"Clone… Force… 99?" Yang asked with a raised eyebrow. "We're a group of specialized military operatives. However, due to certain events we're now using our skills as hired guns." Outrider said trying not to stare at the blonde beauty in from of him. "We also go by Bad Batch." Yang grinned striking a pose. "Like what you see?" she asked making Outrider sputter nonsense while the rest of "Clone force 99" laughed.

"Not funny." The non-clone said grumbling before focusing on yang. "Yes, you're beautiful, but why are you out here alone." Yang's demeanor grew serious. "My sister's disappeared, but I have a good idea as to where she is." Hunter nodded. "We'll leave you to it." He said before heading back to the marauder with the bad batch save for Outrider. "Lovely." Crosshair said "let's go trooper." All he got in return was a one finger salute.

"I don't doubt your capabilities on holding your own ma'am, but I think it's best that I tag along to provide backup once we find your sister." Outrider said. "Is he going to ask her?" omega asked. "He didn't." Wrecker said. "he offered his services."

"Why?" yang asked. "Well, if your sister is hurt…" Outrider said "No, I mean why would you help a complete stranger?" the blond brawler asked. "Oh… Family means everything in my book. And the other reason is that if your sister is hurt, you'll have to carry her right." Outrider said. "my actual name is classified, meaning I can't tell you. However, you can call me Outrider." The non-clone said.

"Name's Yang Xiao Long." The blond beauty said. "Lead the way, Yang." Outrider said. "Wrecker, Tech go with them." Hunter said. Wrecker nodded. "Shouldn't we all go? I mean this planet doesn't appear to be on imperial records." Tech said. "I'll head back to the ship to work on AZ." Omega said departing.

"Hey, Outrider wait up." Wrecker said as he and the rest of the team (with the exception of omega) caught up. "I don't think I got any of your names." Yang said. "The name's hunter. I'm the leader of our group." The guy with the facial tattoo said before pointing at wrecker.

"That's wrecker, he's the muscle of the group." He said. "my name is tech, the brains of the team as Outrider would say" Hunter chuckled. "He can fill your head with useless info for hours," he said before jerking a thumb to the squad's sniper. "Crosshair on the other hand, heh.. he isn't much of a talker."

"The name's echo ma'am." The cybernetic clone said. "I'm the hacker." Yang nodded. "and you've already met Outrider. He's our heavy gunner." Hunter said as said trooper lifted old reliable. Yang nodded as they proceeded to a cliff. "Now isn't that a beautiful sight." Tech said seeing the view. "Isn't that a city?" Hunter said. "Yeah, that's Vale." Yang said before seeing a red bundle on the ground. "Ruby!" the outburst caught Bad Batch's attention. "Yang." The girl said before wincing. "Something wrong Rubes?" the blond asked. "I was coming back from visiting mom's grave when I tripped. I think I broke my ankle." Ruby rose said as Tech came up. "Which ankle hurts the most?" he asked. Ruby looked at her sister who nodded.

"the left one." Ruby said. "Ms. Xiao Long, if you could gently roll your sister onto her back so I may scan her ankle." Yang nodded. "Sis, who are they?" the scarlet reaper asked. "They're called Clone force 99, but they've nicknamed themselves as The Bad Batch." Yang said glancing at Outrider. Tech noticed this.

"Eyeing our heavy gunner are you?" he asked still focused on the data pad while scanning Ruby's left ankle. Yang immediately blushed. "Well, I'm sure he's good looking under that helmet." She said recovering. Tech chuckled.

"I'm surprised he hasn't asked you yet." He said getting up. "Asked me what?" Yang asked as Tech glanced at her. "Spoilers." He said secretively. Yang rolled her eyes. "Anyways, the good news is that your sister's ankle isn't broken, its just sprained. Should be able to walk by tomorrow. However, I recommend that she be carried back to your house.

"Wrecker, would you carry miss Rose while we escort her and miss Xiao Long to their house." Hunter asked. Wrecker nodded before gently picking ruby bridal style. "Let's get you two home." Hunter noticed something in the grass. "What's this?" Ruby took notice. "Don't touch her." She exclaimed making hunter jump.

"What's wrong?" Wrecker asked. "The weapon Hunter's holding is called Crescent Rose. It's my sister's pride and joy. Ruby both designed and built her." Yang said. "Treat her with care hunter or Ruby will be pissed." Hunter nodded. "understood." He said locking Crescent Rose in place on his back.

"Wow, you designed and built your own weapon. I'm impressed kid." Wrecker said giving a hearty chuckle. Ruby blushed at the praise. "So, you guys have any good weapons to hunt Grimm?" the scarlet reaper asked. "Grimm?" Echo asked. "the things Outrider and I were fighting." Yang said glancing at the heavy gunner that was behind her.

"Sis, are you… blushing?" Ruby asked. Yang turned to her sister whom was still in Wrecker's arms. "No." the brawler said "then why are your cheeks slightly red?" Wrecker looked down to see Yang's face. "Don't worry I'm sure Outrider likes you the same. Just please be genuine about it." He said.

"Why?" Yang asked. "The poor guy's asked a lot of girls out on dates and they've all shot him down." Wrecker said quietly. "Ouch. That's rough." The blond brawler said as a log house came into view. "There's our house." Yang said as a blond man came out.

"Yang, thank Oum you're ok. Did you find your sister?" he said. Yang nodded as Wrecker came up carrying a sleeping Ruby. Taiyang, Ruby and Yang's Father, widened his eyes when he saw the size of the man and the others that followed. One had Crescent Rose strapped to his back. "Dad… meet the Bad Batch." Yang said

A/N: Chapter 2 in the bag. Yes there was some Dragon shadow (yang x outrider) moments in this chapter. As for wrecker's comment to ruby. Their relationship will be similar to wrecker's with omega. that being a big brother one. Next up is the bad batch travel to beacon with Yang and Ruby. Please read and review.
