"Bit early for Halloween eh Shinso?" Smirking, Sayako shoves her hands into her pockets staring at the slumped Shinso deflated draped in bandages of a familiar scrape wrapped around his form, trapping him almost as his lilacs look up into a mirth green.

Scowling, Shinso glares at the smirking Sayako unfazed by his glower.

"Now, now no need to get into a grump." Teasingly, Sayako kneels down, planting her free hand flat on the kneecap, her fingertips digging deep into the fabric of her trousers while on the other hand, briefly before raising her forefinger, poking it into his cheek, making him furrow his brow by the light jab.

"I'm not in a grump." Scowling, Shinso huffs craning his neck to the side, brushing her roll.

"Sure you're not." Amused, Sayako scoffs smirking, rolling her eyes at him.

"…" Silently, Shinso turns his head away annoyed, his brow furrowed frowning refusing to look her way as he remains seated on the grassy greenery below while Sayako stands.

"Look all things take time, think about Aizawa's he created this style all by himself, no doubt he had trouble with it." Fairly, Sayako points out crouching down to flick some stray strands of the scarf, brushing aside the material for his lilacs to glare into her green hues.

"Why are you here?" Hitoshi's lilac hues narrow further into her unfazed green.

"Extra credit." Casually, she shrugs straightening herself standing up as Shinso remains rooted to the grassy ground beneath him.

"Since you two know each other this will be easier. Both of you have something the other lacks in, Shinso what you lack is fighting experience, in particular hand to hand. Shinso in the festival you did nothing as all Midoriya had to do was throw you off the ring." Resolute, Aizawa appears out of the shrubbery, his hair tied into a ponytail.

"Mr Aizawa looking good with the ponytail." Impressed, Sayako smirks whistling only to squeak from the raw reds flaring up glaring into her good.

"Shut up." Scowling, Aizawa exclaims as his raw reds glare into her green, which swiftly shuts her up as he stops, leaning back against the bark of the tree towering over the trio.

"True although that was a good punch." Sayako sighs placing her hands on her hips

"It still wasn't good enough to stun him." Hitoshi bows his head as Sayako's green soften sadly when noting his fidgeting fist, seeing his fingertips dig deep into the grassy ground below, plucking at stray strands of greenery teasingly touching him.

"Maybe but you never were one for fighting." Softly, Sayako kneels down, draping her arm over her knee as she then places her free hand over his shoulder squeezing his shoulder making his lilacs widen when gazing into her olive hues.

"Since Sayako knows you, she can help you in terms of close combat she is like you in the regard that although she isn't strong, she uses her rapid strikes and other means to fight for example a knife but we'll get to that when I think you're ready." Lazily, Aizawa explains as he then takes out his blade from the sheath on his back displaying it.

"Right…" Shinso bows his head, his brow furrowed as Aizawa places his blade back into his sheath.

"Sayako on the other hand as you are no doubt aware failed her written exam which everyone passed in." Frankly, Aizawa gestures to Sayako flinching from his words.

"Must you rub that in my face? Besides I passed the practical!" Bitterly, Sayako sneers crossing her arms over her chest irritation laced in her tense tone.

"You still failed. You will be retaking that test." Sternly, Aizawa deadpans making Sayako recoils back horror plastered upon her facial features.

"…Wait…what?" Stunned, Sayako takes a few shaky steps back, shock plastered upon her facial features, furrowing her brow at Aizawa, anger spewing out of her tone, her fuming facial features, glaring, glowering at the unfazed bored Aizawa.

"You didn't think we'd just let you get away with failure did you?" Aizawa turns to the stunned Sayako a still silence in the air as her olive hues dart from side to side before composing falling to her knees, horrified.

"…Maybe?" Meekly, she cranes her neck to the side looking up into a pair of coal black pitch black filled with no shard slither or glimpse of concern.

"Sayako studying? You really though she could study? The girl is in a world of her own half the time." Tiredly, Shinso sighs standing up removing the scarf draped over his form.

"Stop rubbing salt in the wound dammit!" Furious, Sayako snarls snapping at him but he remains unfazed.

"Shinso I need you to help her with it, it will also help you understand the hero course if we can get you transferred in you understand? This would benefit both of you." Aizawa tells him.

"Yeah." Shinsho nods his head in understanding.

"Then I'll leave you two to it." Aizawa turns his back to the two alarming them both.

"Wait…what!?" Both of them blurt out.

"This is your first lesson together you should talk." Aizawa waves the two off.

"You just can't be bothered to don't you dare get into that cocoon of yours!" Snippily, she snaps glaring as she wiggles her finger at him while he returns to his sleeping bag.

"Aizawa you bastard!" Sayako snaps as he stares directly into her eyes then zips himself up, curling into the cocoon that is his napping time making Sayako groan bowing her head at him.

"Right so where should we start?" Shinso steps forward furrowing his brow at her.

"Hit me." Sayako turns to him.

"Excuse you?" Shinso blinks taken aback.

"Hit me." Straight faced, Sayako orders him.

"I'm not going to hit you." Annoyed, Hitoshi refuses making her groan.

"Come on look at how punch able my face is. You can't tell me there hasn't been a time you haven't thought about punching it?" Irritated, Sayako snaps scowling at him.

"…" Silently, Shinso sighs slumping his shoulder before reeling his fist back and strike causing her to stumble forward.

"There we go." Pleased, she smirks turns on her heel, spinning around him, grabbing hold of his wrist and flipping him to the ground, making him gasp, his lilac hues widening when meeting a pair of mischievous green as he is pinned to the ground.

"Let's see how long you'll last." Sweetly, she smiles down at him before standing up, offering her hand out to him making him sigh, clasping hold of her hand as he is helped up and the two continue their training…

"Hey Shinso right? What brings you here?" Smirking, Kaminari leans against the doorframe noting the still silent Shinso leaning against the outside wall waiting for Sayako.

"I'm here for Sayako." Scowling, Shinso after a brief moment, a pregnant pause filters in the air as Kaminari simply smiles up at him unaware of Shinso u's sharp scowl.

"Oh ho here to confess?" Teasingly, Denki wiggles a brow as Shinso's eye twitches, making Denki squirm slightly squeaking, flinching back briefly from the sheer intensity of his glare.

"Sorry, sorry! I-I'll go get her for you, hey Sa-the heck are you doing?" Anxiously, Denki smiles strained sweat sliding down his temple as he peers into the classroom unaware of Shinso scratching the back of his neck, glancing, peering inside the class, his lilacs narrowing at the standing Sayako conserving chirpily with a certain red and white head.

"An experiment." Sayako answers as Todoroki furrows his brow at both Mina, Midoriya and Sayako.

"Sorry she may take a while…" Apologetic, Denki smiles anxiously up at the anxious Shinsho flinching from his ice cold glare.

"Isn't that the guy who gave her a heart attack?" After a brief moment of silence, he questions, his eyes narrowing at the boy, he had heard rumours of him being known as the pretty boy of the hero course in the general department he heard the girls gossiping, gushing over him.

"Hm? Oh yeah at the sprots festival." Denki smiles.

"And they're okay with one another?" Scowling, Shinso arches a brow his eyes narrowing.

"Yeah, after that they got pretty close from it." Denki smiles at the memory.

"…" Silently, Shinso stares at the class before him, his eyes narrowing into thin slits as the scene plays out…

"I feel as if I am just a means of entertainment." Sceptical, Shoto furrows his brow down at Midoriya, Mina and Sayako.

"Well you sort of are." Honestly, Sayako shrugs.

"Sayako don't say it like that! This is for science!" Pumped up, Mina huffs at her pouting.

"This is for my amusement." Smoothly, Sayako brushes off as Midoriya passes him a wooden stick, one you'd use to put on someone's tongue to look at the back of their throat.

"Here." Shoto sighs swiftly encasing the pop stick in ice.

"He did it he made an ice pop!" Mesmerized, Midoriya's greens sparkle shimmer at the sight.

"All right!" Merrily, Mina snatched said popsicle from Todoroki's their eyes widening when said girl shoved it into her mouth.

"Wait Mina I wouldn't…" Worried, Midoriya cries out but…

"MY TONGUE!" The muffled scream of Mina escapes as she gawks gaping at her tongue glued to the ice.

"SHIT!" Sayako curses taken aback.

"I'll handle this." Todoroki furrows his brow about to activate his flames.

"And burn her tongue off? Sayako swiftly grabs his wrist stopping him.

"What's going on guys? Aizawa's going to be back soon." Worried, Denki calls out from the door but…

"Quick Mina use your acid." Urgently, Sayako snaps at her.

"What about my tongue?" Panicked, Mina argues.

"Isn't your tongue acid proof or something?" Sayako disputes.

"Where did you get that from?" Frazzled, Mina demands.

"I thought you were like alien you know? "Sayako shrugs.

"Of course I'm not!" Mad, Mina screeches at her.

"Well…could you at least tell us how it tastes?" Meekly, Midoriya asks.

"Like my tastebuds are being ripped off." Bitterly, Mina seethes.

"Riiight…oh would you look at the time? Got to get going Midoriya I'm leaving this to you." Nervously, Sayako turns on her heel heading to the door.

"Wait what? Why me!?" Screeching, Midoriya and Mina panic at the blonde.

"Because I'm a irrepressible teenager! Shinso buddy old pal let's get going before Aizawa comes back!" Smirking, Sayako salutes the group before heading out the droop, draping her arm over Shinso's shoulder before grabbing his wrist and taking off where they rush off to train.

"Dammit…" Shinso curses huffing, furrowing his brow when he is judo flipped to the ground once more making him cradle his back bitterly.

"You're too sluggish, fighting is like…dancing." Sighing, Sayako tries to explain to him crouching down.

"I don't dance." Sternly, Shinso states.

"I know that but I mean it's the rhythm, it helps you dodge attacks how do you think I've dodged all your hits?" Smirking, Sayako points out making Shinso grimace, glaring to the side.

"We'll see about that." Shinso places his hand flat on his knee, helping himself up as Sayako's greens narrow noting the reeled arm aiming up high into the air as she smoothly dodges said strike only for his lilacs to widen when the bandages draped down his shoulder causing him to trip forward.

"See you put too much force into the punch see you tripped thanks to that." Sayako easily catches him, dipping him as she holds his hand, his lilac hues widening looking up at her olive hues.

"Isn't that what I'm meant to do." Annoyed, his fist flexes around her hand.

"Well it depends. For you Shinso you should use your momentum with your scarf it'll provide more force that way to the punch but the punch you gave to Midoriya was a good punch but Midoriya is used to a punch. What would have been better is learning to use pressure points like the back of the neck that would be more suitable to your combat style. "Calmly, Sayako explains as she helps steady him.

"Easier said than done." He glares to the side.

"You're not wrong it doesn't help either that we've fought more I doubt the department classes hold fighting lessons. What you should focus more on is dodging and using your momentum to provide that extra power. But also you should mainly focus on evasion of dodging the hits waiting for the person to get exhausted, desperate even you could use that moment of weakness to either hypnotise them or finish the job you know?" Calmly, Sayako explains to him.

"I guess…" Shinso scratches the back of his neck only for his eyes to widen when…

"Hey you'll get there it just takes time." Sayako places her hand on his head ruffling his indigo locks making Shinso 's lilacs soften sadly about to open his mouth think back to…

"Hey Say…" Shinso's eyes expand at his lips moving on his own.

"Hm?" Sayako hums turning to him, a still silence in the air.

"Never mind…" Shinso slumps his shoulders huffing, sighing giving up, ignoring the tight tension in his stomach.

"Right…come on let's do this." Smirking, Sayako places her hands on her hips offering her hand out to Shinso u once more, nodding his head, sighing, slamming his hand into her own, helping him up as they continue sparring.

"You know bumblebees have trouble recovering from stress without sugar." Sayako slumps her shoulders, head down on the smooth surface of the tabletop in the school library moping, feeling a wave of exhaustion etched into her tired tone as she sighs shakily, closing her eyes grimacing the searing sensation in her aching throbbing temple.

"And last I checked you're not a bee." Calmly, the sound of scribble of parchment pages turning echo in the deathly silence of the library. She peers up from her crossed armed from, her olive hues widening when looking up into a pair of lilac gazing down at the books before him, trying to study.

"And last I checked Toshi I'm stressed." Sayako grumbles glaring to the side huffing, puffing out her cheeks pouting making Hitoshi roll his eyes, a small shy smile of endearment upon his lips at the sight.

"Look if you can do the next question we'll take a break how's that sound?" Sighing, Hitoshi offers.

"Fair…" Sayako sighs giving in only then for them to perk up at the gentle sound of footsteps.

"Sayako hey!" Happily, Ochaco calls out alarming both of them.

"Uraraka we are in the library we must be quiet!" Harshly, Ida hisses placing his forefinger upon his lips hissing at her. Shinso simply scowls at the ground, exhaustion etched into his fidgeted facial features, trying to focus on the book below him, quickly placing his hand on Sayako's head gently pulling her towards the book, trying to get her to focus on the task at hand.

"Oh Shinso u's here too hey Shinso." Softly, Midoriya smiles at the indigo boy glued to his book.

"…" Silently, Shinso simply stares down at his book, ignoring Midoriya.

"Don't be offended Midoriya, Shinso isn't exactly a people person." Politely, Sayako tries to assure Midoriya.

"Nor are you a studious person." Pointedly, Shinso remarks making Sayako flinch from his words, giving him a warning look but his hues remains glued to the book below him, making her sigh tiredly at his unfazed reaction.

"Right…so what are you guys up to?" Intrigued, Midoriya asks Sayako.

"Dying." Gravely, Sayako shudders making Midoriya flinch from the sheer intensity of despair dripping down her tone making Shinso furrow his brow, his features flat sighing at the girl across from him as she is lightly hit with the book by a poker faced Shinso.

"What the moron means is studying." Shinsho sighs correcting the girl before him, turning to the others.

"Dying!" Dramatically, Sayako slams her palms down on the table only making Shinsho roll his eyes at her removing the book on top of her head, trying to focus back on the book.

"Studying? How come?" Curious, Ochaco akas making Sayako flinch from the question once more, feeling her blood turn cie cold, feeling a wave of shame filter through her unaware of a certain silent pair of lilac watching on.

"I…" Shaking, Sayako attempts to speak but…

"She's helping me with some hero studies." Smoothly, Shino cuts Sayako off bowing his head, his eyes closed just as Sayako perks up at the answer, her eyes expanding when hearing his response.

"Oh right Shinso you want to enter the hero course!" Chirpily, Midoriya recalls beaming brightly at him.

"It's admirable of you Sayako wanting to help your friend." Impressed, Tenya beams brightly at her.

"Y-Yeah so…could you leave us alone?" Strained, she smiles scratching the back of her neck, laughing forcibly.

"Of course good luck with studying!" Ochaco smiles as the group leave the two alone.

"…Thanks for that." Sayako exclaims after a brief moment of pause between both of them.

"It's fine. Still I remember you doing alright in the exams back at middle school before that…I didn't think you were dipping this bad." Frankly, Shinso points out his brow furrowed, he remembered it well she wasn't the best but she did fairly well before.

"No way Toshi you're on top of the board!" In awe, the young Sayako gushes beaming brightly at the sight.

"Huh…" Shinso shoves his hands in his pockets at the sight of his name.

"That's amazing with that brain of yours you'll get into U.A no doubt about it!" Amazed, Sayako smirks up at Shinso, his lilac hues widening when hearing her words.

"You think so?" Shyly, he smiles staring down at the floor bashfully, scratching the back of his neck from her words.

"Tch bet he just hypnotised the teacher to get him that score!" Both students jolt up at the voice turning to the bulky figure of a brown-haired boy with devil like horns popping out his skull.

"Oh please this coming from the bottom of the barrel." Sneering, the horned male exclaims.

"What was that?" He bellows.

"You heard me! Shinso isn't like that!" Sharply, Sayako turns only to feel someone grab her arm making her look up, her fuming green meeting a pair of jaded lilac silently shaking his head at her.

"Sayako just forget about it. Don't waste your breath…" Gently, Shinso places his hand on her shoulder squeezing her shoulder, dragging her away from the crowd, trying to stop a fight form breaking out.

"Yeah… I don't know one moment I was on top then after that I just…you know when you feel just numb like what's the point in doing any of this anymore? Of studying? Of being a hero when the heroes you've looked up to just…" Sayako trails off her brow furrowed, her eyes darkening as Shinso's purple hues note.

"Hey…" Shinsho sighs softly closing his book.

"Hm?" Sayako's eyes widening when seeing said action, Shinso refuses to look her in the eye.

"Let's go." Shinso stands from his seat confusing Sayako.

"Where we going?" Confused, Sayako questions as she stands.

"Out." Aloofly, Shinso answers.

"Out where?" Lost, Sayako demands furrowing his brow at the back of Shinso.

"You want to get something sugary right? Come on." Shinso scratches the back of his neck huffing bringing a small shy smile to Sayako's lips at the sight. She begins packing up alongside Shinsho. Slowly, she stands after completing her packing alongside him, following after him, heading for some lunch.

"Thanks for the treat Shinso." Softly, Sayako smirks as she sits down on the bench by Shinso's side slurping his smoothie while she herself enjoys her soda, watching the other students of U.A going about their business. Her ears perk up at the soft sound of leafage above tousling from the brisk breeze brushing through her brownish blonde roots ruffling Shinso's indigo locks too. They hear the faint rustle of shrubbery as they reside in the shade. The tall towers of trees above them providing them shade from the shining sun above.

"So long as it gets you back to studying." Shinso reminds Sayako faltering from his words.

"Yeah yeah." Sayako rolls her eyes, a small smirk of endearment upon her lips as she leans back against the bench.

"What were you doing anyway?" Curious, Hitoshi asks as he drapes his arm over the back of the bench raising a brow at her.

"What do you mean?" Mystified, Sayako quirks her head to the side, her greens looking up into his hues.

"You're doodling." Hitoshi points towards the book in her lap.

"I was that obvious?" Sayako sighs slumping her shoulders exhaustion etched into her tired tone.

"You did it in middle school remember I remember when you turned Mr Malnerd into a snail." Shinso smirks smugly at the memory.

"Oh come on he sounded like a snail." Sayako huffs trying to defend herself.

"Didn't help he had that sludge quirk." Hitoshi considers, craning his neck to the side briefly.

"Urgh…" Sayako shudders grimacing at the memory.

"I remember when you would draw flowers, they were pretty what happened to that?" Hitoshi's lilacs narrow at the memory making Sayako grimace, glancing to the side solemnly.

"I just…I don't know what I'm drawing half the time besides they aren't as pretty as Hikaru his drawings are something else." Sombrely, Sayako smiles staring down at the floor below, her greens widening when perking up at the movement from the corner of her eyes. Her greens widen when the kitten now resting residing upon Shinso's shoulder as he nuzzles said kitten with the back of his finger.

"The kid still drawing?" Unfazed, Shinso asks as Sayako stares, where the heck did that kitten come from? Frazzled, Sayako ponders to herself before shaking her head, dismissing it.

"Yeah…He kept badgering me about this unciform sketchpad." Sayako smiles sadly, bowing her head at the memory.

"Hikaru always did like his uniforms." Shinsho smirks slightly at the memory.

"Remember that time he drew you with a unicorn horn?" Sayako asks him snickering chuckling at the memory making Shinso scowl at the memory unsure of the kitten's golden glancing at Sayako's green.

"Now could I not? You shoved your ice cream on my head." Hitoshi furrows his brow at the memory, he knew she could be clumsy at times but that was a miracle in itself considering her height compared to his he still couldn't fathom how it happened. All he remembered was her falling to her knees, supposedly mourning the loss of her ice cream, needing a moment of silence then placing the flake in the puddle as if it were some sort of gravestone only for a seagull to swoop down nicking it causing a screaming Sayako to hell at it, earning quite a few looks as the ice crema smeared Shinso had to physically hold her back and drag her away from the scene.

"I tripped besides I lost a good ice cream that day." Mournfully, Sayako bows her head pained at the memory making Shinso sweat drop.

"I offered you mine. Don't freak out." Shinso points out raising a brow when seeing said kitten once perched upon his shoulder now fall flat against her lap, stretching as Sayako's eyes expand at the sheer sight of the cat alarming Shinso slightly when seeing the glistening gleaming greens react to said kitten.

"I'm not freaking out…" Shyly, Sayako whispers.

"Your hands look like they are about to break the kitten's neck. Just let the cat lie Saya, let them calm down then slowly pet them don't…freak them out." Sternly, Shinso reminds the excited girl.

"Fiiine…also may I just point out yours was mint heathen." Sighing, Sayako slumps her shoulders leaning back against the bench, a small squeal of excitement escaping her lips as she then playfully pokes Shinso's side making Shinso furrow his brow.

"Mint is just as good as chocolate if not better." Slyly, Shinso smirks smugly in his teasing tone at her.

"You…moments like these make me question my friendship with you." Sayako grumbles, pouting.

"I'm sure…still those flora sketches of yours were good, didn't you consider going into tattoo designs?" Hitoshi furrows his brow at the memory.

"Well yeah…" Sayako glances to the side, Shinso notes her hand hesitating making Shinso sighs gently placing his hand over hers noting her trembling hand. He gently lowers his hand over hers, guiding her hand over the kitten earning a small purr making Sayako gasp beaming brightly, her gleaming greens sparking, bringing a small smile to Shinso's lips at the childlike glee from the small achievement to him but a huge one for her, happy to see her so excited.

"Your dad went mental at that though." Hitoshi chuckles lowly under his breath.

"Urgh he's always been stuffy." Sayako crosses her arms over her chest huffing pouting almost bringing a small smirk to Hitoshi's lips amused.

"And you're not even mention the one with the turtleneck." Shyly, Shinso exclaims making Sayako sigh as Shinso notes her grimace making him sigh.

"Urgh…I guess I just got side-tracked with modelling and all that." Tensely, Sayako sighs as Shinso's eyes soften, a small smile upon his lips when seeing the kitten on her lap, feeling a strange sensation fo warmth in his chest at the sight.

"Yeah…now come on break's over." Shinso stands placing his smoothie in the bin.

"Whaaa? Come on five more minutes please!" Pleadingly, she begs.

"…" Silently, Shinso stares down at Sayako seated by the bench looking down at her, his brow furrowed from the kitten laying on her lap making him sigh slumping his shoulders.

"Five more minutes." Miserably, Shinso grumbles glaring to the side, sipping his drink as he places his hand down upon the kitten in her lap, petting said kitten making Sayako smirk slyly, easily seeing through him.

"Yes!" Sayako cheers grinning, fist bumping the air only then to cry out from the sharp slash of the scared kitten leaping off her lap, leaving her to cradle her lap, the tears freely flowing as Shinso sighs sweat dropping at the mess that is Sayako.

"But that's it as soon as that's up we're back to studying." Sternly, Shinso snaps scowling at the defeated mess on her hands and knees.

"Right, right…" Teary eyed, Sayako bows her head pained, the tears freely flowing as she bows her head in defeat.

*Basically this takes place after the exam with Shinso trying to help Sayako study and her train him in fighting. Anyway would love to know your thoughts on them!*
