Jaune left R.W.B.Y.J. with his family since he needed to meet with Willow regarding the safety procedures that they were implementing in the mines. He couldn't leave it for another time since safety is an important part of the changes being made within the S.D.C. Jaune hoped that his family wouldn't do anything while he was gone.
"So, you're a Jaune, right?" Jayden said. Jaune-II nodded. "What are you like in your world? Are you as weird as our Jaune?".
"Weird? What do you mean?" Jaune-II asked. "Your Jaune seemed normal. There's nothing weird about him that I can see".
"Really? Does that mean you can blow up mountains, use magic and such?" Jayden asked. "Because our Jaune is capable of all those things".
"Whoa! Hold on!" Yang-II said. "Your Jaune can use magic?! I mean, I saw him open a portal earlier, but I thought that was his semblance since my mother can also open portals".
"Ha-ha-ha! That portal is something Jaune can easily make at any time," Jayden said. "The magic I'm talking about is making something called a bounded field, creating a fire tornado, and other insane things. I mean, there was a time Jaune pushed my soul out of my body".
"T-That's…I don't even think the Maidens can achieve those things," Weiss-II said. "Can Jaune really push your soul out of your body?".
"He can. He calls it Astral Projection," Jayden said. "It was weird at first, but it was a cool experience. 10/10 would recommend as an experience".
"Okay! Now, I just want to know what it's like," Yang-II said. "Did you feel floaty when he pushed your soul out?".
"Yup, it was freaky," Jayden said. "I was floating for real, and when I saw my own body, I nearly passed out".
"Can I ask a question about your Jaune?" Blake-II said. "What is he normally like? Today, before Scáthach came, he was more of a serious type, which is unlike our Jaune".
"Hey!" Jaune-II said. "I can be serious when it matters".
"Well, most of the time, Jaune isn't serious and would be quite playful when he's with family," Jayden said. "But if he's out on a mission, he would be completely serious until the mission ends. And a mission for Jaune ends when they return to base. He was probably serious because of your situation. In his head, Jaune is probably thinking of a way to help you".
"Next question!" Ruby-II said. "Where did Jaune go? He seemed to be in a hurry".
"Ah, yes," Jayden said. "Jaune is heading to the SDC. The company is currently implementing new safety procedures and regulations for the miners. Willow and Jaune are working to ensure that employees are safe".
"Why would Jaune be working with my mother to implement new safety procedures?" Weiss-II said. "That should be my father's job".
"You mean Jacques?" Jayden said. "Jacques is no longer the head of the S.D.C. since Jaune bought 65% of S.D.C. shares. Last I heard, Jacques died during prison transportation. Apparently, the assassin organisation he was working with killed him because they got caught due to his negligence".
"Damn!" Yang-II said. "Jaune is a rich man! Owning the biggest company in Remnant".
"You have no idea how rich Jaune is," Jayden said. "Have you ever seen a mountain of gold, diamonds and other precious minerals? I have. Jaune showed it to us…Here, look at this photo".
The photo showed a mountain of precious minerals with Jaune on top of it. The entire Arc family can be seen swimming in the mountain of precious minerals. Weiss-II and the others had their jaws dropped. The value of said mountain is enough to make you the wealthiest person in Remnant.
"N-No way is this real!" Weiss-II said. "This must be a fake, right?".
"Nope!" Jayden said. "This is all real. If you like, you can ask Jaune to show it to you. Then you can swim in it just like we did".
Jaune was inspecting all the mines in Atlas to ensure that the safety procedures and regulations would be helpful. Jaune got a few more ideas to implement in the safety procedures, rules and regulations by inspecting the mines. Plus, he could figure out a few things to improve the Hi-Viz overalls that he was making.
"It seems that the procedures and regulations we came up with are still a bit short," Jaune said. "But, with a bit more tweaking, we should be ready to go".
"How are the safety equipment that you're working on?" Willow asked. "Last I heard you talk about it was when you told me you were trying to improve what you already have".
"I already made a Hi-Viz overall that's fire-proof, heat-proof, cold-proof and explosion-proof," Jaune said. But I think I can make it better, and this mine inspection gave me some good ideas".
"That's quite impressive," Willow said. "You were able to make multiple different Hi-Viz overalls within a week or so".
"Huh? Willow, I think you're mistaking something," Jaune said. "All the capabilities that I listed is something a single Hi-Viz is capable of".
"Eh? T-That's even more impressive," Willow said. "How are you going to improve upon something like that?".
"I want to add a feature capable of supplying fresh air for the wearer in case they get caved in," Jaune said. "Then I would also add a toxicity detector and toxic-proofing".
"All that in a single piece of equipment," Willow said. "Then again, it's you. I may not have known you as long as my daughter had but seeing what you can do is baffling at first. However, you get used to your weirdness after a little more time. It's sort of a breath of fresh air".
Back with R.W.B.Y.J. the second, they were outside the Arc household and were staring at the Lahmu. They were admiring the 'realistic-looking' statues.
Yang-II was even touching it everywhere and was taking pictures with it. The Lahmu started laughing and scared the shit out of everyone.
"Holy shit!" Yang-II shouted. She and the others ran away from the Lahmu. "What the hell was that?!".
"Jaune said they're something called a Lahmu," Jeanne said. "They are quite powerful. So I wouldn't do anything stupid to them. Then again, they only attack those with intent to harm the Arc Family".
"Jeanne!" Jaune-II said. "You're here too!".
"Of course, I'm here too," Jeanne said. "I live here with the rest of the family".
"That's not what I meant!" Jaune-II said. "I mean that you are also in this world. I thought if the multiverse existed, there would be some disparity between the people in the family".
"Ah! That's what you mean," Jeanne said. "Maybe it's because this world isn't too different from yours that's why everything is almost the same, including the family. Who knows, maybe there is a world out there that you might have a different sibling or a different family".
"True, this is the multiverse we're talking about," Jaune-II said. "I wonder if there is a version of Remnant that's a girl?".
"You're definitely Jaune," Jeanne said. "Your dorkiness is proof of that".
"Hey!" Jaune-II said. He felt a bit offended by that. "I'm not that dorky".
"Trust me, you're quite dorky," Jeanne said. "But, it's nothing compared to our Jaune. You should see what happens when a new X-ray and Vav comics comes out. He would use his magic to be the first in line".
"Seriously?!" Yang-II said. "That Jaune. The one that looked very serious when he spoke to us. That Jaune?".
"Yes, like Jayden said," Jeanne said. "Jaune is not always serious. Oftentimes, he's good old goofy Jaune, especially when he's with Adrian".
Saphron and Terra entered the room with Adrian. They were curious about people from a different Remnant. Terra went up on Jaune's face and looked at him closely.
"You certainly look like our Jaune," Terra said. "But I can easily recognise you even if you have the same hairstyle as our Jaune".
"Oh! Can hold Adrian?!" Ruby-II said. "I want to hold this world's Adrian since I didn't get a chance in our world. He was so cute when we met him in Argus with Jaune's sister!".
"Sure, go ahead," Terra said. She then handed Adrian to Ruby-II. "Be careful, alright".
"I will!" Ruby-II said. She then took Adrian from Terra. Looking at the baby, she noticed a difference from their world's Adrian. "Uhm… Adrian's eyes are blue? I remember in our world that Adrian's eyes were brown".
"It is!" Jaune-II said with surprise. If Adrian's eyes were blue, does that mean this world's Jaune accepted Saphron's request? He looked at Adrian and knew that this world's Jaune agreed to the request. "Oum! This Adrian's father is Jaune, isn't it?".
"Yup!" Saphron said. "Jaune felt weird when we asked him to do this for us, but he was okay with it after a while".
"Holy Oum!" Yang-II said. "Jaune fucked his sister's wife!".
"What? No, he didn't!" Terra said with a blush. "Jaune was a sperm donor. I did no such thing with Jaune. I love Saphron".
"So? What's Jaune like being a father?" Blake-II asked. "I mean, he goes to Beacon. I assume since Jaune said he won the Vytal Festival. How does he have time for Adrian?".
"Well, for one, Jaune come's home here every day," Saphron said. "He would be the one to read stories to Adrian and tuck him to bed. And in the morning, before he goes to Beacon, he prepares all Adrian's meals for the day. And at the weekends, Jaune would spend most of his time with Adrian. He takes his fatherly duties seriously".
R.W.B.Y.J. the second were impressed with this world's Jaune. Not to say that they were disappointed with Jaune-II. Not at all. Jaune-II was always there when they needed him, and he would always give them his support. Jaune-II even saved Weiss-II's life when she was impaled by Cinder.
