Freedom

The only thing I long for

I need to know what it truly is

Show me what it means to be free

Save me from my prison

Save me from this loneliness

Take away the keys that keep me locked

Take away the bars that hold me

Take it all away and set me free

Let me feel the freedom I desire

Let me feel what it truly is

Don't keep me locked up

Set me free

Give me wings and let me fly

Let me fly and fly high

Let me free, out of this cage

So that I may see the sun again

So that I may go outside

No longer held by bars

No longer kept locked in

I wish to be free

I wish to fly high

Go all the way up into the clouds

I want to know what it means to be free again

I need to feel the wind and nature

I need it all to come back

Before I forget what it truly is
