A few hours ago, Jaune sent the Iron Destroyer to search for the City of Vacuo. One thing Jaune didn't think of is that a machine flying in the air that doesn't listen to instructions would cause panic as the Huntsman and Huntresses stationed on the border would give it instructions to identify itself but get no replies back.

Thankfully, the Iron Destroyer did not engage in a fight unless given instructions, or else the Huntsman and Huntresses that opened fire against it would be dead. Since the Huntsman and Huntresses could not bring down the machine in front of them, they called in reinforcement from Shade Academy's Headmaster.

Theodore received an urgent call from the border patrol about a machine heading to the City of Vacuo and wasn't listening to instructions. He was told they've attacked the machine, but nothing they do is even putting a scratch on it.

Immediately, Theodore called his right-hand woman, Xanthe Rumpole, to gather as many Huntsman and Huntresses as possible as they were in a state of emergency. In no time, Xanthe was able to gather a few dozen licenced Huntsman and Huntresses, but according to Theodore, this would not be enough as the number of the border patrol were more than this.

With such an emergency, Xanthe had to call in some students willing to fight for the survival of Vacuo. A few joined in, such as CFVY, SSSN, ABRN etc.

"Theodore, What's going on?!" Xanthe said. "You said we're in a state of emergency".

"It's approaching," Theodore said. He then pointed at the sky where the Iron Destroyer was. "Whatever that thing is, it's heading our way, and it's not slowing down".

"What is that?" Xanthe asked. "It looks like the Atlesian knight".

"No, I don't believe it is," Theodore said. "That thing took vast amounts of bullets from the border patrol to the point they're running out, but it hasn't even been scratched once".

"Impossible!" Xanthe said. "Doesn't the border patrol have a massive ammo stock?".

"They do, but now, they're running out trying to take down whatever that is," Theodore said. He then faced all the Huntsman and Huntresses that were gathered. "Now, everyone! Prepare for battle! I don't know what that is or where it came from. But one thing I know is that it would be quite difficult to take down".

While Theodore was speaking to the Huntsman and Huntresses, Coco Adel pulled her sunglasses down as she saw the Iron Destroyer being a lot closer than it was before. She tried to warn Theodore, her Headmaster, about the Iron Destroyer being close by, but her voice was drowned in the battle cry of everyone.

Immediately, the Iron Destroyer dropped from the sky and into the ground with a loud thud. Theodore, who was rallying the Huntsman and the Huntresses, was the closes to the Iron Destroyer. He made a fist with his hand, punched the Iron Destroyer, and did nothing. But when he was readying for its retaliation, nothing came. Instead, the Iron Destroyer turned around and fired something in the open space around it, and a portal opened, which the Iron Destroyer entered.

Seeing the Portal, Theodore thought that the Iron Destroyer might have been a machine that opened a portal for other people to invade, but no one came out of the portal after a few hours. Nonetheless, Theodore and the other Huntsman and Huntresses were still alert to the portal.

"What the hell is going on?" One of the Huntsman said. "It opens a portal, then nothing? Or are they trying to tire us out before attacking? Because I think it's working. I'm exhausted from watching the damn portal for nearly eight hours!".

"Theo, I think they're right," Xanthe said. "We need to set up a watch which would change shifts every few hours so that everyone can rest".

"Hmm…We can do that," Theodore said. "But we have to make sure that they are ready to fight at all times. We don't know if the people coming through that portal are friendly or hostile".

While talking about creating a lookout shift, Jaune and Ozma came through the portal. All the Huntsman and Huntresses were ready and pointing their weapons at the duo that came through the portal.

"Arc?" Coco said. "What're you doing here? And what's with the portal?".

"Hmm… You're…Coco, right?" Jaune asked. He wasn't really familiar with Velvet's team at Beacon. And the only reason he got to know Velvet was when he helped her out with Cardin. "Well, I'm here to speak to the Headmaster of Shade. Do you know where he is?".

"Name's Theodore," Theodore introduced himself. He then brought out a hand for a handshake which Jaune took. Theodore then tried to squeeze Jaune's hand, but that was a mistake as Jaune squeezed his hand until he screamed in agony. "Ah! Damn! That's one hell of a shake you got there".

"Thanks for the compliment," Jaune said. "You've got one hell of a scream".

"Ha-ha-ha! You've got guts, boy!" Theodore said. "So, what is it you wanted from me?".

"As you know, Atlas and Mantle were attacked," Jaune said. Theodore nodded in acknowledgement. "Well, they fell. However, most of the people were saved. The problem is, they have no place to seek shelter. We were hoping you'd take in the evacuees here in Vacuo. Of course, we won't ask you to do it for free".

"Good! You're willing to offer something," Theodore said. "Because, even if we did want to take them in for free, we wouldn't be able to support them. As you can see, Vacuo isn't the best place to take evacuees. So, what are you willing to offer?".

"Food and water," Jaune said. "And not just small amounts of them either, but large quantities".

"Hmm… that's not a bad offer considering we barely get water here since it's the desert," Theodore said. "The offer of water alone would be enough, but if you're willing to still throw in some food, that would be much appreciated, and I can lend you space here in the City of Vacuo where you can house thousands of people. Plus, we'd build them shelter. Although, do not expect luxury shelters".

"Those are acceptable terms," Jaune said. "When can we get the people to move in the space you're willing to give us?".

"You can move them in now," Theodore said. "There is nothing there in the first place".

"That's great," Jaune said. "Can you show me where the area's location is? This way, I can just open a portal, and the people don't have to walk a long way".

"When can I expect you to hold up your end of the bargain?" Theodore said. "You're not planning to renegade on your part, are you?".

"I'm an Arc," Jaune said. "We never break our word".

"You're an Arc?" Theodore said. "That's a name I haven't heard in a long time".

Jaune and Theodore then headed to the location where the people of Atlas and Mantle could stay. Once they arrived at their location, Jaune opened the portal and asked the people to enter it.

To hold his end of the bargain, Jaune asked Theodore for a place to store the Food and Water. Theodore asked Jaune to follow him, and they arrived at an empty warehouse. Jaune then opened a gate to his Dimensional Farm, and out came duplicates of him with barrels of Food and Water.

Earlier, after making the body of Ozma, Jaune created duplicates of him with Images of Ikonn and ordered them to gather as much of the fruits, berries, and vegetables as they could, as long as it didn't damage the farm.

Jaune had another duplicate transfer the water from the Well Bag to barrels. Overall, the Duplicate of Jaune extracted 500,000 metric tons of water and at least thousands of each fruit, berries, and vegetable. Goes to show how big Jaune's farm has gotten.

"This is more than I was hoping for," Theodore said with a shocked expression. Not just because of the vast amount of food and water, but because Jaune was able to make clones of himself and open a portal. Right then and there, Theodore knew that Jaune was not using a semblance but magic. "Thank you for the generous food and water".

"This was a trade," Jaune said. "You provide the evacuees with the safety of the borders and shelter. I provided you with the food and water I can. Come now, an acquaintance I came with would like to speak to you".

"You mean the man that entered the portal with you?" Theodore asked. Jaune nodded. "May I ask what he needs? If I can help, I would. It's the least I can do for all the food and water you've given us".

Jaune told Theodore that he'd understand the moment he met with Ozma. Now, Ozma is a name that Theodore has never heard of, as Ozpin never told him of his real name. Theodore was curious as to who the man was. He felt as if he had met him before.
