Loyal brave Love 2

Drumming, chants inspired on the elements of the Earth. The entire tribe starts the preparations for the harvesting. But, there's something missing, and, that's...

Chief Fields. - "Where's my child?"

His wife Pam replies. - "You know her spirit. She's wherever the wind takes her..."

The Chief puffs his cheeks. Not happy knowing that his dear daughter is out there alone, exploring the larges lands...

Pam. - "Why you look so worried? Emily knows these lands better than you and me..."

The Chief Fields. - "I know, but..."

Pam. - "But?"

The Chief Fields takes a deep sigh, and, admits. - "My negotiations with the Trikru tribe didn't go well... they are still hostile. Us, sharing half of our harvesting with them, it might not be enough to maintain us safe..."

Pam says, a little worried. - "What are you trying to tell me...?"

The Chief Fields. - "That I've this strange feeling that is telling me that something is about to happen..."

Pam. - "Something good or Bad...?"

The Chief Fields. - "I don't know..." (sighs) "I don't know..."

He wasn't wrong, something was already happening, something extraordinary because, after all, not every day, you see how two soul mates of two different worlds finally meet...

Emily. - "Who are you?" (She frowns while she gets closer) "Where you come from? Why are you soaked? Did you swim your way till here? Are you alone? What's your name? Wh...?"

The beautiful brunette makes a question after another, and, Alison opens her mouth, she deeply gasps, and, then closes it back, puffing her cheeks, and, pressing her pink lips together because...

Maya. - "I don't think that she understand a word of what you're saying, Emily..."

Emily. - "Oh..."

The brunette has no idea of what to say then, how to communicate, or, what to do. But then the sun gets stronger, and, the soaked hair of the Viking girl starts to dry, showing its true color...

Maya & Emily say at the unison. - "Wow..."

Golden, glowing curls. Emily is mesmerized by it, she has never seen a golden hair till now. This is also her 1st time she sees someone like Alison, with porcelain skin, and, those eyes. God! Emily can't stop looking at those sapphires. The brunette is so taken by the beauty of this foreigner that her body moves by itself, following the magnetism between them...

Maya says with concern. - "Emily! Don't get so close to her! She can be dangerous!"

She's right, Alison is dangerous, she's a human lethal weapon, capable to kill hundreds with just one hand. But...

Emily caresses Alison's cheek, and, says. - "It's okay..." (She smiles) "She's not gonna hurt me..."

She's right too. For the 1st time in her life, Alison feels no desire in causing any harm. All she wants it's to know more about this beautiful girl who has the warmer touch that the blonde has ever felt...

Alison. - "I... ahmm..."

Emily. - "You speak... but, I don't understand a word of what you're saying..."

Alison mumbles. - "What I'm supposed to say...? I don't understand her... she doesn't understand me..."

Emily. - "There, again! You spoke! And again, I have no idea of what you said..."

Alison rolls her eyes, this is pissing her off, but...

Emily softly cups Alison's cheeks between her hands, and, says with a beautiful smile. - "But, we will find a way to communicate, till then, we have no choice, but, to trust on each other..."

Alison has no idea of what she's saying, but, her warm touch, her way to smile, and, the way she looks at her, with so much tenderness, all of it, it's telling her that no matter what, she can trust her... even if she doesn't understand why... for now...

*** Alison's narrative (voice-over) ***

Sometimes, we must overcome the most difficult paths, to finally get into the right path that will bring us where we belong... where we're meant to be...

The chief Fields yells. - "Emily! Maya! Where were you, all day?!"

The girls look at each other, not sure how to reply...

The chief Fields takes a deep breath, and, says. - "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to yell. I was just worried..."

Emily softly touches her father's arm, and, says. - "I'm sorry Father, we didn't mean to scare you..."

The chief Fields, softly touches the cheek of his daughter, and, says.- "I know. Just do not leave the village without saying where you go again, okay?"

Emily nods, but gulps hard because she knows that it's a promise she will break soon, since she has a beautiful stranger out there, hidden...

Pam. - "Girls, it's late, go to sleep..."

The girls nod, and, they go to the tent they share as their room, and try to sleep, but, they can't...

Maya whispers. - "Emily, are you asleep?"

(No reply)

Maya whispers. - "Emily...?"

Emily whispers. - "I'm here... awake..."

Maya. - "Oh..."

The tent has an aperture on the sides, like little windows, and, Emily's look turns towards one of those apertures when...

Maya whispers. - "Emily..."

Emily whispers. - "Yeah?"

Maya whispers. - "What are we gonna do? We cannot hide her in the woods forever..."

Emily whispers. - "I know. I'll figure out something... soon. I promise..."

Maya nods, she trusts Emily with her life. Emily keeps staring at the starry sky that lies up, above them, and, says

Emily. - "Blue... her eyes are so beautiful blue..."

Maya nods

Emily whispers. - "I can't stop thinking about her eyes..."

And, Alison's blue eyes hunted Emily's mind that night, and, many nights after that...

*** Emily's narrative (voice-over) ***

All around you, there are spirits. They live in the earth you foot, in the air you breathe, in the water you drink, in the sky you see! Hear the wind! What are they telling you?! Listen with your heart... what are they telling you? What are they telling me...?

Birds chirp, and, Emily wakes up with a big smile. The sun is still hidden between the mountains, but, the brunette knows that's already a new day, a day to spend with...

Emily. - "Alison... I'm going to see her, now..."

Maya. - "You're leaving already?"

Emily nods with a big smile while she packs some food into a little bag.

Maya sighs. - "And, what I'm supposed to say to your father today, if he asks me where you're? I'm getting out of ideas..."

Emily. - "Tell him that I went for a swim in the river..."

Maya. - "Emily..."

Emily smiles. - "I've to go, bye!"

Maya deeply sighs. - "Fine, go..." (She groans with frustration) "Geez! You and your beautiful savage will be the Death to me!"

Like a beautiful gazelle, Emily runs into the woods, she crosses the river, she climbs some rocks, and then, a big smile spreads over her face when she finally arrives in the cave where is sheltering...

Emily smiles. - "Alison..." (She rushes inside, and, loudly says) "Ali!" (She hears no reply, and, frowns) "Alison...?"

The brunette starts to feel anxious when she hears no reply, till...

Alison jumps from behind, and, says. - "Boo!"

The brunette jumps, and, the blonde laughs...

Emily pouts. - "Not funny..."

Alison. - "A little funny...?"

Emily rolls her eyes, and, mumbles. - "I liked you more when you couldn't speak..."

Alison smirks. - "I was always able to speak. You just didn't have an idea of what I was saying..."

Emily. - "Truth..." (She opens her bag, and, gets out of it, the maize, and, the rest of food she brought when she says) "So, when are you going to teach me your language, then?"

Alison licks her lips as soon as she sees the food, and, replies. - "Why you want to learn my language...?"

The blonde starts devouring the food like a hungry animal, and, Emily chuckles, thinking 'my beautiful savage'...

Emily. - "Well, I taught you mine. It seems just fair that you do the same, don't you think?"

Alison says, with food in her mouth. - "I learnt your language because we needed to understand each other. It was a way to survive, you don't need to learn my language to survive..."

The brunette humms, not happy with the logic of the blonde, but, she will discuss about it later because...

Emily. - "Do not speak while you eat!"

Alison licks her fingers. - "Why?"

Emily hears the pop coming from Alison's mouth when she sucks her thumb, and, says. - "Also, do not that! Don't you have manners?!"

Alison frowns. - "Manners?"

Emily. - "It seems that there are still a lot of things that you need to learn..."

And, the brunette wasn't wrong. Alison has never been cultivated on how the world works. But, that changed the moment she arrived to the shores where she met Emily for the 1st time. Alison's heart was filled of anger, of war, but little by little that changed thanks to the presence of Emily.

The brunette is very cultivated, in her own way. Emily's tribe is guided by the spirits of the Earth. They are peaceful people by nature, who tries to respect the ecosystem as much as they can, without causing any harm. But...

Emily. - "Ali..."

Alison. - "Yeah...?"

Emily frowns, she plays with her thumbs, and by now, Alison knows her enough to know that it's a sign which tells her that something is worrying her...

Alison softly touches Emily's hand, and, says. - "Emily. What is wrong?"

The brunette looks up, their eyes meet, and, Emily smiles when she sees how much concern, Alison expresses with her eyes...

Alison. - "Emily..."

Emily. - "Can you teach me to fight?"

Alison stands back, and, says. - "What?!"

Emily. - "You haven't told me about your past..."

The blonde turns around, avoiding to look at her in the eyes. Alison's past is something that the blonde really wants to leave behind, and, Emily wanted to respect that wish, but...

Emily. - "You have a sword. So, you must know how to use it. You know how to fight..."

Alison mumbles, still giving her the back. - "Why you want to fight?"

Emily deeply exhales. - "It's not that I want to, but..." (She says, a little scared) "I might have to..."

Alison senses the fear in Emily's voice, and, she quickly turns around, and, holds her tightly...

Emily blushes. - "A-A-Ali...?"

The blonde has no idea why she's hugging her, she just knows that she has this need to protect her, this need to destroy to whoever is causing her so much fear...

Alison says with a killer voice. - "Who's threaten you? Tell me, and, I'll rip out their heads without mercy..."

For a second the brunette thought that it was another joke of the blonde who has a very, very dark humor, but, when she sees how serious Alison looks, she realizes that the blonde is not joking at all... Emily slowly breaks the hug, she steps away when she feels chills of the lethal stare of the blonde...

Emily mumbles. - "Don't talk like that, Ali... I don't like it..."

Now, the brunette looks more scared of Alison than whatever she was afraid before, and, the blonde snaps out of her own mind, and, curses herself for that...

Alison says while she tries to approach. - "I'm sorry, I..."

The blonde stops walking when she sees how Emily's body retreats from her touch, and, she takes a deep breath of defeat when she says...

Alison looks down. - "I didn't mean to scare you... I'm really sorry..."

Now, the brunette feels bad when she sees how the blonde looks like a kicked puppy...

Emily reaches Alison's arm, and, says. - "No, I'm sorry! I shouldn't fear you like that..."

Alison softly holds Emily's hands, and, says when she looks at her in the eyes. - "Emily. I swear on my life that you've no reason to fear me. I would never harm you..."

Emily smiles. - "I know..."

They look at each other, and, they smile when they see how sincere they are with each other. Those eyes, Emily could stare at those eyes all day, but...

Emily sighs. - "I should go..."

Alison pouts. - "But, you just arrived..."

Emily. - "I know, but, we collect the harvest tomorrow. And, like the daughter of the Chief, It's my duty to help as much as I can..."

The blonde nods, she might doesn't like the idea of Emily leaving her alone, but, she knows the sense of duty, growing in your soul, compelling you to fulfill it...

Alison asks. - "Will I see you tomorrow...?"

Emily nods, and, smiles. - "Yes, I promise..."

Alison smiles, Emily's promise means so much to her. From the moment they met, Emily has always kept her word. That's why the next day, when the brunette doesn't show up, the blonde gets anxious. She feels uneasy, her guts are telling her something, but, what is it?

Following the meditation lessons of Emily, the blonde sits in a Lotus position, and, deeply exhales when she says...

Alison closes her eyes, and, pleads. - "Please, wind... mother nature... talk to me..."

The Viking warrior opens her heart, her soul to the mother nature, and, she opens her eyes when a distant howling whispers something into her ear. The wind blows, loose leaves dance in the air, showing her the path to follow...

*** Alison's narrative (voice-over) ***

Often the steps we avoid to avoid confrontation lead us to it. And, you've two choices: fight or not. So, what do you choose? Do you fight the enemy? Do you fight to protect your people? Or, do pull down the arms, and, waits that your act of no-war will lead to peace...?

Emily mumbles with fear. - "Father..."

The Chief Fields. - "Emily, stay behind me..."

The brunette doesn't move, fear paralysed her, she stands beside her father, hugged by her mother, encircled by her people while, in front of them, the Trikru tribe stands, armed with spears and arrows, ready for battle while them, they are defenseless. Just some of the farmers have in their hands their hand sickles, the tool they use in the cornfields, but, that's not an advantage in their favour because they don't know how to fight with it, they are too scared to fight, they...

The Trikru Chief. - "You will submit to me..."

The Chief Fields. - "Half of our harvest. That was the deal to let us live in peace..."

The Trikru Chief deviously smiles. - "I changed my mind. I want more than that..."

He stares with lust at Emily, and, the Chief Fields stands between them like a human shield, blocking his view, what makes him very angry...

The Trikru Chief angrily says. - "Fight! Or, submit!"

The wind strongly blows, the trees are shaking and swaying, everyone believes that's caused by the wind, but, it's not...

Maya looks up, and, whispers. - "There's something swinging between the trees..."

Emily whispers. - "What?"

Pam. - "Ssssh! Quiet! Girls!"

The girls nod, and, decide to stay in silence till...

The Chief Fields. - "We will not fight neither submit to you..."

The Trikru Chief deviously smirks. - "Then, let me start the killing with you..."

Emily screams. - "NO! Father!"

The brunette and, all the rest of her tribe fear the worst when they see how the barbarous evil man runs towards the Chief Fields with a spear in his hand. The Trikru Chief arrogantly smiles, thinking that he will kill Chief Fields and, make Emily his, but, that thought blows away when, from nowhere, someone ten thousand times stronger than him, fall from the sky, jumping out of a tree...

Alison groans like a beast, she lunges blow from above them, and, breaks the ground when she strongly lands. Her feet shake the land while her sword cut in half the arm of the Trikru Chief. The evil man heard the slight rasp of metal tearing apart his arm...

Thrikru Chief. - "My arm!"

With just one move, the Viking warrior pulled him, the head of the Trikru tribe, at her feet, weeping in pain...

Alison says with a lethal gaze. - "You want to fight... fight with me..."

The Trikrus gulp hard, they make a step back, feeling afraid of this gorgeous goddess of war...

Emily smiles. - "Alison..."
