething, she feels her nails scrape against the duvet.

"And how would Japan react to that? It's best this way." Kazz places the bouquet back.

"We could at least be given some reward for getting the killer." Curtly, Sayako huffs.

"Sayako." Sternly, Kazz scowls.

"We barely survive on what we earn this should give us something!" Sayako argues.

"A doctor's salary is good." He asserts.

"Maybe if we didn't have to pay for those sidekicks' lawsuits. Bastards all of them…" Fuming, Sayako snaps, most would assume with their father's profession they would have a pretty good lifestyle but thanks to them, thanks to those hungry vultures…

"You know getting like this won't help anyone." Kazz points out.

"I know…so you saw him." Swiftly, Sayako changes topic, her greens glancing down at the bitemarks.

"Saw who?" Innocently, Kazz quirks his head to the side.

"You know who. Basil." Scowling, Sayako crosses her arms over her chest.

"He goes by Orochi now." Kindly, Kazz corrects her.

"Right…" Sayako frowns.

"I didn't believe you at first you know I'm sorry for that. I just…I thought it was all over with I thought we could move on." Pained, Kazz confesses to Sayako.

"You honestly think we could move on from what happened so readily?" Scoffing, Sayako shakes her head at him.

"I had hoped." Meekly, Kazz glances to the side.

"We didn't do anything wrong it was those heroes that did, acting all high and mighty despite you giving your hand out to a struggling soul they saw it as a traitorous act they just…" Fuming, Sayako feels her blood boil, burn, bubble…

"He isn't well." Kazz snaps her out of her thoughts.

"I know. I don't know what to do dad. I don't…" Pained, Sayako slumps her shoulders, she wanted to help her brother she did, they were family for goodness's sake.

"We'll figure it out somehow, together." Kazz places his hand on her shoulder, her greens gazing into his confident hues.

"Excuse me…" Surprised, the two jolt up at the swift slide of the door, turning to see…

"Tsunagu what brings you here?!" Happily, Kazz perks up at the sound of Tsunagu beaming brightly at the male in his civilian attire while Sayako feels her blood turn ice cold, her glazed green staring down at the floor, unable to look him in the eye. She closes her eyes trying to remember Nighteye's message, trying to normalise it trying to…

"I had thought to come see how you two were with the hero killer. I'm glad to see one of you standing." Tsunagu smiles gently down at the two as he has a shaul in his grasp draping it over Kazz.

"Yeah, it was certainly an experience you didn't have to bring me this." Kazz smiles at Tsunagu his hand on his shoulder.

"I wanted to. The hospital can be rather cold." Tentatively, Tsunagu helps drape the shaul over him.

"Dad faced Basil." Sayako sneers making the two turns to him.

"I thought as much. I had heard you were poisoned and from what I heard from the USJ incident. He needs to be taken care of; he is our responsibility." Tsunagu states making Sayako's eye twitch, her mind briefly flickering to the fuming flames to him pushing her back…

"He has nothing to do with you." Coldly, Sayako snaps feeling her fist shake.

"Sayako…" Kazz furrows his brow at her.

"This is between me and Basil. Basil and dad. Not you." Aloofly, Sayako stands from her seat.

"What did I tell you before? So long as…" Tsunagu begins making Sayako's eye twitch.

"Oh shut up I am not in the mood for one of your we've stitched together metaphors. Basil is my brother, and I will handle him," Frustrated, she snaps cutting him off.

"Alone?" Worried, Kazz frowns as Sayako swiftly steals a single daffodil from the bouquet.

"Just because you managed to immobilize the hero killer does not mean anything that was sheer luck and you know it." Tsunagu points out making Sayako freeze from his words.

"At least I did something and honestly? Maybe he had a point about fake heroes residing around the world." Sayako accuses making the two go silent. Sayako bows her head, blinking back the tears threatening to fall as she approaches the door.

"That's the story you told yourself right? About him? About us? About dad? That you stitched right? That you weaved! He was nothing but a scapegoat, having a mutant child what would the people think? You already had enough on your plate as it was with your preference what would the paparazzi say? What would the media say if they learned how you had us!?" Mockingly, Sayako sneers seething.

"…He hurt you Sayako." Tsunagu points out.

"The pain he inflicted on me was nothing compared to what you did!" Enraged, Sayako screams shoving a single daffodil into Tsunagu's eyes, his glassy greens stare sadly down at the single daffodil in his grasp.

"Sayako!" Kazz snaps only to cry out as he clutches his arm, the sharp sting making Tsunagu rush over to his side while Sayako briefly has a look of remorse before hardening it into a sharp scowl.

"I will handle Basil alone. He is my responsibility not yours, he was never yours to begin with just as I was never yours to begin with!" Pained, Sayako snaps snarling at Tsunagu, her glassy green glaring into his hurt green, watching on as she slams the door shut, storming off, needing some air, needing something to punch.
