Ruby and Yang were hugging each other after what happened. Weiss was dusting herself off. Nora, Ren and Pyrrha were conversing. However, whatever everyone was doing, it was disturbed by the loud caw of the Nevermore.
"Hey, Ruby. Your mount seems to be circling back to us," Jaune said, teasing the little reaper. "What do you want to do with it?".
"Kill it, of course," Ruby said. She then took out her Crescent Rose and started firing at the Nevermore. However, it wasn't harming it, only angering it. The Nevermore then fired its feather as a projectile towards the group. "We need to go! Those feathers are deadly, and my weapon isn't doing anything to it".
Everyone dodged the feathers. However, Jaune grabbed the feather heading his way and hurled it back at the Nevermore. Too bad that the Nevermore was able to avoid it. Jaune then took out the Dominator from its holster and set the mode to Lethal: Eliminator.
"Ruby. Do you remember yesterday, I told you, you would get the chance to see why my Dominator needs high security?" Jaune said. Ruby nodded. "Then watch carefully and tell me if the safety feature is too much".
Jaune aimed the Dominator at the Nevermore that was flying towards him. After aiming, Jaune pulled the trigger. The energy from the Dominator did not even take a second to reach the Nevermore and said Nevermore started bloating and then blew up.
Jaws dropped. Ruby, Yang, Blake, Weiss, Red, Nora, and Pyrrha, not a single one was an exception. Everyone looked at Jaune's weapon, and they felt fear from it, except Ruby. They didn't want to be at the end of that gun's barrel. Technically, the Dominator doesn't have a barrel since it uses electromagnetic waves.
"That was so cool!" Ruby said with starry eyes. "Not only can it transform, but it was also able to blow up the Grimm in a single shot. Not even my Crescent Rose can do that! Also, I guess the safety feature of the gun is appropriate. Can you imagine a criminal using it?".
"Anyway, since everyone got their relic, you either go back to Beacon now or," Jaune said. "You guys can join Pyrrha and me. We are planning to explore more of the Emerald Forest. Probably going to be dangerous since we would encounter more Grimm".
"Oh! Can I join?!" Nora shouted. "I love exploring! This would be a great experience! Exploring with friends!".
"Yes, Nora, you can join us," Jaune said with a smile. Nora was like one of his younger sisters. Hyperactive and friendly. "Anyone else wants to join us?".
With Nora joining Jaune and Pyrrha, Ren naturally joined. Then Ruby decided to join, meaning Yang had to tag along to protect her sister. And since Weiss had nothing to do, she joined as well, but without first throwing a tantrum worthy of a brat and an heiress. Seeing as everyone was following Jaune, Blake decided to join them.
At the end of the initiation, Jaune and the others were last to arrive. Everyone in Jaune's group was tired and bruised. They had to fight hundreds of Grimm. Well, Jaune fought hundreds of Grimm. The others were able to kill a few dozen Grimm each.
After the announcement of the teams, all the students were shown their dorms. Jaune, Ren, Nora and Pyrrha went inside their dorms and started unpacking their stuff even when they were exhausted, except for Jaune since he had all his clothes and things inside his Inventory.
On top of the Beacon tower, Ozpin and Glynda spoke to a still shaking Qrow.
"I tell you, Oz, that woman was the scariest thing that I've seen in my life," Qrow said while taking a sip of his already empty flask. "The most important thing to note is that she called that Jaune guy her master. And she laughed at the notion of us doing any harm to the kid".
"She seems to be quite confident that Jaune would be able to eliminate any threat to his person," Ozpin said. "One more thing to note with your story is that she was able to prevent you from transforming back to human. That means she is also capable of using magic. So, there is a high chance that Jaune might not be working for 'her' if he has someone as powerful as that woman calling him master".
"What are we going to do, Ozpin?" Glynda asked. "If Jaune is a risk, we need to kick him out of Beacon".
"That's the thing," Ozpin said. "If he is as powerful as that woman said he is, then he isn't a threat if he hasn't done anything, even now. However, the other possibility is that he isn't as powerful as that woman indicated. But that is unlikely since we saw him kill Grimm as if it was nothing more than an insect without even breaking a sweat".
"Whatever you decided to do, Oz," Qrow said. "I'm not spying on the kid again. I know that woman wasn't joking when she threatened me. I felt no lies on her words".
"We don't have a choice," Ozpin said. "As much as we need to know more about Jaune and that woman, we need to back off for now. As curious as I am how they got their magic, we are not to do anything unless he does something to threaten the people".
"How about we ask him?" Glynda suggested. "You said it yourself. Jaune hasn't done anything that would indicate that he's an enemy. We have nothing to lose by asking. If he answers our question, then we gain a lot. If he doesn't, we lose nothing".
"Since you suggested it," Ozpin said. "I'll leave it up to you to speak to Jaune".
Glynda was wide-eyed at Ozpin, who was walking away. Sometimes, Glynda regrets working for Ozpin.
The following day, Jaune and his team were already in class for Grimm Studies. However, the team of his friend, Ruby, was late. Team RWBY arrived in class in a hurry since someone decided to decorate and unpack a few hours before class.
"Monsters! Deeeemons... Prowlers of the night!" Port said. "Yes, the creatures of Grimm have many names, but I merely refer to them as prey! Ha-ha!"
The members of JNPR are seated on the front row. Pyrrha and Ren were sitting and paying attention, Nora was napping, and Jaune talked to Alice about rolling his Gacha and the new function that Alice got yesterday. Last night, before Jaune went to bed, he didn't forget to roll the Gacha. Jaune received (System Function – Shop – God).

After Jaune finished with all his classes for the day, Jaune headed to the dorm room along with his team to rest. A knock on the door sounded, and Jaune opened the door. It was Ruby.

"Hey, Jaune," Ruby greeted. "Uhm…I was wondering if you have any stories about my mother? I mean, Yang has stories about her being a super mom, but she doesn't have one with mom being a Huntress. I thought maybe since you've seen her being a Huntress before, you might have some more".
"Sure, no problem," Jaune said. "I have a few more stories. I can even tell you about Summer's special power".
"I already know about mom's semblance," Ruby said. "But I don't mind hearing how she used her semblance in combat".
"Huh? I'm not talking about Summer's semblance," Jaune said. "I was talking about the power of the silver eyes, which you have".
"Why does everyone keep talking about my silver eyes?" Ruby asked. "First Ozpin and Professor Goodwitch during the time I was in the police station, now, you".
"You don't have a clue about how special you are," Jaune said. "Ruby, I've done research, and your people are called the Silver-eyed Warriors. They are people with silver eyes and can turn Grimm to stone with a single glare".
Ruby was confused. She's never heard of any silver-eyed warrior before. Jaune told her about the stories of silver-eyed warriors that his family had recorded in books.
