Six months have gone by in Monster Hunter: World and Ark: Ragnarök. Jaune watched as Willow slew a Fatalis, Stygian Zinogore Alpha, and Kirin. Winter slaying a Kushala Daora and Lunastra. Weiss killing a Gold Rathian and a Teostra. And lastly, Whitley slaying an Azure Rathalos with his Switch Axe.
All these were happening at the same time. How was Jaune watching all this at the same time? Easy, he was using Images of Ikonn, a duplication spell. Do not mistake. Such skill will never be used for anything sexual as Jaune isn't a fan of N.T.R.
In the past few months away from Remnant, Winter has changed drastically. To say the least, she has gotten the stick out of her ass. Winter is no longer uptight as she used to be, but when it comes to her job, she is still as serious as ever. However, that attitude is now limited to her job and nothing more.
Weiss has changed as well; she has gotten closer to her family. Weiss was already getting closer to her family before, but now they are a true family. They care for and protect each other. This is one of the reasons why Jaune wanted to bring them to such a dangerous world.
As for Whitley, he was far more open than he used to be. No longer does he hide his true self in front of his family. And when he requires some assistance, he comes to his mother or Jaune for aid.
Lastly, Willow was the happiest in her family. They no longer saw her as a useless mother. They now trust her in their times of need. This was something that she had longed for a long time. Because of this, she loved Jaune even more.
Unfortunately, it was time to leave the Monster Hunter: World. But before that, Jaune wanted to mess with R.W.B.Y.J. the second. He wanted to head to Ark: Ragnarök, transform into his Dragon Form and scare them. Jaune smirked at this as it would be hilarious.
[Jaune, you do know the moment you enter the world of Ark: Ragnarök, you would be stuck there for a month since you've never been there before]
"Crap! Since Scáthach and the others were already on that world, I thought I would be exempted from the one-month penalty!" Jaune said. "Dang it! Oh, well. Another world for the Schnee family to explore for a month".
"Jaune? Are we heading back to Remnant today?" Willow said. "Or are we going on another adventure. I don't mind either way since I'll be able to spend time with my family".
"Hmm…If you guys are okay with another adventure on another world," Jaune said, "Then there is a world we can go to now. However, like I told you with this world, since it would be our first time in that world, we have to stay for a minimum of one month before we can leave".
"What kind of world is it?!" Whitley asked. "Is it similar to this world or completely different?".
"Well, it's similar to this world," Jaune said. "But there are differences. From what I know, Ark: Ragnarök is an artificial world in space. What its for? I do not know. But we can head there and find out".
"Well? What are you waiting for?" Weiss said. "Let's go there and have some fun like we did in this world".
"Wait…is this the world you sent Weiss-II and her friends?" Willow asked. Jaune nodded at her. "Then let's head there. I want to know what Weiss-II is like".
"Hmm… I'm with mother," Winter said. "I remember you telling us that they are from two years from the future. We can ask them how things got so bad and try and fix it in our world".
"No need for that. Just get to know them," Jaune said. "They already told me everything that happened so far".
"Do you mind telling me that information?" Winter said. "It would be appreciated".
"Don't worry. I plan to speak to Ozpin about what I've learned," Jaune said. "He and his inner circle would benefit from the information I have.
However, Ozpin isn't all that trustworthy since R.W.B.Y.J. the second told me how that world's Ozpin have told so many lies even in a time of crisis.
And then there is Ironwood. When push comes to shove, he is willing to sacrifice the people of Mantle for Atlas' survival even though he could have brought the people of Mantle into Atlas before ascending above clouds, but no, it's better for them to die".
"That can't be," Winter said. "General Ironwood would do no such thing".
"I highly doubt that," Jaune said. "During the Vytal Festival, the man brought an entire army for no reason but to flaunt it in the name of security. If that was the case, he should have positioned them in a location hidden from public view".
"I-I…I have no words for that since I was there to send more army personnel," Winter said. "I never thought about questioning his decision".
"That's the thing," Jaune said. "According to R.W.B.Y.J. the second, question his commands isn't a good idea since his stupid semblance would make him ignore it, and he might do something drastic in retaliation to eliminate those standing in his way".
"I've unfortunately have witnessed such action from him a few times," Winter said. "It wasn't his best moment, but it is proof that what R.W.B.Y.J. the second said was true".
"Anyway, everyone pack your things and will leave when you're all done," Jaune said. "I can wait here for your return or give you guys a hand".
"No need. We can pack ourselves," Weiss said. "Besides, we have some things not meant for a man's eyes. You know, things that girls use".
"I know what you meant, Weiss," Jaune said. "I have seven sisters, three of whom are older than me".
Weiss, Winter and Whitley left to head to their abode, while Jaune and Willow stayed in theirs, and they started making out. Unfortunately, Winter entered their residence as she forgot to bring her weapons. This made Willow and Jaune stop kissing and pretend to be looking at something in each other's faces.
An hour later, everyone finished packing is ready to head to Ark: Ragnarök. Jaune asked Alice to bring them to the same world as R.W.B.Y.J. the second and Scáthach.
[(Dimension Travel – God) activated. Transportation in 3…2…1]
A bright light then engulfed everyone around Jaune, and when the light dimmed, they were no longer in the place they were before. However, they were surrounded by forests, something they are pretty familiar with.
"Alright, you guys stay here while I look for Scáthach and R.W.B.Y.J. the second," Jaune said. "I shouldn't take long".
Jaune transformed into his Dragon Form and flew off to search for the others.
"He's going to mess with them, isn't he?" Winter said. She looked at everyone, and they nodded at her. "Well, I'm glad I'm not the one taking the brunt of his prank".
"Hey, why don't we think of a way to prank Jaune?" Whitley asked. "It could be fun".
"Not a good idea, Whitley," Weiss said. "I spoke to Jaune's sisters, and I learned that pranking Jaune isn't a good idea. They told me that he will pay you back two to tenfold depending on what you did".
Jaune was flying around Ark: Ragnarök, and he finally found Scáthach with R.W.B.Y.J. the second. It was brilliant. They were about to defeat a red dragon. Jaune smirked in his Dragon Form, which looked terrifying.
As soon as Jaune-II would give the killing blow to the Dragon, Jaune dove down and killed the Dragon, scaring everyone but Scáthach. She looked at the Dragon and immediately knew it was Jaune due to her connection with him.
"You got to be kidding me!" Jaune-II shouted. "Come on! We just finished with one dragon, and now a new one has arrived!".
"Stop yapping and start stabbing!" Weiss-II said. "From the looks of this dragon, it's stronger than the one we fought before, and it is bigger as well".
Jaune then snarled at the group before breathing fire on them. Don't forget, the Dragon Breathe of Jaune has the power of a fully released Balmung. Thankfully, Jaune could control its output. As the fire hit the ground, a massive explosion occurred that blew everyone away, including Scáthach, but she was able to put up a bounded field to protect herself.
"This is bull!" Yang-II said. Her aura was shattered without having direct contact with the breath attack. She couldn't imagine what would happen if the attack was a direct hit. "Is everyone alright? Because I'm not".
"Holy shit!" Ruby swore-II. "This is nothing like the dragon we fought! This thing is an absolute beast!".
"My back!" Jaune-II shouted. "It's a good thing that I got away in time. Otherwise, I would have been nothing but dust!".
"You're wrong. It timed the attack perfectly where none of us would be hurt," Blake-II said. "I saw that thing smirk before breathing on us. I swear that thing was playing with us".
Everyone then heard the Dragon laugh at them. They realised that Blake-II was right. Golden light then covered the Dragon, and when it dimmed, it was Jaune standing before them.
"Long time no see," Jaune said. "How did you enjoy your stay here, at Ark: Ragnarök?".
"Son of a bitch!" Yang-II swore. "Why did you attack us?!".
"I wanted to see how far you've gone in your training," Jaune said. "Plus, I timed everything perfectly so that you wouldn't be too hurt. I even lowered the output of my attack".
"That was a lowered output?!" Weiss-II said. "What would a full-powered attack be! You, destroying a mountain?!".
"Something like that," Jaune said. It was true. He was able to read about Balmung in the (Divine Sword Knowledge) and learn about the true capability of Balmung when True Ether within it is used to power the sword. "So, let me ask again. How was your time in this world?".
"Horrible! Horrible!" Ruby-II said. "Your wife is a devil! When she gives us a break, things happen that cause our relaxation time to not be relaxing! When we explain, she ignores it!".
"You've gotten stronger, have you not?" Jaune said. "I even saw Weiss-II use a summon from this world. Though, her summons is nothing compared to the Weiss in my world. She got an Elder Dragon as a summon".
"By the way, since you're here, does that mean we'll be heading back to Remnant?" Ruby-II asked. "Because I really want to take a proper shower or bath".
"Sorry, Ruby-II," Jaune said. "Unfortunately, you'll have to wait for another month before we can return to Remnant".
"Oh, Jaune. When did you gain a Dragon Form?" Scáthach, who arrived, asked. "I don't remember you having something like that before".
"Oh, apparently, I gained it when I bathed in Blood of Fafnir," Jaune said. He then got close to Scáthach to kiss her before continuing. "But didn't unlock it since I never had a reason. Which was stupid since I could have used the form against Tiamat".
Jaune told everyone to follow him to where Willow and her family was. Weiss-II was excited to meet Jaune's Remnant version of her. She hoped she wasn't a know-it-all as she once was. Weiss-II shivered at remembering herself from two years ago.
Once they arrived at Willow's location, Weiss-II was surprised at how close the Schnee family was. It was something she envied and something she wanted to work on when she got back to her version of Remnant. After all, she had already taken a step toward a better relationship with her family in her world.
