Get on the boat. Get on the damn boat, you rich bastard.

"Oh, damn it all to hell."

He knew it. He should have kept his damn mouth shut. Mr. Hockley brushed none too polietly past his faithful manservant. More of a push, really...

That lifeboat was their ticket out of here. Perhaps their only sure ticket off the doomed ship. Forget Rose and that damn sewer rat.

Spicer Lovejoy seriously coinsidered aboandoing Mr. Hockley. Just get on the lifeboat and leave. Never look back. Let Mr. Hockley die if he wished.

Lovejoy let out a puff of angry air, moving after his employer, following him towards death. But Lovejoy knew when they got off the sinking ship, his loyalty would be rewarded.

Mr. Hockley was a rich man. They'd get off the ship fine, Lovejoy knew.

When he got off the Titanic, he'd be a rich man.

When watching Titanic, I've often wondered why Lovejoy followed Cal when he could have boarded the lifeboat and left Titanic with his life. This is my take on it, and neither the men nor the ship belong to me. Oh, and Spicer Lovejoy is his name. I looked it up in the credits.
