Jaune was in Ozpin's office. They explained to Jaune that his mission would be different from all other students. For now, Pyrrha was going to be the temporary leader of JNPR.

"Why exactly do you need me?" Jaune asked. "I had the impression that you didn't like to meet with me".

"That's true," Ozpin said. "If this was any other time, I would have left you alone. However, this time, we need your help".

"Kid, I know that we started off on the wrong foot," Qrow said. "However, this mission that we need your help with has to do with the safety of the citizen of Vale. At least that's what we believe ito be".

"What does the mission entail?" Jaune said. "I'm guessing this isn't an easy mission if you're willing to ask for my help".

"We heard a rumour about a suspicious activity in Mt Glenn," Qrow said. "As you know from your history lesson, Mt Glenn was a former city that was being built but was destroyed for some odd reason. Anyway, due to the structure of Mt Glenn, it would be a perfect place for a hideout".

"I see," Jaune said. "You want to work with me to check out the site, right?".

"That's about the gist of it," Qrow said. "So, are you willing to help?".

"No problem," Jaune said. He then texted something. "This is the reason I wanted to be a Huntsman in the first place, to help people".

"Good, we're heading there now," Qrow said. "Pack all the things you need. Meet me at the front of Beacon in an hour".

"No need," Jaune said. "I just sent a message to my time that I would be going on a special mission. We can leave for Mt Glenn now if you want".

"That works for me," Qrow said. "Come on, the bullhead should be ready".

"No need for that either," Jaune said. "When I travelled from Domrémy to Beacon, I passed by Mt Glenn. I can open a portal there".

Jaune then proceeded to open a portal to Mt Glenn. Qrow and Ozpin were speechless.

"Come on," Jaune said. "We have no time to waste. The faster we stop these people, the better".

Jaune and Qrow passed through the portal, and they started scouring Mt Glenn. It didn't take Jaune and Qrow to find something. A group of White Fang members ensured that the place was secure.

"Seems like the suspicious activity were caused by the White Fang," Qrow said. "Not who we were expecting, but still a threat".

"Let's wait a little longer before taking action," Jaune said. "They seem to only be a guard of the place. Let's see where they go when they change shifts".

"Good call," Qrow said. "How many of them do you think is residing here in Mt Glenn".

"If this is a secret base of some sort," Jaune said. "Probably quite a lot".

It took four hours of watching the White Fang member before the shift was changed. Jaune and Qrow followed the group of White Fang that had just completed their shift, and they found the base. The underground crime network literally went underground.

"Smart move from them," Qrow said. "But too bad they aren't that good at watching their surroundings".

"To be fair," Jaune said. "Most White Fang members are no more than civilians when they joined. Some joined out of desperation due to their situation, while others had enough of the oppression that they received. Nonetheless, those people never had proper training, except a few".

Jaune and Qrow scoured the underground system, and they saw around a hundred White Fang members. They also saw a few dozen stolen Paladin. But that's not what worried Qrow. The Paladin seems to be loading all the stolen Dust on the train that had nowhere to go but a dead end.

"Something's not right," Qrow said. "Let's check it out".

Checking the train, Qrow and Jaune found a load of stolen Dust with a bomb mounted on it.

"This is not good," Qrow said. "I think I know what they're up to. These tracks would leave to a dead-end in Vale. With this amount of explosive, they could blow a hole through the defensive walls. We need to get rid of them".

"I know a way to get rid of them easily," Jaune said. "But it would alert them of our presence here".

"That's better than allowing them to spot us while disarming the bomb and making them make their move earlier," Qrow said. "Anything would be better than letting them enact their plan".

"This should be easy," Jaune said.

Jaune touched the train and stored it in his Inventory. Every White Fang member inside the train fell onto the tracks due to the disappearance of the train. The train, bombs, Paladins, Dust, they were all in Jaune's Inventory.

"What the hell?!" Qrow shouted in a low tone. "How did you do that?".

"I transferred it to a subspace," Jaune said. He then saw all the White Fang that was on the train looking at them. Looking closely at one of the people, Jaune recognised Torchwick. "Qrow look, isn't that Torchwick?".

"Damn, your right," Qrow said. "Why is he working with the White Fang? I heard he hates Faunus".

"Well, no time for chit-chat," Jaune said. "We have a bunch of White Fang to capture".

Capture they did. Qrow and Jaune worked together to restrain all the White Fang they could. However, Qrow had to kill a few of them. He thought that Jaune would be affected by seeing people killed. Too bad, Jaune has seen people die, not only in the dreams he got from Scáthach but also because he killed a few bandits that tried to raid Domrémy.

Torchwick, who saw that he was no match for Jaune and Qrow, tried to book it with Neo. However, Jaune saw him booking it and used Lethal Eliminator mode of the Dominator, and Torchwick popped like a balloon. Seeing what happened, Neo tried to attack Jaune out of anger. But she wasn't fast enough to get to him before Jaune shot her with the Dominator and popped like a balloon.

After restraining as much of the White Fang as possible, Qrow called Ozpin to prepare a few people to help collect all the captured White Fang members. On the other hand, Jaune opened a portal to the front of Beacon where all the people helping to collect the White Fang are waiting.

After that, Jaune headed back to his dorm room, where none of his teammates was. They are currently on their own mission, something about killing a few Grimm in a nearby town. Since there was no one in the room, Jaune asked Alice to roll the Gacha.

"I have a funny feeling that something's not right," Jaune said. "A part of me is saying to stay away from that thing".

"It may not be harmful," Jaune said. "But I suspect something".

Jaune decided to leave the thing chainsaw alone. He can feel it in his bones. That there was something terrible waiting for him if he used it. So, he decided to leave it be in the Inventory.

In Ozpin's Office, Glynda and Ozpin were speaking with Qrow.

"Oz, that kid is not a greenhorn like your other students," Qrow said. "He was decisive when he took the lives of those White Fang, Torchwick and that shorty".

"Did you notice anything off about Mr Arc?" Ozpin asked. "Anything would help to determine if he is a threat".

"None that I could see," Qrow said. "All the people he killed were White Fang that caught me off guard. As for Torchwick and his partner, Jaune killed them because they were booking it. He decided whether to let Torchwick slip or eliminate him, and he chose to eliminate the threat. As for the partner, she had the intent to kill, so he eliminated her before she could harm him, especially with her pesky semblance".

"From the looks of it," Ozpin said. "Mr Arc doesn't seem to be unhinged that he would kill without remorse".

While Qrow, Glynda and Ozpin were discussing Jaune, said person was at Beacon kitchen making lunch. He cooked enough for ten people to eat. However, all of this is for him, Scáthach, and Goose only.
