A/N: Whootz! Mah first Freddy fan-fiction! I am helping CRF with her Freddy vs. Jason 2 and it suddenly sparked an idea of my own Freddy fic so I hope you like it! I don't think I am going to be able to make Freddy much into character because he is too much of a smart ass . but I shall do my best!
It was a bright and beautiful day, the perfect kind of day to have a nice relaxing walk home from school. The sky was blue, snow-white fluffy clouds drifted slowly above and the sun shone brightly warming the cool chill of that winter day.
Clutching a bottle of soda, Sean Carr walked down the empty street towards home taking sips from his Pepsi every passing moment. He was nervous; something wasn't right about his surroundings, they were far too quiet; desolate.
Sean took a final and weary drink then feeling something terribly wrong he took off into a jog and made his way into the trees where he slowed to a stop and looked around. Fear crept up his spine and he gave one last turn letting out a scream as the horribly burned face of his nightmare grinned at him with the shiny blades of his old, tattered glove clicked mockingly, raised in a ready-to-kill position.
Letting out a ear piercing second scream as the creature gave it's eerie laugh Sean shot up from the hard, smooth surface of his desk and looked about the classroom where his class mates stood with their belongings in hand and laughing while waiting for the final bell to sound. He took a deep breath and sat back in relief. It was only a dream, only a dream…
