Silently, Sayako stares down at the bandaged stump before her, feeling a wave of so many emotions conflicting within her as the still silence hangs heavily in the air. Anxiously, Kazz sits squirming in his seat, waiting patiently, waiting for his daughter to say something but for once she's just…silent. She just stares…sure Kazz had seen her mind wander from time to time but this…this was different, her eyes that were once a gleaming glinting green, shimmering, shining like the soaring stars above now dull, drained like comets crumbling into nothing but dust and debris.

"Sayako?" Shyly, Kazz squeaks out, trying to gather his confidence, his bravery, his nerves as he breaks the still silence, steeling his nerves, gathering his courage squirming from the heavy air hanging over both father and daughter. Someone had to take the step forward and if she wouldn't do it then he would. But that's when he hears it, her response…

Laughter.

She laughs.

She…laughs.

"…Is…is this some sort of fucking joke?" Cackling, Sayako heckles hollowly breaking Kazz's heart when seeing her shimmering shining green glassy looking ready to break. Her voice cracks, as she forces, vomits out the laughter she forces out, looking deranged to some from the sheer force she spews out of her chapped, cracked, broken, bruised, bloodied lips.

"…Sayako…" Softly, Kazz tries to reach out to her his brow furrowed only then to falter from the sharp slam of the other arm, pushing him back.

"WHERE THE FUCK IS MY ARM!?" Angrily, she screams at him making him flinch from her violent screech, snarling, seething, her voice cracking, breaking. She grits her teeth together, trying to keep composed as Kazz could only see the small chips of calcium spew out of her lips from the sheer strength of his grit teeth, seeing small snippets of cracks almost form from the sheer intensity of her demand.

"Sayako…" Saddened, Kazz tries to reach out to her again, his hand over hers, planted firmly only for her to slip her hand out of his, looking betrayed, looking pained, looking anguished at the sad truth of reality.

"WHAT SORT OF JOKE IS THIS DAD!? THIS IS SICK!" Screaming, she snaps at him horrified, combing her fingertips through her greasy locks, her fingertips tangled through her roots as she hisses from the sharp sting of tugging said muddy greasy locks of brown and blonde, the brown build of her blonde locks, having begun to fade.

"This isn't a joke you…there was a poison in you, your nerves were shot there was nothing we could have done it was going to spread to your heart we had to operate and fast." Firmly, Kazz tries to go to the logical stand point in hopes of talking to her, he always was one for logic over sentimentality so here he was hoping this angle would best help her cope through this.

"So you took my arm off!?" Offended, she screams snapping at him.

"Sayako this poison was serious we haven't seen this poison since the silver age it's a deadly poison it could have done a lot worse." Firmly, he gives her the pad he had read from.

"Then why didn't you let it?" Incensed, she snaps startling Kazz frozen in his tracks, feeling his blood turn ice cold, feeling his heart turn to stone, turn as heavy, almost drop at her words.

"…You don't mean that." Tightly, he snaps scowling at her as she simply stares, the silence speaking volumes, further breaking his heart.

"What would you know? Look at me, look at me it would have been best to let me-" Upset, she screams at him sobbing.

"DON'T YOU DARE FINISH THAT FUCKING SENTENCE!" Sharply, he snaps making Sayako flinch from his words.

"…" Silently, she stares up at him.

"You don't mean that." Pained, Kazz whispers, his voice cracking breaking but…

"…" Silently, she continues to stare, a grim grave look upon her facial features making his heart break at the sight at the still silence speaking volumes between father and daughter.

"You…you're just not well right now. Look I'm going to get you help outside of U.A I'll make sure those therapy sessions stop." Seriously, Kazz promises sniffling, trying to compose himself but…

"…You're the one who started them." Snippily, Sayako seethes attempting to cross her arm but falters from meeting the empty air of…

"I didn't know they were happening." Defensively, Kazz barks back.

"…What?" Taken aback, Sayako furrows her brow.

"They said they would keep an eye on you but I didn't think this…I mean this just breaks so many rules." Fuming, Kazz tugs at a few stray strands of brown.

"…Are you being serious?" Shocked, Sayako whispers.

"…Huh?" Kazz blurts out.

"My arm…it's actually gone." Sayako stares into her father's brown refusing to look back at her arm.

"…I'm sorry." Softly, he whispers bowing his head, his voice cracking.

"That's all you can say? You're sorry." Sneering, she seethes.

"What do you want me to say Sayako? I had to make a decision you were in no state too." Sternly, Kazz explains to her.

"You could have woken me up you could have…." Fuming, Sayako shakes feeling her blood boil, burn, bubble…

"By the time we did that we would have had to put you under anaesthetics already to stop the poison not to mention how difficult it is getting you under sedative after having no stimulants for a number of days…" Kazz attempts to explain himself as she slams her eyes shut before bowing her head.

"…It's…really gone…" Shakily, Sayako takes a peek at her bandaged stump.

"I'm sorry Sayako I am…" Earnestly, Kazz tries to comfort her but…

"Sorry won't bring back my arm…" Annoyed, she sneers flinching from his touch.

"…Your friends are here do you want to see them?" Hopeful, he asks only to see her sharp scowl.

"What the fuck do you think?" Frustrated, she screams at him taking him aback.

"Sayako…" Sighing, Kazz furrows his brow.

"You took my arm…my fucking arm! Get out!" Enraged, she snaps.

"S-" Kazz begins yet again but…that seemed to be the final straw for Sayako.

"I SAID GET OUT!" Enraged, Sayako screams, snarling, seething, screeching. She stretches her arm out to the vase by her beside, her fingertips coiling around the vase by her beside, ignoring the flimsy flowers. Her ears ring oblivious to the sloshing sound of water waves within gushing about as she tosses the flower pot at Kazz.

Kazz gasps taken aback as he leaps back, narrowly dodging said strike. His brown hue winces when feeling the sharp sting to his cheek, a stray shard of vase managing to nick his cheek. A small slit forms upon his cheek as a small sliver of ruby red manages to seep out of the teeny tiny slit formed upon his cheek.

"Sayako!" Alarmed, Kazz cries out panicked reaching out to the fallen figure, not having adjusted quite to the sudden shift in weight as she comes crashing down, descending down the floor wincing, grimacing. She curses as Akihiko rushes over to her side seeing the girl glued to the corner, curled into it, bringing her legs close to her chest pained.

"DON'T TOUCH ME! DON'T FUCKING TOUCH ME!" Mad, Sayako screams at him as the tears freely fall, her voice cracking, breaking as the damn breaks and the waterfalls come gushing down from her glinting gleaming green. She screams, feeling her throat tighten feeling her throat be scraped almost as she winces and curls in on herself as Kazz reaches out, pressing the remote upon the bed. Men and women come rushing in garbed in uniform as they tend to her or try to as she screams, shots, crying her heart out anguished at her loss…

"You have some balls coming here." Sayako's green glare into a pair of electric blue as she leans back against the headboard of the bed, staring at the implant impaled into the side of her wrist.

"Huh?" The blonde blinks taken aback by her cold curt words.

"If my dad found out you were here he's finish what that All For One started." Seriously, Sayako tells the blonde flinching from her words.

"Heh…yeah that sounds like Kazz." Sheepishly, the blonde smiles scratching the side of his cheek with his bandaged hand only making Sayako's green glare narrow further from the side.

"Still weird to think when I first met you I thought you were a drugge." Aloofly, Sayako mutters disdain drenched in her tired tone as she turns to look away from the blonde, staring at the corner of the room, seeking solace within the corner.

"It's like that brother of yours said the eyes don't exactly help." Helplessly, Toshi tries to joke, trying to lighten the tight air in the room but is only met by the still silence of the room making Toshinori tense up, normally she would say something, she would…

But now…?

Silently, Sayako stares out at who knows what, her greens darkened dazed, looking out of it as Toshinori's bright blues linger upon the instrument pumping drugs into her but something seemed different about it all, something seemed…off.

"So…" Nervously, Toshinori smiles sheepishly at the girl before him. He knew the two didn't really get along but…

"So what?" Impatiently, she coldly cuts him off making him flinch from her firm frown.

"Do you…hate me?" Meekly, Toshinori asks, he never understood her hatred of him, of her need to be so snippy with him, he never really met someone like that before so didn't really know how to talk to her, whenever he tried to talk to her it just seemed like it caused more trouble…

"Hate's a strong word."

"Oh…" Taken aback, Toshinori smiles softly hopeful that maybe after this event the two could…

"I just find you creepy." Curtly, she cuts his train of thought of, faltering from her words.

"C-Creepy?" Stunned, Toshinori stammers, crimson currents gushing out of his mouth staining the floor below making Sayako scowl at the unneeded mess, glaring down at the pool.

Do you mind? I already got to deal with the bleach in this shithole." Scowling, she glares down at the mess below.

R-Right…sorry." Strained, Toshinori smiles shakily.

"And there is it." Incensed, Sayako huffs rolling her eyes exasperated.

What is?" Lost, Toshinori furrows his brow befuddled.

That smile of yours, it's fake." Firmly, Sayako states tiredly.

"Fake…?" Frowning, Toshinori falters from her words.

"On TV you were always smiling despite having the whole of Japan on your shoulders, it's creepy. It's stupid how many people relied on a single person and you helped feed such a toxic thought, look at you now, look at what that train of thought has done to you, to the future generation, people inspired by you like my father are working to a point of having a heart attack…" Angrily, Sayako seethes, curling her fingertips fidgeting bawling around the blanket draped over her form, she remembered it, remembered it oh so well, she had heard from Akihiko as he came to visit her, Kazz hasn't visited just as she wanted but Akihiko, he had tried to defend her father for what he did. And he had helped Sayako's mind clear but she still felt it, she felt her blood boil, bubble, burn learning of her father's sacrifices while she was kidnapped.

"I…" Feebly, Toshinori attempts to defend himself as Sayako seethes.

"Just don't okay? Maybe it's cause I grew up doing modeling but I can spot a fake smile and the users of said fake smiles tend to be the most fucked up people in the world. It's just creepy reminds me of the airline attendee who would smile despite how dead inside they looked like you just know in the back of your mind they're bitching about you to their crew members in another language or something." Scowling, Sayako seethes glaring to the side, feeling nothing but rage flow through her veins before it diminishes.

"That's…quite the comparison." Toshinori remarks.

"Eh it's why I don't really trust optimistic people they're too happy it's too…unnatural." Lazily, she shrugs only then to wince grimacing glancing over solemnly sadly at the stump before her.

"Maybe you should meet more enthusiastic people." Perkily, Toshinori offers.

"And maybe you should stop trying to do shit on your own." Irritated, Sayako snaps.

"This coming from you." Toshinori furrows his brow.

"Yes this coming from me look at what happened to me it could very well have happened to you." Sharply, she states the fact firmly to him.

"You know you're awfully calm about it all." He remarks furrowing his brow at her.

"Eh I think it's to do with the drugs you know, haven't had my anti-depressants in a while due to them pumping this shit into me." Mad, Sayako grumbles glaring at the IV impaled into her wrist.

"I see…" Toshinori exclaims.

"So can that chin like impale people or…" Sayako blurts out trailing off.

"I-Impale?" Shocked, Toshinori exclaims.

"It's look sharp enough sort of like the jaw of a shark. Or like a pick you know the ones you use for ice sculpting. Maybe you should take on as a hobby after your retirement." Sayako offers unfazed.

"I don't know whether that's a compliment or insult coming from you." Toshinori sweat drops.

"I'd take it as a compliment only one I'll probably ever give ya." Sayako slurs grumpily.

"Right…so…you ready to go back to U.A?" Optimistically, Toshinori pumps his fist up making her eye twitch.

"…You're shitting me right?" Scowling, she glares daggers at him.

"Why would I be lying about this? Sayako you're talented I saw how you held your ground in the sports festival." Earnestly, Toshinori tells her making her flinch.

"When I had both my arm you mean." Grumbling, Sayako bows her head anguished.

"Just because you lost your arm doesn't mean it's over yet." Toshinori tells Sayako making her scoff.

"This coming from the guy with two arms." Annoyed, Sayako rolls her eyes exasperated making Toshinori flinch from her words.

"Well one's in a cast." Sheepishly, Toshinori gestures to his cast gently patting it.

"At least it's still intact." Bitterly, Sayako spits out poison dripping down her tongue.

"…I'm…I'm sorry." Softly, Toshinori bows his head.

"Oh for the…are people lined up outside with a come bother Sayako and apologise out there or some shit?" Scowling, Sayako glares daggers, sharply spitting poison out of her.

"Sayako I'm being serious." Sternly, Toshinori tells her.

"Urgh…you weren't the one to have this happen to me. It was someone else, someone else who I promise when I find them I will break every fucking bone in their body but then again their a snake so maybe…tear out their fangs wait snakes regenerate right? So would doing the fangs thing work maybe I should try them up do a Prometheus on that fucker." Furiously, Sayako seethes snarling, a strange deranged intensity in her eyes lighting up briefly before flaring, flickering snarling, grinding her teeth together, venom oozing out of her tongue.

"Uhhh…" Awkwardly, Toshinori shuffles slightly.

"Sorry, sorry been rambling a lot lately…" Strained, Sayako smiles forcing out a hoarse heckle, hollowly alarming Toshinori tensing up at her deranged cackle, her green bloodshot as she continues cackling, curling in on herself as her glassy green glare at nothing.

"Sayako just know that when you're ready U.A will always accept you, they'll be waiting for you." Gently, Toshinori tells the girl giggling to herself.

"They really won't." Snickering, Sayako smirks gleefully grinning.

"Hm?" Toshinori furrows his brow at the girl.

"I mean if I wait a year I'd have to join a new class, a new people and oh boy the emotional roller-coaster of being held back a year is not one I want with up there right now." Laughing, Sayako slams her forefinger to her temple, prodding into the side of her head heckling to her heart's content concerning Toshinori before she suddenly slumps, a strange silence filling the air.

"Look…just leave me alone yeah? Being a hero is the last thing on my mind right now…" Glumly, she whispers, leaning back against the headboard, her cackling ceasing, looking sad, somber even.

"Right…just remember to keep on smiling yeah." Feebly, he tries to cheer her up but…

"And just remember my father's round is about to end so he's going to be here soon so I suggest you run." Softly, Sayako slurs, her hues darkening as a wave of worry washes over Toshinori feeling nothing but dread.

"…Thanks!" Sheepishly, he squeaks out before fleeing from the hospital bed just as she slumps against the bed.

"Sayako were you talking to anyone?" Kazz arrives after a fair few hours, brow furrowed concerned clear upon his face when seeing his daughter upside down over the bed, her hair let loose as she simply stares at sheer nothingness.

"Just the air you know how they are tall, dark silent…" Sombrely, Sayako slurs whispering it.

"…Right. You okay?" Kazz takes a step forward helping adjust the girl back to leaning against the headboard, placing the IV back in her veins.

"Just peachy Dad just…peachy." Pained, Sayako whispers before slowly closing her eyes going limp in his arms…

"34…35…36…37…" Silently, Sayako stares up at the titled floor furrowing her brow counting each and every tile, feeling her body ache, feeling her body scream, shout, cry, feeling her body beg for it all to stop function. How many lessons of this physical therapy has she had? She lost count, the last thing she really remembered after the montage of sorts is some rando coming in about doing some sort of exercises crap…Sayako hums at the thought of the nurse, she wondered how he was…he mentioned getting some flowers for his girl back home…she hoped it went well, him keeping the toilet seat up could be annoying to some. She never saw it as annoying, she never saw the reason why people would fight over it…was it because of the fear of falling in? getting stuck or the germs around the rim of the toilet? She never could pinpoint the exact reason for such volatile arguments about it…

"Knock knock…" Surprised, she jolts up at the voice, groaning. She told her father she didn't want visitors so why were people there, was there an actual line outside or some shit, maybe if you want to visit the gift ship they had to go through her or some shit…she didn't know but she wanted no part of it, she just wanted to be alone was that so hard so comprehend.

"…If you even think about bringing that whip in here I'll call security." Sternly, Sayako tells the woman before her, her eyes narrowing at the teacher before her.

"No whip I promise." Mischievously, Midnight smirks sheepishly as she struts in, her heels clicking as she enters the room, a bouquet behind her back.

"You with no whip? The world truly is ending." Sayako sighs slumping against the plump pillow below.

"Sayako I…" Midnight begins brow furrowed her arms crossed over her chest conflicted.

"Save the apologies I got enough of that crap from these crappy cards." Coldly, Sayako sneers scowling at the cards sent her way.

"You got cards?" Midnight arches a brow intrigued as she looks over at the cards clustered around.

"Apparently some old family friends heard what happened." Huffing, Sayako grumbles glaring to the side.

"They're concerned for you that's nice." Merrily, Midnight smiles softly.

"I barely recognize any of the names one of them wrote get well soon Rei." Scowling, Sayako sneers glowering at the cards casted to the side.

"Rei?" Mystifed, Midnight furrows her brow at the card.

"I don't even know and get well soon? That comes second to happy birthday." Bitterly, Sayako spits out poison dripping down her tone.

"Wait…it's your birthday?" Befuddled, Midnight says surprised.

"Yeah funny thing is it isn't." Sayako states surprising Midnight.

"Oh…" Midnight falters from her words.

"Some have even spelled my name wrong." She grumbles glaring at the cards almost wishing to have the quirk of laser vision to snuff out said cards turning them to cinders.

"You've stared at the cards a lot haven't you?" Midnight's baby blues soften sadly at her.

"What else am I meant to do in here?" Deflated, Sayako sighs, her body aching crying for it all to end.

"You have a crossword." Midnight gestures to the book by her side.

"I have the attention span of a gold fish I can barely do three columns before turning back to the cards." Sayako sighs slumping her shoulders.

"Ooh it has sudoku." Smiling, Midnight offers optimistically making Sayako scowl.

"How do you even play that game?" Baffled, Sayako questions genuinely curious.

"Wait you don't know…?" Midnight blinks baffled.

"Maths isn't really my thing." Tiredly, Sayako sighs.

"But philosophy is?" Midnight smirks slightly.

"Seems so." Sayako shrugs only then to wince from the sharp scream of her body aching anguished.

"…How are you?" Midnight asks clear concern upon her facial features.

"How the fuck do you think I'm feeling?" Fuming, Sayako sharply snaps.

"Sayako I'm sorry." Midnight bows her head.

"What did I say?" Sayako groans rolling her eyes exasperated.

"This is different I mean for everything. The way I treated you with this therapy session of ours you should have been sent to hound dog but he had so many students and…" Earnestly, Midnight sighs.

"Save your excuses." Sayako scowls glaring to the side at the corner once more.

"Huh?" Midnight blurts out.

"Look I really don't care." Coldly, Sayako states the fact firmly, she just didn't care, not anymore, not now…not after…

"But you should I pushed you into telling things without eve getting to know you." Midnight insists.

"Well to be fair I like to think those times of you hitting me with the whip brought us closer." Coldly, Sayako attempts to joke only to wince from another sharp sting from her body.

"…I see." Midnight bows her head ashamed almost.

"Look I just…I really don't care." Coldly, Sayako repeats once more curling in on herself.

"You cant be serious…" Midnight furrows her brow.

"I am I really don't care." Sayako turns her back to Midnight.

"But I treated you…" Midnight repeats once more making Sayako scowl.

"And I don't care now can we quit this?" Tiredly, Sayako sighs planting her face firmly in the people below her.

"But…" Meekly, Midnight begins but…

"Urgh…look what happened happened it's not like I'm going to be a student there any longer." Annoyed, Sayako snaps sharply scowling.

"And how do you know that? Nezu hast even mentioned the idea of expelling you." Midnight assures the grimacing girls.

"There are other means for a student to no longer attend a school." Shyly, she hints.

"Sayako…" Midnight's baby blues soften sadly at the girl.

"Do I really need to bring the arm into the room?" Fuming, she demands from Midnight.

"The school would be happy to help you they've done it before." Midnight reminds the grimacing girl.

"Just because they've done it with another student doesn't mean I want to do it." Irritated, Sayako states.

"Sayako…" Midnight sighs.

"If that's all you want to say then fine." Firmly, Sayako coldly cuts Midnight off.

"Sayako…I know you can be better than this. I know this is a rough patch right now but you can be a hero I know you can be." Honestly, Midnight confesses to the girl her glassy green glaring down at the ground below.

"Who says I want to be? Who says I should be?" Angrily, Sayako demands furious.

"…I suppose you should use this time to figure yourself out here. The role of a hero is a stressful one but if you truly think you don't want to do it anymore that's all right I respect that." Softly, Midnight places her hand on the girl's shoulder.

"And when have I ever cared for your respect?" Ruthlessly, she flinches from the woman's touch.

"…I'll leave this here for you." Midnight places the bouquet down.

"Thanks now my room's going to smell of piss." Poisonously, Sayako sneers glaring at the floral arrangement of flowers before her.

"Goodbye Sayako get well soon." Softly, she whispers to the girl turning to the door ad leaving the girl.

"Get well soon my ass…how can I get well from this?" Sayako slumps against her seat sneering glaring at the brig broad colours of the petite petals before her making her turn her back to the flowers that will just wilt away and stink up the room, a pointless gift for a pointless girl….

"…Hi." Sayako scowls at the voice turning to the doorway finding a familiar raven haired adult in the doorway, his shoulders slumped looking done with the world.

"Okay how the hell are you heroes getting through?" Tiredly, Sayako sighs combing her fingertips through her hair tugging at a fair few stray strands of blondish brown locks.

"We have our ways." Aizawa stands towering over the slumped Sayako.

"Ah nothing quite like the abuse of power." Snippily, she leans into the smooth slick white wall.

"You came to visit me thought I'd return the favour." Flimsily, Aizawa shrugs his shoulders.

"…Right." Sayako sighs deflated.

"Why are you in a corner?" Confused, Aizawa furrows his brow at the sight of Sayako, huddled in the corner.

"Why are you always sleeping in that sleeping bag?" Snippily, Sayako counters.

"…Shinso asked me about you." Aizawa reveals crouching down to Sayako's side.

"…Bet he's happy." Huffing, Sayako grumbles glaring to the side.

"Happy?" Lost, Aizawa's eyes narrow.

"His spot's open he can finally achieve his dream of being a hero." Pained, Sayako snippily says glaring to the side.

"What are you saying?" Scowling, Aizawa demands from the glaring girl.

"Oh don't lie you know what I'm saying he must be so thankful for a reservation." Seething, Sayako seethes.

"Sayako…" Aizawa's coal hues narrow at the girl.

"What? He's your prized student with me out of the way your precious protégé can get the dream he wanted." Poisonously, Sayako seethes snarling, venom oozing out of her toxic tongue disgust drenched in her vile voice.

"And what about yours?" Aizawa demands from the

"What about me?" Mystified, Sayako's green glare narrows further from his words.

"Your dream?" Aizawa questions furrowing his brow befuddled by the hollow heckle from the girl giddily grinning.

"My dream? My dream? I don't have a dream, I don't have a goal, I don't have anything…!" Anguished, the girl giggles, snickering sadistically, a sob breaking through the crazed cackling as her greens glisten.

"Sayako…" Softly, Aizawa whispers watching the tears threaten to fall from the girl fighting back.

"I'm facing reality, from a practical standpoint I'd only hold the others back." Pained, Sayako bows her head curling in on herself.

"No you wouldn't." Aizawa shakes his head at her.

"Yes I would and for your information I only visited because I was there!" Tensely, Sayako snaps sharply back.

"Yeah well here I am and if you must know Shinso punched me." Aizawa confesses to Sayako.

"…You're shitting me." Stunned, Sayako blinks baffled.

"I wish I was. We were training and I had noticed he'd been silent." Aizawa begins his tale only to hear Sayako's snicker.

"You have met Shinso right?" Sayako arches a brow bemused.

"I mean this was different, he clearly wanted to say something ad when I asked him, he asked about the camp trip." Tiredly, Aizawa reveals to Sayako.

"About how he wanted to go?" Grumpily, Sayako huffs.

"About how he wanted to be there with you. How he wanted to protect you. He had all these plans about how he would have saved you, how he would have hypnotised the villains to jump off a building or to lead him to their bar." Aizawa reveals to the wide eyed Sayako staring silently, stunned.

"And he thought he could take them on?" Scoffing, Sayako shakes her head at the thought. Sure Shinso had gotten stronger but with those guys…he wouldn't have stood a chance, he was no fighter…

"He seemed pretty adamant about it. Then he started blaming me which I don't blame the kid I don't…" Honestly, Aizawa confesses making Sayako wince.

"Shinso…look Aizawa…" Sighing, Sayako scratches the back of her throat tense.

"I don't think you realize the number of times he's tried visiting here." Honestly, Aizawa answers.

"And you'd know?" Sayako scoffs, he couldn't have come for that long…he wasn't that stupid…sure her father would mention he was here a fair few times but she didn't want to hear it, she didn't want to hear anything she already had to deal with the nurses and doctors coming in, prying into her business, impaling her with needles and all sorts, drugging her, having no sense, no semblance of peace and quiet, no privacy. She hated this, she hated it, she hated it all, she knew the people caring for her didn't care they acted like they did with their fake smiles but Sayako knew the truth…

"I know he's been distracted in our sessions in hopes of seeing you. He's worried for you Sayako you should see him even if you don't want to. At least let him know you're safe." Sighing, Aizawa tells Sayako seizing, tensing up.

"And you can tell me what to do? Tell me how to feel!?" Fuming, she snarls seething spitting it out.

"If you care about Shinso's dream you'd stop hiding like a coward and face him." Aizawa tells her as she feels her green hue twitch.

"Oh fuck off what the hell would you know?" Fed up, she snarls snapping at him.

"I know this you're better than this Sayako I've seen you're skill you can be a top hero if you just let this go." Aizawa tells her as she snickers.

"Let it go? You make it sound so easy." Scoffing, she shakes her head at him.

"I'll see you back at class." Tiredly, Aizawa stands.

"We'll see about that." Snippily, she seers.

"You just going to give up like that?" Dispositioned, Aizawa scowls.

"Like that? I lost my arm, my fucking arm what the hell would you know!? At least you still you're your arm! I can't continue as I was. Everything I did, everything I trained for is gone down the rain it's like you said about me at the sprots festival, my fighting style was my balance, my momentum, how can I do anything that I did before now!?" Frustrated, she shouts at Aizawa, the tear threatening to fall from her.

"You can't." Aizawa sighs.

"Exactly." Smugly, Sayako huffs curling closer into the corner.

"But that doesn't mean you can't try." Tentatively, Aizawa answers making her scowl.

"And how long would that take? By the time I did that if I ever considered it my class would be pros! I am not going back a year I ain't that fucking desperate. Everything I did, everything I have done, everything I trained for is now for nothing." Disgusted, Sayako seethes shaking her head.

"No what it means is you need to find something new, a new battle style. I know you can be better Sayako and when you are, your classmates, Midnight and I will be here." Aizawa sighs disappointment drenched in his tired tone making Sayako scoff, turning her head from him.

"Tell you what Aizawa you come back to me when you lose a limb then we can talk." Seething, Sayako sneers poison dripping down her tone.

"And when you've grown up and stopped whining over what happened then we can talk." Aizawa retorts leaving her as something seemingly snaps in Sayako as, as soon as the door slides shut. She slams her fist down on the wall, screaming, anguished as cracks crawl upon the newly damaged wall, the tears freely falling from the distraught distressed woman wailing to the high heavens, curling in on herself as men and women garbed in uniform rush in, armed and ready to tend to the distressed distraught girl's wails.

"The future's gonna be…!" Bombastically, a familiar blonde pops out from the floor, startling the screeching blonde before her eyes who was being guided back to her bed, having had the aid of the nurses gently helping the waddling blonde back in her bed after another session with exercising only then to falter, spasming, screaming as she slips taken aback by the blonde before her very eyes appearing from the ground below. The nurse by her side screams too as he accidentally drops the blonde before leaping away screaming..."I ain't paid enough for this!"

"SHIIIIIITTTT!" Screeching, Sayako curses out loud horrified at the naked blonde boy before her eyes.

"Oh oops. Sorry. Sorry!" Sheepishly, Mirio smiles as the blonde clumsily catches his clothes swiftly sliding down him, laughing as he puts them back on.

"MIRIO THE FUCK!?" Furious, Sayako screams snapping sharply at the smiling Mirio.

"You were meant to say grime…." Pouting, Mirio huffs furrowing his brow at the stunned Sayako simply gawking, gaping at the moronic blonde before her.

"Mirio…you're someone who has worked with pros before right?" Tiredly, Sayako pinches the bridge of her nose exasperated as she composes herself still sat on the floor before squeaking as she falls back briefly.

"Yep!" Cheekily, he smiles as she struggles, trying to stand ignoring her agonizing aching body gently clasping the doorframe, her fingertips fidgeting around the door as she shakily stands, sweat sliding down her tense temple.

So you know how terrifying that experience is and thought why not jumpscare her? Yeah that seems great not like she's looking over her corner every twenty seconds or so." Shakily, Sayako sighs leaning the side of her head on the doorway, seeking some sense of solace within the cool crisp doorframe, clinging to it, needing something to keep her upright, ignoring the sharp sting to her head.

"You count?" Confused, Mirio furrows his brow as she simply stares.

"I'm in a hospital room Mirio there's jackshit to do." Frustrated, Sayako snaps at the moron before shyly shuffling in.

"What about a crossword puzzle?" Perplexed, he asks as he reaches out helping her sit down on the bed before the two.

"I've already had this argument." Annoyed, Sayako flops back down on the bed brow furrowed.

"Oh well these are pretty." Perkily, Mirio smiles softly at the flowers proudly presented.

"Take them they're already stinking up the room." Aloofly, Sayako turns her back to the two, curling in on herself almost blinded by the light emitted from the optimistic boy before her.

"But they smell nice." Merrily, Mirio smiles leaning in take a soft whiff of the floral before him.

"I rather smell bleach than that." Tiredly, Sayako sighs planting a pillow over her face done with him, done with the flowers, done with everything feeling nothing but her aching limbs.

"Ooh look at all these cards people did miss you…Rei?" Mirio's smile falters from the name.

"Don't ask…please." Pleadingly, she begs but its muffled by the plump pillow she smashes her face into.

"So how's the arm doing?" Casually, Mirio asks taking a seat on the bed easily taking the pillow from the scowling Sayako.

"How do you think?" Tensely, Sayako snaps at the unfazed Mirio.

"Hey what do you think you'll get for Christmas?" Curious, Mirio asks her confusing her.

"KFC." Sayako shrugs only then to falter from the question, she and her dad did it with Hikaru after they separated but before that Dad would insist on having an organic Christmas meal, all healthy. Sayako grimaces, blinking back the tears threatening to fall from the sharp sting in her chest at the memory, curling further into herself.

"Who knows you probably won't have opened your present yet!" Oblivious, Mirio offers making Sayako scowl.

"…I can't tell whether you're trying to insult me or humour me…" Sayako furrows her brow at Mirio.

"Hey Sayako here's another one. They see laying on a bed a man with no arms, the dad says don't approach him son! This man lost his arms in a mighty struggle and is dangerous! And the man says don't worry guys, I'm armless! Hahahaha!" Chuckling, Mirio winks offering her another joke only making her wince.

"…For your sake I'm going with humour." Sombrely, Sayako whispers pained.

"Come on you can't tell me there not funny." Firmly, Mirio promises.

"Isn't it a bit soon to be making this jokes?" Politely, she tries to hint but…

"Oh come I got a joke book just for you. Sir Nighteye agreed it would help, he helped choose the book. Oh and here he also wanted to give this to you." Smiling, Mirio reveals a plump plush of…

"…Right." Scowling, she glares at the plush in her hand of a familiar bright beaming hero making her glare daggers at the doll.

"I mean when you get back to U.A you may face people who try to joke about it and since you're my friend I should I would arm you with a way to deal with it." Mirio confesses casually.

"…" Silently, she stares.

"Get it? Arm you cause…" Cheekily, he winks only to squeak slightly from the pillow thrown his way.

"Mirio for your sake please shut up." Sternly, she slams the pillow in his face.

"Oh come on it's just armless…" Smiling, he winks at the groaning girl, leaning back her head hitting the matter.

"Make one more armless joke and I'll show you just how dangerous a girl with one arm can be?" Icily, she snaps only making Miro merrily laugh.

"…Okay. So how are you?" Mirio smiles softly at her.

"Getting there. Been doing some physio thing." Sayako furrows her brow at her aching body.

"Oh yeah has that been fun?" Mirio asks only to see Sayako's flat expression.

"Having to do weird excises every day? Sure…look Mirio I'm fine it happened that's it. You can go." Aloofly, Sayako sighs.

"You're amazing you know that…" Impressed, Mirio smiles.

"I'm really not." Sayako dismisses pained.

"You're kidding right? The way you stood your ground against them…!" Earnestly, Mirio beams as she flinches.

Next thing Sayako knew she was falling forward, caught in his arms before she pushes herself off him, beginning to pace, back and forth, back and forth muttering, mumbling, confusing the others when seeing the strained struggling teen before them have some sort of fit almost as they wait for her to ride it out, waiting for her to recompose herself as she screams, pinned down to the ground below terrified, kicking at the wall randomly, roaring ignoring the sharp sting of her throat.

"The way you fought them off." Mirio continues as she winces.

"Yeeeah…No." Smoothly, she reels the bottle back before smashing it into Shigaraki's head smirking sadistically, a glint gleaming in her eyes when hearing his harsh cry of shock only then to gasp when she is thrown to the ground, pushed as next thing she knew she fell flat to the ground, glaring into a familiar icy pair of blue, a similar sadistic smirk to her own upon Dabi's lips.

Cheeky move brat." Dabi stretches his fingertips flexing them as flames envelope his hand once more, moving closer to her as next she knew she was screeching and the man above her was laughing.

"The way you didn't freak out at all against those villains that tried to break you that's really admirable you know that…?" Mirio adds as a sheen shines in her glassy green.

Flashback again

"You're a real example of what it means to survive that, you should be proud." Mirio tells the girl, closing her eyes anguished.

"…Right." Solemnly, Sayako sighs her greens darkening drained by his worlds which the blonde is of course oblivious to.

"What's going o…Sayako who is?" Alarmed, Kazz rushes in alarmed at the side of the blonde before him, his heart dropping when seeing his daughter's glistening glimmering green, looking on the bridge of a breakdown.

"Oops I better go see you at school Sayako!" Smiling, Mirio descends down from the floor, leaving his clothes crumbled to the ground.

"What was that?" Taken aback, Kazz questions lost.

"That…was Mirio." Shakily, Sayako exhales, slamming her eyes shut, anguished pained as she slumps back on her bed, brow furrowed, her hand to her chest, trying to cease her heaving heart hammering against the chiselled chains of her rib cage, trying to deal with the hero that was Mirio, her ears perking up at the shar[p scream of, "Not again!" As Mirio no doubt descends down to the ground floor leaving her as another week spent in the hospital continues…

Happily, Hikaru hums as he moves his legs back and forth, his sister was back, his siter was back, he was so happy to hear the news from aunt Kiyoko. He didn't get why she didn't want him to turn the TV on, he couldn't go on anything, not his ds, not his phone, not even his table, it was a bit boring but he had his sketchpad, so he was happy. Aunt Kiyoko even got him some new pencils to play around with, he was so happy. How long had the boy been here though? He didn't know as soon as he got here aunt Kiyoko had told him to stay, so he did. It was nice being able to stay at aunt Kiyoko's, he always liked the beach, it was always so calming there funny considering how much of the nightlife Kiyoko seemed to relish. Still, he was so happy, he got his sister back, now things could finally return to normally…

This trip took longer than he thought it would but now she was back and that was all that mattered to the boy, now he could finally tell her…softly, Hikaru stops his sketches, stopping his shading briefly by the sudden crack of lead, turning to see the chipped end of his pencil, seeing the ruined remains of the once sharp spike making him furrow his brow.

Tell her…was it okay for him to tell her now? Everyone had been so busy…she was focusing on school, and he didn't want to ruin her trip by telling her just wait. He knew she would be disappointed, he saw it in his aunt's eyes even his dad's briefly but he recovered so did auntie, his other dad…Hikaru thought he knew, he had an idea but he never stopped Hikaru from enjoying his talents…he hadn't heard from his other dad in a while, normally he'd send a text a short text but still it would be something but he had been eerily quiet for a while now…guess work has been busy, Hikaru assumed as he continues sketching to his heart's content that is until…

"Shinso!" Happily, Hikaru perks up recognising the tugs of lilac anywhere. He leaps down from his seat rushing over to the tall lanky male, he remembered him being friends with his sister from Sayako, he was always nice to him.

"Hey Hikaru what you drawing this time?" Curious, Shinso asks him.

"People look! Look!" Eagerly, Hikaru shows said sketchpad to the boy.

"That looks great." Shinso smiles softly down at Hikaru.

"Heheheh…" Happily, Hikaru giggles, a faint ruby red hue to his cheeks cheerily.

"Excuse me…" The two perk up at the voice turning to see a group of teens approaching, a familiar red, white haired boy leading the group making Shinso's lilacs narrow at the group consisting of some of class 1A, he had seen another group led by Kirishima go to visit Bakugo they must be here to visit Sayako.

"Oh it's you guys…" Shinso mutters brow furrowed at the sight of Todoroki, Midoriya, Ida, Jiro, Momo and Mezo.

"Hey you're…" Mezo's eyes expand at the sight of him.

"Shinso." Midoriya exclaims but before he could say anything else he is quickly cut off by Hikaru hopping off the seat scowling, grabbing hold of Shinso's trouser leg glaring daggers directly at Todoroki.

"Hikaru?" Shinso furrows his brow down at the boy by his side.

"He hurt sis! At the festival he hurt her! He hurt her heart!" Huffing, he points at Shoto.

"I…yeah I did do that." Todoroki confirms.

"Leave my sister alone you hurt her enough!" Enraged, Hikaru snaps scowling.

"We don't mean to harm anyone we simply came to visit her. Just as you are too I assume." Meekly, Midoriya tries to be peace keeper but…

"…It's what auntie and I want to do." Hikaru clutches onto Hitoshi's trouser leg.

"What do you mean want to do?" Perplexed, Momo asks.

"What's going on now?" The tired tone calls out making them all turn to a scowling Kazz.

"Daddy!" Happily, Hikaru beams brightly at the sight of the done drained doctor Kiyoko by her side sighing.

"Hey buddy." Softly, Kazz smiles strained as he picks up his son.

"Look what I drew." Hikaru shows said sketchpad to him.

"That looks great sweetie." Kazz tenderly pecks his cheek making him giggle.

"Can I see Sayako now?" Hopeful, Hikaru asks making Kazz grimace.

"Not right now I'm afraid Hikaru…" Kazz sighs solemnly.

"But…" Meekly, Hikaru whines.

"We can come back another time." Tentatively, Kiyoko assures the scowling Hikaru, his grip tightening around his sketchpad.

"So mind telling me what you lot are doing here?" Huffing, Kazz demands from the group of teens.

"We wanted to see how Sayako was doing." Todoroki reveals to Kazz.

"…I'm afraid Sayako isn't allowed any visitors at the moment." Kazz reveals to the group.

"Why not?" Annoyed, Shinso furrows his brow.

"It would be best for you guys to leave." Smoothly, Kazz insists.

"Well…when will she be ready for visitors?" Hopeful, Jiro asks.

"We…don't know yet." Kiyoko sighs sadly.

"She is coming back to U.A right?" Worried, Ida asks their eyes expanding when hearing the still silence hanging heavily in the air.

"…I think its best if you all leave." Sternly, Kazz tells the group their eyes widening at the sheer severity of his tired tone, noting a fair few of the police step forward alarming the others sharing a look before the others nod, complying to his orders or so the officers thought…

"You can't be serious!" Scowling, Shoto steps forward frowning.

"What's going on? Where's Sayako?" Shinso scowls annoyance etched into his impatience tense tone.

"She's safe Shinso." Kazz pinches the bridge of his nose trying to gather his patience in dealing with the children before him.

"Then what's the issue?" Impatiently, Shinso pries.

"She…she doesn't want to see people right now." Kazz sighs sadly.

"Why not? What's-" Impatiently, Shinso scowls demanding the truth only then to falter when suddenly a brown blur bursts past the adults and teens turning to see…

"Sayako!" Scowling, Hikaru calls out as the others eyes widen when hearing the desperation behind his voice.

"Hikaru stop!" Kazz cries out as he and Kiyoko try to reach the boy but its too late, the door is slammed open. He enters staring stunned, his hues staring into a pair of foreign forest green, sharply turning to him, dilated darkened, shaking, quivering, quaking before the sight of him.

"Sa-" Hikaru's smile soon falters as he stops in his tracks, the voice in his throat tightens up. He stares stunned, speechless at the bandaged brunette before him, staring at the stump where his sister's arm once was…

Quietly, Hikaru stares at the stranger before him in his sister's room, a woman her arm bandaged cut, simply staring at him, her hues dilating, her greens gazing into his own as the two siblings still stare at one another until…

"…Sayako?" Shyly, Hikaru stumbles forward, taking a shy step forward into the room.

"…." Silently, Sayako stares at the boy before her.

"Y-You had a fun trip right?" Tightly, Hikaru smiles strained at her, not wishing to trigger her, not wishing to do any harm, he just…he just wanted to see her but now…

"…" Silently, the strange stares ahead removing her gaze from his own.

"You're friends are waiting outside for you." Shyly, he smiles up at her climbing on top fo the bed.

"…" Silently, she stares as he stares at her before bowing his head.

"I…I missed you.." Softly, the boy reaches out to Sayako simply staring ahead but he soon reels his hand back when she flinches from his touch taking him aback, his stunned hues gazing into a pair of glassy green as he lowers his hand. He places his hands on his knees, gathering his courage trying to find some way to talk to her, someway to reach out to her, someway to get her to talk that's when his eyes dart to his book. That's it! She had asked about a winter version of her uniform he remembered! He remembered maybe he could show it to her, his teacher loved it so did their dads, dad said he'd help make it right away, he'd get the material and…and…yes! Yes! This would work, this would bring back Sayako, this would bring back his big sister! He knew it! He just knew it would work!

"I…I drew you." Joyous, he beams brightly as he reveals said drawing to her, her glassy green gaze down at the uniform flinching from it.

"It's that uniform you wanted I mean sure we'll have to adjust it due to…that but…" Hopeful, Hikaru gestures to the drawing only then to gasp at the sudden snatch of his sketchbook.

"S-Sayako?" Confused, Hikaru furrows his brow by his sister sourness as she shoves the sketchbook to the side.

"…Get out." Icily, she snaps seething down at him.

"H-Huh?" Hikaru blurts out lost.

"GET OUT!" Roaring, she screams at him, her voice breaking cracking.

"Wha…what?" Hikaru whispers brow furrowed at her glassy green glaring into his own.

"You think it's fun mocking me? You had a fun trip Sayako yeah because being kidnapped is quite the trip, being fed shit for days on end is great and those were the lucky fucking days…" Deranged, Sayako screams snarling shouting at him.

"…What are you on about?" Anxiously, Hikaru questions confused clearly concerned.

"I thought you were smart. But this…is this some sort of sick fucking joke Hikaru!? SHOWING ME THIS…!?" Furious, Sayako seethes flicking her wrist as she snatches the book back from the floor below, swiftly shoving it in Hikaru's face.

"…Is…is that why I wasn't allowed to watch TV for the whole week?" Softly, Hikaru whispers, he had tried to get his gadgets back but Kiyoko kept a firm lock on it all, no matter what he did he just couldn't reach for it.

"What the fuck do you think!?" Tensely, she snarls at him.

"I-I just dad was stressed I knew what I'd watch would be bad but I didn't think this would be it. Look I had my own fair share of stuff to deal with…" Pained, Hikaru whimpers, his voice cracking crossing his arms anguished over at the memory, standing in that tall towering chair spinning it around only then for it to be stopped as both he and Kazz recovered the devastating news. He sniffles at the memory of the feeble flame of hope in his father's eyes be diminished, be snuffed out.

"Your own fair share what could you possibly deal with? Daddy dearest being in tubes? Tch…dad should have left him, not let him suffer." Snickering, Sayako burst into a fit of giggles, grinning giddily alarming Hikaru scaring him even as he feels his blood turn ice cold at her cold chuckle.

"…Wha…what are you on about?" Hikaru questions shaking shuddering.

"HOW STUPID ARE YOU!?" Angrily, she screams at him.

"I'M NOT STUPID!" Defensively, Hikaru roars back.

"THEN DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE YOU TELL ME WHAT TO FUCKING DO!" Sayako shouts at him.

"I JUST…" Hikaru attempts to shout but falters cradling his throat pained.

"YOU JUST WHAT? YOU JUST THOUGHT THINGS COULD RETURN TO NORMAL, THINGS COULD BE BACK TO HOW THEY WERE!?" Sayako hollowly heckles.

"Well…yeah." Hikaru bows his head.

"LOOK AT SHIT FOR YOURSELF HIKARU! LOOK AT MY ARM IT'S GONE JUST LIKE MY HERO CAREER!" Coldly, she snaps.

"I…I don't believe you…!" Feebly, Hikaru whimpers.

"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! IT'S OVER! ME BEING A HERO ISN'T HAPPENING…EVERYTHING…WAS FOR NOTHING." Anguished, Sayako curls in on herself, blinking back the tears threatening to fall.

"I…I don't believe you!" Stubbornly, Hikaru slams his foot down on the ground.

"If you want to continue being delusional go a fucking ahead some of us have to face the reality of the situation. We can't all just sketch our ways out of life or something I don't fucking know!" Fed up, Sayako barks at him.

"I…I don't believe you! I hate you! Dad's alive, dad's fine!" Firmly, Hikaru refuses shaking his head.

"Look for yourself and come back to me then. I dare you to say that to my face after you see the sorry state he's been put through!" Tauntingly, Sayako sneers.

"…F-Fine! I…I will!" Hikaru hops off the bed storming out of the room.

"Hikaru!" Kazz calls out concern clear upon his face.

"Where are you going?" Kiyoko questions only for Kazz's heart to drop at the direction.

"Hikaru no!" Urgently, Kazz chases after the boy but by the time he gets there, he's too late, Kazz stares stunned at the sight of the blonde tubes all over.

"Hikaru!" Kazz cries out to his youngest, the tears freely falling as the boy flees from the hospital, Kazz chasing after his youngest while the other leans back against the headboard of her bed, a small smirk upon her lips, a strained smirk upon her lips as she looks up at the ceiling, blinking back the tears threatening to fall from her glistening green.

"D-Daddy!" Hikaru whimpers, his hand muffling the sob breaking through, blinking back the tears threatening to fall from the beep of the heart monitor haunting him almost as he takes a shaky step back, staring at the battered, bruised, beaten form of his father…Best Jeanist.

Hikaru was no fighter.

That was a fact he firmly believed in.

He just…he never wanted to hurt people, it hurt his knuckles, it made his fist sore and he just…he wasn't one for fighting. He liked talking, he liked drawing, he likes his hands, he didn't like the sight of his hands being bloodied. He…he did hit someone once. He was angry, it was rare for Hikaru to feel angry sure he'd feel it now and again but he was never like his sister, he never got mad like she did nor like Orochi did…

He…he didn't know Orochi much as a child he was flicker in and out of thoughts but he was so young when Orochi was brought into the family that he barely had a memory of him. He was family though to Hikaru blood or not he was family…

He would always be in awe of the heroes on TV of his daddies doing their bit for the world, the way they would fight the poses, Hikaru loved it all, it looked like an action film and he loved action films, Hikaru loved the poses, sometimes as a kid he would trace certain scenes from action films adding his own flair to it, sure it wasn't the best but he was still learning at the time.

It was why he liked watching his sister train, the movements her and daddy did were amazing to Hikaru, he remembered being in awe of such fluid motion as the boy grew older he had considered going into animation due to that but such fluidly was hard to remember at times…Although he couldn't spend time with his father through fighting, he could through art, through fashion…

"What are you doing Hikaru?" Surprised, Hikaru jolt up at the voice as said boy had sat down on the carpet, having placed the paper over the manga book in his hand, tracing it.

"Sketching …" Shyly, the boy squirms shuffling slightly, feeling a faint ruby red tint to his cheeks.

"I believe the act to be tracing." Politely, Jeanist joins his side.

"O-Oh…sorry." Shyly, Hikaru bows his head, he didn't want people to know about this, he just…

"These are lovely outfits." Surprised, Hikaru jolts up at his father's voice peering over his shoulder seeing said images.

"I know right! Part 1's outfits aren't the best but I really like Jolyne's!" Animatedly, the boy gushes as he reaches out to another book by his side, showing a picture of a girl posing.

"I like his." Jeanist points to another book of his.

"I thought you'd like Bucciarati!" Bemused, Hikaru giggling, grinning amused at the thought.

"Hey what's…what did you do to my manga!?" Mad, a voice snaps sharply making Hikaru flinch turning to the glaring green of a younger Sayako scowling at him.

"Coloured them in." Casually, Hikaru revealed, he had no idea they were meant to not be coloured in, he saw one special page be so he thought he would do the same for his sister who had happily leant it to him.

"…WHY!?" Devasted, the young Sayako cries crumbling to her knees wailing, whimpering at the supposed loss, mourning almost as the young Jeanist sighs at the dramatic demeanour of his little girl.

"Cause they had no colour." Confused, Hikaru shrugs unaware.

"My…manga…my manga isn't a colouring book Hikaru!" Seething, Sayako snaps seething.

"Sayako what did we talk about…?" Sternly, Best Jeanist demands from the grumbling girl, huffing, pacing back and forth.

"…Use my words." Fuming, she seethes snarling, slamming her foot down on ground aggressively, grinding her teeth together fuming.

"Right and…?" Sternly, Jeanist questions making Sayako's greens meet his before sighing, slumping her shoulders, needing a minute, taking a deep breath as advised.

"I…am very mad at you for defiling my manga who said you could do that!? I trusted you!" Seething, Sayako begins, her tone calm curt before she erupted, screaming, shouting at the boy who flinches curling into his father's side, his arm draped over his teeny tiny form.

"Sayako. I'll buy you another set." Sighing, Jeanist tries to calm her down.

"I don't want another set I wat mine! I want my set!" Seething, she screams stomping her feet down on the ground angrily.

"Why don't you go back and do some pull up's?" Gently, Best Jeanist asks her swiftly stopping her.

"Tch…Fiiiiine." Frowning, she huffs grumbling, glaring to the side, agreeing to it.

"Sayako hates me!" Whimpering, Hikaru bursts into tears sniffling bursting into tears.

"Sayako doesn't hate you. You know how she is. Now then tell me these sketches what are they?" Curious, Jeanist asks looking down at the books presented before the two.

"Oh they're my characters, I like to make characters in their world." Shyly, Hikaru confesses.

"These outfits are very nice." Pleased, Tsunagu nods his head in approval.

"Thanks! I didn't know which colour combination worked so…" Hikaru reveals a fair few other ones.

"You did multiple?" Surprised, Tsunagu arches a brow.

"Yeah!" Hikaru nods his head.

"…Hikaru how would you like to come to work with me?" Tsunagu asks him.

"R-Really?" Hopeful, Hikaru beams brightly at the thought.

"I think you'd enjoy it." Tsunagu tells him.

"I will I won't let you down daddy I promise!" Perkily, Hikaru hops up hugging his father who awkwardly pats his shoulder, he wasn't one who was affectionate when it came to physical needs but Hikaru knew that simply pat meant more than most would imagine, it was how his father was and he loved him either way.

…And it started like that even after what happened…he was still there for Hikaru. He and his father, he was so happy, he knew how sad his father was for doing what he did, Hikaru didn't know why he did what he did but…he could see how hurt his father would be sometimes when telling his people, his sidekicks, his workers Hikaru was his nephew. Hikaru knew why he did what he did, sure it stung sometime but he understood but he also knew he was hurting, he saw the photo he would look at sometimes when they would spend time together, he knew he missed Sayako, no matter how much he texted her, she never gave a reply. He remembered asking her about it once only to get a short snippy remark of blocking him, not being worth her time just as he knew arguing with her wouldn't be worth either of their time. So he kept his mouth shut. He kept his head down, just like he did now, maybe a part of him did it because he was scared, scared of seeing the truth, scared of seeing his father being hurt, scared of knowing the truth…

"D-Daddy…" Shakily, Hikaru whimpers watching, staring at the bloodied, battered, beaten hero before him, his heart aching breaking before he bursts into tears, the tears freely flowing unaware of the door opening nor the arms wrapping around him, holding him, letting him cry, letting him let it all out as a pair of brown grimace at the sad sight of their partner, biting their lip not wishing to break before their baby boy needing him now more than ever.

"Here…" Softly, Kazz approaches Hikaru after setting him down on the seats outside his room, where he returns from the drink dispense, a strawberry flavoured milkshake carton for Hikaru who softly takes it, taking a small shy sip off it.

"Why's daddy strapped to those tubes?" Hikaru questions, his fingertips fidgeting around the carton in his hand as Kazz sighs shakily, leaning back against the bench behind him, sitting down by Hikaru's side.

"He…he got hit pretty bad but he's alright it'll take time but he'll be fine." Firmly, Kazz assures Hikaru only to falter from Hikaru's furrowed frown, looking conflicted.

"Is Sayako right?" Tensely, Hikaru questions Kazz.

"Right?" Lost, Kazz furrows his brow befuddled.

"About dad being better off dead?" Hikaru exclaims making Kazz's heart drop, grinding his teeth together, feeling his blood boil, bubble, burn.

"Hikaru your sister…she's going through a lot. I mean think about how much you use your arm every day?" Drained, Kazz attempts to explain a part of him heisting to do so but he ignores the bad part of his head, telling him to stop, feeling his own rage teasingly taunt him.

"She has another one besides it wasn't her dominant hand." Huffing, Hikaru argues annoyed.

"But it's still her arm, you'd be surprised how heavy an arm is." Kazz sighs brow furrowed.

"So she has to be cruel?" Coldly, Hikaru demands scowling, seething.

"She's just…I'm not defending her actions Hikaru however she's been through a lot. Don't let what she says get to you. She just needs to find an outlet to be angry at." Exhausted, Kazz pinches the bridge of his nose trying to explain but even he was lost, even he himself had no clue where to go from here…Tsunagu knew, he always seemed to know…

"But that isn't right just because she's angry doesn't mean she should take it out on others." Fuming, Hikaru argues annoyed, feeling the sharp sting of disappointment swell in his chest.

"And you're right but…" Kazz nods his head giving him that but…

"But what? What makes her able to get away with this?" Impatiently, Hikaru cuts Kazz off scowling, seething.

"Hikaru…you love sketching right?" Kazz stares down at his fidgeting fingertips.

"Yeah…" Confused, Hikaru nods his head trailing off, not quite sure where this conversation was going but…

"Would you say its your whole world?" Kazz asks leaning back further, craning his neck back looking up at the ceiling above.

"Well yeah…" Hikaru nods his head, he could say that, he had been training, he had been practicing for years.

"Imagine if your arm was taken what would you do then?" Kazz asks Hikaru.

"Well which one?" Lost, Hikaru questions confused.

"Your dominant one." Kazz sighs.

"Well I'd be sad but I'd just train with my left hand and continue sketching." Sincerely, Hikaru argues.

"Hikaru it's easier said than done. Your sister's world has changed a lot…" Tentatively, Kazz tells Hikaru as another still silence hangs heavily between father and son.

"She doesn't mean it does she?" Shyly, Hikaru squirms slightly in his seat, turning to face his father.

"Does she mean what?" Kazz quirks his head to the side.

"Giving up on being a hero? I mean she's been training her entire life…" Hikaru furrows his brow, to throw that all away, he saw how hard she worked, how many hours she took in mastering her fighting style, she took great pride in it sure at first she needed some convincing to get into U.A sure she had no idea what to do after all that mess with his fathers but Hikaru knew Sayako would be a hero even after what happen. He saw that glint in her eye when whenever she saw something she wasn't happy with, she would speak her mind regardless, she would act if she could help, she would do what she could if she could help just like with the slime monster…she didn't have to intervene. She could have just walked past it and continued on her way with him…maybe then he would have gotten that unciform pad but nevertheless, she threw herself into the fight, into the flames, into the danger.

"Hikaru…your sister has been hounded by teachers asking her if she's coming back. That…that can be stressful for someone who had just been through something traumatic." Tenderly, Kazz attempts to explain.

"Why can't she?" Scowling, Hikaru argues.

"Because your sister fights with both her arms, with one arm gone…" Kazz attempts to explain but..

"Won't she be faster?" Frowning, Hikaru cuts her off once more.

"At the cost of her balance which is key to mobility to her fighting style." Sighing, Kazz counters.

"Can't she make up a new one?" Hikaru shrugs.

"Easier said than done Hikaru…" Kazz repeats once more.

"I thought she didn't want visitors so how do these teachers get in?" Intrigued, Hikaru ponders making Kazz scowl.

"No idea, no matter how hard I try to keep them back they manage to slip through." Truthfully, Kazz scowls seething feeling his blood boil, bubble, burn further from it, he needed to have a word with them about this. Sayako was healing, she shouldn't be bothered about her future not now, what mattered was the present, was getting better not U.A not her future, not now, what mattered now was adapting, was changing, was making sure Sayako was okay up there especially after everything, after U.A failed her.

"They're like butter." Hikaru compares.

"Yeah…you could say that." Kazz huffs scowling.

"…Why did you hide this from me?" Hikaru questions making Kazz sigh sadly.

"Hikaru we just…I had no idea this would happen if I did if I…" Struggling, Kazz attempts to explain, so much was happening he just…

"I know dad I know…" Gently, Hikaru pats his father's arm.

"We just wanted to protect you." Softly, Kazz whispers, his voice cracking supporting Hikaru.

"But she's my sister I deserve to know what's going on." Hikaru reasons.

"I know Hikaru, I know I'm…for what it's worth I'm sorry." Softly, he wraps his arms around his son.

"…What's going to happen now?" Hikaru asks nuzzling into his father's embrace, their tears freely falling from one another.

I…I don't know. I really don't" Honestly, Kazz confesses all they could really do is wait and be there for Sayako.

"Everything really has changed." Hikaru whispers shaking, a part of him scared about the changes to come.

"….Yeah you're not wrong. I'm scared too." Tenderly, Kazz catches onto his son's trembling, feeling his son's grip only tighten.

"So what do we do?" Sniffling, Hikaru questions.

"We wait and be there for them both. They need us both by their side Hikaru. Until Tsunagu wakes up we need to help your sister. Be by your sister's side. She may act cruel but she needs all of us right now especially through this time. We have to be there for her…she can't do this alone. You think you can do that?" Tenderly, he asks Hikaru bowing his head.

"I…I want to help her so yeah…I'll be patient. I'll…I'll be her hero!" Hikaru proclaims proudly bringing a small smile of pride to Kazz's lips form his son's determined declaration.

"Thank you Hikaru you're a brave bot, your father would be very proud of you just as I am." Kazz tells him bringing him into a hug once more.

"Thanks dad…I mean it." Happily, Hikaru returns the hug as the two simply cherish the hug between father and son.

Silently, Sayako shoves her belongings into the duffle bag below, brow furrowed at the messy mess within the bag but brushes it off. She was just glad to be finally discharged, the quicker she gets out of this place the better…

"I take it Mirio gave you the gift." Surprised, Sayako jolts up at the calm composed voice.

Shit!" Sharply, she turns cursing at Sir Nighteye lingering in the doorway.

You really shouldn't swear in a hospital." Her mentor scolds her.

"And you think jumping at a gal who had a heart attack is?" Irritated, Sayako counters shakily sighing. She was fortunate for her father to finally let her out, she was capable enough to do something at the least she had been kept in the hospital for far too long in her opinion.

"A fair point." Nighteye adjusts his lenses.

"Still the amount of items the head nurse yelled at me, his name's Ryou nice guy, he's getting married soon." Smiling, Sayako reveals perkily.

"Interesting. Good to see your mood has become better." Relieved, Sir Nighteye remarks.

"Eh therapy hasn't been too bad. So what brings you here?" Shyly, Sayako adjusts her bag strap.

"I thought I'd check on how you were considering…recent events." Sir Nighteye sighs solemnly.

"If you came to laugh then go ahead." Annoyed, Sayako scowls.

"Why would I laugh over this?" Sternly, Sir Nighteye demands from her.

"Cause you were right, my recklessness really did get me in trouble." Tiredly, Sayako sighs gesturing to the knotted-up sleeve to the side.

"I'm sorry this happened to you." Sir Nighteye bows his head making Sayako roll her eyes exasperated.

"Join the que. Oh by the way if you start hammering me with arm jokes I swear…" Scowling, Sayako warns him but…

"Apologies if it was in poor taste." Nighteye bows his head.

"No I got what you guys were trying to it was…sweet? No…okay I don't know a word to describe it but your hearts were in the right place." Sighing, Sayako exhales, brow furrowed as she quickly corrects herself looking lost in the end of it all.

"How are you adjusting?" Nighteye asks her.

"I…I'm doing some therapy stuff they think I'll be let out soon." Sighing, she reveals brow furrowed.

"So you'll be going back to U.A?" He asks as she flinches from the word.

"If you came to tell me due to my wound you can't risk me returning to your agency then it's fine I get it. I had no-" Annoyed, Sayako sighs.

"I had no such thought." Seriously, Nighteye cuts her off surprising her.

"You're shit- I mean kidding me." Quickly, she corrects herself from his stern stare.

"No. I'm not. You will always be welcomed to my agency Sayako." Softly, he places his hand on her shoulder.

"Nighteye…" Touched, Sayako's olive hues soften sadly by his words.

"This is major setback to you true but I know you can get over this. You're strong, you surviving being a hostage to the villain just shows how strong you are." Resolute, Nighteye assures him.

"Doesn't feel like I was…" Weakly, she whispers brow furrowed her fingertips fidget around the strap.

"You were brave Sayako you were." Earnestly, he promises her noting her pain anguished features.

"…You'd think my eye would have stopped all this…" Tensely, she smiles.

"What do you mean?" Mystified, he queries.

"What I said before about there being infinite possibilities out there I thought back to it recently like in another reality I'm a guy which by the way I'd so do me heh…" Hollowly, she smiles.

"How enlightening." Sir Nighteye remarks.

"Tell me you wouldn't do a female version of you or another you?" Slyly, she smirks strained at him.

"…" Both student and mentor stare at one another.

"A female all might?" Sayako offers only to grimace wincing at the imagery alone.

"You're a child." Curtly, Nighteye deadpans.

"A child with an active imagination like for example in another dimension, my dads never met and I was never born, they both were better off without each other, my dad a famous hero my other a famous doctor or a pro in another country. In another universe I'm normal, I don't need these stupid stimulants that caused trouble for others. In another world I'm actually smart and I didn't fail the most simplest of tests and I'm not at the bottom of the barrel, in another world I can actually focus on things and not be a scatter-brained dumb blonde." Intensely, Sayako cackles coldly, grinning giddily gleefully as her glassy green shake, quiver, quake as she smiles strained, her hue twitching, trying to keep her voice from cracking, from breaking but…

"Sayako." Softly, Nighteye's yellows soften sadly at the quaking quivering mess.

"In another world I was never captured…I…I still had my arm…I came out of this with my arm, I died and my dad was safe, my dad wasn't in tubes, my brother didn't hate me, my other dad isn't working himself to death, my dad didn't have a heart attack, I didn't have a heart attack!" Anguished, she continues her tangent, her voice cracking. She begins heaving, sweat sliding down her tense temple, panic plastered all over her fatigued frightened facial features.

"Sayako it's alright just take deep breathes. Gently, Nighteye squeezes her shoulders beginning to breath alongside her. She takes his arm squeezing it, needing something to latch onto as she tries to do as intended but…the tears continue cascading.

"In another world I'm normal enough not to have these fucking emotions control me, to have these stupid fucking panic attacks…in another world I have…I have a future as a hero." Upset, Sayako cries, her voice cracking, breaking as she lets out a strained sob.

"You think you don't?" Nighteye furrows his brow.

"Look at me! I've lost my fighting style, how can I focus on momentum with a heavy weight on me and that's if I pick a prosthetic, no matter what arm I get my weight will change, my balance will be…I trained my whole life for this and now…everything I've trained for has been for nothing!" Ashamed, she seethes.

"That's not true." He tells her.

"Then why is it I can't see a future in U.A for me?!" Miserably, she demands from him.

"I can…" Nighteye says confusing her as his yellow glows a familiar purple, when seeing the roll play seeing her fighting her hardest swinging from one building to the next.

"Sir Nighteye….?" Confused, Sayako furrows her brow at him, unaware of a purple hue shine taking over his iris as he sees the film clips playing, seeing a young child playing in a field, a meadow of flowers, beaming brightly before Nighteye, their blonde locks waving in the wind enjoying the crisp chill of the summer breeze brush through their hair. They hold their arms up towards the film reel where awaiting is a robotic limb and a hand happily picking the child up….

"You will become an amazing hero. The best of the best, things will get better for you Sayako that I promise." Tenderly, he places his hand on the back of her head as she sniffles from his words touched, feeling his thumb brush through a stray strand of brown with hints of blonde faded through time. He smiles gently down at her as she sniffles bowing her head, her temple touching his chest.

"Thank you." Touched, she whispers trying to compose her voice before brushing past him, heading out, ready to do one last thing before being discharged.

Quietly, Sayako stares at the door before her, lingering as she shakily exhales, bowing her head, feeling sweat slither down her tense temple, finding herself pacing back and forth a bit outside the room. Sighing, she steadies her nerves reaching out to the door when…

"You just going to stare at the door or open it?" Impatiently, the voice calls out snapping Sayako out of her thoughts.

"Bakugo…" Startled, Sayako turns towards the blonde.

"Why are you just standing there?" Scowling, red glare into green.

"What's it to you?" Defensively, Sayako tenses up.

"You're in the way." Katsuki quirks his head to the side.

"Then go ahead." Annoyed, she steps to the side.

"Your arm…" Katsuki remarks making Sayako flinch from his words.

"Yes. It's gone congrats for spotting the obvious Sherlock." Snippily, Sayako sneers venom oozing out of her tight tense tone.

"You okay?" Katsuki's ruby reds soften taking Sayako aback.

"How the fuck do you think I'm feeling?" Fuming, she snaps seething gritting her teeth tighter.

"I'm trying to be civil for fuck sake stop making things harder!" Angrily, Katsuki yells at her.

"I'm not the one stating the fucking obvious…!" Offended, Sayako snaps back.

"You're being discharged…" Katsuki eyes the duffle bag before her.

"Going to live outside the city for a bit till things cool down, until…" Sighing, Sayako glances to the side.

"You get your shit together." Katsuki summarises making her grimace.

"…Yeah." Sayako glances to the side.

"Gimme your phone." Katsuki's ruby reds narrow noting her trailing off.

"Why?" Perplexed, Sayako queries.

"Just do it dumbass. There." Swiftly, Katsuki snatched said phone from her typing something the shoving it back at her.

"What are you…?" Lost, she questions him staring at the phone.

"If shit goes south phone. But it better not be after 8!" Angrily, he barks at her taking her aback.

"…Thanks Bakugo." Strained, Sayako remarks not quite sure what to make of it.

"Tch whatever…just stopping hiding from the others." Annoyed, Katsuki shoves his hands into his pockets.

"I ain't hiding shit." Scowling, Sayako snaps.

"Oh really? From what I hear no one's allowed to see you, they not good enough to see you." Katsuki remarks making her eye twitch.

"It isn't like that." Tensely, she states.

"Then what is it?" Katsuki questions making Sayako squirm, grimacing, glaring down at her folded up sleeve.

"Look at it you're telling me you can talk to me right now without staring at it." Irritated, Sayako sneers glaring to the side.

"It's what we're doing right now." Confused, he huffs.

"You spotted the arm thing first." Frowning, she scowls.

"Having a stump tends to stand out." Bluntly, Bakugo deadpans.

"Just leave me alone." Annoyed, she sighs turning her back to him, her low ponytail bouncing briefly from the turn.

"You know you're going to have more people staring at it." Irritated, Katsuki calls out making Sayako stop in her tracks, teeth grinding tighter frustrated.

"You think I don't know that?" Angrily, she snarls seething.

"What I'm saying is stop making a thing about it, people are going to stare when you get to the top anyway." Angrily, Katsuki deadpans.

"…Huh?" Shocked, Sayako blinks baffled by his words.

"When you come back to U.A when you've sorted your shit out you'll be at the top sure most of the eyes will be on the number one." Katsuki states the fact firmly.

"Which will be you." Sighing, Sayako rolls her eyes.

"Damn right. And as my rival you're going to be below me but people eyes are going to be on you regardless you'll be the Kamino ward victim that's all they'll see you as…a victim." Seething, Katsumi grimaces glaring to the side, his hands bawling up.

"…I don't want that." Sayako whispers.

"You think I wanted people referring to me as the slime brat?" Bakugo points out.

"…Bakugo." Sayako whispers, her olive widening when hearing his words.

"You're going to see him eventually if you're not ready now that's fine. But how can you be a hero if you run away from pathetic stuff like this…? You're a coward." Coldly, Bakugo deadpans.

"What would you know?" She crosses her arms over her chest.

"What I know is that you shouldn't shout at your little brother." He tells her taking her aback.

"Katsuki…" Sayako sighs brow furrowed.

"I get it you're hurting but that's no excuse to take it out on your loved ones. My old hag of a sister did the same to me and she's still trying to make it up for me for it…" Katsuki confesses, his raw reds darting to the side where Sayako sees the blonde leaning against the wall waiting for him.

"…" Silently, Sayako notes the duffle bag on him too.

"Look I don't know what the hell you're going through but don't take it out on your brother that's all I'm gonna say got that?" Tiredly, Bakugo sighs.

"…Yeah. Thanks Bakugo…I mean it." Sayako nods her head.

"This ain't shit." Sneering, Bakugo brushes her off.

"I mean for what happened…back there. I forgot what it was like when I didn't take my stimulants." Shyly, Sayako sighs.

"You're what…?" Lost, Katsuki furrows his brow.

"I'll tell you about it when I get back how about that?" Attentively, Sayako offers her hand out to him shyly.

"You better." Firmly, he slaps his hand in hers before the two take their separate ways, heading off to recover in their own way after the experience of a lifetime…

"Sayako you ready?" Kiyoko smiles softly at Sayako.

"…Yeah." She sighs furrowing her brow when she offers to take the bag but Sayako refuses to part with it.

"Remember when you get out there the cameras will be all over just keep your head down okay?" Kiyoko reminds her.

"Yeah…" She feels her grip tighten around the bag strap.

"Just you wait the fresh sea air will cheer you right up." Kiyoko cheers chirpily.

"…Yeah" Sayako glances to the side solemnly.

"Sayako…" Kazz approaches as the two turn to him.

"…What?" Sharply, she scowls at him.

"I thought I'd come send you off and intervene if necessary. Are you sure you can handle both of them Kiyoko?" Sighing, Kazz turns to her.

"Relax Kazz I can take care of them I promise." Perkily, she promises.

"…Right. Well I've called the hospital local to you I've sent them your file and everything so they should settle you into a routine for your therapy and…" Kazz lists off unaware of Sayako's sharp scowl.

"I get it." Curtly, she cuts him off.

"Sayako…" Kiyoko furrows her brow at her.

"You'll tell me when he wakes up…right?" Hopeful, she asks him.

"I will." You ad Hikaru will be the first to know." Kazz promises.

"Can we just leave please? It's suffocating." Sayako sighs as she nods her head in understanding.

"Sayako…be safe yeah?" Gently, Kazz pecks her cheek.

"….Yeah." Softly, she nods her head.

"And if you need anything don't be afraid to phone the same to Hikaru." Earnestly, he adds as she and Kiyoko head to the door where she sees the crowd forming around making her chest tighten, her grip tighten around the strap of her bag.

"Where is he?" Sayako asks tensing up at the thought of her little brother, of the last they spoke.

"He's in the car out front. Remember the police are around so if it gets too much…" Kiyoko answers.

"I know…" Exasperated, she sighs.

"Do you have your stimulants?" Softly, Kazz asks.

"Yes…anything else you'd like to badger me about?" Annoyed, Sayako sighs at the group babying her.

"Do you…have your prosthetic?" Kazz asks making her tense up at the trainee one of sorts.

"I promise it'll only take a few weeks after that you'll get the proper thing; don't worry I know someone who promised to spare no expense." Mischievously, Kazz winks at the frowning Sayako.

"…Right. I'm going on ahead." Sayako sighs just wanting out of the hospital, she'd rather throw herself at the vultures than continue festering here.

"Sayako oi! The police sai-" Kiyoko calls out but she ignores the woman as she is greeted by nothing but flashing white lights and screaming, shouting questions.

"Shit." Startled, Sayako curses at the flashes covering her face blinking trying to recover her vision.

"Sayako tell us how do you feel after losing your arm thanks to U.A's neglect?" A microphone is rammed in her face.

"Is it true the counseling they gave you was to press you for answers about your past?" A camera is shoved in her face.

"Is it true you are acquainted with the villain who made you lose your arm?" A face is shoved in her face.

"I…." Uncomfortable, Sayako reels her head back when…

"Sayako!" Urgently, Kazz rushes in grabbing Sayako by her shoulder making her wince.

"Doctor Kazz are you returning to heroism?" One of the vultures question.

"What is your relationship with best Jeanist?" Another adds.

"How does it feel seeing your adopted son amongst the villains that kidnapped your daughter?" Dubiously, one of them throws in.

"Sayako come on sweetie…"Softly, Kiyoko whispers as she joins, taking Sayako's bag much to her annoyance.

"Sayako!" She flinches from the voice, her glassy green gazing into a pair of lilac but before any word could be said, another flash startles her. She is guided to the car, keeping her head down. Sighing, Sayako nods her head, composing herself, ignoring her chest tightening up, sending a brief apologetic look to the stunned Shinso before bowing her head, heading inside the car that shoots off heading to who knows where…
