Everyone was around Penny as she was back with a physical body. She looks awfully similar to her younger self. No, she definitely looked like her younger self. What? Jaune didn't know what Penny looked like in her rebuilt form. Since Penny was synthetic, she didn't have a natural soul form, and it changes depending on who was looking at her. Since Jaune has never seen her more mature state, he saw the original form of Penny.
"Uhm…Jaune, why is Penny young?" Ruby-II asked. "Shouldn't she be more of a mature person?".
"I don't know what that Penny looked like," Jaune said. He then pointed at Penny. "In my eyes, this was the form I saw when I looked at her".
"What? I saw the rebuilt version of Penny," Ruby-II said. "How can that be possible?".
"I think since Penny is a synthetic, we perceive her soul differently," Jaune said. "You can see the rebuilt version because you know of it, but I see the original since that's the Penny I know".
"I-I just going shut up now," Ruby-II said as she rubbed her temple. "I'm getting confused with all these weird mumbo jumbo things".
"Well, it did take me a while to learn magic things and its craziness," Jaune said. "Don't worry, that's normal".
"You took a month to learn the ways of the Mystic Arts," Scáthach said. "In no way is that a while".
"Oh, come on, Scáthach!" Jaune said. "I was trying to cheer her up!".
"So, what do we do now?" Yang-II said. "We got Penny back, we saved all these people, but we don't have any way to protect them except for this bounded field that Scáthach made. We also don't have food or shelter. If this keeps up, they all just end up dying".
"For food and water, you don't have to worry about those. I have plenty," Jaune said. "But we need to find shelter for these people. I can make shelter, but our location isn't ideal".
"We could head to the City of Vacuo," Ozpin said through Oscar. This was irritating Jaune since he sometimes could not tell who was talking. "From there, we can speak to Theodore and ask him for a place to house all of the evacuees".
"We could do that, but there is no way he would help us for free," Jaune-II said. "I know that people of Vacuo are not the type of people that helps with the goodness of their heart. Here, its survival-of-the-fittest. At least that was what Sun used to tell us".
"That's not a wrong assumption as that's the mentality of the people of Vacuo," Ozpin said. "However, you are right, Mr Arc, we would need something that we can use to negotiate with. Something that the people of Vacuo are lacking, such as food and water".
"If that's the case, as I said earlier, I have plenty of food and water," Jaune said. He then looked at Weiss. "Do you have the (Well Bad – Legendary) I gave you?".
"Yeah, I do," Weiss said. "I never leave home without it since I store it in my (Carrier Bag – Legendary)".
Weiss then gave the (Well Bag) to Jaune. Why would Jaune need the (Well Bag)? That's because the (Well Bag) contains infinite water. With it, they can negotiate with Shade Academy's Headmaster, as Shade is the only law enforcement in all of Vacuo.
"What's that?" Ruby-II asked. "It looks like an ordinary-looking water container".
"This is known as the (Well Bag)," Jaune said. "It contains infinite amounts of water".
"What?!" Winter-II said. "How is that possible?!".
"The Well Bag itself has infinite space as it continues to expand the more water it holds," Jaune said. "The Well Bag essentially absorbs the elements in the air to make water. Right now, this thing probably contains an entire body of water the size of Remnant".
"That would definitely gain the attention of Theodore," Ozpin said. "Now, we…".
"Hold on a minute," Jaune said. "Are you thinking that I'm going to give the entire (Well Bag) to the Headmaster of Shade? Fat chance! I'm willing to share the water inside the (Well Bag), but I'm not going to give the entire thing to them. Besides, the final say goes to Weiss since I gave it to her as a gift".
"I'm willing to share a lot of the water inside the (Well Bag), but I'm not going to give them something that was given to me as a gift," Weiss said. "That's just ridiculous!".
"Now-now," Ozpin said. "This is no time to be selfish…".
"Selfish?! Are you going senile, Ozpin?" Weiss said. "We are willing to share the contents of the (Well Bag). If giving hundreds of thousands of metric tons of water is being selfish, then so be it".
"That is generous, yes," Ozpin said. "But something like the (Well Bag) can be more benefitting of the people of Vacuo".
"You truly are stupid," Winter-II said. "You're the one being selfish for wanting to give way something that doesn't belong to you. Hundreds of thousands of metric tons of water are equivalent to hundreds of thousands of litres. That's more than generous. And it's not like they aren't willing to give more. They just don't want to give the item".
"What Winter-II said is right," Weiss said. "If they need more, I'm willing to give more. I just won't be handing the item to them".
"I…I-I", Ozpin said. He then sighed. "Very well".
"Now, who knows the way to Vacuo?" Jaune said. He then looked at everyone around him, but no one raised their hands. That's reasonable since they didn't even know where in Vacuo they were. "Fair enough, well then. Weiss and I can fly and figure out which way the city is. From there, we would head to Vacuo then open a portal for pint-size Ozpin so that he can negotiate with Theodore".
"Jaune?" Willow called. "You're great at negotiating. Why don't you just do it instead of Ozpin?".
"That's because it might be easier if it's Ozpin since he is already familiar with Theodore," Jaune said. "At least I believe that would be easier. But if I see him doing something stupid during the negotiation, I will smack him".
"One question, Jaune," Winter said. "This pint-size person is Ozpin. We know that since it was explained to us. But Theodore wouldn't be in the loop that this person is Ozpin".
"No worries," Ozpin said. "Theodore is aware of my situation".
"Also, we don't have to worry since I don't plan to bring Ozpin this way," Jaune said. "I'll be separating their merging souls before heading to the City of Vacuo".
"You can do that?!" Oscar said after taking back control. "Please! Separate us! I don't want to continue being merged with Ozpin! My thoughts are mixed with his, even when I don't want them to. I don't even know if some of the things I'm thinking of are my own thoughts or Ozpin's".
"I could separate you and Ozpin," Jaune said as he looked at Oscar. "But like with Penny, it could take time".
"Then take your time, Jaune," Weiss said. "Leave the search for the City of Vacuo to me".
"Actually, I just remembered that I could send the Iron Destroyer to look for Vacuo," Jaune said. "Then, with the wrist device that I gave it, it can open a portal to my location".
"Why didn't you say that before?!" Weiss said. "I was nervous to head out to a place I have no idea of".
"Ha-ha-ha! My bad," Jaune said. "You know how I tend to forget things when thinking of other things".
Jaune then orders the Iron Destroyer to search for the City of Vacuo. It then flew off. Jaune then used his magic to analyse the soul of Oscar and Ozpin. It only took the Iron Destroyer to make a portal to Vacuo, but Jaune wasn't done with Ozpin and Oscar.
What Jaune was attempting was more difficult than making a new body for Penny. Two souls that have merged aren't something one would typically see or encounter, never mind something that has thousands. Nevertheless, Jaune was doing his best to separate the souls.
An hour in, and Jaune was not even halfway done as he needed to separate Oscar from the many souls that are fused with Ozpin, or should he say Ozma. One by one, Jaune was able to let the other souls fused with Ozma move to the afterlife.
Six hours later, only a few more souls are left for Jaune to unfused, and it would be over. Another hour had gone by, and Jaune was finally done. No more souls are fused with Ozma. He then began to create a body for Ozma.
Once everything was done, Jaune noticed that Ozma was a lot more clear-headed than he was before. He then realised that some of the people Ozma fused with were not as 100% like-minded with him as he thought. Some of the fused souls' stray thought has muddled Ozma's mind for a long time. Finally, he could think clearly and only as Ozma, not someone else.
